"I am an assassin not a thief. I don't generally steal from people."Roxy growled. She was confident in herself and her work. But this wasn't her usual type of business. She killed people who deserved to be killed. She didn't take things she didn't work for. Nor was she used to trusting others. Her life had never given her a reason to reach out like this before. "People don't bail on me because I work alone."
Roxy glared at the girl who was so confident that she could get back in so it didn't matter if they failed today. That's where Ratte was wrong. It did matter. There were no second chances. "That's where you're wrong Ratte. There is no second chance. If we fail tonight it's over. I don't get a redo." She turned and stormed back through the building. She made her way to the rooftop. She debated getting involved with the fight. There was little point anymore. Although she could fight she wasn't really a fighter. But in the end she couldn't walk away. These people were here because of her so it was her responsibility to make sure that they escaped. With a sigh she made her way to the ground to see what she could do to get the others out of the trouble they had gotten themselves into.
