recently I've been playing this game called Wild Animals online, and it is exactly what it sounds like. its a zombie mmo, except instead of playing as a human, you play as an animal. on my first play through I played as a deer, and its incredibly easy to level up as a herbivore, because the game spreads your food source on the ground. and its not like grass or some shit, no the devs literally just programmed in these shitty looking sprites that are supposed to be fruit, and that's what you eat. and anyway, I guess I'm telling you this because playing this game has made me realize how hard it is to be a Fox in the wild.
today, I played as a Fox for the first time, and I have never raged so hard at random people in a chat room. its not the fact that other animals will eat the pray you caught, but more along the lines of other "animals will literally sabotage every hunt you make because so and so is their friend". experiencing being a Fox in this game has made me wonder why the game is like this, or why anyone would want to be a Fox when everyone else has some sort of advantage over you.
