Personality: Mamoru has always believed that with enough training, dedication and preparation any obstacle can be overcome. Despite his somewhat weak constitution and bookish nature along with the harsh admonitions of his family, Mamoru secretly dreams of being able to protect the weak and help others since he is often viewed as weak and helpless himself. So in short while he tries to come off as a cool and cynical rich boy because of his parents expectations, he's secretly kind, optimistic and somewhat childish underneath it.
Abilities: Mamoru's elemental affinities are Water and Earth. Despite his young age, he's been training as hard as he possibly can in Magecraft to use it as a tool for overcoming his disabilities and has been privately tutored in Magecraft by his family as well. As such he's been able to develop some interesting techniques, specializing in manipulating and imbuing items with Prana. He's naturally not particularly physically gifted, though to make up for this he's pretty well-read in addition to his magecraft and speaks Arabic, Russian and Spanish along with the city's other required languages.
His Magecraft has resulted in the creation of two specific things he uses most often.
Factory of Artificial Manservants-Galatea Genesis Mamoru's primary ability which allows him to create small familiar-like constructs he's dubbed "golems". Mamoru can see and hear what they do and they function off of a shared hivemind but because they are somewhat ditzy on their own, he mostly uses them for spying and general help around the house. The golems' real value is in their ability to form together into a single much larger, stronger, faster and more intelligent golem. Due to the hivemind coming from a ghost, when the golems are in their fused together form they are capable of taking on a human appearance and personality.
Defend Motion Enhance-Mamoru's most notable asset is his Mystic Code, Defend Motion Enhance. While ordinarily taking the form of his wheelchair, when Mamoru sends a signal of prana through the chair it forms a shield around him and automatically reinforces itself to become much faster and more durable, turning into something akin to a small, highly mobile tank, minus the artillery of course.
Background: Mamoru is the second son of the Hayashi family of mages. Despite both his disability and already being put out of the running for inheritor of the family's Magic Crest, Mamoru has always been determined to prove himself worthy to his family as a mage and a person. So as soon as he turned 14, he rushed to summon his very own Servant.
In any case... Servant looks... Fine? I'm not sure about Leviathan, though. That's iffy. Master's personality is more in line with a standard HGW's than something built for this. Rephrase it, I guess?
Not to be that guy, but I think the issue with Sinbad is that you're giving him mounts of animals he met, not rode. He never tamed the Leviathan, the Roc, or the elephant king. It'd be like if Hercules could summon the Nemean Lion and ride on that. Or if Artoria could ride a Dragon. Just because they met or fought something, doesn't mean they're gonna be riding it.
To be honest, by that logic Sinbad still has more claim to being Rider than actual /Stay Night Rider does. He doesn't tame the Roc or the Elephant King, but does successfully ride them in two of his stories. She just has the Pegasus get created from her blood as she dies without any contact with it.
PKMNB0Y said their only concern was with Leviathan anyways, and I'd be happy to address whatever concerns those might be. To give a better idea of it, the full blown thing is likely not something he could summon willy-nilly, it'd only be of use in the water and he'd most likely just use its secondary effects most of the time to give him an edge/weaker attack or an aesthetic effect/show off. Like the Roc, he's also a bit too moral to summon it in situations where it might cause collateral damage anyways.
I have another Servant idea that might actually be more fun given the setting...
@VitaVitaAR Medusa needs a separate NP to Ride and control Pegasus. She has to use Bellerophon specifically to control pegasus. Something she can't do otherwise. It's a combination of Pegasus being born from her blood, which she recreates, and then uses Bellerophon to ride. Otherwise she'd just summon Pegasus, and then he'd fly away because she has no control of him otherwise.
Sinbad neither has the means to summon the Leviathan, Roc, or Elephant King, and neither does he have anything that would allow him to control him.
I would prefer that you'd all try to not make judgments in my name? Thaaaanks.
And honestly, by only real issue was the idea that we have the Leviathan existing concurrently with the island. Like, yeah, it's big, but I have no clue how big in terms of scale (like, Ozy's ship big is fine?), but like... I dunno, having a weird beach getaway thing while the cast is already on what is basically an island in the middle of the Pacific already was just off.
Also what the heck it could do, but that's a bridge to cross when we get to it.
Standing at 5ft 6in or 167cm tall, Millia weighs 54kg, she takes great care in her presentablity and is known to wear formal dress to 'casual' events.
Personality: Her personality is at least at first glance upbeat, cheerful and apparently aloof to her surroundings, exuding an aura of calm and composure one would expect of Pembroke. However this personality is a lie crafted in order to meet the societal expectations of her family and of other magus, The True Personality of Millia Pembroke ruthlessly ambitious, scheming and manipulative, a woman that knows how to play on peoples expectations in order to meet her ambitions, though there seems to be more to her machinations then just a hunger for power.
Abilities: Reinforcement: The magic of improving something fits complementary with her using man-made technologies to fit in her kit as a result of her sister inheriting the crest over her. She commonly uses this magic in order to improve the items in her arsenal. Such as improving a gun to be unable to jam so she can fire it off safely in quick succession. Or by applying it to herself in the event fisticuffs are necessary. Her experience with this magic is great enough that she can acutely direct where the energy is being poured into to selective reinforce a single part of her body or a single mechanism of an item in order to conserve mana.
Geis: The magecraft the Pembroke family takes the most pride in and has carved a name for themselves in how frequent they use this magic in order to carve out stakes in magus society, it is not uncommon for the average high-class magus family to have at least one debt however minor to the pembrookes, and its through that political leverage that the family maintains the power it does.
Due to her linage Millia is a heavy practitioner in this mage craft and is capable of using both regular Geis's and the more advanced Self-Geis variant on other individuals. Which she is known to use liberally in order to further her own agendas.
Firearms training, Deadeye Marksman, Contract Law, Business, Calligraphy, Close Combat (A Dirty Boxer style), and a variety of skills of lesser significance relating to etiquette and language lessons. She has an average quantity of circuits but the quality is slightly above average.
History: The Pembroke family linage, known amongst the magus world of being a family of what is effectively magical bureaucrats and contract lawyers, who built their entire fortune is built on the backs of the familys that they screw over with their geis.
Millia and her twin sister were both born into the family at the same time, however her sister was chosenas the designated heir due to her sister showing a greater aptitude in magecraft and having much more potent magical circuits then Millia herself. Tocall her twin a prodigy was an understatement, and Millia lived a majority of her childhood in the shadow of her twin knowing that her twin sister would be the one to inherit the massive family fortune and all the political power that came with it. Millia could of course submit to her sister but that didn't line up with her ambitions, thus she decided she'd have to carve her own way in the world.
Even at a young age it wasn't uncommon to see the young Millia sitting in on meetings listening to the intricate ways the Pembroke patriach would screw over the next person that would come in the doors. She both loved it and hated it. To her the Pembroke's had simply became a fat and lazy predator that was just waiting for the food to walk into its mouth. Stagnancy that repulsed her.
Thus the magus set her own bar higher, and worked exceptionally hard to meet her own strict expectations of herself... which is what lead to this day in question where she was leaving to go study abroad in this new 'island nation' certainly she wanted to learn about foreign ways of doing business, but more so she was happy to use it as a way to springboard her own aspirations. That and it kept her a good 2 hour plane journey away from her do-no-wrong sister.
Other: Millia is fluent in 7 languages, Japanese, English, Mandarin, Korean, German, Latin and finally Welsh. Millia has an inferiority complex regarding her own sister, due to the way she was raised.
Assassin could be described as carefree, egotistic and sometimes bratty or even downright provocative in nature with equal accuracy. However underneath that he's retained the same ultimately goodhearted core that drove him to fight monsters and become a knight. He'll jump in instantly if another child is in danger or when faced with an inhuman monster and practically idolizes the Knights of the Round Table and treasures his alleged status as the youngest member of the Arthurian Knights.
For all his big talk about being the strongest and noblest Knight of the Round Table, Assassin hates direct combat and will do anything in his power to avoid a fair fight. He's keenly aware that all of his legendary feats were accomplished with a mix of wits, improvisation and careful planning and that he has virtually no skill at arms.
This is fine by Jack, as even by his own possibly faulty recollections he wasn't a Knight of the Round Table for very long. The darker tragedies of the Fall of Camelot passed him by, and he remembers those brief times as some of the happiest of his life even though he left shortly afterward because being a real, courtly knight felt stuffy compared to the life of a wandering monster hunter.
Nowadays he's just as content enjoying the conveniences of modern life, playing pranks and getting to hang out with people his age in what may as well be a new life as he is off questing for adventures or hunting monsters, though he still won't hesitate to prove he has what it takes to slay giants and evil sorcerers if needed.

Noble Phantasm(s)
Name: Trumpet of Galligantus
Rank: C
Type: Anti-Unit
Appearance: A trumpet of silver and gold wound by shining silver chains. When activated it glows and gives a single piercing note that resonates painfully in the ears of nearby listeners said to be loud enough to make castle walls briefly tremble.
Effects:The magical trumpet Jack used to defeat the mighty giant Galligantus and his sorcerer ally. When activated the trumpet's call causes great pain in listeners while temporarily deafening them. The magical effects of the trumpet are also strong enough to temporarily stun those targeted by its effect, though this can be resisted with a high enough Luck stat.
Name: Coat of Invisibility
Rank: C
Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
Appearance: A long, fine coat said to be woven of shadows and moonlight acquired as a gift of gratitude from an ancient giant who was tricked by Jack into believing he had performed a great service for him.
Effects:
When activated, the Coat of Invisibility renders Jack completely invisible, beyond any level achievable through modern day magic. This invisibility remains even after he attacks and drops Presence Concealment, and is often used to give Jack an edge in conflict and prevent enemies from fighting back effectively as well as aiding him in spying and sneaking as an extra layer alongside Presence Concealment. It may well be cut from the same cloth as the Mantle of Invisibility Gwenn, and thus be on par with the'Thirteen Treasures of Britain' but if so Jack is wholly ignorant of its true value.
Name: Shoes of Swiftness
Rank: D
Type: Anti-Unit (Self)
Appearance:
Effects:
Shoes that massively boost Jack's speed, when activated they allow the effect of Instantaneous Movement over a brief distance, in effect allowing Jack to teleport over short distances. Mainly useful to supplement his combat and assassination style via enabling high speed evasions and sudden attacks from unusual angles, though it can also be used to supplement his already high Agility in longer distance movement.
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Changes: The older versions of Jack's original fairy tales tended to have him become a Knight of the Round Table as a reward. Jack vehemently insists that this is true and he was officially a member knight, but the truth is uncertain.
My second/alternate Servant idea. Also tried to fix Mamoru a little though need to adjust the formatting still.
So many wonderful masters to be jealous of how they have actual friends who aren't robots and are sociable make my underlings. How wonderful, please be her friend she needs them, just look at her how excellent.
