Right, so, with Darligrov active his stat are all tripled? And the Engine stuff tripled that base and then he can activate the Darligrov to quadruple that stat?

Yes, exactly.

When he actually says it, it activates and his stats are boosted, and the engine boosts it even further. One's instant, the other takes time.

Uh, alright, taking the ring moving as a 'charge' (meaning you can't attack the same turn you moved the ring), I don't really see any problem with it. I'm a bit iffy with the engine as when it's active I'm pretty sure it would turn him to a low-High tier with....120 ton lift (assuming this is max lift) and....720 mph movement speed.
....Eh, General Freedom's Intermediate, no problem then.

Hah, General Freedom really doesn't compare well to most of the other Intermediate characters I've read through here (which isn't too many). I started off trying to rebalance Carmen against him, until realising just how absurd that was getting and toning it back down again.
In any case, her sheet is finally up now. This time I think she'll actually be able to fight for once. D:

What happens to rocks in explosions? They are sent flying because the pressure wave carries enough force to lift it up and send it sailing through the air.

Well, I guess the opportunity has presented itself. I'll review Tanta's sheet.

Alright, my reviews for Carmen, Tantalum's character.

• Chimera Gene: Use discretion with this power. As it could lead to an easily unbalanced fight, as she adapts to beat her opponent. It should take at least 2 turns to make a full proper transformation. Obviously longer for more complex transformation.


• Toxin Resistance: More vicious poison/venom would likely require focus, since it would cause more of a reaction in her body chemistry. So if she's processing poison she can't, y'know, use her other chimera based powers. Unless it's a weak poison, like rat poison or bee venom.


• Cloning: Under faction rules, there can only be five active tiered clones at a time. 1 general of comparable level, 4 leaders. The limitations of Zero tiers are non-existent, go crazy with that.


• Cognitive Enhancement: The only thing I see is the mention of motor control. In the case that it comes up, a well placed assault on the body can destroy the equilibrium. Would she be able to shrug that off, or does it knock her off her balance like a normal human?


• Augmentor: This should require a great number of posts to prepare, at least six. As with the previous, this would only serve to increase the effectiveness of the 5 tiered clones. Rather than adding to the number of tiered clones.

I could write out a proper system for her shifting power cap, but it hasn't been necessary in the past. I'll get on it if you or another judge insists. 2 turns minimum for a full shapeshift sounds fine.
Toxin Resistance has been tweaked, she'll now need to be focusing on nothing but that to lessen poison's effects.
Per the rules, anything past the 4 clones will be considered Tier 0s. She can't control another equal-tiered clone.
Her balance will be perfect within her physical limits - if her body can't counteract a force, her reflexes can't do much else to stop her falling.
6 posts in-combat for an Augmenter sounds more than reasonable, though I figured it would be kept as a non-combat ability anyway.

Alright, I say she should be good to go. If anyone has objections with the way I reviewed it then tell me, but for now I'm putting her on the list.
