Locations
Guild House
The main building of the Guild is called the Pantheon. It is a wide space with counters for adventurers to talk with their advisors and also has a exchange area. There are also small meeting boxes where adventurers can talk one on one with their advisor without anyone else hearing them. Aside from that there is a library area.
The main goal of the Guild is to manage the monster threat created in the dungeon. Aside from this, the Guild buys magic stones, drop loot, and adventurer created maps of the dungeon. The Guild also provides weapons and armor to new adventurers who are just starting out.
The Guild staff also take the position of advisors for adventurers, often suggesting at what depth an adventurer should go in a dungeon in accordance to their level and skills, as well as warning them of any special dangers of certain floors and how to prepare against them. A staff member may be in charge of one or more adventurers.
Tower of Volkrun
The tower was built after the emergence of the dungeon in Rezion and is owned by the Guild. The first twenty floors are filled with Familia business, facilities, and money exchanges. Above that are living areas of the most prominent Gods in Rezion, known as the Private Rooms. There are some gods who prefer to live with their children, the most prominent being the goddess Athena.
Dungeon
The dungeon is a complex labyrinth of unknown length underneath the Tower of Volkrun.
The Dungeon is seemingly alive, spawning monsters from walls and ceilings and repairing itself on its own. It has an immense hatred of the Gods, immediately sealing the exits of a room if it detects one, and spawns a black version of a monster in order to kill them. The black monsters are far stronger than normal and display some intelligence, as the Black Wyvern looked around for its target. Despite this, it doesn't spawn another black monster after the first one is killed even if the God in question isn't dead.
The dungeon is vast with the floors becoming progressive larger the deeper it gets. It takes at least five days for a party to reach the 50th floor. While the upper floors can be soloed or done with a pair, starting from the middle floors one must create a party or risk death. There are several safety points in the dungeon where no monsters are born. The closest one being floor 17 that resembles an ocean-front.
Monster Colosseum
The Monster Colosseum is where non-adventurers can go to watch brave gladiators fight monsters. Due to the largest area in the center, it is often used for large festivals and other kind of performances that require a large stage. Fights between adventurers occur during tournaments, in which the grand prize is a large sum of Valis and a rare item.
The Heavenly Baths
A location in the upper floors of Valkrun, it is a extravagant bath house that is reserverd exclusively for the gods. The punishment for mortals entering the baths is quite severe.
Main Street
The largest street in Rezion that lead directly from the guild house to the Tower of Valkrun at the center of the city. Many merchant stalls and stores are set up along this street in hopes of drawing in adventurers either before or after their venture into the dungeon.
Rezion Shipyards
A large district filled with several docks and several warehouses, many adventures of the Poseidon Familia are hired onto vessels to protect them from monster attacks. Everything from large cargo ships to small sailing boats can be found here. It is also host the Poseidon Familia's own fleet of ships.
The Titled Orc
A tavern on the main street of Rezion that is often frequently by adventurers. The owner is said to be a retired level 6 adventurer so very few people ever skip out on their bills. Since it is favorited by both the Anubis and Athena Familias, it is the only place the two rivals seem to get along.
Barrel's Edge
The opposite side of the coin in comparission to The Titled Orc, Barrel's Edge is often a hang-out for the lower end of society mostly including criminals and other ruffians. Brawls are frequent in this tavern, with the loser having to pay the other's bill.
Familias
Athena
The biggest and most successful familia in Rezion in regards to fighting the monsters in the dungeon, the Athena Familia possess some of the strongest adventurers in all of Rezion. Adventurers wishing to join this familia must be as cunning as they are strong. Their success in clearing the floors of the dungeon are thanks to their complex formations made up of simpler parts. The goddess Athena is often said to be tough but fair on her children. The Athena Familia's compound holds a large library that is open to all familias.
Poseidon
The Poseidon Familia has an almost complete monopoly on sea-based monster quests, as their members are often the best suited for such an adventure. While they do go on expeditions into the dungeon, they mostly keep the waters safe of monsters with their large fleet of ships designed for combat. Poseidon himself is a bit of womanizer at times but treats all of his children equally, often taking interest in the growth of newer members.
Aphrodite
Members of the Aphrodite Familia are often some of the most beautiful and handsome adventurers in Rezion. Perfumes and clothing produced by the Aprhodite familia are of the highest quality and extremely sought after. Fighting with 'grace' is perhaps one of the largest tenets of this familia. The goddess Aphrodite will often try to lure handsome and/or beautiful adventurers from other familias into joining hers.
Baldur
A great sense of duty to the common people tie together the members of the Baldur Familia. They hold several charities across the city of Rezion and do their best to promote understanding to the citizens of the city. Every two months a different festival is hosted by the Baldur Familia and is one of the most anticipated events of the year within Rezion. Adventurers of the Baldur Famiia will often help new adventurers in the dungeon no matter of their familia.
Kagu-Tsuchi
A familia consisting of the greatest smiths in Rezion, the equipment they make is highly desirably and the top-tier stuff is incredibly strong but incredibly expensive. Smiths of the Kagu-Tsuchi familia will often accompany other familias on major expeditions to keep their equipment in good shape. They are probably the wealthiest familia in Rezion. Weapons and armor created by Kagu-Tsuchi himself are believed to be priceless.
Anubis
The second-strongest adventuring familia in Rezion, though not by much. They are in constant rivalry with the Athean Familia and it is not uncommon for the two familias to get into verbal fights. Despite this, they hold a significant place with all familias due to setting up quality funerals for the adventurers who die. Despite his fearsome appearance, the god Anubis is quite smothering of his children.
Isis
A familia that specializes in creating a wide range of healing items and medicine, adventurers who are critically injured are often healed by members of the Isis Familia once out of the dungeon. It is a rumor that the Isis Familia can cure anything that ails you and have the power to even bring back the dead. This, of course, is not entirely true but the rumor has refused to stop. The goddess Isis is kind and gentle, acting like a nurturing mother to her children.

Ability Scores, Leveling, and Skills
There are two kinds of abilities, basic and development. Basic abilities are your given scores in the categories of Power, Endurance, Dexterity, Agility, and Magic. Each one is shown with a rank and a number from 0-999. 0-99 is I, 100-199 is H, 200-299 is G, 300-399 is F, 400-499 is E, 500-599 is D, 600-699 is C, 700-799 is B, 800-899 is A, and 900-999 is S. It gets progressively harder to gain points. Inactivity or major injuries may cause a decrease in your skills but with the availability of healing magic, it will be quite rare. Your starting Basic Abilities score(Stats) will be determined by your race and the type of weapon you will be focusing on. Those wishing to cast spells will have a high Magic score than someone who wants to wield an axe. The Spirit race has a natural higher magic skill than a dwarf is just one example. The values will equal a starting total of 100.
Development abilites are specialized characteristics that have a chance of developing after an adventurer has achieved level two. Like basic abilities, development abilities are also categorized from I to S; however, they are much harder to train. They consist of aspects such as poison reistance, increasing swimming speed, or allowing special qualities to be added to crafted weapons and many more.
Levels can only be earned after an adventurer has earned rank "D" in one of their basic abilities. Once an adventurer has achieved that, they must perform a feat that would impress even the gods. Every time an adventurer levels up, their basic abilities drop to 10 with the points they earned before leveling up serving as a base. That means that a level 3's I rank scores will be much better than a level 1's I rank scores for example.
Skills can appear at any time regardless of the level of the adventurer. Obtaining a skill is believed to be quite rare, and having one unique to the individual is thought to be even rarer. Skills that have an "Active Trigger" require the user to purposefully activate them before use.
Combat
While moving through the dungeon or another area where there is monsters, playing will make posts detailing where they are going and where they want to go. Players will have a chance to react 95% of the time when encountering monsters before they attack. Once engaged, a turn-based system will be used where Players have 3 actions they can preform such as attacking, casting a spell, or using an item.
Strength is the primary attribute for physical attacks and Magic is the primary attribute for magical attacks. Dexterity is the attribute determines how well you can handle your weapon and how quickly you can strike. Agility is responsible for your movement speed and dodging attacks. Endurance reflects how much damage you can take before succumbing to your injuries.
Players who keep casting spells after their mana is depleted will suffer a condition called "Mind Down" in which they pass out and are extremely vulnerable to attacks as their mana recharges. Similarly, should a player's HP drop to 0 it does not mean they are immediately dead in most cases. They will instead be critically injured and in need of immediate healing.
Magic
There are two different types of magic, congenital magic and acquired magic. Congenital magic is based on one's own ability and race whereas acquired magic is based on the blessing given by the God or Goddess. Most spells that are learned also increased in level as the adventurer get stronger and goes up in levels.
Magic is normally cast by saying chants but magic with the special attribute 'Swift Strike' can be cast simply by saying the spell's name aloud.
Notable Characters
Feron(Elf), Familia: Athena, Title: Fell Wind
One of the strongest Adventurers in the Athena Familia and perhaps all of Rezion, Feron is capable of soloing the first few floor bosses by himself but does not the lead the familia's adventurers when in a party. A small following has formed around his exploits. He is one of their older members and is often tasked with keeping order in the Familia.
Priscilla(Human), Familia: Anubis, Title: White Witch
Priscilla was born blind but is currently one of the strongest adventurers in Rezion thanks to a skill that allows her sense the energy of living things, both people and monsters. Her other senses are incredibly heightened as well, making up for her lack of sight. She got so accustomed to living with blindness that most do not realize she is blind. She uses a large scythe to compensate for her lack to perform precision strikes, relying on the large arc of her weapon to land definite hits. Adventurers outside of the Anubis familia tend to call her the 'Winter Maiden'.
Amrec(Dwarf), Familia: Kagu-Tsuchi, Title: Red Tornado
Amrec is one of the 2-rank adventurers that make up the majority of his Familia's ranks and is an aspiring blacksmith. Jolly and Warm-hearted, he is often in charge of looking after rookie adventurers and showing them the ropes. Despite telling his underlings to be cautious, Amrec is one of the first to dive head-first into a crowd of monsters with two bearded axes in his hands.
Misha(Werewolf), Familia: Poseidon, Title: None
A level-one rookie adventurer, Misha is an little ball of concentrated energy. She can be quite an air-head at times and usually has a care-free, if not spontaneous, personality but is willing to get serious when she or others are in danger. Misha uses a spear with a combinations of kicks.

Welcome to Rezion Adventurer!
At the center of the city of Rezion lies a large tower, much like its neighboring city, Orario. The floors above ground are filled with the shops of various familias and wealthy merchants looking to sell their items to adventurers looking to go down into the dungeon. All the floors below ground are filled with dangerous monsters, that when killed drop a valuable stones that can be exchanged for varying amounts of money. A large organization simply called "The Guild" handles all of the adventurers going into the dungeon and does the exchanging of the magic stones for money. Every adventurer is assigned an Guild Advisor when they start out in order to help them on their journey.
Upon entering a Familia, the adventurer will receive their Falna..the grace given to them by their God or Goddess. Through this Falna, Adventurers can gain a resource, called exilia, from monsters to grow stronger. Every adventurer gets stronger when their goddess/god updates their stats via a large tattoo on their back, that goes away with time. This is also a way to identify new adventurers, as the more experienced ones will not have it visible.
You have chosen to join, or have been invited, to join one of the familias in Rezion. Not all the familias focus on fighting in the dungeon, some choose to use their blessing to craft great weapons or precious potions under the guidance of their goddess or god. The path ahead will be dangerous, for sure, but if you survive you will become strong. Find your riches, find adventure, and most important of all...find your family.
