The small town of Middleborough was settled centuries ago. It has a rich history of pilgrims and settlers, fighting the bold Massachusetts winters. The town wasn't well known until just a couple decades ago, when a large car manufacturer built a factory nearby, providing jobs and lots of newcomers. Since then, the town has been slowly losing that quaint, village vibe. But with more traffic comes more trouble.
On the outskirts of town, an old mansion houses a reclusive family. They don't mingle much, and seem to prefer to keep to themselves. This has been fine and dandy, and the people of Middleborough tend to mind their own. However, unknown to the vast majority of the population, this 'family' hides a secret.
Vampires and humans have co-existed for the better part of Earth's history. Where vampires came from, no one is quite sure. Some would insists that they are of Satan himself. Others prefer less dramatic theories. However they came about, one thing is for sure: they are in a constant war with mankind over who should reside at the top of the food chain.
At first glance, it would seem like a no brainer: vampires are long lived, strong, fast, and charismatic creatures. They feed off human blood, often draining a man dry until he either dies or becomes one of them. But humans are a force to be reckoned with. As long as there have vampires, there have been vampire hunters.
In the early days, vampire hunters were all priests, specially trained by the church. The specific religion didn't seem to matter; the vampires withered on contact with anything holy. Over the years, the hunters have slowly gotten away from their religious roots as the churches slowly loss their power over the vast population. Of course, there are still some traditional hunters out there.
Whoever they may be trained by, every hunter knows the vampires' weaknesses: sunlight burns their flesh, holy water is like acid to them, silver bullets embedded into their flesh slows their healing, and holy artifacts repel them.
Vampires also have a few tricks up their sleeves. Any vampire can outmatch a human's strength and speed, with select individuals being even stronger or faster than the average. Most have a seemingly pleasant aura that allows them to easily draw victims to them, outside of those who are already suspicious of them. And, the older and most experienced vampires can even change forms, typically limited to that of a black bat, cat, or wolf. This level of experience usually comes at the five hundred year mark, which is a fairy remarkable age for a vampire to reach, regardless of their agelessness.
For years, the coven in Middleborough has existed peacefully with their human neighbors. The family had suffered a major attack at the hands of hunters about a decade prior to their arrival. They lost their leader, about half their numbers, and their home. The clan wandered for a long time before deciding to settle in the town. They made an agreement with the local priest, a retired hunter, that they would only prey on animals and never harm the humans there.
However, in recent weeks, bodies have begun to show up their blood drained. It would seem that some sort of blood sucking creature is to blame, and the vampires are the most obvious suspects. A group of hunters have begun to move in, ready to erase the coven off the face of the Earth for good. Can the true culprit be caught before the town of Middleborough erupts into war?
Rules
1: You may make as many characters as you can handle, provided that they all have equally well written bios.
2: Don't be that guy who has an invincible character.
3: Don't kill or maim characters without the owner's consent.
4: You may play a vampire, a regular human, or a hunter.
Using a diurnal jem, an exceptionally rare stone, vampires can walk during the day. These jems are typically made into a necklace and worn. The Middleborough coven has two: one that stays with the jead of house at all times, and one that is kept by the second in command and passed out as needed.
Vampires are stronger, faster, and heal faster than humans.
If a vampire drinks from a human with hepatitis a, b,c, sickle cell, HIV, AIDS, or any other bloodborn pathogen, they will experience 'vampire flu', which has the same symptoms of the human flu, but intensified over a 3 to 5 day period. Like the human flu, it can be fatal to the weaker vampires.
Experienced vampires can shapeshift into wolves, bats, rats, or cats, typically black. This is around the 500 year mark.
Once a vampire, the person can not be cured or changed back into a human.
Interested, if you'll have me! Currently chewing on ideas for a hunter and an uninvolved (or at least so far) human, but happy to change if there's a bias.

I'm very intrigued by this! I'm leaning towards a badass hunter chick, and maybe another vamp or unsuspecting (soon to be suspecting) human? I can totally play two characters if we need more!
Nickames/Alias/AKA: She has used multiple alias throughout her lifetime - Alyssa Henry, Lucy Moore, Claudia Dover, Sue Vasseur, Viola Lemery, and Willa Conner. Her family called her Ally. As a play on her last name she has had some call her Ms. Killer.
Age: 98 - Became a Vampire at the age of 24
Gender: Female
DOB: 24th, May 1920 - in Berlin Germany.
Equipment: A hand gun loaded with hemlocked lased bullets.
Race: Vampire (Turned at age 24)
Hair Color: Light Brown

Appearance: Her voice is similar to the singers Priscilla Ahn. Though she was born and raised in Germany, she has all but gotten rid of her accent. She fidgets with her ring when she is anxious, or deep in thought. When it comes to clothing and personal style she borders on simple basics, with a touch of vintage. She tends to smell like her favorite honeysuckle soap. She has a concentration camp tattoo on her left inner arm A-9883.
Alice was born into a middle-class Jewish family. Her father, Fred, was a pediatrician, extremely well educated, and well known among professional chess players. Her mother, Lucille, was a busy housewife, and ex-teacher, who was originally from France. Alice grew up in Düsseldorf Germany, in a three-story house, along with her siblings Konrad, Wilhelmina, and Hugo.
She was four years old when her sister Wilhelmina was born early; she was a small and sickly baby. Alice's whole family was raised bilingual, speaking German, and French. At her mother's urging Alice began ballet at the age of six, playing small roles in local stage productions, and taking piano classes. But what Alice really wanted was to learn to play violin. Luckily her parents agreed that everyone should know how to play an instrument and read music, so she was given her first violin when she was seven, just after her baby brother Hugo was born.
She was mainly educated at home by her mother, and in Synagogue. She was instructed in the basics of formal education such as math, reading, and writing. She hated math to its core, but reading became her favorite. Her father sent her to a proper school when she turned 10, as he wanted all his children to have an education, so they could do whatever they wanted in life. Overall she was a happy little girl.
She stopped the ballet classes when she was eleven, as she decided to focus her time on the violin, which she had grown to love dearly. Alice's dream was to one day to be a professional violinist, and composer. She was well on her way to accomplishing her dreams. She also began trying to write her own plays, making little Hugo, and her friends put them on for their parents and neighbors.
In 1935 the anti-Semite, Adolf Hitler came to power, and his reign started. Nuremberg Laws were adopted, and all Jews citizenship was withdrawn. Alice was 15, but luckily she had just been accepted on scholarship, to a private music school is France. Her parents saw this as a way out of Germany for Alice. Her mother had even arranged for Alice to stay in France with her uncle, Eugene Lemery and his wife Claudia. Alice left home just before the start of the school year, and her older brother Konrad came with to find work in England on the way there.
Alice graduated in 1938. Her parents urged her not to come back to Germany, as things were just getting worse. So she stayed in France with the Lemery family, and started college, majoring in Music Theory, and English. After being away in France for almost three years, all she wanted was to see her family, but she pressed on. She became first chair violinist of her college orchestra, and began dating a young man named Henri Palissy.
She was 20 years old in 1940 when France became occupied. Henri proposed to her later that year, and she accepted. They promised to marry when the war ended. Henri, her first love, best friend, and now fiancé left to fight in the war in December of that year. Alice withdrew from college and found work as a typist, making extra money, as to not be a burden on the Lemerys.
Back in Germany her parents were quick to help their fellow Jews. Their three-story home became a place of refuge for dozens of Jewish people trying to find their way into hiding or out of Germany. She learned through letters that her parents’ main focus was helping people get out by doctoring papers. Unfortunately her parents, Hugo, and Wilhelmina were found out and taken by the Nazis in late 1941. Her father died on the train journey to the death camp. Her sister Wilhelmina, was sent to the gas chambers on arrival at Auschwitz. Hugo and her mother were split up and made to do slave labor. Konrad was still in England working on ships, and around the docks in Portsmouth. He had been sending money back to Germany for the family, and had no idea his family had been taken until months later when his letters returned unopened.
The Holocaust got its claws into France, and in January 1942 Alice was caught and deported to a concentration camp in Poland. By some miracle her mother was also an inmate there. The reunion was short lived, as her mother explained that Wilhelmina and her father were dead. The poor woman said she had only caught a glimpse of Hugo months ago, as he boarded a different train to god knows where. During Alice's time in the camp, she became an interpreter among the inmates, using her knowledge of different languages to help with communication. The death of her father and sister, along with the missing Hugo were almost too much to bare, and it was a miracle she lasted.
In 1943 she developed pneumonia, and she was taken to the infirmary, were she basically had a week to get better or be sent to the gas chambers. In the middle of the night, two day before her week was up; her brother Konrad appeared, disguised as a Nazi soldier. Konrad had been looking for their family since he found out they had been deported in 1942. And he had found Alice's name by chance written on the infirmary list two days ago. He hadn't known she had been taken, and had assumed she was still in France hiding. He was here to break his family out. He picked up the dying Alice out of bed, asking her where to find their parents and siblings, as he carried her gently outside. Through struggling breaths and painful coughs Alice explained that their father and Wilhelmina were dead, Hugo was missing, and their mom was the only one left.
The next thing Alice remembered was waking up in a warm bed, with her mother asleep in the chair beside her. Konrad came in to the room, red rimmed eyes; he offered her some soup and water. He explained that once she was strong enough he was sending her and mother to England where his friend Alec Moore, had a place for them; but he was going to stay behind to look for Hugo. Alice spent months recovering, all while trying to convince her mother and Konrad that she should stay to help find Hugo. Her weak arguments were going nowhere, and in December of 1943, she and her mother left for England.
On new years day they had made it to Mr. Moore’s home in Dover England. Mr. Moore was glad to see they had survived and opened his home to them. There were two other families living there; an elderly couple from Austria, and the Stuart brothers, Paul and George. Little did anyone know that the Stuart boys were actually Vampires. Paul was attractive, and charming, but secretly a psychopath. He took immediate interest in Alice. But as the weeks past and he got to know her more, he became borderline obsessed with her, not that he would let anyone know that. George was quite, and stand offish, most of the time he just ignored everyone and spent his days locked in his room.
Alice was polite to them, and grateful that Mr. Moore took them in, but other than that she was only concerned with the war, Konrad safety, her MIA fiancée Henri, and where her little brother Hugo was. She and her mother counted the days between letters received from Konrad in Germany, containing news on the search for Hugo, which was going nowhere. Do to the prolonged bout with pneumonia, and the malnutrition suffered from the camp, Alice's health would never be what it once was, and the scar tissue in her lungs didn't help. She developed asthma, and spent more days in poor health then not.
Months past living in Mr. Moore's home, all the while with Paul trying his charms on Alice, flirting, and Mr. Moore seemed to be suffering from anemia. One night Paul tried to sneak a kiss, and Alice had finally had enough of him, so she abruptly and venomously rejected him. Paul was enraged, he grabbed her by the hair, dragged her to the ground and bit her, drinking her blood as she kicked and hit him. But he kept on drinking her blood. She stopped fighting as the last of her blood was being sucked away, and she went limp. When Paul came down from fit of rage Alice laid near death on the ground in front of him, he laughed, and then started crying because he didn't want her dead. So in his hysterics, the spur of the moment decision was made, and he turned her.
June 1944 Alice died, and three days later woke up a vampire. Chained to a wall, in some windowless room, she had no idea where she was. All she could think about what how thirsty she was, but not for water. She felt strange, different, and strong. She could hear and see things clearer than ever before. Paul showed up hours later, with an unconscious human man flung over his shoulder. He dropped him in front of her, and without a thought she bit the man, and drank every last drop of blood, effectively killing the poor guy. Not thirsty anymore, she looked up at Paul, blood smeared her lips, and she remembered how he attacked her. Her mind was rushing a millions miles a minute, think so many thing, but everything was so clear, so sharp. Words like Aluka, Dracula, Motetz Dam, demon, and Vampire flashed through her mind, and she instinctively knew that that was what she was, what Paul was, what he had made her.
She was not Human anymore, she was a vampire, and this made her angry. Using her new superhuman vampire strength she ripped the chains from the wall, and lunged at Paul with a growl, fangs bared. But he was quick to laugh as he slammed the door in her face. Through the door he said in a cheery voice, "You're a strong one Alice, so happy you're all mine. Never thought I'd turn someone, you’re lucky a pureblood like me even cared enough too. I made George cover for us, dear. Told your mother we ran off to elope ha. See you later my girl."
Paul held her captive for over 8 months. And in February of 1945 she finally escaped. The first morning of freedom, she found out the hard way that Vampires can't walk in the sun. Finding her family and hiding from the enraged Paul became her primary mission in life, if you could call it life… Living in darkness, the only thing Paul had taught her was how to feed without killing, and how to erase a human’s memory.
About a month later she finally found her way back to Mr. Moore's home in Dover England. She came there hoping to find her mother, but George answered the door. She backed up in fear, expecting to see Paul behind him, but George just frowned and had the clueless Mr. Moore invite her inside. George explained that her mother was in Paris with her relatives, and Konrad was in Birmingham England drinking himself to death, as he spent his days going through concentration camp books, logs, and papers searching for any mention of Hugo. George apologized for Paul's behavior, and what he did to her. He explained that Paul had been here two weeks ago looking for her, and that it was best to not cross paths with him. Over the next three months George reluctantly became Alice's mentor in the ways of a vampire. He taught her the history, laws, abilities, and limitations of her new life. They slowly became friends in the process.
They left Mr. Moore’s home in June 1945. Alice wanted to find her family, and though George advised against her ever seeing them again, he went along with her anyway. She dyed her hair blonde, and began going by the name Susan Wilson, as to keep Paul off her trail. By September that year, WWII was over, and people were beginning to rise up out of wreckage that had plagued the world for the last five years. But she would never forget the camps and the horrors of war. For two years she searched for her brother all over Europe. She had found her mother living in Paris with Uncle Eugene, but didn't reveal herself to them, knowing George was right, and that it was better they though she was gone.
Paul found Alice in April 1947. But instead of attacking her, or showing any sign of anger, he smiled cheerfully as he greeted her and George. Alice could tell that he didn't expect George to be with her, but Paul didn't let on his true feelings. Instead Paul brightly told Alice that he had a gift for her, as an apology for keeping her locked up, and that he had seen the slight error in his ways. Paul grinned as Konrad happily walked out of the shadows to stand beside him. The smiling Konrad, ran up and give Alice a bear hug. "Konrad and I, have been looking for you my dear Alice. We've been searching for you for over a year. I must say blonde hair suits you, but your natural brown is more my taste, so will have to change that." Paul told her looking menacingly at George. George and Alice knew Paul was up to something right off the bat, but Alice was overjoyed to see her big brother.
Little did she know that Paul had turned Konrad into a vampire, over a year ago, knowing that Alice was looking for him, knowing this was not the life she wanted for her brother, Paul was playing a game. No fight broke out, Alice didn't yell, she just quickly whispered into Konrad's ear, not to trust Paul and to run. Konrad's response was a light hearted laugh as he stopped hugging her and said "Don't worry Ally, Paul explained everything, and I'm just like you, fangs and all that. God it’s good to see you." giving her another hug. Paul just smiled. The shock of what Konrad had said was apparent on Alice's face, and even George looked wherry. As a general rule vampire usually didn’t turn more than one person every 50 years, but Paul didn't seems to follow any rules.
Alice was angry, and upset. She didn't want this life for her brother, a life in the darkness, life as a demon. She suppressed the instinct to rip out Paul's throat, and instead calmly took Konrad by the hand to make him follow. She needed to be away from Paul, and to explain the truth to Konrad. George understood this, and went to get Paul's attention. When Alice and Konrad were far enough away, she told Konrad the truth. She explained how Paul had attacked her, held her captive. That she was never his fiancée, and that she hated Paul. Being a Vampire was never her choice. She could tell Konrad didn't want to believe her, but he knew she was telling the truth, and then he became furious at Paul.
Alice had Konrad, and George on her side, so Paul was outmatched and could do nothing, he seemed to accept that and leave of his own accord. George apologized again on Paul behalf, and Konrad just looked lost, like his life was a lie...which it was. Turned out Paul had told Konrad all about some happy prefect life that was being a vampire, that Alice wanted this for Konrad, so they could all be a happy family together...forever.
The months after finding Konrad were an adjustment. She had had a mission, a reason for living since she had become a vampire, and now that she had found Konrad, and seen her mother, the reasons were gone. She didn't know what to do with herself, what to do with her impossibly long life. She still had not accepted herself as a vampire. She still had nightmares from her time in the camps, and the death of almost everyone she had ever loved. Everything she had ever dreamed of having in life was gone; finishing college, marrying Henri, having children, growing old with loved ones, walking freely in the sunlight. She had survived the death camps, the war, but everything she had planned for her life was gone.
Depression, PTSD, and self-loathing made up most of the next few years for Alice. George and Konrad stayed with her, and together they made their way to America. A fresh start as Konrad called it. Living in New York City, times were changing in the 50s. George stayed with Alice, as he felt obligated since his brother was such an ass. Later in the decade Konrad found himself addicted to drugs, and spent most of his time tracking down old Nazis, and killing them off.
In early 1955 Konrad had ended up on Hunters raider, and was imprisoned by them. The hunter group found him guilty of murdering more than six dozen humans. Konrad confessed that it was true, but that half were accidents; do to his addiction to drugs and his uncontrollable thirst. He would have normally been killed for his behavior, but the Hunters made an exception due to Konrad’s innate skills in tracking other vampires. With Konrad indentured to the hunters, George and Alice left New York for a small vampire community in Canada, called Umber.
Alice and George started a romantic relationship together, and love blossomed, which was something she never thought would happen. Alice felt free, and in love. She was finally beginning to accept that the world around her was much bigger then is seemed.
In 1963 George and Alice had been traveling around Asia when Paul appeared. He was more psychotic than usual, and once he deduced George and Alice's relationship, he went bat shit, and killed George. Paul came back to reality rather quickly after he ripped George's head off. The regret and grief was instant for him. Alice was hysterical as she sank to her knees in the growing pool of blood around her. Paul forcefully grasped Alice’s wrists, and dragged her to her feet. "You...You made me do this Alice, it’s all your fault. You are mine! You were supposed to love me. You made me have to kill him, my own brother. Stupid girl, you'll have to pay for this. A brother for a brother is only fair." Paul said accusingly glaring into Alice's tear filled eyes. His blood soaked hands tightened around her wrists, as he watched her eyes widen as she comprehend what he said, and threatened to do. He kissed her on the cheek and then he was gone.
Cleaning up George's body was gut wrenching, but she was not just going to leave him there in some random ally in the middle of Beijing. She payed someone to discreetly cremate him, and the next day she berried his ashes in the Beijing Botanical Gardens. Konrad was relatively safe from Paul as long as he was with the hunters, but his contract ended in two years. Alice had time to figure out how to keep Konrad safe. A small part of her hoped that Paul would just forget about his plans, that he would just grow bored waiting for Konrad to get out from under the thumb of the hunters, but Alice new that Paul was hell bent.
Over the next few months she did what she could, and called in favors to keep off Paul's radar. She sent letters to her brother, to inform him on what was going on, and told him to watch himself. She made her way to Rome to report Paul's offences to the grand vampire himself. Little did she know that Paul's mother, Gwendolyn was the wife of the grand master vampire. Reporting Paul got nowhere and Gwen made sure of it. She also learned that vampires killing fellow vampires was not illegal unless it was done in front of the mundane, or caused some kind of clan or turf war.
1965 Alice was ready to protect her brother. Konrad completed his contract with the hunters. He wanted nothing more than to slaughter Paul. The man who killed his best friend George, and ruined both his and his little sister’s lives. Konrad wanted vengeance and he did a good job of convincing Alice to want the same. They set up house in New Orleans, where Alice had made friends with a Damphir named Thomas Cooper, and a Vampire named Malachi Rosier. Paul arrived two weeks later, completely calm with the same cocky grin he always had. Konrad was convinced they had the advantage, and hastily went after Paul.
Paul with all his cunning had planned accordingly, and in all the chaos it turned out Malachi had been Paul’s spy for the last two years. It was no coincidence, the seemingly friendly man had bumped into Alice years ago, quick to befriend and agree with her. The betrayal hit hard for Alice, and Konrad was now held in a steal cage in Paul’s mansion, being tortured. Against Thomas’s advice Alice entered Paul’s place ready to plead.
Paul was happy to see her, and though he enjoyed her pleading for her brother's life, it didn't make a difference. In his mind it was a brother for a brother. The fact that he was the one who killed George didn't factor in, he blamed Alice, and this was how he made it fair in his eyes. Alice hadn't expected Paul to really do it, after she had begged him he seemed like he was going to let Konrad go. But then he laughed, and in a blur flung a stake lightning fast across the room into Konrad's chest. He turned to ash in seconds. Alice's scream could practically shatter glass. The confused albeit amused look on Paul's face infuriated her. The fight that ensued basically destroyed the whole first floor of the mansion.
The fight ended with Paul pinning her to the ground, grinning like this was some fucked up version of foreplay. Alice turned her emotions off in that moment. A choice she never thought she'd make, but everything was so broken she didn't want to feel anymore. Without the painful emotions, without her humanity she was a different person. Pushing Paul off with enough force to send him flying into the marble staircase, she stood up and brushed Konrad's ashes of her knees. After fixing her hair in the shattered mirror she walked out of the wrecked doorways, and smiled.
Over the next decade she would join a vampire den in Spain. They would end up going on several killing sprees, together. Thérèse the leader made sure to keep it all within the law, though just barely. Apparently murdering a bunch of humans who had no connection to supernatural world was not illegal if you cleaned up your mess. All of Alice’s time was spent indulging in pleasure, blood, and darkness. Paul with all his obsessive and jealous behaviors tended show up every few months, and she and her den would send him packing.
It was 1978 when she left the den out of boredom. She went to Paris, and three days later found herself forced by an old Vampire named Esme to turn her humanity back on. Esme apparently knew Konrad in from decades past, and felt it was her mission to make sure the Alice he loved came back. So with her ancient vampire abilities, and help from her children, they flipped Alice switch back on. The resulting flood of emotions crippled her for months. The guilt from slaughtering random defenseless humans, the pain and sadness for Konrad and George’s deaths, knowing that her whole family was gone now, and the pure rage that still burned for Paul....
Esme was a bitch of a woman, but she let Alice stay in her home, and among her tiny French village. By 1980, Alice had accepted the death of her family, and the fact she was immortal. The idea of letting anyone into her life, only to see them die was more than a struggle for her. She had grown attached the old woman, and her little foundling grandson Etienne. But she kept her distance from everyone else in the village.
A pair of zealot Hunters showed up in the village. No one knew they were Hunters though, and so the village full of blissfully unaware humans catered to the two tourists. It was about a week after the two men left when three woman from the village were found burned on stakes, and Esme’s Daughter Colette was missing. Alice stood guard every night for the next week, and then it happened. Fifty or so cult like Hunters showed up in the middle of the night ready to burn down the whole village. Apparently they had tortured Colette, and learned the whole village was made up of a dozen vampire and their human sympathizers. Fighting ensued, and Alice killed ten or so of them before being shot with Hemlock dipped bullet. Thankfully it missed her heart, but she was down and in severe pain until she dug the bullet out.
The hemlock poison made her inhuman abilities and healing factor basically turn off for the time being, so she was bleeding out as she watched hunters set fire to the Village. Help thankfully showed up an hour later but there was not much left to protect. Of the hundred or so people that had lived in the village only about twenty survived, and they were mostly children. Thankfully all the zealot Hunters had been killed by the end of it, except two cowards that ran off half way through. Esme was one of the many dead.
The volunteers went to work cleaning the place up, helping the survivors, and figuring out what to do with all the orphaned children. The Leader decided to go after the two runaway hunters. Alice fully recovered in about two days, and little Etienne wouldn’t leave her side. Five days later the small little Village was gone, and in it’s place was a graveyard. Homes were found for the kids, and Alice left with Etienne to live in Brussels.
Life went on, and Alice became Etienne’s adoptive mother. She did her best to give him as normal of a life as possible. But they had to move every five years or so, since she didn’t age, and never left the house in the daytime, drawing suspicion was dangerous. She also was afraid that Paul would show up to ruin her life again.
It was 1992 when they moved from Europe to North America. Etienne was sixteen, and Alice could no longer pass as his mother. So she started being referred to as his older sister. Québec was where they made their home this time. She also promised not to move until he graduated. Her old friend Thérèse showed up a while later. Apparently she was on the run from a Hunter named Siarhei and needed a place to lay low. Alice didn’t appreciate the visit to say the least, but Thérèse made a blood oath to kill Paul Stuart if she ever came across him in exchange for a place to stay, so Alice obliged.
Etienne turned twenty, and Alice finally convinced him to move away to college and start his own life. He had stuck around for long enough, worried about Alice and lusting after Thérèse the tease. Etienne left for Brown University and just in time too. Siarhei had finally found Thérèse. Siarhei’s family were a particular type of hunters who tended to fuck everything up, and Alice didn’t want Etienne on their radar. Thérèse ultimately confessed the truth, explaining why the hunter was so obsessed with her, and why he would cross an ocean and spend four years personally searching for her. She had killed Siarhei’s wife and kids in retaliation for him killing her lover Dominic.
Unfortunately Siarhei was not alone, he had brought along his hunter brothers, and five Hunter cousins. Alice was now known to them; no doubt they started a file on her. After a few scrimmages here and their Alice sought help from a few different people she knew in the city; Richard Templeton, Valeria Dupree, and a old vamp named Norman Kelly. Thérèse called in favors to a handful of Vampires she knew. Starting a war with the hunters was never a good idea, but things seemed to be going in that direction.
The hunters attacked later that week, and both sides in essence lost. On Sairhei’s side only his younger brother survived. And on the Alice and Thérèse side only they, Richard and two other vampires were left. Alice was fed up with Thérèse selfish recklessness, and so she left her behind. Everyone else also went their separate ways afterwards.
Etienne got married in 2005, and moved to Middleborough to start a family. Alice attended the wedding and kept in touch, as she lived nomadically around southern America. In 2016 Paul showed up in Savannah Georgia, asking for forgiveness. Whether he was sincere or if it was another one of his tricks she’d never know. She shot him with a hemlock laced bullet, though she missed his heart, so he was most likely still alive. She left Savannah and moved to Middleborough to be nearer to Etienne. She joined the coven shortly after.

Equipment: A hand gun loaded with hemlocked lased bullets.
Race: Vampire (Turned at age 24)
Hair Color: Light Brown
Eye Color: Hazel
Height and Build: 5'7" Tall and Slender.

She speaks German, English, Polish, Hebrew, French, Russian, and Spanish fluently. And knows some Latin, Greek, Mandarin, and Dutch. She is working on learning Japanese at the moment.
Thank you. Yeah she is an old character of mine from like three years ago, that I have been working/playing with of and on. Just edited her to fit this RP. It's all kind of unnecessary information to read, but I gives you a look at who she really is...I guess.
Wyatt is not the easiest person to get to know, while he's friendly he tends to steer conversation away from himself. He likes people, likes to get to know new people but unless they're fellow hunters he doesn't really let new people into his life. He feels it's safer for normal people that way, he doesn't want to bring the dangers of his life into their lives and still feels a large amount of guilt over the death of his wife. He tries not to dwell on pain and guilt though, Dan has become very good at compartmentalizing his emotions and not dealing with them. He keeps himself busy with hunting and training in order to avoid remembering what he's lost. Most of them time he just feels numb and to make himself feel more alive he searches for risks and danger; anything to get a rush of adrenalin. Sometimes it's picking a fight, sometimes it's hunting something dangerous and sometimes it's just gambling with money or possessions.
Despite his predilection for danger he is a good hunter. He respects and obeys the leaders of the towns he travels through, he'll speak up if he disagrees with a decision but unless he has an ethical reason not to he will follow orders. He is very loyal to any hunting party he is a part of and is protective of his fellow hunters and of other humans. He rarely has a second thought about rushing into danger especially if it is to help another. The work they do is important, and while he didn't always put hunting first he does now. Dan is impulsive, he listens to his gut and his heart over his head and while he isn't always right his intentions are almost always good. He can be hot headed, especially in a fight and he's doesn't easily forgive those who betray his trust.

He keeps several weapons on him including brass knuckles made of silver with crosses etched over each knuckle, a small silver tipped boot knife when wearing boots, a wooden stake, a few silver tipped throwing knives hidden in a jacket, and however many vials of holy water he can hide on him without it being cumbersome. He has a conceal and carry permit but normally doesn't carry guns with him unless he's actively hunting as it draws attention and of course he has silver bullets. His favorite weapon is a recurve bow, used for both hunting animals and vampires. He has a variety of arrows; traditional wooden ones, carbons with silver tips, and of course regular arrows for animal hunting. He’s descent with bladed weapons such as an ax, sword, or machete, but like with guns doesn’t carry those on his person unless he’s going after a vampire. Around his neck is a silver Celtic cross, a gift from his mother.
| Appearance |
Wyatt is 6'2 with broad shoulders and a toned muscular build. He trains almost daily to stay in top physical condition; as human he is already at a disadvantage hunting the supernatural so he does whatever he needs to do to improve his odds. He keeps his hair short and his facial hair well-trimmed somewhere between a shadow and a light scruff. His eyes are bright blue, though not as bright as they once were, he has a much harder and world weary look to him than he did as a younger man, but he makes the effort to smile and present an outwardly friendly appearance. His clothing choices are almost always casual, hunting boots or sneakers, usually jeans, t-shirts, hoodies and maybe a jacket if it's really cold or a flannel shirt. His clothes fit loosely enough that they don't constrict movement but not to the point where they look baggy. Wyatt hates wearing suits or a tie, unless there's a funeral, wedding, or something of that nature he won't be dressing up. He wears silver Celtic cross given to him by his mother and a plain gold wedding band that he’s just not ready to take off.

He seems to almost always be snacking on something; apples, almonds, and carrots are his snacks of choice as he likes a good crunch. His main hobbies are archery and bow hunting, gambling, and playing pool. He loves to tell hunting stories, especially with other vampire hunters and almost always exaggerates them. He absolutely hates situations which he has no control over, people who complain, and cowards. Wyatt has a fear of flying although he’d never admit it, and mild claustrophobia.
| History |
Wyatt was born into hunting, his father and mother both had been hunters and while they gave him a normal childhood they also encouraged him to take up activities like boxing, archery, and survival skills. His mother worked as a chef and his father would frequently be on long business trips but as a child he was never sure what exactly his father did. His mother had temporarily given up hunting to raise him but his father would travel to take part in hunts hoping to keep the violence of it away from his family. They lived a fairly simple life, his parents didn't have much but Wy always had what he needed. Their backyard was basically a forest and he was almost always outside exploring it. His father started teaching him to hunt animals at eight and he had a natural talent for archery. He always looked forward to the family camping trips they would take and hunting with his dad.
He was thirteen when his family was attacked by man during a camping trip. His mother died protecting him before his father killed the man by shooting an arrow through his heart. The strangest thing was how that man unnaturally withered into dust. It was that night that his father explained to him about the existence of vampires. The man that had attacked them was vampire, a member of a coven his father had hunted who had come looking for revenge. After the death of his mother he and his father moved around a lot. Wy was trained to be hunter and he spent all his spare time training and learning. He did well enough in school to get by, but it was his hunter training that he truly focused on. At eighteen his dad started taking him on hunting trips and soon afterwards he made his first kill. His father was proud of the hunter he was becoming and of how dedicated a hunter his son was.
Eventually he and his dad grouped up with some other hunters and spent some time in Texas going after and vicious coven prying on the homeless. It was there that Wyatt met a woman, Jenny, and he was infatuated with her from the beginning. He kept hunting with his dad and their usual hunting party for a year as they dated but things began to get serious and he fell in love. Although he struggled with the decision, Wy gave up hunting the day he decided to propose, he didn't want what happened to his mother to happen to his wife to be. His father was furious, hunting was the family legacy and his father always believed hunting should come first, that it was their duty. He and his father had a huge fight and they didn't speak for months. His father didn't even show up to the wedding and a few weeks later a fellow hunter called to tell him his father had been killed raiding a vampire nest. Losing his father was difficult but his wife helped him get through it. Although he had given up hunting he still trained like a hunter, always expecting something to come after him or Jenny and eventually it did.
He was working a late shift one night when he got the call, Jenny's body had been found in a park, exsanguinated. He was informed that the baby hadn't survived either, they hadn't known about the pregnancy and he tries not to think about it as one loss was hard enough. The news broke him, he had lost everything that mattered by trying to protect them from hunter life. He quit his job and spent months drinking, grieving and tracking down the vampire that had killed his wife. When he did find the vampire, he killed it in the slowest and cruelest way he could after finding out why it had come after him and his wife. Turns out the vampire didn't even know who he was, Jenny had been a random choice and the vampire had simply been hungry that night. After that he found a new hunting party and became an even more dedicated hunter than before, it has become what he lives for. He hunts to keep the violence and tragedy away from others, those who know nothing about the monsters out there. He takes solace in his kills, every vampire he puts down is a monster that will never destroy another life. He lives a nomadic existence, keeping in contact only with other hunters, those who have made the choice to allow danger in their lives, mainly to learn of towns and cities with a vampire problem. Wyatt doesn’t put down roots, he tries not to make connections with regular people because he can’t handle the burden of bringing danger into their lives; so he keeps moving, he drinks to numb his pain, throws himself into danger to feel something other than grief and loneliness and his stubbornness allows him to convince himself that he’s doing the right thing.
