I'm not certain from the description, so I'll just ask, just how much blood splatter are we talking here?
Drips and drops here and there, or like, a whole lot of blood?

@Ginnungagap: Full on splatter across the cobblestones. Imagine if someone dropped a lot of very fresh, bloody raw meat in a pile. The splatter by the head is a lot smaller.
