"Y-yeah, I got you too. No matter what?"

Taylor nodded and blushed a bit, reaching over to place a hand on his shoulder. 'Promise', she said before taking her hand back and relaxing back in her seat. She was beginning to notice just how close they were to Liv's.

"Already visited one crime scene today, can we just.. not even go there? I'm kinda over the whole Mystery Gang thing, for the day."

"Yeah, Gang will let the authorities deal with a case for once."

She smirked and nodded in agreement. This was something the cops should be investigating in the first place, not a bunch of kids who should just be worrying about their next paycheck. She could see Liv's house fast approaching, and as they grew closer, she saw Olivia disappearing into her home with the door closing behind her. Taylor chuckled softly and unclipped her seatbelt as they pulled up, tugging down at her skinny jeans that had bunched up a bit at her thighs while sitting down. She looked up at the front door, then back at Josh for a moment before opening her door to get out. She reached down and popped the seat to let Sadie out, who went tearing off to sniff around the front yard, tail high in the air and head down low.

"What do you thinks gonna happen, Josh? With everything that's going on?"

Location: Heading Home; Heading to Miranda's

Declan grit his teeth at what he could hear of Jenna yelling after him. Once he got far enough down the road he collapsed to the ground and yelled down at the ground, gripping the compacted dirt.

"How about the fact that you've had a crush on me for ages and still do-" ... "And as for you risking your life for me - thanks. Mindless beasts when they transform, hurting anything in their path... Remus Lupin couldn't even fight that."

Everything she said was replaying in his head as if it was being played back on a loop. A harsh snarl ripped through Declan's teeth, tears beginning to run down his face as he swiped at the ground, dirt flying everywhere. "I DIDN'T KILL HIM!!!" he screamed brokenly into nothing. They might have possibly heard it, but he knew Jenna was too set in her mind even if she did hear it, to believe him. He had to either get some cold hard evidence to prove his innocence or see if Taylor wouldn't lie for him on his behalf. They hadn't been together that night, but she knew where he was and had he been lying about where he'd gone that night she'd have smelled the lie in his words. Not literally of course, but wouldn't that be cool if she could?

Declan gave a look around, his eyes slightly blurry through the tears still remaining there. Pushing himself up off the ground as he felt a text message come through on his phone. He reached into his pocket and pulled the thing out only to have the memory flooding back into him. He'd busted the thing while trying to save Jenna. The thought only frustrated him more. He glared at the phone screen, trying to figure out who the hell text him but it was pointless. The thing was busted beyond repair. He huffed softly and was about to shove it back into his pocket when a face flashed through his mind. Miranda. He flipped his phone back open and clicked her number into the keypad, pressing SEND to begin the call. It went straight to voicemail for some reason, and Declan wasn't too sure why, but he left a message anyway for her.

'You know who it is. I'll be at your place in 10. I hope you're there. If not, I'm gonna just lay in a bush out front and wait for you.'

He clacked his phone shut and sort of winced at the sound it made when the glass on the screen crunched against the other half of the phone. Declan shoved the phone back into its place as he began to strip down to his skivvies, dropping down on all fours as he began to make the change. Many cracks, cries and growls later, a wolf larger than most males stood where Declan once was. He shook his fur out and slowly picked up his pants in his mouth, being sure his phone, wallet and pocket knife wouldn't fall out, he started making his way to his friend Miranda's house. If anyone could make him feel better and tell him she believed he was innocent, it would be her.

The moment of contact between Joey and Taylor sent waves of heat throughout his body. He still couldn't get over her simple touch. It was as he was still in elementary school sitting with his crush.

After making one more turn Joey slowed down to a crawl before stopping all together in front of Olivia's house, speaking of which, who had just entered.

"What do you thinks gonna happen, Josh? With everything that's going on?" Taylor said as Joey exited the car after her.

He considered her question for a moment. He concluded that further clarification was required.

"What you mean? Like whats gonna happen to Red Lake?"

@Morose@FantasyChic The officers weren't at the townhall over looking the scene anymore, but still the crime scene did have the tape over it still and the outline of where Mayor Ryder's body was located. However when Finley would enter the building she would see that the computers that the security cameras were hooked up to were gone from Mayor Ryder's office. However Jenna still had access to the police station and could find where the computer was located in the evidence room.

@Dragoknighte There wasn't a proper library building in Red Lake, if anyone did want to check out a book there was a small one in Red Lake's Town Hall, however that was still an active crime scene. The drive back to the center of town was uneventful, and there were a few people there still floating around town as they continued to go on about their day. The crime scene was now cleared for now, there weren't any officers there as they went to go and tend to the newest one by the abandoned house he wouldn't have any problems getting into the building if he decided to go there.

@Infamous Auror When Declan shifted into his wolf form his senses were much higher now, and he would hear some voices a few feet away. They were the same hunters that he had encountered back at the Silver Mine. Then he would hear a gunshot going off, and he would see them briefly as they had finished killing a deer for their hunt. The run to Miranda's house wasn't eventful either, and he would be able to see her house there coming up in the distance in the woods.

@Kirah The day was pretty nice so far as Heather went out to walk over to the café, her house wasn't that much farther from the center of town. And she would hear about the people going on about the sudden surge in police activity, as well as the murder of Mayor Ryder and then Riley Walker going missing. Whenever Heather entered the café she would see the manager tending to a few tables himself after having kicking Miranda out of the store for the rest of the day. He would perk up seeing Heather and gave her a slight smile. "Glad you got my message, mind getting ready and serving some coffee?" He asked.

Abraham Serafin

Location: Outside town hall where the crime scene was.

Abraham looked towards Kosara and shook his head slightly, the closest medium that he knew of that he had been in contact with was on the other side of the country. "Sadly the only one I know of is on the other side of the country so wouldn't be that useful to call her over here. It would take over a day to fly her out over here on short notice." Abe answered as he started to pull the car out and started to drive back to town. He thought about what to do next listening to his niece as she gave a suggestion of doing a séance, which wasn't a bad idea.

"That witch in town runs a store we can get the supplies that we need from her." Abe said knowing the woman very well, he would then look over at Kosara's phone seeing that there was a text from Jenna on the screen. "Wanna answer your friend?" Abe asked, he never really was good with the modern tech and newer phones that people used nowadays. As he drove feeling slightly hungry and looked at Kosara. "Gonna stop by the café and get some food real quick before doing ingredient shopping." Abe said.

Jeanna nodded looking at the kitten and smiled softly for a moment gently reaching down to pet it hearing it purring slightly as it woke up letting out a little mew. "Then follow me over to my car and i'll drive you there." Jeanna said as she looked towards Bradley who was still working on getting his deputies in order to get the scene set up and get ready on the forensic side of things. "Going to take her back to her place, then come back and help out here." Jeanna said motioning for Lydia to follow her, and headed into her car looking down she went to check the text from earlier.

Seeing that it was from Jenna and asking about her birth father, though she didn't know him Jeanna would do her best to dig into it after all Jenna was her wife's daughter after all which made Jenna family. Jenna then started up the car and started to type out her reply to Jenna.

To Jenna:
Sure i'll look into it, dropping off a girl named Lydia at her place, theres been another murder stay safe will contact you when I have something.

Jeanna hit send as she started to drive out from the abandoned house's driveway looking towards Lydia feeling bad that the girl had witnessed a murder but she wanted to make sure she was safe and also needed to know more. "Is there anything else that you can tell me?" Jeanna asked as she started to make her way towards Jenna and Lydia's house.

Olivia stopped for a moment as she started to pick up Taylor and Joey's scent and heard them pulling up at her house's driveway she started to make her way over towards the front door. Seeing Sadie bolting out of the car and running about in her yard Olivia smiled softly as she watched the dog having some fun in the yard. She stood on the porch of her house and waited for them to get out and waved them over.

"Glad to see you guys again." Olivia said even though she had already seen them just a few minutes ago over at the lake, Olivia still couldn't really get the weird smell out of her head back at the lake either. There was certainly something going on over there, she would probably end up going there herself and explore what was going on at the lake on her own time.

Heather

Location: The Cafe
Interacting with: Customers and the manager

Heather enjoyed the walk. The was refreshing. Sirens blared a bit heading to some crime. She paused debating if curiosity should be satiated. Mr. Jackson had sounded, well not desperate, that wasn't the right word. More as if he wanted her there as soon as possible. She sped up her walk a little to make sure she got to the cafe faster.

"No problem." Heather gave a smile to Mr. Jackson and went to the back to get her apron on. She took a deep breath as she clocked in. Working would be fine. She told herself. Just lose yourself in making the coffee. Heather stepped back out into the cafe and took up a place behind the counter filling orders. She chatted with a couple of people, those who knew her and why she had been out of time gave her sympathetic smiles or asked why she was back so soon. "You know just get your mind off of it. It seems like I missed a lot here." The little she had heard before today hadn't told her much. "I think something else was going on as I was coming in. I heard sirens." Heather was a bit worried as to what might have happened and hoped no one else was dead. Especially in such a grisly manner. Maybe her father wasn't completely wrong, and she should have stayed back home a little longer. Not that LA was a good city, but something far more sinister feeling was happening here.

Kosara Koleva

Location: Abe's car

"Sigh, we really need to expand our range of contacts... that said it's also not like people in our line of business exist just about everywhere with their specific toolsets..." She smirked half sarcastically." Who would have guessed we would get such a big problem out here in the middle of nowhere? Heck I was even thinking of retiring completely and not going to on hunts anymore unless they knock on my doorstep..." She looked at Abe, before the mobile phone indeed indicated a missed text.

"Well that's odd... I didn't hear it arrive." She mumbled, opening it to check what Jenna was writing her." Must have arrived when the phone decided to not register the mobile cell coverage or something..." She mumbled." Seems Jenna wants to spend the night at our place. Well she will use my room, so I'm not really taking no for an answer, gramps." Kosara smiled, noticing the second part of the message." She wants to speak hypitetical situations... last time we spoke about that just the two of us with her, it was all about supernaturals. Hehehe..." She giggled and quickly typed a reply.

To Jenna:
Sure thing, we're heading for the Cafe for a quick grub, can you meet us there or should we pick you up?-K

"I guess we can do it that way, I asked her if she can meet as at the Cafe." Kosara said, running a list for the things they needed to buy later in her mind." We might have us a real helper in her, Abe. In fact we might do well to even pick her up now if she wants or needs. It's dangerous to leave her out at night."

Miranda Burke

Location: Café/heading home Interacting with:

Miranda had left the café in a huff, she was not happy with how the day went down as she now has to deal with losing some pay because of an ass of a manager. Sure it was probably better if they hashed it out somewhere out of earshot of customers but again he should not have acted as an ass towards her when dealing with something as important as Riley. She overheard some people talking about there was possibly another murder, it was the most common thing nowadays that people talk about… Well at least to her it felt like that, she just wished it over, the killer caught and riley back home.

She had since got into her car that she used to get to work, normally she would be happy walking to and from it, but with a murderer on the loose somewhere in town, it was better to be safe than sorry as she turned the ignition to her Impala and turning some music on for her to listen to so she could calm her nerves from today’s events. Miranda was about to pull out and head of home when her phone went off and reminded her that Olivia had sent her a text not so long ago and she never read it, maybe she sent another message? Or someone else did, she decided to attend to her phone first before driving.

Checking her phone, she did indeed have two messages from two different people and so went on to read Olivia’s first as she was the first message to be sent to the blonde. Miri sighed a little as she felt it was probably a good idea to let her bestie know what went down at the café today.

To Olivia:
“Hey Oli, Sorry didn’t reply sooner was at work, oh plenty happened though, Manager acted like an ass to me when that FBI agent was talking to me and well… You know me, I spoke my mind.”

Miranda sighed for a moment, she swore she could of wrote an essay to Olivia on what exactly was said but felt it was needed, if anything she wanted to get her mind of everything and was looking forward to just going home and taking it from there. Taking a moment for the message to send, Miranda then went on to read the next message, but it was a voicemail. It was from Declan, listening to it and hearing his voice was enough for the blonde to smile, if there was anyone that could help cheer her up or stressed, it was Declan.

Flipping her phone back down and putting it in her bag, Miranda strapped her seatbelt on and pulled her car out of its parking space and began making her way home, hopefully she would beat him to her home or at least get there roughly the same time, either way she was excited in just getting to hang with him for a while.

Finley Alestair

Location: Crime Scene

The fact they were able to get on to the crime scene with no trouble from anyone again should have worried Finley, but it made things easier. She walked with Jenna in stone silence. Her thoughts racing as to recent events. Get the tape. That would clear things up. There would be no doubts once they saw the tape.

But what if the tape did show a wolf mauling the Mayor? It didn't mean it was Declan who did it but how did one distinguish between wolves? Would she be able to spot Declan's wolf form from others? Dread soon started piling up. She believed in Declan, but it may be hard to prove it to some people.

As she entered, she noticed the cameras and computers were gone. Most likely taken for evidence. Finley could kick herself for not getting it when she was able to. Instead, she kicked the end of the desk in anger. "Fuck! Just great!" She was pissed now. She missed her opportunity. She walked back outside, not waiting for Jenna to say or do whatever she wanted to do.

The lack of a library proper, even a small one was annoying, but not an altogether unexpected obstacle for him to run into. The fact that the town hall was just another twist that made things somewhat more difficult to work with on his end. He'd have to maneuver around it every time he wanted to go to or leave the library or risk getting in the way/disrupting the force's work, but that was just how the cards were dealt. At least if something new was uncovered here, he'd be close enough to the scene to learn of it pretty quickly.

As he stepped into the library, he took a quick stroll around it and tried to get a good idea of what they had available. He paid special attention to anything having to deal with the occult, or potentially relating to Red Lake's history. Chances were that a town chronicle, if there was one, would be stored somewhere else, but since he was already there for one thing, it wouldn't hurt to at least check. It would be infuriating to lose time going around to different places only to be directed back to his starting place.

Jenna Westbrook

Location: Town Center

Jenna raised an eyebrow at the text from Jeanna. How had her cousin ended up with a rendez-vous with the FBI? She wondered when Jeanna would realize that Jenna was related to Lydia - or at least, spiritually so. They weren't blood relatives. Yet by that same logic, Jenna and Jason weren't twins. But if anyone pointed that out to Jenna, the inherit contradictions that she operated under, she'd be liable to punch them. Lydia was her cousin and Jason was her twin. Period. Another text came in, this time from Kosara. She smiled slightly, glad to have lodgings secured for the night. She'd just tell her parents that she was spending the night at Olivia's.

To Kosara:
I'm in the area. Pick me up after you eat? -J

She glanced up from her phone, sliding it into her pocket as she headed into the crime scene. She didn't want to say a word to Finley. Their friendship was likely in danger but Jenna couldn't bring herself to care at the moment. She had already been going through a minor identity crisis when she realized she was adopted - bringing all of this on didn't help her mood. The computers and other recording devices were gone, but that wasn't entirely why Jenna had gone to the crime scene. There was more than just footage there and she'd be able to access it. Once Finley left, Jenna stood for a moment in the empty room. She counted Finley's footsteps until she could no longer hear them.

Jenna clenched her fist. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, trying to force herself to remember two individuals she had never met. Yet there was nothing.

"You abandoned me!" Jenna screamed, kicking the wall as hard as she could. "Why did you leave me?" She kicked the wall again, feeling the pain shoot through her toes but she didn't care. The wall represented the shadowy figure of her parents. She continued to kick and scream, channeling all of the rage and frustration. She didn't belong here in Red Lake. It was a lie - all of it.

"I HATE YOU!" Jenna cried, kicking the wall once more and falling to the floor. Tears cascaded down her face before a bit of clarity came to her. Once she ensured her friends were protected, she'd run away. She'd take the information Jeanna provided about her father and she'd go find him - ask him the questions that kept her up at nights. And when that was over...Maybe she'd go become a private detective like she always wanted. But truthfully, it didn't matter. She didn't want to spend another night in a town where she wasn't wanted.

Lydia Weaver

Location: The Creepy House (again)
Interacting With: Jeanna Grayson

She followed Jeanna over to her car, and got inside, still holding the kitten in her arms. Lydia waited until she was done talking to Sheriff Bradley, there was nothing much she could do. This day was not what she had expected, though when she thought about it, she didn't know what she expected the day to be like. Just a little bit ago, she was outside the cafe, and found a stray kitten.

Lydia watched as Jeanna quickly sent a message, before starting to drive. Her last question made her hesitate to speak. She had already said everything that had happened, at least as much as she knew. Thinking about what to say, she spoke again. She was nervous, and it showed, Lydia's accent once more poked through within her words as she replied, "Their isn't anythin' lef' to say. I already told ya everythin' I know."

"What you mean? Like whats gonna happen to Red Lake?"

It made Taylor blush lightly at that, as if maybe he may have thought she'd meant between them. She simply nodded with a small smile still on her lips from the thought. "Yeah, I mean.. it's just-" Taylor sighed and walked to the front of the car, waiting for Josh to join her. "I honestly don't know how to put it without sounding like.. like I'm a scaredy cat or something. Cause I'm not. I'm just.. worried, ya know? I'm not talking about for my own safety, either. I've got too many important people in this town that I care about. I don't want anything happening to you guys."

"Glad to see you guys again."

Taylor looked up from where she'd been staring down at the ground to see Liv in her doorway. She picked her hand up to give Liv a little wave and a smile, pocketing her hand before looking back over to Josh. She began thinking of how she'd feel if either Josh or Olivia was the next to be taken.. or Finley, Jenna, Miranda... Declan. Taylor's heart sank. She quickly pulled her phone from her pocket and typed out a text to her cousin.

Hey, you iight?
To: Dick

Taylor noticed she had a text waiting for her in her inbox. Finley. She raised her eyebrow at the message and instantly typed back a reply.

Yeah, no problem. Im at your best friend's house.. ;) come on over lol
To: Finn

Location: On the way to Miranda's ; Miranda's Home

Declan was en route to Miranda's house along the back roads when he could hear feet moving, slowly. Like a predator upon its pr- BANG! The shot rang out before Declan could even finish his own thought. He quickly darted for a bush and looked himself over.

'Was that at me?!' he thought to himself. 'Cause if so, they shoot like shit.' Then he smelled it. Blood. Fresh blood. As well as the sulfur smell, but he'd been smelling that since he started his change. He just hadn't been paying any mind to it. He was too focused on getting to Miranda's and calming down from his fight with Jenna. 'Jenna. Fuck.' His girlfriend. How was he going to get in touch with her now with a broken cellphone? Sure, he could just call her when he got to Miranda's, but the thought alone was awkward in itself. For more reasons than one. Some he wasn't too ready to admit to out loud, but the main one that would get him in a lot of shit with Jenna later... Why was he at a girl's house? That would be Jenna's first question. How could he explain that the first person he thought to run to to calm him down was Miri and not his girlfriend Jenna?

Declan mentally sighed as he pushed his nose through the brush to scan around him. No one. He decided to push on to find out what or who had been shot. His nose led him straight to the scene of the hunters from before with a deer laid out before them, dead. The smell of the fresh kill appealed to the beast within him but he shook his head and quickly turned around to run in the other direction. 'Not now. Run first, eat later.' Declan could almost feel the inner turmoil inside of him rising between his human self and his four-legged counterpart.

It wasn't a very long run before Declan found himself on familiar grounds, padding through the treeline just as it opened up to reveal Miranda's house. He smiled a little wolfish grin as well as his tail swaying back and forth happily. He ducked his head and scurried over to the back of the house, slowly creeping around the home till he was laying as flat as he could to the ground, eyes peering around for any signs of her. A sudden thought had him laughing to himself. He could always request that Miri install a doggy door in the back for him. Then he wouldn't have to wait for her for so long to get home, he could just be inside waiting. Curled up on her bed or passed out on the couch. He shook away the thought with a soft huff before resting his head down on his great big paws. Eyes wide and ears alert, Declan waited for his friend to get home.

The time alone was already proving to be troublesome for him. His mind began to run of all the happenings from earlier that day. He picked up his head slowly and turned his paws over to show the burned pads, baring his teeth at them. It was going to be a reminder for a while of it all. Declan pushed his front paws out in front of him, digging them into the ground as he snarled at the action. It hurt. Really bad. Picking up a paw, he turned it over and looked at it. It was bleeding, but it was covered in dirt and the burn wasn't noticeable. He could easily play off the blood. He laid back down in his spot to wait for Miranda, one ear back and the other forward.

Josh regarded Olivia with a nod. He could have don better but Taylor had him thinking. She brought up a good point. What next? Murderers and kidnappers where reeking havoc in the area, and where likely capable of blending in the townsfolk. No one could be trusted. No one was safe. Not until the bastards where caught. But from what he could gather, the police weren't making any noticeable progress either.

As much as Joey hated not having an answer to rid Taylor of her concerns, he truly had no idea what would happen next. So he shrugged and joined Taylor on the hood of his car.

"I feel ya, Tay. Red Lake's in some shit, and I'm not sure we can really do shit about it. Not unless your willing to risk your own life. I'm not sure what comes next."

The notion of risking ones own life for another was rather gratuitous to Joey, but he was a self-serving bastard who only cared for his closest friends and family. Risking an arm and a leg for a whole town was rather idiotic, but people he cared about would rather stay then flee. Maybe Olivia was right in her wanting to investigate on her own.

@Morose@FantasyChic@Dragoknighte While Jenna was alone in Mayor Ryder's office, Finley as well as Harry would both be able to hear her outburst in the room. Harry had just gotten into the library of the town hall, there were several books dating back to its founding as well. And several old books containing maps of Red Lake itself, there was always shelves in the little library that had more recent books, but it looked like no one really used it that much. When Jenna kicked against the wall it would cause a small hole to form the building was getting pretty old after all.

@Infamous Auror@Damo021 Miranda's drive over towards Declan's place was uneventful she would see a deer running across the street and disappear into the woods once more. And she would make it to her house with no problems at all, Declan would then also be able to hear Miranda's car pulling up into the driveway as well. The day was slowly starting to get late now and the sun was starting to set down as well.

"And once a hunter always a hunter, once you start it wont ever stop, theres always monsters to kill out there as well." Abraham never truly retired from hunting, sure there were a lot of times where he had taken several days off to a year off as well. Then Kosara brought up Jenna, he really didn't like the idea of her having to get involved in any of this stuff, looking at his niece for a moment.

"Shes to young to take up hunting as well, shes like a daughter to me." Abe hated seeing people he was close to die in some hunting incident same with Kosara as well. He then saw the café and drove up and found an empty parking spot looking over at his niece and gave her a smile. "Quick dinner, then we can discuss what we want to do next." Abe said as he walked into the café and quickly went to find a seat as he looked around he then spotted Heather serving a few tables.

Jeanna looked towards Lydia and nodded slightly, she knew that the girl had gone through a lot in the last several minutes and she didn't want to prod her any further. And let things sink in, the last thing Jeanna wanted was for her to get overly stressed out over the loss of her friend. "Sorry again." Jeanna said deciding to drop the subject as she turned up towards the road making her way to the other side of town where Jenna and Lydia both lived. The kitten then climbed up further and crawled up over Lydia's chest and eventually curled up on her shoulder and fell asleep once more.

A few seconds later Jeanna was in front of Lydia's house and parked the car on the driveway looking out at the house then over towards Lydia as she reached down into her pocket and pulled out her card. "If anything comes out at you, please call or swing by the Bed and Breakfast that's where I have been staying."

Olivia hit send as she started to take a few steps off of her porch and made her way over towards Joey and Taylor she wasn't sure what they were talking about at the moment. "Do you guys want to come in?" Olivia asked, she looked up at the sky as she noticed the sun started to set now it was going to be dark now in a few hours.

Harry Kingsfield

Location:
Town Center

There were quite a few things here that immediately seemed of use as far as occult, supernatural investigation into the history of the town of Redwood went. Harry had plenty of material to go over quickly if he actually wanted to find Riley Walker. Every minute that passed by increased the difficulty in tracking her down even taking any unknown supernatural factors that would only serve to make things more difficult. If he were to make any headway, he'd have to be as efficient with his time as possible.

These thoughts were immediately cut short by very loud declarations of hatred that managed to cut through even his single-minded focus. Part of him wanted to just ignore the emotional outburst and continue on what he was doing, but he was curious. Furthermore, he reasoned, Riley was a teenager, and based on her journal teenage drama was likely a core reason for her disappearance, so he couldn't ignore a major aspect of the town and hope to solve its mystery.

So he followed his ear and made his way to the source of the outburst, which was surprisingly enough the mayor's office. Inside he found the girl he saw earlier at the police station lying on the floor crying, with a small hole in the wall nearby. Not exactly what he expected to find, but not all that surprising either. Perhaps she could tell him things he didn't know about, or if he got lucky, he might be able to help her sort through her emotions. But he had to take this from a professional angle first.

"Harry Kingsfield, Private Investigator. Mind telling me what's going on here?"

Kosara Koleva

Location: café

“I suppose that is true, gramps, but still... I wished to leave it behind for a little while...” She replied. Stuff was always happening in a hunter's life, but because of that they rarely got a normal life. She was lucky she got through education mostly normally with the hunts happening parallel most of the time, but maintaining a level of normality around herself. Once she turned adult there was non of that. That's the reason she left Europe and came to the states to live with Abe in the middle of nowhere all things considered. She actually enjoyed the calm life here until now. Right from that abduction of Riley, it all turned to the usual hunting habits. Though even she knew the truth that she couldn't top now. She knew the truth and had promised to help whomever she can in her way.

“I know that, Abe...” Kosara replied a they exited the car to walk for the cafe.” That doesn't mean that she's not onto supernatural on her own already. Some of the things we talked, she was incredibly close to actual supernatural occurances... I doubt it was completely theory based for a book... Even if she won't hunt, she can help by knowing when to run, who to call and how to help herself if she has to. I'm not saying to make a hunter out of her mind you...” She finished when they entered and quickly hopped to the nearest empty table that was next to the front windows.

She quickly pulled her phone and typed a quick message for Jenna.

To Jenna:
Okey, we will come get you in a little while, just say where to come to.-K

With that done, she pulled the menu, curious as of what to pick. Not htat there were too many means in a cafe at this time of day, but she wanted to see what they had non the less. Picky eater a little bit, she was.

Heather

Location: The Cafe
Interacting with: Customers, Kosara @rivaan & Abraham @Nallore

"Hello," Heather steps over to the table pulling out her order sheet. "What can I get you started with? Are you just here for drinks or food?"

"I'll have a cola and a ham and cheese sandwich." Heather jotted down Kosara's order and turned to Abraham.

"Coffee, and some chicken soup." Abrahman said. Heather added it to the list and slid the food order to the board for the cook, while she made the drinks and brought it back to their table. With their drinks, Heather brought a small thing of cream and made sure there was sugar on the table.

"Your food will be out in a few minutes."

Lydia Weaver

Location: The Creepy House (again)
Interacting With: Jeanna Grayson

She was getting a little annoyed with Jeanna apologizing when she hadn't had anything to do with what had happened. It had been her own dumb curiosity's fault that this had happened, and that was the truth. With the kitten curling up and falling asleep, she gave it a smile. The little thing was going to stay with her, but she did need to name it eventually, that was bugging her a little bit still, but she couldn't come up with anything.

Looking out the window of the car, she saw that they were pulling up in front of the house. She took the business card that Jeanna handed her, and nodded her head. "Alright, I will. Thanks for the ride back," she said as she got out of the car, trying not to disturb the little kitten too much.

Finley Alestair

Location: Crime Scene

Finley couldn't think of what to do next. This was her plan all along and now she had nothing. There was a body (possibly more) that turned up and now she had no evidence to help prove Declan was innocent. She wanted to scream, but it seemed like Jenna had already got her beat. All of this had to be too much for her. Finley was still incredibly pissed off at her, but she wasn't about to leave her alone.

So Finley waited, but as she waited, she saw an unknown man entered the premise. Finley followed quickly should Jenna be in trouble. Finley overheard the man say he was a private detective and Finley held back a scoff. It was bad enough the police were incompetent, she doubted a private detective could do much better. Still, Jenna was capable. She would back off for now, but at least she was close by should something happen.

Jenna Westbrook

Location: Town Center

Jenna took a deep breath, not even glancing up at the investigator as he announced himself. Of course, it was a reasonable thing for him to do. Had she been working this case (which in a way, she was), she would have asked the girl throwing a bitch fit at the crime scene. It was proper investigative practices. "Typical adolescent team drama," Jenna said. She pulled herself to her feet and wiped her eyes on the sleeve of her jacket. She didn't particularly care if she looked presentable, but she hated having wet eyes. They somehow felt itchy.

She could make out Finley in the background but she honestly didn't want her help at the moment. She could go pound salt for all Jenna cared. "I intern for the police - I was just on my way out. Are you supposed to be here without an escort? It is a crime scene..." Respond and deflect. Her father would have been proud. She took a quick glance around, just to check and see if the ghostly Mayor Ryder had any other useful tidbits for her. The sooner she got away from all the assholes of Red Lake and to the relatively secluded lifestyle of Kosara and Abe, the better.

Miranda Burke

Location: heading home/ At Miranda’s home.Interacting with: Declan @infamous Auror

The drive was not that long for Miranda and pretty uneventful overall as she was making her way home, she was quietly humming to the music playing from the car radio which in itself was enough to have mind wonder away from her work place. Heck the only thing that happened on her journey home she saw was simply a deer running across the street and off into Narnia somewhere, it only distracted Miranda for a moment as she continued home.

Soon enough and not a few moments later, Miranda had turned down into the street she lived on, once nearing her house she in one fluid motion drove the car onto the driveway and up far enough not to have the trunk hanging out over the pathway or anything like that to block people. Putting the handbrake on and switching off the vehicles engine, Miranda felt her phone go off again and took a few moments to read it, it was from Oli inviting the blonde over to her place. Placing her phone back in her pocket, Miranda unclipped the seatbelt and got out of the car, taking her things and then locking it up, she smiled as she saw the sunset started happening, it was a beautiful sight and another thing she loved about Red Lake.

With a spring in her step Miranda spun round and made her way over to her home, she had good butterflies though and felt as though Declan was hiding somewhere but watching and considering she could see him sitting on the seat at the front porch, she guessed he could be in wolf form. Unlocking her front door, Miranda stepped inside and left it open a moment placing her stuff on the side before coming back to the door and glancing around she couldn’t see him and he had not made his way in yet… It was possible he was hiding round back, it made more sense and was more safe than taking a chance on someone seeing her let in a wolf into her home.

Closing the door and locking it behind her, Miranda took her shoes off before going further into the house heading for the kitchen, putting a fresh load of water into the kettle and turning it on to boil it, a fresh drink was called for after the day she had, she had been emotional and had to deal with an ass of a boss. Clearing her mind for a moment she tidied up herself up a bit more for him and went over to the back door and unlocked it. Opening the door Miranda peeked her head round it to see if she could spot Declan, no doubt hiding best as one could, looking around once more to see if the coast was clear, Miranda nodded for Declan to come in. “Quick hun, it’s clear” She whispered knowing he would hear her.
