Princess Luna

Location: The Palace, the Vault
Skills: N/A

Luna looked towards her sister when she stormed up to Amarantha and slapped her across the face, making her turn away slightly and wince at that. Though she knew her friend was tougher than that, Luna looked at her sister she had every right to be mad at her as well you don't demand a royal to do something. It's usually always the other way around they had been away from the Castle for most of the night to as Luna reached over and gently rested a hand on her sister's shoulder looking at her for a moment. Trying to think of a good compromise about the chains. "Please take a moment and relax sister please?" Luna asked her softly.

"Maybe we can do a compromise with the chains?" Luna asked looking over at Apollodora when she said what Amarantha actually was looking over at her friend for a moment. "You guys use the chain, temporarily until you fix the Arya thing, and then you give us the chain and prevent this Ragnarok thing?" Luna asked while looking over at her brother, and shook her head slightly and handed him the glasses that she had found, to let him see.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: Wizard's Tower, Pyramid Library
Skills: Basic Asgardian Magic

Arnora turned her head to watch as Bruce started to do his magyk and suddenly Jarvis wasn't there now as the flames made him disappear, she closed her eyes and started to relax now as well. She turned around as Halley used her powers, and gagged Minerva's mouth shut she still wasn't really sure what to think if he was actually Loki or not. Arnora decided to tease Halley a little bit taking another look at Minerva. "I think you enjoy tying and gagging women up a little to much." Arnora said with a slight laugh.

Arnora though did nod a little bit, she did enjoy their little adventure here right now. "We should go and find Cuyler before the old guy decides to kill him to, and then your wife, i'd rather that we leave now before that guy comes back and gives up a lecture or something." Arnora said before turning and started to leave the library and headed towards the door.

Mona Windrider

Location: Room 847 - the Ramblings
Skills:

She winced as the girl screamed for everyone to just shut it. She hadn't thought they had been all that loud, but being a creature of the night could change a person in many ways. Mona wasn't the most familiar with all of the things a vampire could do, but she was damn certain the girl was one. Her eyes followed Sylvi as she crossed the room to lay down on the bed and the young man soon followed.

Cocking her head slightly she looked from Sylvi to Tate to Myth and back. She was thinking, the odd little cogs in her head whirring and ticking on the theoretical applications she could use a stone to help a vampire's blood lust. Her face took on a blank, distant expression as she thought. She stayed in silent stillness for at least two minutes while things happened about her.

At last, when she popped back into reality she said, without regard to what might be going on otherwise, "I t'ink I could poss'bly make an ar'teh'ficial sor o' blood. Echantin' a wee stone or po'shun. Yeh knu. May tek sum time teh fig'yur oot." Her voice was rushed which only worsened her accent. Her cheeks flushed with the excitement of possibility.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: The 19th Floor of Wizard Tower -- The Castle
Skills:

Cuyler stopped through the room, leaving Rowland. ”Don’t mistake this as running away Rowland. I don’t run but I am not staying where I am not wanted and in the last place I saw her alive and well. Think what you want but I am no longer a coward,” he said before he left the old man and proceeded down the stairs. Cuyler still clearly had anger issues but many things had changed in the young man and it wasn’t his problem if no one saw that.
Cuyler reached the bottom Floor and it greeted him merrily.

He didn’t give the Floor a second look but he did stomp over it, as if that would do something. He retched open the door and breathed in the fresh air. Thia sat at the bottom of the steps, her ears twitching when he came out and she looked at him with curiosity. ”You don’t want to know,” he muttered and headed down the street towards the docks. As he walked, he withdrew his axe and twirled it around as he walked, needing something to do to unleash his pent up energy. Another reason for why he wanted to go to the docks, he could use his power there.

Amarantha

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills: Resistance; Stamina;

The slap across Amarantha’s face barely stung her. Sure there had been power behind it but Amarantha’s adrenaline and other things were running a mile a minute. She grinned, looking back at Valda and shook her head. ”You shouldn’t have done that.” Her voice had dropped and she clenched her hands into fists while her fangs dropped. It didn’t much matter that Apollodora then gave up what she now was. Myrus’s accusation made no sense to Amarantha but it didn’t matter, she only had eyes for Valda at the moment. The hunger had lessened again but it was always there. ”Arya is very much alive, but not as you once knew her much as I am not who I once was either. Valda, there are about to be two different wars going on and I would like to end one before it begins. You can have the chains after Arya has been corrected. As for me, I am sure Apollodora will look after that.”
Amarantha crossed her arms, her fangs retreating and she looked relaxed in her stance but she was ready to strike at any moment if needed. There, now everyone who needed to know, knew. Prince Myrus’s wild accusations were laughable but she wasn’t about to laugh at the person who could explode her and she wasn’t about to attack a witch that could light her on fire either. ”I don’t believe we actually ‘eat’ anyone,” Amarrantha said and looked at Myrus. ”The hunger has subsided for the moment but I don’t want to wait around here for it to come back. I would like to have this chain situation figured out before I leave though because like I said, they are important and I need them as well.” She looked back at Valda, waiting for the witch Queen to make a choice. Amarantha had damaged the relationship but that made things easier now for Amarantha to be killed once this was over and done with.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills:

Ahote had not expected the next few things to happen. Luna saying Amarantha was dead inside, literally, Valda slapping Amarantha clean across the face and Myrus’s outburst of her being Hel reincarnated. Ahote placed a steadying hand on Myrus’s shoulder. ”I don’t think she wants to eat you specifically but if out of necessity, she would.” Amarantha’s fangs dropping confirmed Apollodora’s words and Ahote hung his head, shaking it. Amarantha was a strong and fierce warrior. She was even an excellent leader for her people, harsh and unforgiving at most times but she was passionate. To have her lead this life now, was no life at all and by the sounds of it Amarantha didn’t plan on living long after she fixed what needed fixing.
Ahote looked at Valda, understanding her need to assert dominance but there were high emotions clouding the room and desperation was one of them. ”We all need those chains for something, I think compromise is the best option,” Ahote agreed with Luna. He was certain Luna would fight for Amarantha’s right to use the chains, even though she seemed to be quieter in nature but he agreed that she did need to leave the vaults. Resistance to the one thing she needed to survive could only last so long.

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings
Skills: N/A

Myth put her hands over her ears as Sylvi screamed. She got the sense it wasn't directed at her or Mona though. And Tate had entered her thoughts. She couldn't blame the boy, of course. He was going through an ordeal with someone he cared deeply for. Would she not do the same? "If that is what you feel you needed to do to trust me, so be it. But I am here to help."

She knew, more or less, the situation. She didn't like the part about the vigilante though. "So someone is out there hunting her? Was she at the castle before we arrived? How do you know this?" Mona's idea had some merit too. It could help Sylvi for the time being. But to what end? Did they want a cure? Did they even have one? Or was this her life now? "All right. We cna try that, but then we need to think about where to go and what to do."

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???
Skills: Lyte Magyk

Fleur had already stated what she knew. "I'm afraid I do not know much more than that, which gravely upsets me. A portal led us here, a portal in my old home, and I knew nothing about it. I intend to find answers, but we must be cautious going forward. I feel this is not a place we were meant to be." The metal obelisk in front of them began to glow and Fleur prepared herself for combat but needed not to. Instead, the area surrounding them gradually turned to darkness. Had they moved?

She heard whispers. The mention of Lord Hellfire intrigued her. "I do not know that name, but I assume it is a demon of some sort. I dealt with one already, what's one more. But just in case..." Fleur threw up a protection spell around her and Violet using Lyte Magyk. "That should protect us somewhat, but if we are about to come face to face with a demon, we'll need more than that. I hope you are up to the challenge." With that, Fleur pressed forward now. Eager to get the answers she desired.

Queen Valda

Location: The Vaults
Skills: N/A

"Don't tell me to calm down Luna," Valda snapped somewhat at her sister, before she went back to glaring at Amarantha. She didn't care at all what was really going on around her, more of the fact that at this point, Amarantha was acting like just about everyone else in the Castle who didn't think that she should be the Queen. People who didn't think that she was capable of protecting the Castle, or it's inhabitants, and that sort of thinking pissed her off more then anything. She hadn't been planning on arguing with Amarantha or anything, but now the woman was still not listening to a damn word that she said.

"No, you can't have them, or use them. At all. You sit there, sure you might be a vampire or whatever, but let's get one damn thing straight, you don't order me around, or my siblings. You however seem to have forgotten how things work around here, and now are acting like about half the people around here who don't think I can really do anything. So until you learn some manners, or respect for others, you sure as hell aren't using these chains, got it? And if you try taking them from me, or hurting anyone in this room, there will be issues," Valda said, her voice was steady and even, but her words were cold, and she still had a hold of the chains as she turned towards the exit of the vaults. "Don't even think about following, I don't exactly want to see you around the Palace for a little while," she added, before she started walking away from them.

Bruce Banner

Location: Wizard Tower
Skills: N/A

"Oh sure, the gag definitely makes things a hundred times better. She's got way too big of a mouth and tends to be idiotic in how she tends to use it. Like seriously? If uncle was trying to pretend to be someone else, you'd think he'd learn how to blend in, since literally no one ever says stuff like that about Loki, ever," Bruce said with a slight laugh, shaking his head at his sister. At her mention of Myth and where she was, his mind went back to what happened in the Castle Courtyard.

"...She went to go check on Tate, and his girlfriend, after the entire incident at the Castle... Vampires attacked and the two were stuck in the middle, actually, making sure that the vampires in the Palace were gone sort of led to me going to the future and learning about Ragnarok. I can head over there right now and see what's going on if you two want to see about finding Cuyler. Or you can tag along with me, whatever it is that you choose, it's your choice over all," he said, before glancing over at Minerva, "Though keep a hold of her, you know uncle, always trying to play tricks no matter what."

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Ramblings Room 847
Skills: N/A

Sylvi sort of curled up against Tate as he started stroking her hair. She was starting to calm down somewhat, but the ghost was still shouting, and it was starting to give her a major headache. "He won't shut up, everyone needs to stop talking, it's giving me a headache," she mumbled slightly, not really talking too loudly. The voices were just more or less starting to swirl around and blend together, too many people talking all at once was not really helping her out at all.

Then there was Tate reminding everyone that there was a vigilante who likely will try and kill her. Hearing those words, her mind started racing once more through the different possibilities. Was it better off for everyone if she was actually dead? Or was surviving or whatever it was the better option? Her mind wasn't too sure as to which would be better, but one thing was for certain. She did not want to be stuck in that room much longer. "...Can we go somewhere else to talk? The ghost is loud..."

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 5th, 12,508 - 11:50 PM

Wizard Way, the Castle...

Having left Wizard Tower and being on his way to the docks, Cuyler's axe should have been a good deterrent to any thieves he encountered. And if that wasn't enough, then Thia should have helped considerably as well. But somehow, the world's dumbest (or perhaps more fearless) thief seemed to melt out of the shadows. They were armed with a crossbow and they had an arrow aimed at Cuyler's head. "This be a Magyk arrow - it'll never miss. So give me yer coin or else!" the thief threatened. No one else was really around, which was understandable as it was almost midnight.

Myrus Silvers

Location: the Vault - the Palace
Skills: Kinetic Energy Charging
Myrus gingerly took the eyepiece from Luna, glad that his powers didn't activate and the object remained in one piece. He then placed it to his eye and he looked at Amarantha, seeing the death and decay of her body. Maggots were crawling in and out of Amarantha's eyes and if he moved the object away, he couldn't see them anymore. It was a chilling experience and sent a shiver down his spine. "She is dead..." he agreed softly. He didn't need the eyepiece to see Amarantha's fangs drop, to hear her threatening tone towards his sister, Valda.

Her words didn't make much sense either - Arya Rincewind was alive but different? Amarantha said it was similar to her own situation - so was Arya dead on the inside and alive on the outside? However, no matter how strange it all was... Amarantha had threatened his sister. He was tired of being the one incompetent member of the Royal House, unable to protect himself or others. Ahote's steadying hand on his shoulder only reminded Myrus of his shame. His eyes darted around the room and Myrus didn't spot any weapons that he could use, only for him to remember that he had his powers and he could have kicked himself.

Using the eyepiece was out of the question - if there were more things like Amarantha, it could help them identify them. Myrus slipped the piece into his cloak, before he snatched up the nearest artifact that he could grab. It was an intricately carved viola. Taking a deep breath, Myrus focused on his fear and anger. It took a few seconds, but the viola began to glow faintly. Yes, Valda had handled the situation but he wasn't going to back away from this situation out of fear. No, he needed to prove that he could protect his family. "Whatever happened to you... I'm sorry, but I can't let something like you threaten my family," Myrus apologized, before he threw the glowing viola at Amarantha.

Apollodora's reflexes were quick and she shoved Amarantha, almost getting the vampire out of the way. Amarantha was caught slightly by the blast, the bomb causing some extensive damage to her legs but Amarantha wouldn't feel it. She would still be able to move around like normal, only some of her bone was showing and Myrus looked a bit green at the sight of it.

Antonije Magnisky

Location: Room 847 - the Ramblings
Skills: N/A
Antonije stared at Mona for a moment, mentally replaying her words in his head before he managed to figure out exactly what she had said. He could have sworn that her accent was progressively getting thicker and thicker, as if it was some sort of game to see how bad she could make it before people were no longer able to understand her at all. "Sure, you're welcome to try but I've got Silvija a stash that should last her a few weeks, thanks to our neighbor." And of course, there was really no shortage of horrible people in this world that he could kill and take their blood to feed his love with.

He nodded at Myth's question about someone hunting his Silvija. "It's the vigilante... The one that's been going around killing people, she was there tonight and she marked Silvija. We got the mark off of her but it's only a matter of time before she finds her again," he answered, conveniently leaving out the part as to how he knew the vigilante. Hopefully, Myth would just assume that Antonije hadn't met the vigilante before and that his information on her began and ended there. He kept on stroking Sylvi's hair, pausing when she asked if they could go talk somewhere else.

"...We could go to a tavern, they'd be open this late."

Halley Banner

Location: the Pyramid Library -> First Floor - Wizard Tower
Skills: Chaos Magyk
Halley smirked slightly. A thought had crossed her mind - that tying up and gagging some women could be an enjoyable pastime - but she didn't care to share it with Arnora at the moment. "Honestly, if the old man killed Cuyler, would it be a tragedy?" Halley couldn't help but ask. She wasn't too fond of that particular cousin, finding him to be stubborn and to lack forethought when it came to combat. He exemplified everything she found distasteful about Midgard. However, carrying the small form of Loki, Halley left the Pyramid Library as well, stepping onto the moving staircase.

She considered her brother's offer for a moment. "When we get to the landing, let's ask the Floor where Cuyler is - if he's in the tower, we fetch him. If he left, then let's go retrieve your wife." It seemed to be a reasonable enough choice. The stairs moved as quickly as they could, depositing the little group on the First Floor. "Floor - where is Cuyler?" Halley asked as soon as her feet departed the stairs.

Apparently, the Floor vastly preferred Halley to Cuyler:

Halley rolled her eyes. "Hardly surprising. Let's go to your wife then, if you'd like to teleport us, brother dear?"

Violet

Location: ???
Skills: ExtraOrdinary Magyk
Violet frowned slightly, a bit curious as to this demon that Fleur had faced before. The demons she had faced had all just been men in her experience - cruel, egotistical drunkards who thought they could get away with abusing their families and that no one would ever exact justice. As she moved forward with Fleur, Violet's spell continued to carry the voices to their ears. The further ahead they went, the more distinct the voices became. Eventually, they would be so clear that Fleur would be certain these were men they were dealing with and not demons like Chthon.

"Good, good... What of tonight's events? Did the Eastern Snowplains succeed?" the voice belonging to Lord Hellfire asked.

"Our witches have been Scrying - they failed to seize control, only managing to weaken the Castle. The Queen lives."

"Hmph. I suppose I should not be surprised, the Empress is testy yet inexperienced... Very well. This is why I always have a contingency plan prepared. Reach out to the Lagoon - inform the King we have a proposition for him."

Violet and Fleur then would see the shadowy figures in the middle of a clearing. One of them knelt in front of the other - a tall and monstrous looking individual seated on a throne made out of human bones. There would be no doubt that that one was the Lord Hellfire. Flames danced around them in a circle, seemingly persisting by some form of Magyk. Violet quickly pulled Fleur behind a tree with her as to avoid them being spotted by the individuals. "What now?" Violet whispered. "I care not for their talk... their plans..."

Princess Luna

Location: The Palace, the Vault
Skills: N/A

Luna looked towards her sister when she snapped at her, feeling a little bit hurt she wanted to try and diffuse the situation as well, but she didn't really say anything else at the moment. Looking over at her friend when Amarantha suddenly barred her fangs towards the three of them. Which was really scary to see, but she was still her friend, then Valda started to turn around and leave with the chains letting out a slight annoyed sigh when she couldn't really calm her sister down. Though she did have a point you didn't want to order any of the royals around either.

When her brother reached over for a viola that was within the vault nearby and charged it up and threw it at Amarantha to her shock, as it exploded. Luna quickly got in between her brother and Amarantha as well, she didn't want to see her brother hurt her friend or Amarantha attacking her brother either. "Myrus stop please, she is not a monster!" Luna said, knowing her brother's power she didn't want to touch him and get himself blown up either. "I am just as much as a threat to the family as well.." Luna said softly her mental health was declining in the last several months, and she knew that at some point she could snap and hurt her brother or her sister at anytime and she would have no control over it.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: Wizard's Tower, Pyramid Library
Skills: N/A

Arnora gave a slight wink towards Halley as she started to head down the flight of stairs with the others, when Halley made a comment about Cuyler. She bit her bottom lip for a moment she still felt pretty bad about hiding a secret from Cuyler this entire time, but hey told her not to so she had to respect their wishes as well. When Bruce mentioned something about Ragnarok didn't sound good to her at all either, she'd have to find out more about it later on what they know. As she looked down at the floor as it answered Halley's question letting out a slight sigh that he didn't really wait for him, as she started to walk across the floor when it spoke to her, giving her a name she didn't even know and shook her head slightly.

As Arnora left the tower she looked towards the others, as she started to think whether or not she should look after Cuyler or if she should join Halley and Bruce to find his wife. Arnora stared at Bruce for a moment, she was still a little bit more than annoyed with him for punching and breaking her nose earlier. "I'll go and find your lovely cousin, and make sure he hasn't gotten into to much trouble you guys go ahead and find Myth i'll find you guys easily." Arnora said whether they decided to go with her or not was up to them.

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Wizard Way -- The Castle
Skills:

As he walked, Cuyler whistled a small tune to himself. Something his father would whistle while they worked on the boat. It calmed Cuyler and made him feel a bit more himself, that was until some idiot stepped out of the shadows and aimed an arrow at Cuyler’s head. Cuyler looked down at his axe and then the guy. Thia sat beside Cuyler, watching the man with the arrow curiously. She didn’t seem bothered by her companions predicament. ”Really? And where did you come across such a rare find?” Cuyler tossed his axe from hand to hand, watching the thief.
Either Cuyler was feeling reckless or was just as dumb because he felt absolutely no fear or concern of the arrow pointed at his head. The man was close enough that the arrow would hit its mark no matter what, unless this man had horrible aim. Cuyler took a step closer to the man, curious as to what he would do. ”I’m afraid I have no coin to give you. None of this land’s currency at least.”

Amarantha

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills: Resistance; Stamina;

Amarantha stalked Valda’s steps with her eyes as she walked away. The chains seemed to clink in a way that taunted her as they disappeared from the vault. It was awfully bold of Valda to do such a thing in Amarantha’s state. No one was invincible, those with power or not. After all, Amarantha had killed several witches in her lifetime. The former Queen’s killer being her most recent kill. Not that it mattered much with Valda acting like a child and stomping away with the chains with a ‘if I can’t use them, than neither can you’ attitude. Amarantha seriously didn’t have time for this but Valda wasn’t her only problem now. She saw a flash of movement and turned in time to see the glowing viola then Apollodora shoved Amarantha out of the way. It wasn’t nearly fast enough and she was still hit but the pain did not register as she fell to the ground. Amarantha looked down at her legs, seeing the bone there from where the blast had taken her flesh away. ”Well isn’t that interesting,” she commented.
Amarantha’s hunger was back and she glared up at the Prince before she rose to her feet. Luna stepped in front of her, trying to protect her from Myrus and perhaps the other way around as well. ”I am a monster Luna. Don’t get me confused with anything else,” she said. ”Now, if you don’t want me getting killed by either Mryus or Valda you will let me leave to go and feed. Or are you offering?” She looked at the last two royal members of the family a glint in her eye that did indeed suggest she was hungry. If Valda had been trying to diffuse the situation by leaving and Mryus trying to defend the royal families honor by attacking, they were doing a poor job of it. Didn't anyone ever tell them not to tickle a sleeping dragon?

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills:

Ahote watched Valda walk from the room and sighed. Everyone could have handled this much better. Amarantha with less of a demanding attitude and Valda with less superiority. There was too much hostility in this room and it only intensified when Myrus lashed out. He shifted under Ahote’s touch and threw the viola before Ahote could stop him. His eyes widened as it just missed Amarantha but not enough to save her from any damage. Luna shifted in-between and then Ahote did the same and looked at Mryus. ”Well done,” he complimented, truly meaning it. Myrus had shown great control of his power, just not his emotion. ”But I don’t believe now is the best time. Your sister has taken the chains. Let’s follow her and plead her our case. Luna, come with us,” Ahote said and looked back at her.
As he did so he made eye contact with Amarantha. There was anger there but also sadness. She didn’t want to be the full blown monster she had been turned into but there was no getting away with what she was so it seemed Amarantha was embracing the fullness of it. Although to her credit, she still hadn’t attacked the family she was charged to protect when any one else of her kind would have. Amarantha nodded to him, telling him to take them all out of here. Ahote looked back at Myrus, hoping the prince would listen to him, even though he clearly didn’t have to.

It seemed all were in agreement with her stone idea. An idea that did not involve killing people, though it would appear that was not a huge cause for concern. For one of them at the very least. She frowned a bit, considering that, and then figured it was really none of her business. She was just here to help, what they did in their free time was certainly up to them.

She brightened at the suggestion of the tavern. Mona was starving, having earlier vomited up her delicious delights. She didn't understand about the vigilante. She had missed something? She was sure that she would come to understand later. For now, the thought of filling her stomach with a warm meal after all of this chaos was far too prevalent in her mind. "Are we walkin' or wooshin'?" She hoped it was walking, she wasn't sure she could "Woosh" three people. Did the parameters change for vampires?

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings
Skills: N/A

So not only did they have Slyvi, who could see a ghost and a vampire but now they had a vigilante who had marked her after them. Matters continued to spiral. "Well, I won't let that happen. Whoever this vigilante is will have to go through me first and I took down a frost giant not that long ago." Myth provided a warm smile, hoping to at least alleviate some of their nerves.

Sylvi wasn't doing good and she needed to leave. A tavern could work, potentially. "We can go, but no alcohol for either of you." Deep down, she was still a mom. Upon Mona's suggestion to walking or...."wooshin'", she decided it was better to get there sooner rather than later. "We could teleport and get there quicker. If we go on the road we run the risk of being caught by this vigilante. So we will "woosh" I guess. Provided everyone has everything they need?"

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???
Skills: N/A

Fleur listened with interest as the voices carried themselves with the help of Violet. It seems an attack on the castle had failed, though Fleur tried to piece together the information she knew with the names and places she heard. The Empress mentioned must be Empress Astris, who ruled over the Eastern SnowPlains. The Lagoon must be the kingdom that didn't use Magyk ruled by King Nicholas, the cousin of Queen Meliscente. Whatever these voices were planning, it was not good for whoever was involved.

Fleur had peeked and saw the figure with dancing flames around him. That was obviously Lord Hellfire. "I am not one to enter myself into the affairs of others as long as my cohort is not affected. However, I may not have dealt with him before, but it would only be a matter of time before this Lord Hellfire sets his sights on our lands and I will not stand by and allow that to happen. Whatever revenge plagues the royal family will come through me. I suggest caution though. This man has power, clearly. And he has help. We are but only us two. If we intend to address them, we'll need all our wits about us."

Queen Valda

Location: The Vaults
Skills: N/A

Valda just was not having it with Amarantha. The woman in her mind was stepping over the line in her opinion, however she did know that to some she might come across as childish, but Amarantha was just being plain rude. She didn't care if Amarantha was a vampire or whatever, just because she was like that did not mean that she had to act like a bit of a bitch. Valda was fairly close to just saying screw it and locking her up or something, maybe having her executed or something giving the fact that she was threatening her family.

She turned around, hearing her brother's words, and she looked just in time to see the explosion. That was something a bit unexpected considering everything. Valda hadn't known for her brother to be one to stand up in front of someone and fight back, but she was partially glad that he did. The other part of her freaked out, figuring that Amarantha might attack him. Hearing Amarantha's words when Luna stepped in between the pair, she glared back at Amarantha, before speaking to her siblings. "She's not worth the effort, she says that she's a monster, and she's proving how true that is. Maybe it wasn't even worth keeping her around the Palace, since his might be showing the person that she's been the entire time. So how about you all stop talking, and we just leave her to deal with everything else in her life, since clearly she doesn't want anyone's help," Valda said simply, before she completely left the vaults.

Bruce Banner

Location: Wizard Tower
Skills: Cosmic Manipulation

"It probably wouldn't be a good thing if Rowland killed Cuyler, it likely would make things a bit more difficult, since we'd be down one person who could potentially aid us in stopping Ragnarok..." Bruce pointed out to his sister, shaking his head, before turning to look at Arnora and nodding his head slightly at her. "Alright, if you want to go find Cuyler, we can catch up with you a bit later, alright Halley, let's get going then..." he said, as he looked down at the ground for a moment. It decided to send him with some parting words.

He shook his head slightly at the floor's comment, thinking that odds were that they were going to need some luck in order to try and post pone Ragnarok, but he said nothing at all. Flames started swirling along his fingertips, and the fire swirled around Halley as well as himself, but was making sure not to include Arnora and to make sure the flames didn't harm her, and suddenly, the pair disappeared in a ball of fire. Only to reappear outside a door, which he then walked up to and knocked on. "Tate are you in there?" he asked, figuring it was nicer to knock on the door first.

Sylvi the Bard

Location: The Ramblings Room 847
Skills: N/A

Sylvi more or less was trying to cover her ears for the most part, attempting to drown out the sounds of the ghost in the room. She really really wished that the ghost would shut up, to make things a bit easier for her in the long run. Too many voices were not too helpful, and was making it more difficult for her to even really be able to think clearly. She was also trying not to panic too much, considering the fact that everyone around her was talking about how there was a vigilante that wanted to kill her.

"G-G-Going to the tavern sounds like a g-g-good idea... Since it'll make it easier for me to focus, since a ghost hopefully won't be sitting there y-y-yelling in my ear," she mumbled, before she sat up slightly, looking at Tate. Then she heard the sound of someone knocking on the door, and she turned her attention that way, hearing Bruce's voice on the other side. "...Sounds like someone is at the door..."

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 6th, 12,508 - 12:00 AM

Wizard Way, the Castle...

The thief stared at Cuyler for a moment, clearly never having had someone respond to threats like that before. Her hair was long and wild, the sort that probably broke any brush someone attempted to use on it. "Yer axe, I'll take that then," the thief decided, holding the bow and arrow steady. She wasn't about to discuss with Cuyler where she had gotten these items from, but it would only take a split second for her to let the arrow fly - longer than it would take for Cuyler to swing his blade at her and meet his mark.

Arnora would be able to find Cuyler in the middle of the street rather quickly.

Myrus Silvers

Location: the Vault - the Palace
Skills: Kinetic Energy Charging
"Luna, get out of the way, she could hurt you!" Myrus insisted. Amarantha had already barred her fangs and he knew that she had been close with Luna once, but he didn't really think Amarantha was herself anymore. It was like something demonic had taken over her body. "You're not a threat - you're not a monster, Luna." Amarantha hardly seemed to be phased from the explosion, even as some of her bone became visible. And to make matters worse, Amarantha was now threatening Luna as well! He didn't understand why Ahote wanted to leave and let Amarantha be here. There were so many innocent people in the Palace, servants who had families and children and loved ones... Were they going to leave them at the mercy of Amarantha to save their own lives?

"No, it's wrong," he told Ahote. "Just because we'd be safe doesn't mean everyone else would be... I refuse to let her hurt innocents." His eyes darted around again and he spotted a jewelry box. Snatching it up, he sidestepped around his sister and Ahote, locking eyes with Amarantha as he started to charge the box. His hands were shaking slightly but he was certain in his soul that he was doing the right thing. It was the duty of the Royal Family to protect the Castle - so it was their duty to make sure that Amarantha couldn't hurt anyone again. Valda had already left the vaults, so she was safe at the very least, but Myrus just couldn't do it. He didn't care if Amarantha hurt him, as long as everyone else would be safe.

He then chucked the explosive box at Amarantha, only it detonated too soon, exploding right in front of her rather than making contact. Apollodora had a blade in her hand, ready to intervene but then she shook her head slightly and left the vault as well, running a little bit to catch up with the Queen. "So... Who just are ya going to use those chains on, hmm?" she asked.

Antonije Magnisky & Halley Banner

Location: Room 847 - the Ramblings
Skills: N/A
Antonije didn't really understand what Mona meant by wooshing, having never really thought of a Transport spell in that manner and he never really used Magyk to begin with - he didn't have that gift. He knew what she meant by walking though and he nodded. "We can walk actually, there's tons of taverns in the Ramblings," he explained. A new one seemed to open its doors every week. However, as Myth said that he couldn't have alcohol, Antonije frowned slightly. "I'm an adult. I can have liquor if I want." Her words then clarified for him what Mona had meant by wooshing - she just meant using Magyk to transport. "Oh look, your husband has decided to pretend to care," he pointed out to Myth, before walking over to the door and opening it.

Bruce and Halley were standing on the other side and they would see the charming scene of Antonije and Sylvi's room - covered in blood with a corpse in the middle of the room. They fortunately could not see the screaming ghost. Halley raised an eyebrow. "Seems the mental illness in that lineage has resurfaced," she muttered to herself, figuring that Antonije had been the one to murder the man. She never quite understood her father's insistence on watching the familial lines of those he had known growing up - some of them had so many descendants that it was difficult to keep track of, others had very few. Of course, she knew the stories of his friends - people named Allison, Carolina, Bethany, Annie, Guin, Pietro, Neil, Mary, Mira, Sara, and so many more...

"You know what, wooshing sounds pretty good about now," Antonije muttered bitterly. He didn't really like Bruce all that much and he shared about the same opinion of Bruce's sister. He wouldn't have been surprised if Bruce had no idea where his siblings were at the moment. "What do you two want?" he then asked bluntly. "Well whatever it is, it'll have to wait since we're leaving."

"Stop throwing a fit, boy," Halley scolded, rolling her eyes slightly. "Myth, we found Loki," she then added, motioning to the young girl splayed over her shoulder. "If you're ready, we can return to Asgard soon - Arnora went after Cuyler, seems he was upset at revisiting Wizard Tower."

Antonije shook his head slightly. "Of course they kidnapped a girl..."

Violet

Location: ???
Skills: ExtraOrdinary Magyk
Something about what Fleur said gave Violet an idea - there were only two of them there, but whoever these people in the Hellfire Circle were, they didn't need to know that. They had no knowledge of how many had traveled there with Fleur and Violet. Holding out her hand to Fleur, Violet waited for her to take it. "If we combine our Magyk, we can cast a strong enough illusion to fool them - to convince them that we have a small army here with us," Violet whispered, careful that the wind would not carry her voice.

Her bones then began to tingle and Violet gazed upwards. Those who studied Magyk knew that it was heightened at precisely 3:00 AM - the Witching Hour. Fleur would feel the similar vibration in her body as her powers achieved their daily peak. Of course, Darke Magyk was stronger than Lyte Magyk at this hour as well - it was an important ceremonial time for the Port Witch Coven of old. And while Violet could not remember it, Rowland used to wake her at the Witching Hour in order to study the most powerful and dangerous Magykal spells. "It's the Witching Hour... We must have traveled an eighth of the way around the globe," she whispered, using her knowledge of rough timezones for the approximation. Divide the world into twenty four sections, each corresponding to a time zone, and thus a three hour distance would be an eighth of the world.

"Of course, my Lord... I will whisper in his ear until he agrees to our schemes."

"Good... And now, our visitors from another world - did you retrieve the prophecy?"

"Yes, yes... The King swore to me on his daughter's grave its translation - that to kill the Asgardians, we need to unleash the beast Fenrir..."

"No, there's more to it than that. What else did the prophecy say?"

"The beast can only be unleashed once Beauty is slain..."

"... So it is Baldur then that we must kill. A pity. Is the Avenger in place?"

"She is, but she knows not of our designs."

"Good. Her memories could prove fickle."

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Wizard Way -- The Castle
Skills: Persuasion; Water Manipulation -- Hydro-kinetic Combat

”My axe? I assure you, it has no value to you here. It might not even work as it is supposed to but if you insist,” Cuyler said and flipped it over so the handle was pointing to her. His left hand twitched at his side though as Cuyler called for any signs of water around him. A near storefront had barrels of water sitting outside, ready to aid Cuyler. He took a step closer to his assailant, the axe non threatening as he readied to give Egil to her. ”Are you sure you want this old thing? I’m from the Land of Lost Nights, a trader. I am certain I may have something of more value to you or I can find what you seek,” Cuyler attempted to persuade her. She seemed to give him a look of annoyance and disbelief and now that Cuyler was closer to her, even if that arrow did not aim true it most likely wouldn’t miss him now.
Cuyler sighed but he wasn’t about to give up yet as he tried calling to the water to aid him. It responded, rushing out of the barrels towards him and the thief. Thia got to her feet and moved away to avoid being caught in the wake. Cuyler’s water moved quickly, wrapping around her ankles but his actions weren’t quick enough. He heard the familiar release of an arrow and it sunk into it’s mark. Cuyler was focused on the task of knocking the thief down that he didn’t register the arrow had embedded itself into his right eye. He couldn’t see from that eye but the adrenaline running through him had heightened everything else. He walked to the girl laying flat on the ground, water surrounding her and he glared down at her. Egil was flipped around again and Cuyler held the handle tightly, ready to use it or the water again. ”Was it worth it?” He looked down at the thief, awaiting her answer.

Amarantha

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills: Resistance; Stamina;

For some reason, the near death experience stopped Amarantha from continuing to act as an underfed mutt and she relaxed, not feeling the hunger or desire to feed. She watched Valda leave and started to laugh. It was an inhuman thing, something that only came out of people when they had given up and lost all faith in humanity. Amarantha seemed to think she had nothing left to fight for. Mryus was still hell bent on killing her, charging up a jewelry box at her but it blew up to soon. ”Well, as much fun as it is to have things explode in front of my face and hear that nobody gives a damn, even though I spent the last how many years keeping you people alive. I think I’m going to leave,” Amarantha said and hoisted herself to her feet. Well, foot since the other seemed to be in non working order. ”I’m proud of you Mryus, finally developed a backbone I see. Nice work Ahote. I’ll give you two options Myrus. Either you can let me leave, or you can lock me up. Dealer’s choice since the reason I came here in the first place just left.” It seemed that now Amarantha wasn’t incredibly hungry, she had calmed some. Hangry still seems to be a thing.
Amaratha looked at Luna, still trying to defend her. ”Just stop Luna. If Mryus misfires and you get in the way,” Amarantha shook her head. ”Just go with Valda before she gets to far ahead. Listen to Apollodora. I trust her with everything I am,” Amarantha stated. She looked back at Ahote and Mryus. ”Clocks ticking boys.” Standing here, waiting for other people to decide her fate, Amarantha realized a few things. She loved more than just Luna and that saddened her to some degree. She didn't feel the need to explain her actions or why she had acted the way she had earlier. Her words had been harsh but she had been trying to save them. She was always trying to save them. It bothered her deep down that Valda didn't look past the raging monster but that's what Amarantha had been trained to be. Unfortunately for her, Amarantha still had a heart that loved and it had pinned her down from taking the chains by force.

Ahote Proudstar

Location: The Palace Vault -- The Palace
Skills:

This wasn’t a decision Ahote could make. He looked at Mryus, not at all surprised that the prince was still trying to defend and protect. It was who Mryus was deep down. Past the anxiety, the fear, he was loyal and protective and he was brave. Amarantha seemed to calm some, despite her blown apart limb. Ahote was starting to get a headache from the confusion he was feeling. He wasn’t certain locking her up would be such a wise idea. Not if the blood lust where to get worse again. ”I can escort her from the Castle,” Ahote offered.
Ahote had a lot of respect for Amarantha and she could easily have gone off worse than she had. He knew stories from her time in the Young Army. Amarantha was ruthless but to those she was loyal to, she showed great restraint and compassion. She was loyal to the cause and this family. She was loyal in protecting them. ”Mryus, if she is off the Castle property she will not be feeding from your people, and there is the wildlife she can have as well. She’s given much to you,” Ahote added, finding himself pleading Amarantha’s case.

Princess Luna

Location: The Palace, the Vault
Skills: N/A

Luna looked towards Amarantha when she spoke to her, she was probably the only person that really did understand her and she seemed to start to calm down now. Though Myrus turned and charged up a jewelry box and threw it at her friend she was glad that it didn't blow up on her and it exploded prematurely. Ahote had a point as well Amarantha had done so much, she even saved her from becoming a witch in the first place as well. "Myrus please stop, she has done so much for us. Maybe there is a cure out there somewhere." Luna said, she was sure that Amarantha wouldn't attack anyone in the castle and hopefully she would still be able to do her job in some way still.

Luna heard her sister's words, she didn't think that Amarantha was a loss cause, she did make demands of them but she assumed that it was just because of being turned into a vampire. Luna stepped to the side to let Amarantha past her while looking over at her brother for a moment, she hoped that he would be able to reason with her. "I wont stop you from leaving, i'll find a way to cure you." Luna said softly.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: Wizard Way -- The Castle
Skills: Ice Transmutation

Arnora watched Halley and Bruce disappeared in a bunch of flames, she turned around and started to make her way down Wizard Way, crossing her arms over her chest as she looked around. She didn't even need to track down Cuyler as she continued to walk down the road when she spotted him being held at arrow point. Arnora sighed and shook her head slightly of course Cuyler ended up finding himself into some kind of trouble. When he used his powers on her seeing a surge of water going out and held the girl down, Arnora ran forward just as the arrow came flying hitting her friend.

Arnora stopped she half expected him to be dead by now, but he seemed to be alive and well right now as the arrow lodged itself into his eye cringing slightly. As far as the girl was surrounded by water, quickly kneeling down and turned the water to ice holding the attacker down. "Really, we leave you alone for a few minutes and you get yourself into trouble?" Arnora asked, as she took out her sword and pointed it at the girl. "We have Loki, lets go and get you checked out."

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings
Skills: N/A

Myth pointedly stared back at Tate. "No. Alcohol. End of discussion. You need to have your wits about you anyway, should this vigilante show up. That and I said so and despite us having no blood relation I consider you one of my own children. Now, shall we be off?" The Ramblings was the closest, but before they could get underway, they were interrupted by Bruce and his sister Halley. "This is not what it looks like," she said in reference to Halley's comment. She saw Bruce and walked over, giving him a kiss. "Told you he needed help."

Once things more or less calmed down, she took into account what they needed to do. "Ok, let's get going then. Only issue is Sylvi. She is in need of blood and apparently has some vigilante after her. If we take them both we'll need to find some way for her to get blood. Mona suggested a stone of some sort? Could that work?"

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???
Skills: Darke Magyk

Fleur felt her own power spike. It always gave her a tingle inside her bones that couldn't be beaten by anything. "Ah yes, the Witching Hour. Truly the best time. We traveled quite a bit then. But I like your idea. I suggest we do it now before this spike in power diminishes." Fleur summoned her Darke Magyk in combination with Violet's own Magyk and summoned the illusion of an army behind them.

Satisfied, she faced Violent. "We are about to step into something very dangerous. Be prepared for anything." She left it at that, turning to leave from their hiding hole and into view of Lord Hellfire. "Sounds rather ominous. Oh, don't mind us. We just happened to overhear pretty much everything you discussed. You all sound rather busy. Oh sorry, how rude of me. Here we are in your domain and I haven't even introduced myself. I am Fleur, Witch Messiah. This is Violet next to me and behind me is our army. I hope we aren't interrupting?

Queen Valda

Location: Outside of The Vaults
Skills: N/A

She hoped that her siblings would follow along after her out of the vaults area. That way, she wouldn't have to worry about them anymore then she would have to. Valda was not too thrilled with how everything was appearing to go. If Myrus didn't follow after her, then she likely would turn back around and drag him out with her. The same could be said about Luna if she didn't leave that area soon. Amarantha was dangerous, that much was obvious, so why would the pair want to stick around the woman who could probably kill them or something in an instant? That woman had essentially started burning bridges on her own, so she had no one to blame but herself.

Hearing Apollodora's words, she whirled around to face her. "Oh? So you are essentially going to sound just like Amarantha back there are you? Well until people start actually treating me, or my siblings with the respect we deserve, no one is going to use these chains got it? I don't know who I am going to use them on, hell I could use them on you right now if I wanted to, but I'm not going to unless you give me a damn to. You also haven't really given me a reason to trust you, since despite everything you only stepped in to protect Amarantha when she definitely didn't deserve someone defending her. So forgive me for not trusting you, at all."

Sylvi the Bard and Bruce Banner

Location: The Ramblings Room 847
Skills: N/A

"Well I figured that he probably did, but we had a few more pressing issues... I also told you that I'd come back and here I am..." Bruce whispered to Myth, giving her a bit of a smile. "So, anyone mind mentioning what it is that you are referring to when you say vigilante? Oh, and about the girl, that's our idiotic uncle in disguise... I mean seriously, wasn't too hard to figure out and his ego kept getting the better of him with some of the words that he was saying. I'll be honest, appearing as a young girl is probably the least weird appearance that my uncle has appeared in..."

"You people are still talking way too loudly..." Sylvi muttered, looking around at the somewhat crowd of people that had sort of just appeared in the room. This was getting to be a bit too much for her, so many voices, and that wasn't counting the ghost that was still becoming a problem. She really really wanted to leave the room and get far far away from everyone. Actually, Sylvi was about ready to yell at everyone else and race out of the room to get away from people, not caring that she was still covered in blood.

"...There might be a way to fix things but... Not entirely certain it would work out all too well... My little sister Nova... She can essentially control the foundations of life itself, Sylvi essentially has become the undead, so there is a chance that Nova might be able to help with that but... It's a long shot, and I'm not sure whether she'd be able to help... But it is worth the possibilty of asking, instead of just trying to deal with literally everything that comes with the territory of being a vampire..."

"...Can you all just be quiet already? Otherwise I'll either go crazy or just leave this room already... Too many people in a small space, and too many voices going on and on at once... At least out of the room I wouldn't have to listen to the ghost that's sitting there yelling at everyone and no one else having to hear it... Can we just please leave?" Sylvi asked Tate, glancing over at him. As she had mentioned before, there were just too many voices in the room that it was making it hard to think.

The Small Wet Country Across the Sea: November 6th, 12,508 - 12:10 AM

Wizard Way, the Castle...

The ice encasing the thief melted by some sort of strange force, before evaporating entirely as the girl rose to her feet. "Yes, it was," she answered Cuyler, the accent from before melting away. Her voice seemed ancient and regal now, dating back to a time older than even the Myth of Four. There was a singular braid in her hair and on her palm was a tattooed symbol. Arnora's sword hardly scared her and she didn't seem surprised to here that they had captured Loki.

The woman laughed slightly, the sound of her voice almost seeming to melt into the air around her, it was such a strange sensation. And as she began to speak, the thick accent she had been sporting proved to be a ruse. Her true voice was archaic and old, whispering of times long since forgotten, beyond the reach of recorded history. "Oh boy, forgive me but I need you to drink the waters of Mimir - and you cannot do that with two eyes." It would take a moment for Cuyler and Arnora to recall who she was, but it would then become apparent - she was Sága, daughter of Borr, attendant of Frigga and sister of Odin. She was the goddess of history, as well as a powerful seeress - the very one who foresaw the fiery destruction of the Nine Realms in Ragnarok.

It had been thousand of years since anyone had seen Sága.

Myrus Silvers

Location: the Vault - the Palace
Skills: N/A
Amarantha's boast was a bit off - she had been working for the Royal Family for less than a year. They had not yet even reached the one year anniversary of Queen Valda's coronation. And as she offered choices to the prince, Myrus kept this in mind. He wasn't about to let Amarantha go - he had to think of all the innocent people out there that could be endangered. If Amarantha were to go and feed off of them, it would be his fault - he would have allowed a monster to go free. "And let her go free to hurt someone else?" Myrus asked Ahote, looking appalled. "Whether they're from the Castle or not... They don't deserve to be murdered. No one does..."

"...And if there is a cure, then if she's here in the dungeons we can give it to her," he then added. He felt a little guilty at the idea of locking Amarantha up, but he couldn't see a way around it. If they didn't know Amarantha, would they have hesitated? He was certain that she would have been slaughtered without a second thought - she was being shown mercy based on who she was and that wasn't fair. He couldn't just let her walk freely. "Let's keep her in Dungeon One - and we can get the Physik Women on a cure."

Meanwhile outside of the vaults, Apollodora nodded. "Oh, you could use the chains on me - definitely. But it wouldn't last very long - those chains would stop the only thing keeping me alive and I would fade from existence. And when I cease to exist, then I won't have been here to tell you about the chains, putting them back in the vault and away from you," she reasoned. "As for why you should trust me... Honestly, I'm not really chuffed about having to prove my worth. I'm here to fix the timeline, that's all. But how about some good will?"

"Ask me a question about the future and I'll answer truthfully, luv."

Antonije Magnisky & Halley Banner

Location: Room 847 - the Ramblings -> Asgard
Skills: Chaos Magyk
"...I'm almost eighteen..." Antonije muttered under his breath, but he didn't fight with Myth too much. In fact, he almost seemed a little bit happy to have her refer to him as one of her children - his adoptive mother, Constance, had been less than loving. She would either neglect him or beat him, there was rarely any in between. The smile vanished as Bruce started to detail his family drama, mentioning that the young girl was actually his uncle... Asgardians could be so incredibly weird at times.

However, he did perk up slightly as Bruce mentioned the potential for a cure. If they could reverse what was done for Sylvi, her life wouldn't be one of murder and bloodshed, and she would be safe from Violet's wrath. He put a protective arm around Sylvi, pulling her close to him. "Alright, call your witch sister, see what she can do," Antonije then agreed. For now, maybe the swamp witch's idea of the bloodstone would help. She had fallen rather quiet all of the sudden he couldn't help but notice.

"Let us return to Asgard then - I can then come back here to retrieve Arnora and Cuyler," Halley reasoned. "Nova can attend to the girl - or perhaps a healer..." It would be a little bit awkward to bring a Midgardian to Asgard for healing, but it was certainly not the first time in history that it would have happened. They needed a clear path for Heimdall to open up the BiFrost to and Halley took a deep breath, bending reality as she waved her hand up above them. Suddenly, Antonije and Sylvi's room was open to the night sky.

"I best be off..." Mona awkwardly said, before the witch left the room quickly for some reason unknown.

"Right, Heimdall, open the BiFrost please," Halley called out. There was a brilliant beam of light, comprised from every color in the rainbow and then a few that none of the Midgardians had seen before or would even know how to name, and it engulfed the group. They were moving at immense speeds and great force, only for the sensation to stop as they landed in a spherical, open chamber.

"Welcome to Asgard," Heimdall greeted. His hands were on a lengthy and brilliant sword and as he removed it from the pedestal, the rainbow light vanished. Up ahead there was a rainbow bridge, heading towards Asgard proper - the kingdom of the gods.

Violet

Location: ???
Skills: ExtraOrdinary Magyk
Violet nodded, stepping out of the shadows with Fleur. She was channeling her Magyk into supporting Fleur's illusion of an army and it seemed to be working for the moment. The main trouble was that the illusion would not be capable of doing any damage beyond the psychological. There were some witches and wizards throughout history that made physical illusions, ones capable of harming the target, but it was a lost art. "I would recommend listening to her carefully, demons," Violet warned. "Her beauty is only matched by her danger."

Lord Hellfire rose from his throne. Now that they were no longer peering from the shadows, it was rather obvious the material it was crafted from - human skulls. "I know who you are, Witch Messiah..." Hellfire said, smiling slightly at her. "But the question is, do you know? Do you know the royal blood flowing through your veins?" he asked. "Search your feelings, you know it to be true... You are the Heir to the Demon, daughter."

Violet frowned slightly, her eyes darting over to Fleur. Was this just a trick, a psychological ploy to get Fleur to call off her imagined army? Or was this Lord Hellfire really Fleur's father? Her instincts told her that it was just a grand deception, that there was no truth to his words. "Only desperate men speak in lies," she told him harshly. "Speak another lie and I'll have your tongue." She knew that he was guilty of gross crimes, the throne of skulls told her that and everything she had overheard only confirmed it.

"Quiet, girl," Lord Hellfire said, dismissing Violet. "This is a family affair - as it always was and always will be."

Cuyler Eysteinsson

Location: Wizard Way -- The Castle
Skills: Country Knowledge (Land of the Lost Nights); Norse Myths

The victory achieved by Cuyler and Arnora was short lived. The girl who had claimed Cuyler’s eye stood as the ice thawed around her quickly, she smiled knowingly at Cuyler and as he accented shifted to one he knew well, he couldn’t help but find her familiar. A tattoo appeared and Cuyler recognized it as Pisces, the fish and once that was recognized, he understood that this woman was Sága. The arrow sticking out of Cuyler’s eye was getting rather annoying but he wasn’t about to pull it and his eye out along with it. The words Sága was saying made sense but not in this context. ”What do you mean I can’t have two eyes to drink the water of Mimir and why am I drinking it?” He seemed rather calm, given the fact that this woman took half his sight. Cuyler was just incredibly confused and frustrated and perhaps a little stunned to be questioning a god so boldly as he was but Cuyler wasn’t ready to become someone else’s pawn. Rowland and his mother had done that enough already.
Thia stood up as the woman shifted, revealing a different look, a different smell and a different sound. She growled instinctively at the woman since she changed before their very eyes but there was an ancientness to her that caused the Night Transformer to give pause. She seemed to recognize that scent. A scent passed down through the generations it seemed. Thia remained standing at Cuyler's side in a protective manner. She was leery of this whole thing, much like her owner was. Cuyler rested a hand on Thia’s head, seeking her comfort as well as to steady the wolf. The adrenaline was starting to wear down and Cuyler was discovering a rather sharp burning pain in the back of his skull that was accompanied by a rather terrible headache.

Amarantha rolled her eyes as Luna said they would find a cure. She shook her, exasperated and suddenly very tired. The constant hunger was starting to take its toll and she just wanted to lay down. ”There is no cure,” she told her former friend. Amarantha hoped, for some unknown reason, that Mryus would give her mercy and allow Ahote to escort her off the Castle grounds but she knew it would never pass. It would be reckless of him to do such a thing. He was learning for he informed them all she would be going to the dungeons. ”Make sure you reinforce it with Magik. I am stronger than I formerly was and if I am to be kept starved I am sure it is only a matter of time before I become ravenous and you may have to put me down directly.” It was strange to be so accepting of a death sentence and teaching Mryus what he needed to do if he was going to take the path of enforcer.
Ahote looked at Amarantha apologetically before he moved out of the way and gestured for Amarantha to walk ahead of them all, leaving the two royals in the Palace Vaults. ”I will keep control of her should the worst happen,” Ahote told Mryus. Amarantha looked over at Luna as she passed. ”Don’t come looking for me. Just leave me be Luna. Don’t anger your siblings by disobeying them.” She looked back at Ahote and nodded. ”We best hurry, I’m growing hungry again.” Amarantha turned and pushed forward, ready to accept her fate. At least this way she would be present for the Castle’s destruction. Should it come before she’s killed.

Ahote sighed but nodded, accepting Prince Mryus’s ruling before he moved to escort Amarantha away. He looked at his friend while Amarantha seemed to say goodbye to Luna. At her urgency, Ahote pushed Amarantha ahead and they exited the vault. He noted her posture as they walked. She still held herself as if she were in charge, as if this was her decision but she walked slower, with less purpose. The former Deputy Hunter was hurting, that much was clear but she was no stranger to betrayal and hard decisions.
When they walked outside the Vault, both of them paused as Valda and Apollodora were still standing there. Ahote looked over at Amarantha, she was watching the Queen but there was nothing in her eyes. ”You’ve been here before,” he said. It wasn’t a question but understanding that she had to do what needed to be done multiple times, even with people she knew. Amarantha never faltered and she nodded once. ”Yes, but the roles were reversed. I was the executioner. Many times.”

Princess Luna

Location: The Palace, the Vault
Skills: N/A

Luna looked at Amarantha, she really wished that there was something that she could do for her, she knew that they couldn't have Amarantha running around the Castle, and murdering anyone to get food for herself to keep her alive. But she didn't want her friend to die either, as Luna looked down. She really did hope that there was a cure for her somewhere out there, Luna watched as Ahote started to escort her out of the family vaults.

Leaving herself and Myrus in the vaults now alone, she did understand why Myrus did what he did as well and trying to protect them. Luna heard Amarantha's last words to her before she left the vaults, she wasn't sure what Amarantha's fate would be whether she would end up being executed, or to simply stay in the dungeons until they could find a cure for her. Luna let out a soft sigh before turning and started to leave the vaults behind as well, the night had been a really long one for her as well and just needed to be alone as well.

Arnora Skadidottir

Location: Wizard Way - The Castle
Skills: Ice Transmutation

Arnora watched as the ice around the girl suddenly started to melt, and then the girl's voice started to change holding her sword a little bit tighter in case the girl started anything. But then the girl changed, and her voice as well, sounding more ancient and older as well, it took her a moment before she started to recognize the girl as Saga from the old stories. And being Odin's sister as well as the goddess of history and a seeress as well, who hasn't been seen in thousands of years either. She looked over at Cuyler for a moment, seeing that he was starting to feel the pain from the arrow in his eye.

"So, you aren't seen for thousands of years, and you appear before him as a thief and shoot out his eye and then tell him to drink the waters from Mimir, isn't that a little bit excessive?" Arnora asked, she knew that it was probably a really dumb and stupid idea to question one of the oldest gods, but something was happening. "And i'm just going to assume this has something to do with Ragnarok that's coming?"

Myth the Muse

Location: Room 847 - The Ramblings -> Asgard
Skills: N/A

It still seemed like this issue could have been taken care of faster, but she bit her tongue. They were here now and that was what truly mattered. "Nova is our best chance then. As for the vigilante, they seem to be after Sylvi, so taking her as far from here as possible will help. I doubt they could just travel to Asgard to deal with her, and especially with everyone else there." Myth ignored the talk about the young girl being Bruce's uncle because it was weird. Talking about it like it was no big deal was even weirder.

"Let's get going then. The sooner the better." It appeared Sylvi was getting worse, hearing a ghost now that wouldn't stop screaming at them. If they left, the ghost would be unable to follow them, but it would remain here for some time. She was sure the others knew that, but there was no point bringing it up. Tackle one issue first.

Fleur La Mallificum

Location: ???
Skills: N/A

Fleur felt a twinge of recognition spark through her body once the man spoke. She stood, determining if his words meant anything. At first, she couldn't be sure, but the more she thought about it, the more his words echoed truth. If he was, in fact, speaking correctly, he was her father. She had never heard a word of her father from her mother. Apart from heated conversations of how he wasn't important and how all that mattered was the flock and taking care of them. Fleur had never asked again when her mother got so angry she had slapped Fleur across the cheek.

"Don't speak to her like that. You knew of me then and yet, no word. Nothing. Not even a birthday card. I expect something occurred between you and mother, considering the hatred she had for you every time you were brought up, but it matters not. Not right now. We are here to discuss you and what you are planning on doing. My heritage is back where my coven is and what we aim to do there and you are in the way currently. There was a portal that led from our former home to here. I expect that wasn't some random happening. You know so much about me then? Explain further."
