Npc: Humans coughed. They ran and hid, whoever hadn't already that is. The smell was horrible. They had thought things could not get any worse but we're apparently wrong.
Npc: The human gasped and gulped. Their eyes were wide. They raised a hand and pointed towards the castle. All the village leaders had gone there for the time being due to important meetings and such.
The princess was pacing again. She shook her head. She kept insisting that she was fine. "It is alright. I am fine." She feared that her friend would not believe her.
Cesidia laughs drily, shaking her head. “I play the fool men believe me to be, so if you will not tell me, then fine, I will leave you in peace. But I will warn you that I only want to help and I won’t stop until I find a way in which I can.”
The princess sighed. She tried not to tear up in front of the other young woman. "I...I just do not wish for anyone to worry." She admitted that much to her.
Cesidia frowns and opens her arms in a silent invitation for an embrace. “It weakens the heart to stay strong in front of all, Princess. Let me begin to repay you with a chance to let your guard down. You know you have nothing to fear from me.”
