Another GM note: You guys are able to reach Jamil and the stranger pinned to the ground (hence the description of the stranger and what is currently happening), so you can interact with the both of them if you wanted to. Just let me know what you want to do and I'll ask you to roll if it's needed.

Is it suspicious enough to be threatening? If so, Mirdas will try and Intimidate him if he has time.

@Cu Chulainn A whistle by itself (without context) is not really suspicious or threatening. He could just be really bad at carrying a tune.

I’ll still allow an Intimidate Check if you wish.

@Guardian Angel Haruki I think there’s enough context to be a bit suspicious, since it seems like there’s common knowledge that these woods are stalked by a group known as the “Barnaby Brothers” and that there’s a suspicious branding on his armor that alludes to that. One has also mentioned that the animals are missing from the woods, yet we see one pouncing this interloper.

While Mirdas is quite oblivious with an 8 to Wisdom, he also isn’t stupid with 12 Intelligence. I suppose I did my own Investigating here, but I will leave how much my character can deduct to your interpretation of my character’s skills.

@Cu Chulainn The common knowledge is exactly why I’m still allowing an Intimidate Check.

With the result, I’m not saying Mirdas is being dumb. I’m saying that Mirdas would see that action as unusual, and not quite connect the dots. His reaction is just “Okay. He whistled. Why?” He can still demand and Intimidate for answers.

@Guardian Angel Haruki Safira is a trained hunter and a tracker. Seeing a men whistling after being pinned down would be suspicious to her. She'd react by standing on high alert. And actively surveying her surroundings.

Can I make some sort of survival check to see if she can hear something or sense something?
