Angel blinked. She shrugged.
"I'm not sure. He seemed fine when he was talking to that girl outside, after drinking what smelled like blood in some kind of pouch of course."
She didn't know how to answer him, if she were to be honest.

Jason simply sighed and closed his eyes. He was hungry again. The walk and the wait had made him thirsty again. Plus, he felt a bit lonely.

"Hm..." Quill said "Sorry. I just worry is all." He would sniff and then leave Jason alone
"I don't believe I got your name Miss." Quill would smile gently. "I'm Quill, like Rosa said. Quill Blurlight. A lot of people call me Spur for whatever reason..."

Angel blinked. She faintly smiled.
"I'm Angel, Angel thorne. It is nice to meet you."
She held out her hand for him to shake.

Jason blinked.
"You were....worried about me?"
He covered his mouth when he realized he had spoken aloud, possibly interrupting them. Then, he quickly snuck his blood pouch out of his jacket pocket and took a swing.

He would shake her hand gently, his hand was smooth and extremely careful.
"Pleasure to meet you angel." He would smile lightly and warmly

Angel shook his hand.
"It is a pleasure to meet you too."
She gently took her hand back when the handshake ended. She smiled a little bit.

Jason blinked.
"I guess he did not hear me."
He was slipping the blood pouch back into his jacket pocket. There was still a droplet of it on his lip.

Since Kassandra's first class wasn't for a while, she decided to get up and walk the school grounds. She found and approached a young student sipping something red from a pouch.

"Good morning. I'm Miss Keigwan, and I'll be your Power and Control teacher if you've chosen to take my class. What's your name?" She realized the boy was sort of eavesdropping on a few other students. That was rather rude, but she wasn't going to call him out on it. Not on the first day.

"I did hear you. I just heard... Angel? first. I get worried very easily. Almost everyone hates me for it." He would smile weakly.
"Yeah, especially me." Rosa exclaimed.

Jason blinked. He jumped in his seat, at the desk he was sitting in. He looked up at the teacher who had entered the room and had spoken to him. He cleared his throat.
"oh, um, hi."
He paused.
"It's...Jason, Jason wolfe. And, um, yes, I am taking your class ma'am."
He blinked when he heard Quill. He gave a quick nod in his direction. He frowned briefly before looking at the teacher, Kassandra, again.

Angel blinked. She sighed a bit.
"It looks like he is talking to a teacher now."

Quill would begin to be surrounded in a dark shadowy substance. It would wrap around him like a black cloak, and he would put his hood up, hiding from the new individual, his eyes would lock on to her, worryingly.

"It's uh-" He stuttered "It's fine" He snapped slightly.

Angel blinked and frowned. She got quite worried.
"are you alright?"
She was truly concerned and such.

"Y-yeah, I'll be fine" These shadows were obviously part of Quill's odd abilities. He had control over the current power situation, but it seemed obvious that heightened stress situations trigger episodes like this.
Rosa would sigh "He's scared of that lady." He would point at Miss Keigwan "He doesn't like new approaching people."
"Thanks." Quill would say sarcastically
"Quite welcome, pal."

Angel frowned with worry.
"oh, I see."
She reached out to touch his shoulder. She wanted to be of help, as a friend.

He would gently look at her, and slightly relax.
"Sorry. Bad habit."
The shadows surrounding him would fade back into the room.
He would let out a calmed sigh.
"Thank you."
He would smile warmly

Angel smiled a bit.
"You're welcome. Happy to help."
She meant that. She thought of him as a friend.

"A pleasure to meet you, Jason. I hope you'll be a good student." While her back was still turned, she said aloud.

"There's no reason to be afraid of me. I'm just a teacher." She turned then, eyes locking briefly with Quill. "Besides having excellent hearing, I am truly no one to fear, I promise. I double as a counselor, so if any of you just need someone to talk to during the year, please feel free to come see me. My door is always open."

“Its been fine um how about you?. Hey we should head to class now” he started to walk “cmon”

Jake was watching the going ons in the classroom. Then he saw another teacher come in. He casually walked up to her and said somewhat quietly “you dont know who the hell is supposed to teach homeroom is do you?”

Alvina leant back in her seat to see angel and some other boy she didnt know. A smile immediantly appeared on her expressionless face “hey angel how ya doin?” She looked over at the boy and frowned in concern “you okay?”

"Just my anxiety getting the best of me, as usual. I'm fine now Miss. You're actually next hour teacher! I look forward to showing you our potential." He smiled warmly, it seems he was beginning to get used to the new environment

"Thank you... that means a lot. Seriously!" He would nod in approval
"Shut up Romeo." Rosa would snicker, followed by him getting hit in the side of the head by a book. "Ouch."

"I'm fine. Now at least." He would smile towards his new acquaintances and relax tremendously

He faintly smiled for her sake. He blinked when she turned to talk to another student. He didn't say anything about it, since he felt that to be rude and such.

Angel blinked. She looked away from Quill to see who had spoken. It was Alvina. She blinked in surprise.
"oh, wow. hi. it looks like we have homeroom together."
She smiled a bit. But, when Alvina addressed Quill, she looked at him with concern once again. She heard him and nodded.
"you're welcome."
She blinked and frowned when she saw rose get hit with a book.

Rosa would interfere for Quill's sake "No no! Don't be upset, I'm immortal. Don't judge master here!" He would rough up Quill's hair

Angel blinked. She still looked concerned as she nodded.
