"I make people sleepy. But hey, we may not even need it. Play are cards right and they'll tire themselves out for us. Your little flames can spooky them with threats of burning up that damsel" she responded, having to look far up to see the face of the other girl. As they made their way to the open room, there was a poorly made doll of a young child hung by the stomach over a pool of water. The room was mostly open save for two pillars behind the pool and two in front. The starting room for the heroes wouldn't look much different but would be without the damsel. The sleepy girl rested against the pool and sighed in relief.
"You can go beat up those boys if you want. I'm gonna chill here though"

Karen cracked her neck loudly then smiled with vigour. She was somewhat happy they had it in the bag, though she didn't rule out the boys just yet, seeing as though underestimation was a really large downfall in most villains, as well as a couple heroes. She nodded, then turned to head towards the Hero side of the field, wanting to catch them off-guard.
"Brilliant, I'll radio in if I'm having trouble or if you should expect someone. Be back soon, ciao!" She laughed as she started jogging down, her hair fluttering behind her as if they lived. She was ready, but she wasn't going to underestimate anybody. She also thought she'd keep her quirk a semi-secret until she really had to use it, since again, the element of surprise was going to be one of her greatest assets in the upcoming fight. Her fists clenched in anticipation, though she slowed down somewhat just to see if she could hear anything that might give away the heroes' position.

Haley Grace

Haley sat herself down still brightly coloured from embarrassment. She looked over at the others in the observation room and took a deep breath to try and calm her nerves. After a few breaths she finally composed herself tho her cheeks remained a slight shade of pink, she was still a little mad but was gradually easing up. She then watched the happenings of the current match, she was excited to see how everyone would use their quirks. She would admit that knowing what their quirks could do before going up against them would be a massive advantage come her turn. She subconsciously crossed her arms to slightly cover her abs as she watched the match begin.

Zero

Charles would simply take a seat on the floor looking at those who was left noticing Haley's behavior, which made him turn his head at her. Without thinking much about it he would ask her "What is wrong?" while he would seem curious, his face didn't show anything and it was as if looking at a plastic faced robot, though at least he looked human. Vocally how ever he did sound somewhat confused, human emotions was so strange to him. While his head was turned towards Haley he would just use his quirk to connect to the cameras they was watching so he could watch it without having to do so physically.

Haley Grace

Haley snapped back to reality and turned to look at Zero. "O-oh it's nothing! I'm fine... The costume's just... A little to r-revealing." She said the last two sentences very quietly, and her cheeks once again flashed red. She didn't know this other kid but he didn't seem bothered by her costume yet, so maybe it wasn't as bad as she thought. Maybe I am overreacting... she thought and her arms shifted slightly with unease. She kept looking between Zero and the screen as to not miss something.

Zero

Zero would just seem confused at her concern "Costume too revealing?" he would ask her "What does that mean?" He says out turning his head bit sideways looking at her before looking back at his own costume confused on the meaning. While she was speaking common sense, it was clear to him it was a foreign as a meteor crashing on a planet. He was slightly hoping for the test to get underway so he could analyze everyone's abilities and make proper combat simulations relating to everyone.

Haley nods."Y-yes... It show... A lot o-of my... Skin..." Haley Rubbed her shoulder her face reddening further. She makes a soft groan "C-could we talk a-about something else?..." Haley looked down at Charles and rubbed the back of her neck. She was getting a little uncomfortable. what's with this guy? He looks like he doesn't even have a clue... she thought to herself and then looked back at the screen to watch her classmates fight.

Since his disastrous first day with Meruem Fenrir had lingered in the back of the class trying to hide himself, thisplan had worked up until his costume had arrived. Made of light weight durably overlapping metal scale fashioned to look like old knight armour and darken to a burnished silver Fenrir kind stood out in the costume and that was a sad side effect of the design. Even after this minor inconvenience and the discovery of their dead classmate Fenrir still hid away at the back of the class.

At this point he hadn't even showcased his quirk to the class and he had been paired with Lucas for some kind of team fighting exercise, which lucky enough Fenrir was on the hero team versus some of the new girls Fenrir hadn't had a chance to meet. At the start of the exercise Fenrir would look at Lucas and smile kindly, "Should we split up or stick together?"

"We should work on a plan based on our quirks." Lucas said. "Obviously, you know mine, but what is yours, if you don't mind me asking? I know one of our opponents can light herself on fire, not sure about the other one."

Zero

Zero would return his gaze back to Haley, "Is showing a lot of skin a bad thing?" he would ask, clearly not getting the picture. Even though she asked if they could speak about something else, he didn't have much else to ask since the trail of conversation had lead to here. He would simply watch her, he would then say "Is asking questions about what one doesn't understand a bad thing?" asking that shortly after. "These concepts.. are confusing... I do not understand.." after saying such he would look to the floor trying to wrack his brain around the emotions he is seeing, and why they exist.

Of course while having this conversation he is watching everything on the cameras with his quirk, seeing that the boy team is conversing about what to do, noticing both teams are almost ready.

Haley turned back to Zero slightly annoyed that he kept going even after she asked him to stop. "Yes it is bad showing this much skin! F-for me at least..." Haley rubbed her shoulder again she then heard Charles' second question and how genuine his tone sounded. This boy seriously didn't have a clue did he, before she could respond the boy spoke again about not understanding these concepts. Haley felt bad for this kid, something had to have been lacking from his life if he didn't know about these things at the age of 16, was he 16? She wasn't sure she just assumed so either way it was to long for a kid to go without at least having a little bit of knowledge of these things. "I think t-these are things you should be asking a teacher, they'll have a much better explanation then me..." She said not really wanting to say much more as her arms returned to being crossed in front of her abs.

Fenrir smiles and rubs the back of his neck "Its kinda useless, but its above normal strength, speed, and Total pain resistance." He just kinda gives Lucas a moment to think of a plan involving that skill.

"I wouldn't say useless, however it will be hard to work with. Is it just pain resistance, or increased defense? Like if you were to say grab the girl on fire, would you not feel it and be fine for a bit, or would her flames still burn your flesh as easily as mine?" he asked.

Karen stopped moving the second she heard voices and pushed herself against the nearest wall. She would've liked to catch them both by surprise, but her flaming hair made that hard. Instead she settled on attacking the second they get close, so she pushes her hair to the side, and clenches her fists. At the moment her quirk isn't active, so the only part of her that might be visible is her hair, despite her best efforts to hide it from the heroes' view. She grits her teeth, and starts hyping herself up. It'd been... never... since she last fought someone with her quirk, so she wanted to see how it'd go. Hopefully all her years training in martial arts will come in handy.

He holds his hand up and does the so so motion. "I'll burn slower than you would, but yeah I'll still get burned. That's why I mentioned you shooting your laser at me earlier." He starts walking in Karen's direction not noticing her yet, "I'll take fire girl if you can get to the objective."

"If you think you're up for it." Lucas said. He noticed the fire girl and said "Now or never, I'll leave her to you." He ran straight for the fire girl, both os his arms turned into canons, including his sleaves. Right when he was about to run into her, he quickly spun around and fired his canons, propelling him further foreward and away from her, potentially hitting her if she didn't have the foresight to dodge this sneak attack.

Karen pushes herself against the wall even more as Lucas zooms past, and cracks a smile at his brashness, though she knows she can't nearly match his speed. She shrugs, and lets him run, before stepping out to be in front of Fenrir. In the same motion, she also speaks into her microphone that should be connected to Ayn.
"Wake up, the boy with guns is coming to you pretty fast. Can't catch him, but I'll keep the big boy off for ya'."
As she finishes her sentence, she smiles at Fenrir, and gets into a fighting pose, turning to the side and bringing up her arms in the classic Muay Thai fighters' pose. She also still looks like a normal human, albeit her hair, seeing as though she hasn't bothered to turn her quirk on.
"My oh my you are a big one aren't you? I don't want to hurt you, so if you just surrender I think this'll be better for the both of us."
She is fully expecting a fight, she just thinks it might be fun to have a bit of a conversation with the boy like the heroes do on TV.

Fenrir watche his ally fly past and bows his head slightly to Karen. "It is my pleasure to make your acquaintance today miss, if you do not know my name if Fenrir McCarthy and I will be facing you today." His brown eyes have a deep maroon tint to them as he pops his neck ready to fight.

Lucas ran through the halls, searching for any sign of the hostage, or the other girl on the villains team. He didn't know what her quirk was, and that scared him a little, as it could be literally anything, and he wasn't sure how he would be able to combat that. His best hope was to try and blast her from afar and knock her out, as he had a feeling she would be guarding the hostage.

Karen smiles at Fenrir and bows as well, feeling slightly guilty that she'd have to beat him up, seeing as though he seemed pretty nice.
"Karen Koning, and I was hopin' for you t'be an ass so I'd feel less bad 'bout kickin' yer ass, but it's whatever, come at me." She smiled as she taunted, and waited for him to make his move.
