Hello and welcome to Alola's very own Pokemon Academy! Located just outside the beautiful Hau'oli City, this academy features some of the finest facilities and faculty to meet every blooming young trainer's educational needs! Our new state-of-the-art classrooms and battlefields ensure that trainers are equipped with all the knowledge they could ever need before setting off on their grand Pokemon adventures! Students are guaranteed a learning experience that's both fun and challenging, pushing them to their limits and showing them just how far they and their teams can really go!
With our excellent location by both the city and the beach, those students who find themselves with free time will surely have a myriad of ways to fill it, with plenty of exercise and excitement to bond with their fellow classmates. Every student is even granted a unique Trainer's Passport upon enrollment, allowing them to take the ferry to Alola's various islands. Be assured, dear parents! We will never let your children wander into dangerous territory. Use of the ferry's various destinations is directly tied to a student's passport, and we teachers will ensure that no one is able to go somewhere they would not be ready to face. We also have close ties to the islands' authorities and the Aether Foundation, so no matter where your children go, someone is always there to watch over them!
Our faculty, though small in number, is truly unparalleled. Each one is hand-selected by the Headmaster himself, proven by years of experience and expertise in their chosen fields. You can be sure that your child will be in the best of hands. And trainers! You can also rest assured, knowing that you'll be taught by no less than the best! If you've the will to succeed, we'll make certain you do!
I look very forward to seeing all of you, and you can bet I'll be looking to ignite the sparks of greatness I know lay waiting within you. See you soon, and though it may be premature, welcome to Alola!
Sincerely,
Kurtis Marshall
Headmaster of Alola Academy
Welcome to Alola! We'll be playing through a fantastic year of the academy, learning all there is to learn about Pokemon! And don't think this'll be any cakewalk; you have to work to earn that grade in written AND practical exams! Make sure you train as hard as you study!
For this, I'm looking for up to eight students and up to three professors. Any more than that'll just get crowded, and... well, honestly, I'm rusty. But hey! Beyond that, we can have a good time!
Students
Each student can have up to three Pokemon for their team. Bear in mind that both your character and Pokemon should be NEW AND INEXPERIENCED, meaning we will NOT be having any ex-Champions or "look at me I caught three Mewtwos LULZ" types. Beyond that, your options are fully open to you!
Student Body:
Marcus Zutcher
Allie Teosinte
Morgana
Amelia Averyonna
Penelope Cerrato
Tommy Pratt
Satou Ashiya

Instructors
On the other hand, instructors are welcome to be more flexible with their teams and histories. Former gym leader? Retired Elite Four? Maybe you tried for a few championships? Very open possibilities! However, it should be remembered that no matter who you are, you are not here to win and dominate. Rather, you are here to teach and help budding young trainers blossom! To that end, every instructor will be required to teach a particular subject. Feel free to be creative with that!
Faculty:
Headmaster Marshall, teaching Trainer 101
Thortan Masters, teaching Status and Stat Manipulation
Arthur McKillinder, teaching Non-Dualistic Training

I look very forward to playing with you all!
