Sounds good. Whenever you're ready to stop by Mel's office for a consultation, let me know.

So after @Heat brought it up I am looking for a Co-GM, but you have to be open to knowing plot points (spoilers) to help me out.

I'm starting in on Character Relations now. If anyone wants to make any connections with the Commander, lemme know! Considering the fact that he won't have a great deal to do when not leading away missions, Ross has a lot of free time on his hands to get around the ship, so it's pretty likely he's met a number of people already.

Earliest connection Elijah could potentially have is with Captain Lopez. They both served under Locke during the Battle of Mars, and they're some of the higher ranking military officers on board the Vitae, so they've more than likely worked together as well during the first five years. What do you think? @InfamousGuy101

@Superboy same as guy with your character. As things break hell be working with your staff and crew. Again, Sullivan's a hothead who doesn't follow orders of he knows a better way. Again though, off hours hed pretty social and would talk with anyone over a drink. so having that work dynamic might be fun

@Superboy Obviously through Locke in there.

@ShwiggityShwah Locke won't stand for that for long, he'll trust you so long as it keeps to working. Hell his orders will always be to the point where you don't need to go behind his back, but I'm sure eventually there'll be friction.

@SepYup, I had Ross and Locke working together pre-Devastator invasion. I don't think anything huge was going on then outside of the cold war, but I assume they've known each other for a good while now.

@ShwiggityShwahRoss isn't a micro-manager, so provided Sullivan doesn't try to interject outside of his area of expertise, they'll get along just fine. Since they're both fairly high ranking members of the crew, they probably got to know each other fairly early on into their voyage. Maybe they met back when people were starting to be loaded on the Vitae?

@ShwiggityShwahI imagine like Locke your character will have been on the Ark for a a while, to get used to it. Locke has been on it for as long as it has been habitable, familiarising himself with it and it's crew, and even was a large part in the selection of many of the important people aboard, probably picked your char for the ship.

In my Bio I had Sullivan work on the Jump Drives and core systems so in the decade he was working with it, he probably knows the ship inside and out. He def could be the Scottie to Locke's Kirk

@Superboy I think it's a great idea. And it makes sense. Feel free to write up any ideas you may have as right now I'm away from the computer but a work relation between them before the Vitae makes a lot of sense.

@Sep (or anyone who knows how to answer this question xD)

Technology levels? Especially regarding prosthetics and cybernetic implants?

Well robots are commonplace in this time period. Cybernetics and prosthetics would be pretty advanced.

@13org

My character has implants but they are specific to his job. A smart phone in his head, tools in his wrist. Micro scopic and thermal vision to find trouble spots on repairs. I went low grade since I didn't think to enhance him too much.

But for a soldier, being essentially a powered exoskeleton would be super handy.

Dammit, posted in CS tab by accident. Stupid mobile posting...

Anyway, @sep, putting my tentative interest in, and if so, will reprise my role as Chief of Security.

@13org Prostethics and Cybernetic implants are pretty commonplace, except within Martians who shun it. Believing the human form is all that's needed. I'm home from work and going to be around for like, an hour before bed. If anyone needs me, grab me now.

@13org The former is possible yeah. Brain augments are risky, and not always worth it. I imagine people will rarely take augments that make them look non-human however. If you got questions on brain augmentation, you can use them to improve memory or maybe help you think a little faster but nothing too super human is possible.

@Sep

Got it. Brain augmentation (the extreme ones such as the helmet thingie above) basically only on extreme cases such as accidents & such.

Another question I have is the use of cybernetic implants used in wars/confronts maybe by spec ops & etc?
