"Of course! This fellow obviously isn't 'noble and just' now, is he? In fact, I'm going to take a stand and dub him as a bad guy until further questioning. As a noble hero of justice, I state we need to break free from his eeeeeeeeeeeeeeevil rulings!" Straight face. Come on, you can do it. Deus turned around rapidly to hide his massive smile. Him, a hero of justice? However, when in rome, do as the romans do. And as he was obviously in the company of heroes, with the obvious exceptions of Beatrice and Victor Von Doom, it would be best to act as such. He had little confidence in the ruse, but he was a demon of the theater after all, and acting was in his blood. Although Deus wasn't sure he had blood to begin with. He had blood when he wanted to, he knew that, but was it natural to him? Then again, was anything natural to him?
Deus was not a creature of philosophy, and soon forgot such thoughts, instead causing it to rain puppies and kittens around Victor Von Doom for petty amusement. In fact, Deus decided to make it his personal goal to transform Victor from his hateful, prideful, determined, aggressive self, into a peace-loving pacifist. While pacifists weren't very interesting overall, the transformation would be quite a masterpiece, taking ages of work, cunning, manipulation, and quite probably brain surgry. But it was all about the journey, and Deus was sure hijinks would ensue from this decision.
