*Jillian frowns, not liking the idea of zombies.*
Jillian: What did they say?
*Turns to Lecter after finish treating Merg's wounds.*
Jillian: And what did Hanna do?

[Overlord Thraka]

*Mergoux looks sharply at Lecter*
Mergoux: You... you heard that?
*Silvan's blood begins to turn black*

*Iris gets up shakily*
Iris: H-hanna... are you alright?
*She looks down at Hanna, obviously still shaken*

*Hanna gets up and hugs Iris*

*She holds her softly*

Hanna: I-I'm sorry... I messed u-up...

*Her movements seem slightly stiff and her left eye is still black and red*

*Lecter nods*
Lecter: I heard it. What did it mean?
*glances back at Jillian*
Lecter: She grabbed Mergoux and pinned her. She seemed interested in her wounds. And her eye, take a look for yourself.

*Karma flies in circles around the Room, keeping watch for anything*

[Overlord Thraka]

*Iris looks down at Hanna, smiling shakily*
Iris: Hey, you're okay. You didn't do anything.
*She hugs Hanna against her. looking at Jillian and Lecter*
Iris: Oh no! You stay away from her!
*She tries to scoot out of the room with Hanna*

*Mergoux glowers for a bit, trying to decide whether to tell or not, finally she decides to speak a little of the truth*
Mergoux: It's a old enemy of mine... He's been hunting me for a long long time, now he's found me...

*Lecter looks over at Hanna*
Lecter: I would like to talk to you. Alone.
*turns back to Mergoux*
Lecter: Looks like you have a story to tell. If there's a threat, we deserve to know.

*Karma lands outside the front door to the Room and stares at it*

*Hanna looks at Lecter and shakes her head*

*She has a look on her face that could resemble angry, but she's far to afraid to look that angry*

Hanna: N-no.

*Lecter raises an eyebrow*
Lecter: I don't intend to harm you. I just need to clear some things up, is all. You can trust me.

[Overlord Thraka]

*Mergoux would look evasive if it weren't for the fact she's still wearing her helmet*
*She shifts uncomfortable and shudders*
Mergoux: I.. I'll explain later...
*She stands weakly and glares at Hanna*
Mergoux: Trust me, you'd do better to speak with him than with me. We both want to know what you were doing, but he's probably a whole lot nicer than I am.
*She glares at Hanna suspiciously*

*Iris stands between Hanna and the others*
Iris: No! You're not taking here anywhere, not without me!

*Lecter nods*
Lecter: Someone can hold my blades while we speak. I promise I won't attempt to harm her. I just want to talk, is that too much? I have been completely honest with you all, I want the favor returned.

*Hanna looks up at Iris then back at Lecter*

Hanna: ... Fine...

*Hanna walks towards Lecter*

*Lecter nods once and looks over at Iris*
Lecter: She will be fine.
*The Devil Hunter draws both of his blades and sets them down against a sofa*
Lecter: See to it that they aren't damaged. They are important to me.
*Lecter nods to Hanna and leads her off to a side room*
Lecter: Karma has an interest in you. Care to tell me why?

*Hanna waves to Iris as she is taken to a side room*

*Hanna tilts her head*

Hanna: K-Karma? I-is that the birds n-name?...

*She shivers at the thought of the bird*

Lecter: A shame you had to see her like that. She has a much sweeter side to her than that, when there isn't fighting. Now, do you know why she'd be interested in you? I don't suspect you of being a Devil, I would have known if you were one by now, but I do want to know the truth.

Hanna: Y-your bird wanted to e-eat me... Or a-at least taste me... A-also she s-said some stuff a-about me not being a d-devil...

*Lecter nods*
Lecter: She's very smart. And observant. Two reasons why I keep her. But if she spoke to you, she would have a good reason for it. She normally keeps to herself. Why would she want to taste you? Is there something... unique, or odd about you? A reason why your eye changes? I'd suspect a Devil Trigger, but like Karma said, you're no Devil.

*Hanna covers her eye after Lecter brings it up*

Hanna: ... I d-don't want to talk about i-it...

*Hanna turns away from Lecter making it very clear she isn't a fan of direction of his questions*

*Lecter nods once*
Lecter: I'm not something to be afraid of, Hanna. Can you tell me why you grabbed Mergoux, or should I ask something else?
*Lecter speaks patiently, without a single note of harshness in his voice*

Hanna: Ask something else... I-I'll put it t-this way... I-if people knew e-everything... I-I would be m-much less t-tolerated...

*Hanna rubs her shoulder*

Lecter: I can guarantee I have dealt with worse than you. I am a Devil Hunter, after all.
*He sighs and scratches at his chin*
Lecter: How about this, you can ask me three questions. I will answer them all honestly, no matter what you ask. In return, you answer my question. I'm a man of my word, I can keep a secret. Agreed?
