Do the tentacles go underground then pop up in a new place to move or do they just plow forward? Are they even coming out of the ground? Upon closer inspection it looks like they're coming out of a void in space

I don't believe they're ploughing forwards. But they could just be independent tentacles that hop around.

@ScarescrowScare, the Law Holder doesn't appreciate these tentacles from the void appearing in his local mine. He hits once and crits once.

He punches the monstrosity for 5 damage and pummels the wound, ignoring armour, for a further 1 damage.

Spend a determination to second reroll damage result? (assuming you don't want to reroll the first result, but you could do that as well if you wanted...)
