Name: Ruby
Age: 2
Appearance: Among ruby's, there don't seem to be many inconsistencies, it's a basic design designed to come back quick. Like the others, her body remains the simple stocky body, though her body seems a small bit more streamlined, and her hands are slightly larger. Her hair remains oddly square and form-fitting. Her nose does s a small bit more pointed, and thinner, and her teeth have come out sharp, like that of a carnivorous beast. Her gem is planted firmly on the nook between her back and neck, the side coming like more than it seems like it should, as if a clear red obelisk on her back.

Backstory: Born only recently, Ruby was an error in the beurocracy: an unintentionally created ruby in a quartz kindergarten. Here, she found herself coming out of the Beta Kindergarten on earth a tad bit overcooked and a tiny bit unsure where she is. Since then, a vague drive to find pink things, but never feeling fully content.

You are the might of the Diamonds, and act under their orders. When you encounter gems not under their supreme leadership, roll+CHA.

On a 7+, they choose one:

Do what you say.
Back away cautiously, then flee.
Attack you.
On a 10+, you also take +1 forward against them. On a miss, they do as they please and you take -1 forward against them.

Mission

Was sent to Locate and report back on Pink diamond. Boons: Invulnerability to edged weapons and invulnerability to fire.

You are required to obey your Diamond's orders above all else, including your other superiors

small and nimble

You ignore the clumsy tag on armor you wear.

Solidarity Rally

When in a group that isn't fairing well, gather them and shout a rallying cry. Roll+CHA. On a 10+ you add +1 CON or remove one disease. On a 7–9, they gain +1 CON, but you take -1 DEX.

gem shield

When you take damage you can grit your teeth and accept the blow. If you do you take no damage but instead suffer a debility of your choice. If you already have all six debilities you can’t use this move.

In combat turn order will be strict but if you want to react immediately go ahead. Aim is for all in order but if you’re just itching to reply go ahead. Two other posts between your own is the sweetspot.

Ahh wait, the middle podium with the map is in the first room. Amber’s in the next room with the security system; I meant to reposition Tourmaline there; Serendibite could be in either room. So would Ruby be with the podium or the other gems @manapool1?
