The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: Date Unknown

Stepping out into view from behind a fallen pillar was none other than a Frost Giant. With light blue skin, a bald head, and scare amounts of clothing, it's no wonder that the tales of the Frost Giants were made to frighten the children of both Midgard and Asgard into behaving. Carrying a spear with fresh blood on the tip, the Frost Giant advanced towards Ahote, looking at him curiously - the way a cat looks at a mouse before striking. They hadn't been on Midgard in eons, so what on Earth is one of them doing here now? Well, Ahote won't really have much time to question this, as the Frost Giant charges at him and throws its spear, aiming for his heart.
The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 5th, 12,508 - 9:20 PM

The Old Port Witch Coven Home - the Port...

Nera nodded for a moment, considering Fleur's words. "The Queen used to tell me stories when I was young, of a time before ghosts were forced to Remain here... I do not know which is better - to exist forever or to cease to exist at all." It was something she thought about, from time to time, which was to be expected as her ghosthood had been rather lonely so far. Aside from these visits from Fleur, most of her interaction with the living consisted of scaring children who dared each other to sneak into the old Port Witch Coven house.

"When will you find peace?" she then inquired, after Fleur described the power she had rapidly amassed. "When will you be able to rest? As that is my hope for you." Fleur would be able to detect a few Magyk users of significant power nearby - though she won't be able to identify them.

The Dragon Boat - Draggen Island, the Marram Marshes...

The Dragon Boat didn't protest as Titan climbed aboard, but she didn't start to fly them back to the Castle or anything like that. Instead, the magnificent creature just hovered above the cracked island. Maybe she needed to have some sort of specific instruction told? The Dragon Boat could need someone to say Appa, yip yip maybe?

Antonije and Myrus

Location: the Palace Grounds D6 -> E6 / Palace Grounds C9 -> Entrance Hall F5
Skills: Telepathy

Had Antonije been gifted with his siblings' speed, he would have pulled Sylvi back over to them before she could have blinked. Instead, his gifts came from mental control. He didn't want to lose Sylvi and he wasn't going to let her out of his sight. He focused on her mind for a moment, trying to gain control - it was difficult to get inside of her head, way more difficult than it should have been, but he managed to do it. Stay with me, he commanded her telepathically. The ends would justify the means. Sylvi wouldn't be able to resist the order.

He then moved away from the fire, doing as Myth asked - for now. "We can go to Sylvi and I's place," he suggested. They had a room in the Ramblings, since Myth and Bruce had moved back to Asgard with his siblings. He didn't want to live in Bruce's empty home on Alchemie Way, despite the demigods insistence that no one else would be. Maybe Bruce would have an answer for how to fix Sylvi, but at the moment, Antonije blamed his adoptive father for everything that happened. If Bruce had been there, Sylvi might not have been bitten. His sisters wouldn't have gotten mixed up with the Port Witch Coven. Maybe their parents never would have died in that accident.

Myrus allowed Lennox to guide him along for the moment, his hands shaking with fear, sorrow, and rage. He was a naive and innocent boy when the day had started, but who knew what sort of person he would be tomorrow. Loss had a way of changing people and the prince had lost so much - his father, his mother, and now his best friend. He very well could be heading towards his sisters' corpses as well... There was only so much that the mind could bear before it snapped. "Mona, isn't it?" he said softly, but there was an intensity in his violet eyes.

He fell silent, not saying anything else then as Mona went off to deal with yet another vampire. Erasmus was just a decapitated head and he stared up at Mona, attempting to talk but it seemed speech was beyond him at the moment. It would be simple enough for her to just pick up the head and throw it into the fire, but perhaps keeping Erasmus alive could be beneficial - after all, they needed to know who was behind these attacks and why.

Myrus went into the Palace itself now, emerging in the Entrance Hall. His eyes somehow managed to widen again, looking around and seeing all of the carnage. His family's priceless heirlooms were smashed and so many of their loyal servants had been slain. Just one man stood against what seemed to be another pack of vampires and Myrus bit his lip slightly. He wanted all of them to burn for what they had done to Mavis.

"What are you?" Horatio hissed at Bruce. "I heard there was a new ExtraOrdinary but well... I thought you'd be older." The vampires then pressed forward, not quite closing the gap between them and Bruce yet, but getting into a more easily defensible position than the bottleneck they had been in. They spotted the prince not too far behind Bruce and Jett smiled. "You brought us a snack!"

As for Amarantha, she would soon come face to face with a corpse as she entered the Long Walk. There were blood trails everywhere and no signs of more vampires, but they could have easily been in hiding. However, in this moment her resolve will fail her - and she will be unable to stop herself from feeding from this corpse.

Halley Banner

Location: the Docks - the Port
Skills: N/A
Halley thought about it for a moment, staring at the wall. Why would there be a concealed palace complex here in the Port? She hadn't spent a lot of time on Midgard lately, so she was running short on ideas that weren't more than just educated guesses. It could have been built by her uncle, he did love palaces and other things of grandeur. Maybe it belonged to the Castle Queen? Or maybe it was the palace home of some other player that she wasn't thinking of? "Cuyler.... Your axe acts as a compass," Halley said, noticing something.

It was something that was easy to overlook, but Halley adored rules and logic. The axe pointed in the direction that they needed to go - so why would it be wavering between two directions? Well, she saw that simply as meaning that there were two locations they needed to visit first in order to get through that wall. "Do either of the directions it pointed mean something to you? It's possible that the key to getting through this wall will be achieved by going to one or both locations," she explained.

She then hesitated for a moment, before deciding that it was time. "Cuyler... I must tell you something... It cannot have been Arya Rincewind that you Sensed - she's dead."

Princess Luna

Location: Old Cottage, Marram Marshes
Skills:

"Glad that we aren't dead so i'm happy I guess?" Luna answered Titan as she watched him getting onto the Dragon Boat and looked up at it for a moment. She was still really amazed that it was an actual living thing, and it had been here this entire time as well Luna wasn't sure how to actually command the boat and looked over towards her sister and gave Valda a slight nudge. "She follows the queen's command, maybe you can try and convince her to move back to the Castle?" Luna asked her sister as she stared at her and then at the dragon boat, before turning her attention around still she hadn't seen Ahote at all.

"Ahote should be with us, is he still in the Queen's Room?" Luna asked looking between Valda and Titan as well, biting her bottom lip as she started to wonder if he left her sister's room to fight the vampires or not. Luna shifted a little bit nervously as she tried to also not think about Myrus, but she couldn't help but worry about him as well.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: The Port
Skills:

Arnora watched as Cuyler took out his axe and watched it starting to spin around before setting down on two locations, and then she heard him mentioning Arya. She watched Thia for a moment wondering how to actually get into the invisible castle that was blocking their entrance. Arnora them looked towards Halley for a moment and then over towards Cuyler when she mentioned about Arya's death, she really wasn't sure it was the right time and place to bring her up right now either. "I don't think this is the time to mention that.." Arnora whispered towards Halley they were after Loki after all.

Sure she did witness Arya dying, but she was told not to mention it at all to Cuyler by both Runa and Klara as well, and looked towards her friend Cuyler. She did really hate hiding something from him as well, and he did have every right to know that she was dead as well but she waited for Cuyler to see how he would actually take the news. Arnora was also worried about his reaction to the sudden news and if he would lash out, or break down in front of them.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: The Port -- The Castle
Skills:

Cuyler gave Halley a bit of a look. He thought she knew that already. ”Ya, what of it?” He placed the thing back in it’s holster and crossed his arms impatiently. He was tingling all over. He felt Arya was near, her Magyk acting like its own compass. Thia pressed her head into his hip and he looked down at her, resting a hand on her head. Right. Arya wasn’t his concern at the moment, or his problem. That had been made clear months ago. But why then, was he so distraught and so concentrated on her he could practically feel her breath on his neck mingled with the summer rain…
”Oh! Um, well that way is Marram Marshes and the other direction is the Castle again. I’m not sure what either could mean…” Cuyler tugged at the collar of his armor, feeling hot and embarrassed by his thoughts. He was certain his face was red. At least, it was until Halley spoke her next words. He was sure there was sympathy in her voice but Cuyler shook his head and pushed Thia away. Arnora spoke up and he snapped his head at her, glaring at his friend. She knew? How long had she know this. No. It was not possible.
”No she is not. I would know if she was… if she… No.” Cuyler shook his head in defiance, his face growing red for a whole other reason now. Cuyler moved forward, completely ignoring Halley’s last comment. ”The Marram Marshes is a couple days water travel from here, one if Freyr is on our side. So unless you can Transporte us there, it is useless going.” What they needed was here. If they went and found Arya, she might be able to get them into this secret palace.

Amarantha

Location: C8 The Palace Courtyard ---> The Entrance Hall G5; The Long Walk H5 ---> Amarantha and Luna’s Bedroom ---> The Parlor H1 -- The Palace
Skills:

They entered the Palace after Lennox redirected the saved civilian to the barracks. Myrus may have relieved him of service to the Prince but he wasn’t going to leave him still. Lennox stood beside Myrus and surveyed the scene before him. There was so much death. So much. He focused on the vampires ahead though, ready to fight them if he had too. Between the three of them, Lennox thought they would be able to dispatch them all. For Lennox, beheading would be best and then killing the head.

Her resolve deteriorated and she was on complete edge. When Amarantha came across the first corpse she didn’t even have time to think about resisting before she was on top of the body, ripping away flesh at the neck and draining the person of what little blood remained. Once there was nothing left to gleam, she pushed herself away from the body and wiped the blood from her face with her arm. She felt savage and raw but her senses only increased. The person had already been dead, was it really so bad?
Amarantha rose to her feet and proceeded to Luna’s room, checking everything over and saw that she was nowhere to be seen but there was a trail of blood leading from her room. Amarantha then dashed into her room to change from her ruined clothes into something more suitable. Her dragon armor seemed to do the trick. She grabbed a cloak and extra knives just in case. Emerging from her room once again, Amarantha picked up on a familiar scent and followed it with a sense of urgency. She stormed into the parlor and glared at the creature in the room surrounded by more dead bodies. Two ways Amarantha could play this. Kill the thing and be done with it or…
”You couldn’t have saved one for me?” She put on a fake pout before glancing about the room. ”A shame. Have you searched anywhere else for stranglers?” Amarantha managed to get her eyes to sparkle with desire, in hopes to gain an ally.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Future Palace ; Dragon Boat -- Marram Marshes
Skills: Enhanced Condition, Trivia Knowledge

Titan shifted uncomfortably on the boat. He was rather on edge with the world crumbling below him. Still the boat did not move and he was growing a bit frustrated.
“Well we better figure it out. Ahote never came through.” Titan answered Luna’s question with a bit of a clipped tone.

A great blue creature, built like a warrior came into view and Ahote shifted back a step. The thing watched him like the hunters of back home watched their prey before landing a death blow. As if the creature heard him, it charge at Ahote. Shoving the glass shard into his pocket, Ahote looked wildly about for some sort of weapon. There were a handful of decent sized rocks that he grabbed up and only took a second to adjust his arm and aim before he threw. The brilliant rock hit the Frost Giant and knocked him off his feet and to the ground where he laid quite unconscious. Ahote relaxed and moved over to the giant. He quickly pulled the spear away, keeping it close to him in case he needed it to defend himself again before he started to look the rest of the giant over. He came across a rune of sorts with a symbol on it that was quite plain. Ahote twisted and turned it but he came to the same conclusion. During research he had learned of an Asgardian named Loki. Loki was more famously known as a trickster and loved grandeur and chaos. Come to think of it. The man who had been sitting on the throne in Ahote’s searching had fit the description of Loki.
”So, in the future, near or far, Loki will come to the Castle and take the throne. This creature here may be in his control then…” Speaking out loud often helped to organize one's thoughts and help gain insight. Ahote looked about until an idea struck him. He quickly stood, putting the rune back on the giant as well as the spear before he dashed off, being careful not to mess up too much of the landscape and he took a position of hiding. His plan, should the Frost Giant not be out too long was to follow it back to wherever it came from. Perhaps it would lead him to Loki or perhaps to more clues about what exactly happened here.

Queen Valda

Location: The Marram Marshes
Skills: N/A

"Well... Guess we can't just sit around here all day, we have to get back, and quickly. Especially since the way we cam is kind of destroyed... I'm sure Ahote is fine... He knows how to take care of himself," Valda said, though she wasn't too sure about that. She didn't know how well he'd be able to stand up to the vampires that were in the Palace, and she had said that last part mainly to reassure herself of everything. It didn't stop the fact that they needed to get back, especially since her brother was still there, and she was not going to let anyone hurt him.

"So... Anyone know what exactly I should say to the boat or whatever?" Valda said, making her way somewhat to the front of the boat so that she was by the dragon's head. "Uh... Hey Dragon Boat? Mind taking us back to the Palace as quickly as possible please?" she asked the boat, before the boat started moving. She hadn't expected the boat to instantly listen to her words, but now the boat was heading off towards the Palace. It would still take a while to get there, but it was definitely faster then the normal way.

Bruce Banner

"I'm no wizard of any sorts," Bruce responded, before he turned when one of the vamps had made a comment about someone else joining them. "Prince Myrus, my recommendation is you get out of here right now!" he said in his direction, glancing over at him before he instantly moved to be standing in front of him. Flames were still dancing along the staff in his hands. "They haven't found your sisters yet from the sounds of it," he muttered under his breath, before he decided to go back to attacking the creatures.

Fire swirled around even more, before flying out towards the vampires, burning two of them without him batting an eye. Horatio and Jett were the two that burned, the two that had spoken out loud towards them. "Let me tell you this, leave this place now, or the rest of you will burn just like the other ones did. This is your last warning," he said to them, the flames still there in hopes of scaring them away, though he seriously doubted that he would be able to.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Palace Courtyard - D5 -> E6
Skills: N/A

Sylvi was confused, and she looked over at Myth and Antonije. She wasn't really sure what to do about everything, and she wasn't sure if she should just run off or stay. However that decision ended up being made for her, as she heard Tate's voice in her mind, telling her to stay with him, well, more of commanding her to stay. No matter what she did, or what she thought, she felt compelled to stay with him and not taken off. Part of her had been thinking that if he hadn't done that, she just might have raced off, but there was no way to really know what would have happened now.

"Yeah, going there might be for the best..." she said softly about the idea of going to their home. It might help her out a bit, just being at their little home in the Ramblings. Just to be in a more familiar setting of sorts would help her in the long run probably. She walked over to Tate and took his hand in hers, saying nothing more to Myth or him, just listening to the order that Tate had given her telepathically, and she was just going to stick with him for the moment.

Myth the Muse

Location: The Courtyard (D6) -> (F6)

Still latched on to Tate's hand, she nodded her agreement. "Fine, we can go there until we figure out what to do about...all of this." She was still coming to terms with it all having seen through Tate's eyes. And she wasn't about to jump to conclusions regarding the state of Sylvi. She didn't know the girl well, but she couldn't be sure she was going along with them on her own accord. She gave a warning glance to Tate. She may have to check on this relationship later.

She stepped away, glancing at the castle to see if she could spot Bruce. Whatever he was doing in there, it was taking longer than she'd like. She debated if she should stick with Tate and Sylvi or go check on her husband. She knew he was capable, but she also knew he was headstrong and took to action first before thinking about things. "Should I go check on him?" She said it more or less to herself, but she also wanted to ensure Tate and Sylvi's safety.

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: The Port (Old Witch Coven Home)

"I do not know which is better. I only wish for you to be happy wherever you go. That is what you deserve for all you have done for me." Fleur wanted nothing more than to have Nera by her side for the remainder of her days, but she would be dealing with a lot and it would not be fair to Nera to Remain just for her benefit. She would have to focus on her army and that would take a lot out of her.

She sensed others nearby with Magyk use. Given the fact this place was not often used for anything more than a kid's playground for ghost stories, she figured whoever was here was here because of her or because this is where she used to be. "Seems like that won't be for a while. We have uninvited guests here and I have a feeling they will not just allow me to leave. In case this is the last I see of you, I wish you nothing but happiness wherever you decide to stay." She moved her hand to hold on to Nera's, aware it was for ill, but hopefully some warmth was given. She turned to leave the room to face her "guests".

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: Date Unknown

Ahote's thinking was correct - the Frost Giant was not unconscious for long. The blue beast opened its eyes and rose to its full height, dwarfing the surrounding rubble and making Ahote seem puny in comparison. The Frost Giant narrowed its eyes, looking around for the miscreant that had attacked and rendered it unconscious, but there was no one in sight. Spitting on the ground, the Frost Giant then started to head south - in the direction of what had been the Port. Thinking on Loki and the end of the world, Ahote will remember a myth that he overheard of the Serpent. Supposedly, this creature was one of Loki's children and was so large that it surrounded the world, dwelling in bodies of water to elude capture by Thor, as Thor had sworn to slay the Serpent.

Of course, a moment later Prince Myrus appeared right next to him, looking incredibly confused. There was blood on his clothing. "... Are my sisters safe?" he asked Ahote frantically.
The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 5th, 12,508 - 9:30 PM

The Old Port Witch Coven Home - the Port...

Nera's expression darkened. "As long as Meliscente's child sits on the throne, I will never be happy," she said bitterly. Some people got past old grudges when they entered Ghosthood - Nera was not one of them. She still hated Valda, Luna, and Myrus with a passion. They were going to pay for the sins of their mother. And once she had stayed in this spot for a year and a day, she would be able to maybe Cause an accident to befall them. She smiled at the thought of sending Princess Luna into the Moat to drown.

To Fleur, Nera's hand would just feel like an icy wind. "Go, enjoy yourself," Nera told her love. "I'll be here as always." It wasn't like she could get up and leave, after all.

The Dragon Boat - traveling to the Castle...

It would take them approximately half an hour to travel back to the Castle via the Dragon Boat. Although the boat was not utilizing her full speed, she had been dormant for ages - her wings were a bit stiff so it was perhaps for the best that she was taking things slow. They haven't run into any issues so far and in the next few minutes, they'll be able to see the Port in the distance. Some of the clouds in the sky have interesting shapes - one of them even looks exactly like mistletoe. Funny, huh? Oh dear, what's that? A FIREBALL!!! The dragon boat swerves out of the way just in time, dodging it. It definitely came from the Port.

Antonije and Myrus

Location: the Palace Grounds E6 -> H6 / Entrance Hall F5 -> the Queen's Room -> ?
Skills: Telepathy, Hide

Antonije was holding Sylvi's hand with his right and Myth's hand with his left - he hadn't done something like this since his sisters were very small. Marya and Medea always had a tendency to get into trouble, so he ended up having to watch them while their parents worked on various machines and inventions. His eyes watered briefly and he had to wonder what his parents would say, if they saw him now. He had never seen their ghosts - maybe they were nearby and just hadn't Appeared to him, but he doubted it. Most likely, they had gone back to the Eastern SnowPlains, wanting to stay out of the lives of their children.

"The cock sucker is probably off finding more people to abandon," Antonije muttered bitterly to Myth. "It won't be long until he forgets about you and the baby, I bet. He does that - he collects people like pets and then forgets about them, leaving them behind!" There was anger and pain in his eyes, but mostly fury. If Bruce had been there, Sylvi would be fine - he was sure of it. It was all Bruce's fault and he wanted to punch the demigod as hard as he could, repeatedly even until his knuckles bled and caved in on themselves.

He lost telepathic control of Sylvi and he turned to face her, a silent question as to what would she do. He didn't care what Myth thought about their relationship. All he wanted to do was keep Sylvi safe. It didn't matter if he had to cross a few lines to do so.

Inside the Palace, Myrus felt relieved at Bruce's words - they hadn't found his sisters yet. He glanced at Lennox for a moment, before he decided to actually go along with what Bruce said and get out of there. The vampires weren't backing down, charging at Lennox and Bruce without any fear. He had a pretty good idea as to where his sisters would be hiding and he took off, running east until he hit a stretch of wall - and just ran straight through it, emerging inside of the Queen's Room. Glancing around, he saw that there was a glass shard on the ground and somehow, water was coming out of one of the cabinets?

"... Valda, Luna, are you two using Magyk to hide?" he called out, feeling a bit silly as he picked up the glass shard. There was a POP and Myrus vanished, the glass shard clattering back to the ground.

Over along the Long Walk, Gypsy rolled her eyes at Amarantha. "You need to learn to hunt for yourself, newborn," she muttered. Wiping off a bit of blood on her sleeve, Gypsy then gave her a smirk. "You're the army woman, yeah?" she asked, apparently recognizing Amarantha. It would take Amarantha a moment, but she would remember seeing this woman at the marketplace a week or so ago. Had these vampires been waiting for the best moment to strike? "Anyways, come on, boss'll be wanting us."

Halley Banner

Location: the Docks - the Port
Skills: Chaos Magyk
"I disagree," she told Arnora simply. Cuyler was insisting that a dead woman was nearby and the fact that he still had feelings for Arya was obvious. She needed him to know the truth, in order to ensure that he wouldn't see his ex-lover in every bit of stray Magyk they encountered. She would rather he be sad than deluded. Of course, Halley wasn't going to ever admit to being wrong herself - she was stubborn and certain that her choices were the correct ones, no matter what.

She then raised an eyebrow at him, as he questioned the extent of her Magyk. "You forget who my mother is - I can manipulate Magyk," she reminded Cuyler. Catching movement, Halley then glanced up towards the sky. She put her hand in front of her face in an attempt to get a better view and she spotted... a dragon flying towards them. What was going on here? Midgard did have its fair share of dragons, but they were almost extinct by this point. She didn't count Thalia and her children, since they were time dragons and technically not from this time period.

Cuyler's axe started to spin, now pointing between the Castle and the dragon. "Well that's convenient," she commented, making a ball of Chaos Magyk in order to create a small, controlled flare - instead, she ended up launching a huge fireball up into the sky, narrowly missing the dragon boat and her passengers. "There, I've signaled for them."

Princess Luna

Location: Dragon Boat Just Outside of the Port
Skills:

Luna nodded slightly as her sister and Titan said that Ahote should be fine, and then as her sister started to move closer towards the dragon's head to speak to her. Luna could feel the boat starting to move which made her smile and glad that they were going to be safe and far away from this place now. Luna slowly walked over and sat down and leaned forward slightly and took a deep breath as she started to relax now at least for the time being. Luna quietly started to mutter something to herself, as the voice started to annoyingly talk about dragons in her head.

Luna then decided to stand up and move a little bit as she looked up at the clouds while trying to calm herself down again and ignore the voice some more. She could see the Port in the distance, as her eyes squinted slightly she noticed something from the ground and noticed it was getting closer, and realized that it was a fireball coming straight towards them. Luna quickly went over towards her sister as the dragon boat narrowly dodged it. And it started to make her think that there was someone actively trying to shoot them all down as well.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: The Port

Arnora looked towards Halley and nodded slightly, she probably did know what she was doing and she still really hated that she kept the secret from Cuyler in the first place. She took a moment and looked towards him, seeing that he was in denial by the looks of it and sighed slightly. "I uh, was there when it happened, you can ask Runa yourself when we get back Cython was the one to kill her when the whole sickness thing was going on and possessing some random guy.." Arnora said, she did also leave the bit out his mother knowing about it as well.

Arnora then turned her attention over towards the sky as she noticed something flying in the sky, as she started to squint her eye slightly to see what it was. She could makeout a little bit of what looked like a dragon there, and started to wonder what it actually meant as well. "Well hopefully it doesn't turn around and land before us and eat us or something." Arnora said looking over towards Halley as she noticed the fireball was pretty damn big.

She'd not heard Myrus speak to her as her entire being was on eradicating the immediate menace that was the vampires. In any case, she approached the final one and had asked it to jump into the fire. Seemingly she had forgotten that heads, generally speaking, can't do very much at all by themselves. She nudged it lightly with her boot and shook her head. To destroy it or no? It was, at this point helpless and unable to do very much at all. Mona crouched in front of it and watched it attempt to speak but with no lungs to push air through its voicebox there could be no sound.

She reached out a hand and drew a line in front of the creature's mouth. "Silent as a dead man's grave, who's been forgotten by King and Knave, may your lips be sealed tight, as a crypt from pure daylight." She spoke the spell with special clarity and watched the vampire. It appeared unable to open its mouth which meant the spell must be working. She lifted the head up by its hair before trotting back toward the civilian. "Suppose we oughta find someone in charge." Before she would do so, she looked toward the Palace Guards. She would make sure they could handle the remaining enemies before going into the palace.

Queen Valda

Location: The Marram Marshes
Skills: N/A

"Well this is a bit of a nice little adventure isn't it?" Valda asked her sister with a slight smile as she looked over the edge of the dragon boat down towards the ground below. This definitely wasn't something that she was used to for the most part. Who would have thought that she'd be on a boat that was flying through the air back towards the Castle? This was insane, and despite everything surrounding Magyk, this was something she definitely could get used to. Then came the unthinkable. A fireball came flying at them, almost hitting them!

"Whose blowing holes in my ship!" Valda said instantly, looking towards the area that the fireball came from. Someone was either a really bad aim, or they were just trying to get their attention. "What sort of idiot thinks it's okay to try and blast someone from the sky?" Glancing over at the others, she thought to hell with it, she wasn't heading towards someone who was trying to shoot them! "...Let's ignore that ever happened, since if they are trying to shoot us out of the air it likely will end badly if we go towards them. And hopefully they stop shooting at us and trying to blow holes in the boat!"

Bruce Banner

Location: The Palace - The Entrance Hall (F5)

Bruce let out a small sigh of relief when he saw that Myrus had listened to his words and taken off out of the room. That definitely made his life easier in the long run, since he wouldn't have to worry too much about the Prince potentially getting injured or something. He had already failed to keep those close to him safe from the vampires, he was not too willing to have the list of people he failed go up anymore then it already had. With that, he looked at the vampires that swarmed him and he laughed somewhat. "Wow, you definitely decided to make things easier for me didn't you?"

After he spoke, he sent a blast of flames off after the remaining vampires, easily turning the rest of them to ash. When that was done, the flames died down and he turned to look at Lennox. "We should see about finding the Prince, the Princess and the Queen, in order to ensure their safety. Something is going on, something big, just not sure what yet," he said, before he took off in the direction Myrus had gone, hoping to find where he went.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Palace Courtyard - E6 -> H6
Skills: N/A

"...Tate where are you going?" she asked him softly, looking towards him. She was more then a little confused now that he wasn't using his powers on her. Thinking for a moment, about everything that was going on, she realized that she didn't really care where he was going, or what it was that he was so mad about. Everything was going crazy for her, but he tended to be the one sort of constant thing in her life at the moment, despite the fact that he could sometimes be a bit unpredictable.

She left where she was standing by Myth and followed along after him, remembering that they had been talking about going back to their rooms in the Ramblings. "...Let's go home then, okay?" she asked him softly with a bit of a smile. Despite being covered in blood, and knowing that everything was going crazy and falling apart or something around her, she stood on her tip toes slightly and gave him a kiss. Everything was already insane in her mind, but why not add giving her boyfriend a kiss while covered in blood to that list?

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 5th, 12,508 - 9:40 PM

Inside the Palace - the Castle...

As Bruce entered the Library Wing of the Castle, he would find that a great deal of the old and coveted texts had been destroyed by the invading vampires. It seemed that they had no appreciation for the knowledge they had carelessly deprived future generations of. There were bloody tracks going towards a solid wall before abruptly stopping and a ghost Appeared to Bruce and Lennox. "Get back, ye knaves!" the ghost ordered. Now, why would these bloody prints end at a solid wall? And why would the ghost of a knight be so determined to protect it? Did the prints belong to Prince Myrus? They seemed incredibly fresh. Had he just vanished somehow - but he didn't know any Magyk so what was going on?

The Palace Grounds - the Castle...

Most people had left the scene by this point and the palace guards looked beyond exhausted as Mona came to approach them. One of the guards couldn't have been older than eighteen - she was a strong little thing with mousy eyes and a shaved head. Beginning in the corner of her eyes and going down her neck were intricate tattoos - all of them runic symbols for battle, war, and fortune. "I think we got it handled 'ere, Miss Mona," the woman said, wiping sweat off her brow. "'Ave you seen Miss Amarantha?" she then asked. All of the hostiles were taken care of and now the problem was going to be treating and burying the dead.

Antonije Magnisky

Location: the Palace Grounds -> Makers' Mile
Skills: N/A
Some people would have been disgusted to receive a kiss from someone drenched in blood - but Antonije actually found it a little bit attractive. It was fortunate that his clothing left things to the imagination, as otherwise it would have been a bit awkward for everyone involved. "Home," he agreed, not caring if Myth was following him or not. He was focused on Sylvi and if Myth wanted to stay behind to wait for Bruce, then that was her choice.

The Ramblings were located on the other side of the Castle from the Palace and since it was Bonfire Night, the streets were more crowded than usual, slowing down their progress. Of course, people were giving Antonije and Sylvi a wide berth once they noticed the copious amounts of blood on her face. The entire walk, Antonije's eyes kept on going up towards the top of buildings, as if he was expecting to see someone there in the night. Maybe he was on the lookout for the vigilantes that roamed the Castle, afraid that one of them would return for Sylvi?

"We need to get rid of these marks," he told her softly. "Do you think your bardic Magyk can do it?" he asked. If not, they could always see if they could find a witch who would be willing to help them. He wanted to avoid Wizard Tower for obvious reasons - he didn't doubt that old Rowland would be able to tell who the Magykal signature on these marks belonged to. "And Sylvi, if you ever see a woman with yellow eyes...? I want you to run and hide, okay? Anyone you see with a cloak that isn't me, just go and pretend to be dead."

Halley Banner

Location: the Docks - the Port
Skills: Perception, Chaos Magyk
She squinted slightly as she tried to make out what the dragon boat was doing - and then sighed slightly. The dragon was just flying forward, as if a giant ball of fire hadn't just come out at them from nowhere. Halley didn't want to use her powers too drastically, preferring small and controlled uses - something that was practically antithetical to Chaos Magyk. Tilting her head from side to side, she then rolled her wrists and took a firm stance, looking up at the boat.

"Please step back," she asked her companions. Her eyes became filled with a blinding red light and Chaos energy swirled around her hands, as Halley lifted her arm and pointed her hand at the dragon. She then pulled her hand back towards her, uttering a command: "Land." Reality around them became incredibly hazy as suddenly, sitting in the water at the docks as if it had always been there, the dragon boat appeared. The dragon tilted her head slightly, confused as to who could have done such a thing.

Meanwhile, the demigoddess just wiped a bit of blood away from her nose. She didn't recognize any of the passengers. "Hello there," Halley greeted, as if they had just bumped into each other casually on a Sunday night stroll. "I believe you can assist us with an enchantment, if you don't mind."

Myth the Muse

Location: The Courtyard (F6) -> Entrance Hall (F5)

Myth turned as Tate and Sylvi went on their own way home. It made her skin crawl a bit to think of that relationship. How it could have started off as something so sweet and turned into...whatever it was now. She would have to check on them later, preferably with Bruce in tow, but she left them alone. It was safe enough. She quickly made her way into the castle entrance hall to catch up with her husband.

Upon entering, she saw corpses on the ground, further showing the nature of what occurred here. She scanned around, seeing a few she didn't recognize, but she managed to find her husband and caught up with him. "Wait, I'm here now. Tate and Sylvi are ok and are heading back to their home. Which, for the record, we need to check on when we are done here. I don't like how that relationship is progressing. What happened in here?" Myth didn't know what the goal was, but she was now with her husband and that was where she wanted to be.

She saw the blood trail and the ghost. What WAS going on here?

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: The Port (Old Witch Coven Home) -> Towards the Docks

Fleur left Nera on her own again, feeling an ache of pain in her heart for continuing to abandon her. But she had other matters to attend to. Notably, the presence of Magyk here that was not her own. She left the house and scanned the horizon. She had a sense as to where it was coming from, but she didn't have to rely on it so much as she saw a huge Dragon boat coming in to dock. If anything Magykal was here, it would be over that way.

She cautiously made her way towards the docks, unsure if they would be friend or foe. In all likelihood, they were foes as everyone seemed to be against her now. Still, this begged the question as to what they hoped to accomplish here. It was probably not good for her, but she didn't care so long as they weren't intending to blow up her old home before Nera could properly leave. That would not do.

As she got near, she saw the size of the boat. It wasn't a trading ship, that much was certain.

Princess Luna

Location: Dragon Boat the Port
Skills:

Luna looked over towards her sister for a moment nervously she didn't really think of falling down a hole was actually any kind of adventure either. But finding the boat was actually pretty fun, as she nodded her head slightly and smiled slightly she did enjoy the little flight was pretty peaceful aside from the fireball that tried to hit them. "If you take away the nearly falling to our deaths and nearly getting shot out of the sky by some random magyk fireball I guess." Luna said smiling slightly towards her sister as she looked over the edge again.

Then there was some weird haze around the dragon boat itself, and then a few seconds later they were now parked at the port looking over at the three individuals who were there. One of them speaking up about asking them to helping out with some kind of enchantment there, she moved herself behind her sister. Luna didn't recognize any of them, and knowing that they used magyk they could be witches for all she knew since the Castle was recently being attacked and still is probably. Luna took a moment and looked over towards her sister to see what she wanted to do, she didn't have anything to defend herself with either.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: The Port
Skills:

Arnora took a step back looking up at the dragon boat that was flying in the sky doing as Halley had said while occasionally looking over her shoulder towards Cuyler as well. She watched as Halley used her chaos magyk and suddenly the boat appeared right in front of them in the port seeing the boat which was pretty weird to see as well. Wondering how it was actually a dragon and a boat at the same time Arnora didn't know at all. Arnora noticed there were three individuals who were on the boat, two of them looked to be some kind of royalty with the way they were dressed as well and what appeared to be a body guard for them.

"And sorry for the fireball, we meant to try and make a flare to get your attention but it turned to get a little bit bigger than we expected." Arnora said, knowing that she sometimes did have some spells backfire on her as well during her training with Runa as well, looking at them before removing her sword and set it down to show that they didn't mean any harm either.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: The Port -- The Castle
Skills: Sense Magyk

It seemed Arnora, his close friend and Halley, his family, both knew of Arya’s apparent death and didn’t deem it necessary to tell him until now. Cuyler glared at both of them, completely ignoring the obvious evidence they both presented. Cuyler knew Arya like the back of his hand and it just wasn’t possible. Thia barked and drew his attention to the sky where a giant boat in the shape of a dragon was flying. Bizzare. Cuyler jumped when a flash of light erupted beside him and then a fireball shot into the air at the boat.
”Oh yes, that was definitely a single to approach,” Cuyler muttered to himself. His axe started to spin again, this time between the dragon boat and the Palace. He rose an eyebrow, more intrigued now and looked up into the sky. Whoever was in the boat they needed to speak to. Cuyler watched as the boat seemed to disappear and then reappear on the water. He blinked a few times, feeling odd from the amount of Magyk used. He looked over at Halley, watching her wipe her nose before she refocused on the boat and the people within. One person jumped out, holding a sword and stood protectively in front of the two woman still in the boat. “Reveal yourselves, in the name of the Queen!” Cuyler shifted, grabbing his axe from the air and looked around the man to see the Queen and Princess.
”It’s Queen Valda and the Crown Princess Luna of the Small Wetland,” Cuyler quickly explained to Halley and Arnora. His interest shifted though as he detected another Magykal presence and this time Cuyler moved defensively. Thia responded to her companion and growled, hackles rising as she scanned the area with him. He knew Fleur's Magyk and knew that when she was around, nothing good could come of it. Although the act of delivering a baby might cloud some people's judgement.

Amarantha

Location: C8 The Palace Courtyard ---> The Entrance Hall G5; The Parlor H1 -- The Palace
Skills:

Lennox let loose a breath of relief when Mryus turned and ran. Thank the Gods. He quickly turned focus back when Vampires started to attack but as it turned out, Lennox was not needed. He looked at Bruce appraisingly before he followed Mryus’s path. “They are most likely in the Queen’s Room,” he noted before he started running with Bruce. They came across bloody trails and a ghost guarding the Queen’s room. “Ah yes. We are not permitted to enter the Queen’s room. Only those with royal blood may enter. It is the safest room in the entire Palace, the Castle even. Well, perhaps next to the Stranger Chamber in Wizard Tower.”

Amarantha crossed her arms, her annoyance not faked as she stared at Gyspsy. Her eyes shifted as recognition crossed her mind. She knew this woman. She had seen this woman a week prior and there was sudden fear inside Amarantha. How long had these disgusting beasts been here, waiting to attack them all. At the mention of someone waiting for them, Amarantha shifted back to calm. She needed to know why they had come. She needed to stop any further attacks and Amarantha was in the perfect position to do so now.
”Well aren’t you supposed to train me? My maker is dead.” Not that she would require much more training. Amarantha was raised to hunt and kill. She now possessed a faster, more skilled body so the learning curve shouldn’t be too steep. Amarantha shifted away from the door and gestured forward for Gypsy to lead the way. She was about to drift into an unknown world. The ultimate deception and rather than being afraid or nervous, Amarantha felt completely comfortable and at home with this notion. This was who she had been for the longest time, who she had trained to be. One more act, one more lie wouldn't be too much for her.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Future Palace
Skills: Trivia Knowledge; Sneaking

Just as Ahote suspected, the Frost Giant did wake and upon looking around the area to find Ahote, it started to leave when it's findings came up empty. Ahote shifted, ready to follow the Giant wherever it led him. He was starting to shift around the rumble, making as little noise as possible when more knowledge about Loki came to him. There was a tale of a Serpent, much like the one in Ahote’s own legends that was loyal to Loki. This serpent hid in bodies of water, trying to protect itself from Thor, Loki’s own brother who was hellbent on killing the serpent. As Ahote crept along, he looked around him searching for such bodies of water or a serpentine body. It was a bit of a random piece of information but most random facts like that tended to pop into Ahote’s mind at the most inconvenient times.
Of course, something else popped out that could not come at a worse time. Ahote’s eyes widened when the Prince suddenly appeared in front of him. Blowing all protocol, Ahote clamped his hand over the Prince’s mouth and pulled him to the ground. Ahote held one finger to his lips before he looked around for the Frost Giant to see if he had heard the Prince. Luck was on their side and the Frost Giant showed no indication of hearing the Prince’s sudden appearance.
Ahote released his hand from the Prince. ”The last I had seen of your siblings was them disappearing through a cabinet in the Queen’s Room with Titan. I was then transported here after finding a glass shard. This is the Castle Prince Myrus. A future that seems inevitable at the moment. At this present time though, I am following a creature that will hopefully lead to who created this destruction. I must insist you remain quiet and light on your feet,” he whispered to the Prince before he resumed his sneaking after the Frost Giant. Ahote was relieved to see Prince Mryus relatively unharmed but they didn’t have time to share all that had happened.

Mona Windrider

Location: The Palace Courtyard to Palace Entryhall
Skills:

Mona nodded in response, "Good, good." He voice was soft as she looked over the devastation which had befallen the feast. The tables on fire and the corpses which littered the ground were not the best way to celebrate things. She heaved a great sigh. Hell, she was even holding someone's head in her hand. How bizarre this all was. She turned her attention back upon the young guard. "Nay, I 'aven't seen 'er since dah fightin' began. If I see 'er I'll send 'er yer way." Mona inclined her head slightly before making her way toward the palace.

Inside she could further see the destruction which had settled over everything. More bodies and blood. She shook her head, feeling cold. This was all so very wrong. She moved further into the palace. Despite her time here she did not know it very well and knew not where it was she headed. She was attempting to go toward the barracks where she and Amarantha had seen the odd ghostly lady.

Queen Valda

Location: On the Dragon Boat
Skills: N/A

Valda was not too thrilled by the fact that the ship suddenly was sitting in the Port. Who just thought Oh, it would be a great thing to send a fireball at a flying ship then find a way to just bring it down. Whoever thought that was stupid and had another thing coming. The fact that the girl who spoke to them seemed like she didn't even care. Not to mention the one guy, who was named Cuyler if she remembered correctly, didn't really seem to care that they just got essentially attacked by the person he was with.

"Yeah, I'm sorry, but who the hell do you think you are throwing fireballs at people, honestly that is rude, stupid and idiotic. So if you don't mind we have to get back to the Palace since all hell broke loose and not like you people would actually care if others were in danger, so yeah, hell no not helping you, so we are heading off again, Dragon Boat, mind taking off again back to the Palace?" Valda said, turning to look at the head of the dragon boat, and a few moments later, the boat heard her words and took off into the air again.

Bruce Banner

Location: The Palace - Library Wing
Skills: Cosmic Manipulation

"I mainly have just barbecued a bunch of vampires who were trying to bite the prince, so that was fun... And I'm glad they are okay," he said giving Myth a bit of a smile before he looked at the blood that was heading for the wall. Using his powers, he decided to try and figure out why there was blood leading to the wall, and where might Myrus have gone, since he was somewhat worried about the Prince's well being, considering the situation that they had just been in not long ago.

"He's right, this is right where the entrance to the Queen's Room is... We can't get into it, at least not without one of the members of the Royal Family here to lead us in... The Prince isn't in the room anymore, actually, can't really tell where he is at the moment, but I'm pretty sure he's not in the room anymore. He was but not now... I can see about maybe trying to locate him if you want me to," he said to Lennox, nodding his head at him.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Palace Courtyard -> Makers' Mile
Skills: Bardic Magyk

"I can try to get rid of them..." Sylvi said softly, not too thrilled with the way people were looking at them. Well, more of looking at her because of all of the blood. It wasn't really her fault, she hadn't been able to stop herself for some reason. It still didn't make sense to her at all, but she decided to try and use her Magyk to try and get rid of the marks. Pausing for a moment, she went about trying to get rid of them. She managed to get rid of her own mark, however she wasn't quite able to get rid of Tate's.

"Sorry... I can try again to get rid of your mark... But um... What do you mean a woman with yellow eyes? And why do you want me to run and hide from her? Care to explain that to me please..." she said, shaking her head slightly at him as she walked along with him. What he was saying about a woman with yellow eyes made no sense, and she was confused a bit as to what was so bad about her, and why she'd need to hide from the woman.

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: Date Unknown

Once Ahote removed his hand and allowed him to move, Myrus blurted quietly the thought that had been running through his mind since they got there: "That was a Frost Giant!" There was fear and astonishment written across his face. With the thick depression he had spiraled into after Valda's Coronation, Myrus had more or less converted to the religion of the Land of Long Nights. He prayed to the Norse gods - to Thor, Odin, Baldur, Tyr, Freya, Frigg, and more. Quickly taking in his surroundings, his face then paled. Had he collapsed and fallen unconscious? What had happened? The last thing he remembered, he had been picking up that glass shard in the Queen's Room.

"...Is this Ragnarok?" Myrus whispered to Ahote, moving as quietly as could be expected for a nervous prince. The Frost Giant didn't seem to notice that it was being followed, continuing to walk from the ruins of what had once been the Castle. The giant only came to a pause when he reached the Palace Boat Launch, clambering into an ancient and broken vessel. It barely remained afloat with the giant inside of it, water threatening to spill over the edge and sink the boat. "How long was I gone?" he then asked.

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 5th, 12,508 - 9:50 PM

Inside the Palace - the Castle...

In order to get to the barracks, Mona would need to immediately turn left as she entered the Entrance Hall. This path would take her to the Long Walk and if she were to head down the Second Corridor, she would emerge into the private courtyard. Beyond the hedge wall were the Palace Barracks, home to those of the former Young Army and the rambunctious baby Dawn. Now, she could continue along this path, though the abundance of corpses on the ground of the Entrance Hall likely are alarming to her. Similarly, she will see Myth, Bruce, and Lennox as they take an immediate right and head to the Library Wing of the Palace. Of course, that isn't everything Mona notes! She must have super sonic hearing or something, as she'll be able to hear voices coming from the Long Walk - two females, but she won't recognize them for now.

Over in the Library Wing, a few solutions will occur to the trio gathered as to how they could circumvent this problem. The first would be to simply find Queen Valda or Princess Luna - they can't have gone that far during all of the fighting. In fact, there was a good chance that they were just hiding in the Palace somewhere and would turn up in a few moments. The second idea would be to go down to the Royal Crypt and find the least decomposed corpse of a Royal, carry it up the stairs, and then see if they could enter the Queen's Room while holding it. The third would be to track down the ghost of Nera Hawthorn, the Port witch who murdered Queen Meliscente in that very room not so long ago. Lastly, the fourth idea would be to go to the Palace Infirmary and see if they had any of Prince Myrus', Princess Luna's, or Queen Valda's blood on supply - perhaps holding a vial of it would allow them entrance. All else fails, they may wish to go consult the ExtraOrdinary Wizard, Rowland.

Over in the Parlor, Gypsy rolled her eyes in disgust at Amarantha. "What, do ya need to be spoon fed too?" she scoffed. Amarantha was the head of the Small Wet Country's army, she ran the Palace Guard - surely she would understand that new recruits weren't coddled. They were treated harshly and they either got with the program or they perished an untimely death. The vampires' den was not that dissimilar to the Young Army of old that way. Heading out of the Parlor and down the Second Corridor, Gypsy emerged into the Private Courtyard and smiled, tasting the ash in the air.

"Ya got a name? I'm Gypsy," she introduced, walking through the area without being interrupted. She passed what had been called the Dragon Stable - it was little more than a kennel where Queen Meliscente's grandmother had kept a collection of puppies - and then opened the small gate in the midst of the row of hedges. Once through, they would be face to face with the Barracks. "I s'pose we have time for a snack on the way..."

Antonije Magnisky

Location: Makers' Mile -> the Ramblings
Skills: Telepathy, Blend
Antonije didn't mind that there was still the mark on his skin - if the vigilante came after him and killed him, well, he probably deserved it. Sylvi would be safe now though. He doubted Violet would think that someone would erase the mark - she was as naive as she was ruthless and cruel. It's fine, Silvija. I'm not in the same danger you were in, he told her gently via his telepathy. He put an arm around her and held her close to him, doing his best to make sure they didn't stand out too much in the crowds - though with all of the blood, it couldn't really be helped.

However, he didn't know how to tell her about Violet. He hadn't told anyone about the amnesiac. The woman with yellow eyes, she's... She believes that she is fighting for good - and she is. She's an avenger though... not a protector, he explained, stumbling a bit over his words. His initial explanation was likely going to confuse her more than it would help her understand what was going on. She's... Well, she doesn't see things as being grey. Just black and white. And to her, vampires are all bad - evil - and the only way she knows how to stop evil is to kill it.

By now, they had made it to the Ramblings - they still had a long walk ahead of them though before they would reach their little home. The Ramblings was miles long, taking up a huge amount of space within the Castle, but it had everything that anyone would need. It had schools, stores, museums, theaters, homes, and even a recreational pool! So many people lived here, rich and poor, it was like the Suburra in Rome - everyone just crowded into one small yet paradoxically expansive area. Her name is Violet... But she used to be someone else.

Halley Banner

Location: the Docks - the Port
Skills: Perception, Chaos Magyk
Fleur wouldn't have any problems seeing the assortment of characters gathered at the docks, though she would need to creep closer to hear them. There are some shipping crates and barrels nearby that she could hide behind, though she would likely do just as well to put on a hood and just happen to walk on by, as it is a public space. A few drunks are drifting through, leaving the tavern and ogling a little bit at the group. One of them even makes a rather rude hand gesture towards the Queen and Princess, screaming "YA ROYAL PIGS, GO BACK TO YOUR OWN FUCKING COUNTRY! UP YOURS, BITCHES!" before scurrying off to whatever cesspool he came from. Royal sentiment in the Port was not exactly favorable most of the time, since the Port viewed themselves as bringing in all of the money that sustained the rest of the country and receiving little in exchange.

Meanwhile, Halley tried not to giggle slightly as Titan jumped out at them with a sword. She waved her hand, using her powers of Chaos Magyk and the sword turned into a collection of butterflies. The newly created beings flew away in a cluster, trying to get as far from these weird people as possible. "Reality can be deceiving," Halley commented simply. She then turned her attention to Valda and Luna, as Cuyler had identified them as the Princess and Queen. She couldn't really tell which was which - though she imagined Luna was the Queen. She had a more regal and refined presence to her.

The Princess certainly seemed to have a mouth on her - something that annoyed Halley greatly. "We are preventing a greater danger than whatever petty squabble could be worrying you, Princess," she told Valda. She then let out a huffy breath as the Dragon Boat picked up Titan by his shirt, like a mother picking up her child by the scruff of his neck, and the boat then flew off, heading towards the Palace. For the Royals and Titan, the flight would be relatively short and quick - the Dragon Boat landed in the water at the Palace Boat Launch, sending a huge volume of water up into the air and it doused the remaining flames on the Palace Lawn. Titan was unceremoniously dropped into the water as well with a plop.

"Honestly, Midgard is so strange sometimes..." Halley complained, rubbing her forehead slightly. She then Felt a strong presence nearby and she frowned slightly, unable to identify who it was. It could have easily been Loki. "Arnora, has the target moved?" she asked her companion.

Princess Luna

Location: Dragon Boat the Port -> Palace Boat Launch
Skills:

Luna watched as Titian jumped out in front of them to protect her and Valda as well and smiled slightly when she was grateful for that looking over at the three people before her. Then she watched one of them wave her hand as Titian's sword burst into a flock of butterflies. Which she was actually amazed by, seeing them flying away and then her sister suddenly speaking up Luna wasn't sure what to make of them either and seeing as one of them launched a fireball at them. Luna didn't really trust them either as she crossed her arms over her chest slightly.

"Our home is being under attack, so we don't have the time to help you." Luna said towards the woman, and then one of the people in the crowd started to yell at the two of them. Luna wasn't sure what to actually say to the guy as he stormed off into the crowd, sighing more to herself as Valda commanded the Dragon Boat to take off again. As soon as the boat took off the rest of the flight was pretty short lived as they were now at the Palace Boat Landing now. Luna stopped when she noticed all the death and destruction there just as the flames were all doused by their landing and she quickly got off of the boat. She was starting to worry about Myrus and where he was and if he was still even alive.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: The Port
Skills: Enhanced Tracking, Basic Asgardian Magic

Arnora watched Cuyler giving them a slight look, which she could understand as well but she didn't want to say anything else to him, as she turned her attention to the three of the guests on the boat. Arnora stared at the two young girls who were the queen and princess as well. They certainly did have a little bit of a mouth on them, but then again they were also royals as well looking over at Halley as she used her magic and Titian's sword burst into a bunch of butterflies. One of the people from the crowd suddenly yelled to the two royals who were there, she wasn't sure what the politics were in this country all to well but it seemed that the people really did dislike them.

A few seconds later the Dragon Boat took off, sighing a little bit to herself as she looked over towards Halley seemed that the royals wont be helping them right now. "Not as weird as Loki impregnating himself as a mare though." Arnora said with a slight laugh before taking out Loki's dagger again and closed her eyes as she started the same tracking spell and her own tracking ability to help find Loki again.

Myth the Muse

Location: Entrance Hall -> Library Wing

"I'm happy to see you too. I saw what happened outside through Tate's eyes and it was...horrible. What exactly occurred here to cause all of this?" An attack of this sort, from vampires no less? What was their goal? Wanton destruction? Or did they have a target in mind? She followed Bruce mainly, but a few others accompanied them. Introductions could wait as this seemed vitally important, at least to her husband.

"This place is big, but if you are looking for a way through, why not find the Queen or the Princess. They were here, yes? Perhaps they are hiding and now that the battle is over, they can come out and aid us? Just a thought." Other options included finding a corpse and she didn't really want to do that. Or the ghost of the woman who killed the queen could help (but that would mean finding her). Or they could ask a wizard. Either way, they had options, at least.

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: The Docks

Fleur watched those around the ship. She tried to sense who among them was triggering her and she spotted her. She recognized the signal from before during the wedding/birth. The woman was Asgardian, related to the baby she helped deliver (that still gave her nightmares). If she was here, it was not for anything as simple as a tour. She would have to keep an eye on her and those with her.

If she got closer, her Magyk would surely set her off, if it hadn't already. In fact, she tried to hide her sense, but she was, ironically, too powerful at the moment. They would figure it out soon. She had no intention of getting into a battle with them now. She didn't come here to fight, she came here to pay respect to lost love and leave. Surely even they could accept that. Even if their actions concerned her, so long as they left the house alone, she would allow them to stay.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: The Port The Port ---> The Palace Boat Launch -- The Castle
Skills:

Cuyler’s attention was split between the overpowering Magykal presence he could still detect and the squabbling behind him. He was grateful to see the royals, it was almost a relief seeing someone from his old life. He felt he should correct Halley on who the actual Princess was but it would prove useless. She didn’t really care and they didn’t really have the time to go through the royal’s family history.
”I think we should move on,” he said, unaware that the dragon boat had risen once again. Cuyler was worried they were starting to draw attention to themselves and how could they not. A giant fireball, followed by the landing and take off of a giant dragon as a boat? It was bound to be somewhat alarming. Even in a place with unique traffic as the Port. Cuyler looked up, seeing shadow and watched the dragon boat fly away. He remembered the spinning axe and frowned. It was pointing to them at one point. Perhaps they knew of some information that would help them on this quest. Of course it was too late to ask now.
”Do you feel that Magyk?” He directed his question to Halley as he moved closer to them. Thia remained in her position as outside guard.

Titan stared in disbelief as his sword was transformed into hundreds of butterflies. What on earth? What was he to do now! That witch! Titan glared at the strange woman, infuriated but he was quickly scooped and unable to retaliate. A noise squeaked out of him from being suspended over thin air as they were transported back to the Palace. He saw water rapidly approaching and had the good sense to take a deep breath before plummeting into the water. He swam out from under the boat and hoisted himself up onto the dock. He was wet and a bit miserable. He liked that sword. It had been a gift.

Amarantha

Location: The Entrance Hall; The Parlor ---> Private Courtyard -- The Palace
Skills: Psychological Deception;

Lennox bowed his head to Bruce before he nodded. “That would be excellent, thank you. Would you mind reaching out and seeing if you could locate the Queen and Princess as well. They may be inside that room as well or somewhere else within the Palace,” Lennox explained. Of course, if Bruce didn’t detected the Prince inside, there was probably no one with in the Queen’s Room. Odd, that would be the best place for them to be.

”Well if you’re offering,” she said with a smirk and fell into step beside Gypsy. Perhaps Amarantha had gone a bit soft, having moved up in ranks and staying within the Palace walls. After all, she did let Vampires into her home and who knew how long they had been here casing the place. After all, she had seen this woman within the market a week or so ago. It could have been even longer and she didn’t even know. ”You can call me Viper,” Amarantha said simply. She wasn’t about to give her real name out, that could come later if it had to and Amarantha didn’t all out care if Gypsy believed her or not on this one. A name was a name and sometimes they changed like the tide.
They made it outside and Amarantha shifted, looking over at the barracks when Gypsy mentioned having a snack. She bristled but relaxed her face and looked over at her new, temporary friend. ”Seems a bit much. I don’t think we need to stop here, how about within town?” Amarantha leaned heavily on her words, hoping to convince her otherwise but it fell through like a rock through tissue paper.
“Nah, we got's to finish the job luv,” Gypsy simply responded. Amarantha looked towards the barracks. She had two options. Take out Gypsy now and lose her only lead or follow the crazed Vampire and kill a few people before getting away or being killed.
”Well we best get started then,” Amarantha said and walked forward. Puck had a saying, the good of the few outweigh the good of the many. It was always a little funny to Amarantha but Puck was always one to think towards the future rather than the present. It’s probably why he didn’t foresee himself getting eaten by a dragon. Amarantha instead was deciding to believe the good of the many outweighing the good of the few. She needed to get on the good side with this Vampire and if that meant killing some of her people to save the greater good of the Castle, than she would.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Future Palace
Skills: Trivia Knowledge; Sneaking

Ahote continued to watch the giant while Prince Myrus started to talk, identifying the creature as a Frost Giant just as Ahote had determined himself and then he mentioned something called Ragnarok. Ahote glanced at the Prince before moving forward to continue following the giant.
”Ragnarok… the end of ends for the Nine Realms, according to Norse Mythology. Hmm, I am not sure if this is what that is but I do know these Frost Giant’s are Loki’s followers at present. When I first arrived, I checked the past and found Loki sitting on the throne with a red headed woman lying at his feet,” he looked over at the Prince and placed a hand on his shoulder. ”I do not know what time we have been plunged into so I do not know who the woman was. All I know is that this is the perceived future of the Castle and I intend to find a way to change it. Will you join me?” Of course the Prince didn’t have much of a choice Ahote thought but Myrus had also come a long way in his training so if he did decide to go on his own, Ahote would respect that. ”As for how long you have been gone. I do not know for after we entered the Queen’s Room, your sisters and Titan disappeared inside a cupboard. There were Vampires in the hallway and I was intending to find something to either bring your siblings back from wherever they went or stop the vampires. Instead I found a glass shard and was transported here.”
Ahote turned his attention back to the Frost Giant. He could see across the waterway. They seemed to be at the Palace Boat Launch and the Giant was making its way across to the other side of the Castle. Strange how Ahote could see to the other side when earlier that day there were buildings and other structures blocking the view. But that was a different time. Ahote scanned for some other type of floating device that would allow them passage across. They would have to wait until the Frost Giant made his landing though as there was no cover for Ahote and the Prince. Ahote did spot two small paddle boats, more like the small boats he used at home for water travel or fishing. They were made for one person but at the Castle he had seen children using them for play. They would have to do and hopefully they would hold.
While pointing out the boats, Ahote spoke. ”We can take those once the Frost Giant is across. Then we can make it to the other side. If we lose sight of him I can track him,” Ahote spoke confidently.

Mona Windrider

Location: The Palace Entryhall to the Library
Skills:

She wondered how anyone knew where they were going in such a place. For her, a home was as good as a clear field and the path was as far as the eye could see. It was hard to wrap her head around the twists and turns. As she was making her decision on which direction to go she not only saw people going into the Library but she heard someone a little way up as well. Alarm filled her and not just with all of the dead which surrounded her.

Should she go toward actual human like people persons who seemed not to be dangerous and one of which had helped in the fight? Or should she go to the mysterious voices of mystery which could mean her death? After a few moments of deliberation, in which she asked the head for advice and the head gave no discernable answer, she went toward the Library. She wasn't ready to get killed just yet, after all. She hurried after them and only caught up once they had crossed the threshold of the Library. Mona puffed for air, not realizing she had been holding it while in the Hall. The stench of blood and death was nauseating.
