Cassiopeia relaxed when Hansel put a bar across the sewer entrance and they moved on again. Hopefully it would hold them back long enough. She moved more quickly through the sewers now. Cassi didn’t want to get caught but she also didn’t want to linger with the muck and rats longer than they had to.
Cassiopeia watched Rose with her mom but held back from interfering. It was nice to see Rose reunited with her mother but it made Cassi think of her father more and what meeting him would be like. She looked over at Layla and nudged her gently with a smile.
”I don’t think Camelot has enough water to get the smell of human excrement off of me,” she joked.

Even though Matthew had done something good, even though the distraction worked despite its dangers, there was fighting amongst the group. She had been worried about the fire as well, even pushing just the one distraction but both Gretel and Merlin agreed that a two-pronged attack was best and they hadn't seemed worried with the fire. Willow hadn't liked it but she was trusting the natives of this world.
Willow stayed out of the way, watching the back and forth. She shifted to stand, eyes wide in alarm when Matthew’s hands started to glow and fire flicked over his arms. Once he finished yelling back at Rosalina though, it seemed to recede and he walked away from the group. Colby however, could not hold back from his own internal conflict.
Willow gasped when Colby punched Rosalina twice. She crumbled to the ground and Willow moved out of her corner. ”Would you all just give it up! Look, there is a lot of emotion rolling around from learning of our real parents' existence less than forty eight hours ago, that Camelot is real and we have powers,” she said, gesturing to Matthew. ”We don’t know how this world works so, why don’t we just quit yelling at each other with what we think is best and listen to the people who actually live here and understand what we have all signed up for. If none of you can set your pride aside, then maybe you should leave,” Willow said seriously. She looked from Colby and Matthew, to Rosalina and all the others in the room for good measure.
Willow wasn’t one to speak out like this but she agreed with Merlin that unrest between them was not going to help. It may very well get them killed and they were all new here and in incredibly vulnerable positions. Nobody liked the act of being vulnerable and it could make people do awful things to avoid it.

There didn't seem to be much of anything happening, which was for the best. Megan put excalibur back in its sheath. She didn't mind the scent of shit that pervaded the sewers - she had smelled worse during autopsies. Some people had extraordinary bad hygiene - and of course, decomposition processes breaking down the human body had their own odors that they unleashed. If anything, it would have been concerning if the sewers didn't smell like shit. She hadn't been in the sewers in their world before, but she imagined even there they would stink. It was a comforting commonality between the two worlds.

She was glad that they had been successful in their rescue mission - while she may often be confused for being cold hearted, Megan didn't wish death on just anyone. It was nice that a mother and her child were reunited. Of course, her attention as she walked was more on the brief, fleeting impressions she had had of Camelot. The current ruler seemed to be a classic villain, imprisoning people who tried to take care of their families - another commonality, as America was hardly any different. She wondered if King Arthur was just as cruel and intolerant.

She imagined it was probably so.

This whole situation seemed a little off to him. Not the whole fact that they were once again trudging through the sewers again, he had expected that part. No, the thing that stuck out to him as odd was that this had gone surprisingly well. Nothing seemed to have gone wrong with the plan at all, and that was the problem. Never did anything ever go that smoothly, and at this point, he was just waiting for something to go horribly wrong. Someone lighting a fire while they were down in the sewers, something attacking them, just something to go wrong!

Of course, Jack was hoping that things would continue to go well and that they were going to not run into any problems, and he just followed along after the others. There wasn't much to say to the group as they went along, a few were somewhat chattering and cracking jokes. He was staying relatively quiet until he for sure knew that they were out of the woods with this situation. Which knowing what was going on in this world, that wasn't going to really stop anytime soon, but at least he was going to keep quiet until they got out of the sewers and met back up with the others.

She had expected an outburst in response, honestly it amused her slightly and she smirked. There was no way that Rosalia was hiding the fact that she found Matt's outburst amusing, and considering Merlin's attempts to calm the situation, she couldn't help but think that made her amusement even better! Then things shifted slightly when instead of snapping back at her or anything, Colby decided to punch her. Sure, she pushed him into a lake earlier, but she hadn't gotten him to really go beneath the water or actually injure him in anyway. But he just decided to punch her and knock her to the ground, which considering the fact that she was half a foot shorter then him didn't help much as she hit the ground.

"If you want people to leave you alone, stop being an idiot, and don't attack someone smaller than you," she snapped back, before she swept her legs around and managed to knock Colby to the ground. Whirling around rather quickly, she then jumped up onto her feet and tackled him so that she was more or less pinning him to the ground. She tried to punch him, but typically anger and annoyance, plus the guy being bigger then her in general, resulted in her being unable to really land a hit. She had him pinned though, so that was something at the very least. "You never hit me got it?" she snapped at him, still glaring.

Sierra leaned back slightly in her seat as she looked at everyone else for a moment, until Colby suddenly decided to snap and punch Rosalia knocking her to the ground, which she winced. She quickly got up wanting to try and breakup the fight when Rosalia ended up tackling and pinning Colby to the ground. "Really, you guys have to actually pick a fight right now?" Sierra said as she looked at the two of them, she really didnt like where any of this was going right now at all really.

Gretel was sitting at the bar watching the fight with a bit of an amused look, she wasnt going to really interfere with the fight at all, it wasnt her place to anyway either. Taylor quickly got up and tried to pull Rosalia off of Colby while Lucky was barking rather loudly and aggressively towards Colby. Merlin quickly jumped in and waved his hands slightly as a pair of handcuffs appeared on Rosalia and Colby's wrist, binding the two of them together.

"You two need to stop right now!" Merlin snapped at the two of them, crossing his arms over his chest and rubbed the bridge of his nose slightly looking at them now. "Whether you like it or not you two are on the same side, and need to work as a team right now. Those handcuffs wont come off until I decide." Merlin told the two of them more or less using it as a punishment for the two of them he turned to look at Matthew for a moment and shook his head slightly. Sierra sighed slightly and shook her head slightly she didnt think that was a really good punishment at all and that probably wont turn out well at all either.

Layla looked towards her sister and smirked a little bit and gave her another shove back. "You always did smell like a sewer anyway even before coming down here." Layla said sarcastically as she continued to trudge through the water. Red turned to look at Rose and gave her a soft smile and nodded towards her. "I did know that you would be alright through Merlin and the others." She answered gently rubbing Rose on the back as Hansel held up his hand, Layla paused as she looked at Hansel. "Whats wrong?" Layla asked looking at him when she started to hear noise as well to.

"Quickly hide." Hansel said as he found an alcove that was big enough to hide the group from the people, Layla started to hear the sound of voices now as well, as a group of twenty guards were walking through the dirty water. Layla looked towards her sister for a moment as she took out one of her throwing knives for a moment hoping that the guards wont come.

Matthew Madigan

Matthew wasn't necessarily paying attention to what else was transpiring with the group. Having made his peace with them and moved on to be by himself, in a familiar solitude that he has grown to know and feel comfort in. He picked at loose wooden chips on the table until he heard a loud thud. When he turned he saw Colby standing over Rosalia and his eyes went wide. He didnt expect this to come out of his little confrontation with her, nor did he want anyone physically abused. But a part of him kept saying that she deserved it. She assaulted Colby earlier by the lake, had been down right nasty to just about everyone around her, and she could've easily gotten them all arrested. It was about time others stood up to her. Granted any time Matthew had tried to stand up to a bully back at the orphanage it never ended well for him.

Matthew began to slowly turn around again until he caught Rosalia lunging at Colby out of his peripherals. He quickly stood up, knocking his chair aside with a loud squeal and then clatter as the wood scraped against the floor and fell over from hitting a crack between two planks. His face was hot, and chest beating, as he made hisbway towards the pair through the crowds of people. Weaving his way between shoulders, ducking under arms, until he came across the group as Merlin cuffed the fighting pair. "How is this fair? She gets to be a brat for two days and Colby gets punished for it? Why not just enchant her tongue so that she can't speak unless it's to be positive, constructive, or helpful?!"

Rose smiled. The touch on her back was reassuring and her mother's voice was pleasant. It was nice to hear it from her mother that she knew she was okay. That she cared. Even through everything her mom had cared. She hadn't realized before seeing her mom how much she needed that.

When Hansel told them to hide she slipped into the aclove with the others. She listened to the guards coming, notching an arrow. It would be a little difficult to get an arrow off in the crowded space. Rose was used to having a lot more open space and she didn't want to hit any of the group.

Rosalia fought back. Colby had expected that so he had been able to keep her from getting him too bad. Though she did pin him. There was a whole lot going on. With the dog barking and people yelling. "Oh shut up no one gives a shit." He was about to try to get out of the pin when Merlin came over and put him in a pair of handcuffs with Rosalia.

"Hell no!" He yelled. "I refuse to be handcuffed to her." He said. He knew the basics of getting out of handcuffs. It was a simple trick, just involved dislocation of your thumb. The handcuffs were on tight so he was unable to do it. He was thankful for the time he had studied normal magic. Now he just had to spend the time to learn magic in this world.

Megan wasn't shocked, to say the very least, that they had been pursued. In fact, given the level of volume the group was making, it would have been more unlikely for no one to find them down in the sewer's depths. She quietly and without complaint moved into the alcove that Hansel had indicated, keeping her sword sheathed for the moment. She didn't feel the need to draw it just yet. If their pursuers came into their hiding place, then she would draw her blade - but for now, excalibur could rest. Besides, the space was rather cramped with them all pressed in together, there wasn't much room for drawing weapons.

She glanced at her brother for a moment, trying to ascertain his thoughts by the lines on his face. The dim lighting made it difficult though, so she turned attention to the opening of the alcove, waiting to see a metallic sheen emerge as some guard came forward. She breathed quietly, not wanting to couch and give away their position. Their pursuers were rather noisy and rowdy, she could hear their voices being carried through the tunnels, echoing.

Cassiopeia stuck her tongue out at her sister but couldn’t make a retort back as Hansel quickly told them to be quiet and hide. Cassiopeia tucked into the alcove with her sister and listened in. The guards from the prison clearly had followed them but they were rather loud.
Layla looked back at Cassiopeia and she nodded as Layla pulled out a dagger. Cassiopeia’s back was to the wall so she couldn’t get her weapon ready and even if she could, she would probably make too much noise. Cassiopeia knew where Layla kept her daggers so would grab one if she needed to but for the time she remained still and silent.

Willow rolled her eyes as the fighting continued and no one seemed to listen to her. She turned and sat down near Sierra. She glared at Rosalia and Colby and their childish ways. They clearly were two kids who had to fight for everything and couldn’t stand working with someone else. If only they could stop and see they were more alike than they thought.
Merlin solved the problem by handcuffing them but Willow didn't know how well that was going to work and now Matthew was upset Colby was handcuffed and getting yelled at but really both of them were. Willow remained silent, annoyed with all of them and just stared at the door, willing the others to come walking through so they could move on from this mess. If they hadn’t listened to her earlier, they weren’t going to listen to now so Willow sat silently. Perhaps if they fought it out long enough they would get over themselves.

He was still staying relatively quiet as the group went along through the sewers. The others were seemingly talking to each with regards to everything that was going on still. Which was sort of odd since they were kind of on the run from people, so in his mind people shutting up was probably the smart thing to do. Since otherwise they likely were going to get caught, and based on how loud people were being, they were going to be. Then again, maybe they would get lucky and make a quick getaway?

Of course the universe wanted to prove that thought process of his wrong, as there was the sounds of soldiers coming down into the sewers after them. That was definitely not going to end well, and he glanced over at Hansel when he instantly said that they needed to hide. Jack followed along after the others into the little alcove that they were more or less rushed into. He looked over at his sister before glancing towards the opening in the alcove. This wasn't going to end well if he had to guess, that much was obvious, with their luck they'd have to fight their way out.

Rosalia was about to snap back at Colby again at him when the handcuffs appeared on her wrist that connected her to Colby. Oh hell no, for once she agreed with Colby on something. She wanted nothing to do with him, and the fact that she got handcuffed to him, added onto her never wanting to be arrested if she could avoid it was not helping. "How about you shut up? He's the one who nearly caused us to get killed by skeletons, he's the one who suggested fire in the first place which might have caused people to get hurt without him actually giving a damn," she snapped at Matt, and if she hadn't been stuck with Colby she probably was going to punch him across the face.

Her mind was racing, since she sort of went into survival mode, since Colby had attacked her first and she was pretty sure someone else was going to at this rate, but she didn't care. She never was going to easily back down from a fight, but her first thought at this point was to just get the hell out of this bar. Glancing around, Rosalia's eyes settled onto a steak knife and she instantly snatched it up, lifting her handcuffed hand upwards somewhat. "Hold still," she said to Colby, and at first it seemed like she was going to cut his hand. Instead however, she started sawing away at her own hand, eventually cutting down to the bone and her arm was starting to bleed rather heavily.

Sierra watched the scene unfolding for a moment she thought that it was actually pretty funny to see both Colby's and Rosalia's reactions when Rosalia went a little bit overboard as her eyes went wide seeing Rosalia grabbing a knife and started to try and cut her own wrist off. Sierra quickly got up to her feet and rushed over to try and stop Rosalia from hurting herself further, she saw all of the blood and Rosalia would start to feel the effects of blood loss rather quickly now as well and would feel pretty dizzy.

Merlin turned to glare at Matthew giving him a really annoyed look if looks could kill. "I'll put a spell on all three of you right here and right now if you three wont get along." Merlin said sternly as he turned to Rosalia flicking his wrist as the knife flew out of her hand embedding itself into a nearby wall. "That was an overreaction." Merlin said calmly as he used his magic and removed the cuffs on both Colby and Rosalia. Gretel quickly went over and grabbed a makeshift medical kit along with a cloth and a bottle of alcohol in her hand. "This will sting a little bit." Gretel said as she poured the booze over the wound and started to look through the kit pulling out a sewing kit that was inside.

Lucky started to growl menacingly at Colby and rushed over to him, and bit down on Colby's lower leg as hard as the puppy could, which would hurt quiet a bit as well. "Was trying to cut off your wrist really a good solution?" Sierra asked, Taylor stared at both Matt and Colby. Merlin quickly used his magic and locked the doors and windows for the time being.

The guards quickly noticed the group that was there hidden under the alcove, Layla quickly drew out her knife at the nearest guard. "Freeze you are all surrounded." One of the guards said, as Layla would throw her knife managing to hit one of the guards in the stomach as he fell down. Rose would be able to take a clear shot at one of the guards, the arrow would hit the guard in the shoulder.

Hansel would quickly charge forward tackling the closest guard to the ground knocking him out and taking his weapon throwing it over to Red easily catching it. "Stay close okay?" Red said looking over towards her daughter as she drew. One of the guards would charge over at Megan and swung his sword missing Megan. Another guard would tackle Jack to the ground rather quickly, as another guard shot an arrow at Cass just grazing her cheek but missing.

Matthew had all the faith that Colby could escape the cuffs if he wanted to. After all he was both a magician and a cat. Two aloof creatures that are known for their nimbleness and ability to defy death. Unfortunately for Colby these cuffs were manifested by magic and it appeared a bit too difficult for him to break free, prompting Matthew to wonder if perhaps the cuffs would magically size up or down to disuade from such attempts. Ofcourse not much long after Colbys protest did Rosalia speak up offering yet another tired line to attempt to shift the blame. Maddie rolled his eyes at her, pausing when he noticed she had grabbed onto a knife. He half expected her to harm Colby, and before he could do anything to stop her, the crazed teen began to saw off her own hand! You'd think she was part wolf or something with such an asinine idea!

Matthew froze in shock, his mind yelling at him to move, to stop the insanity, as his body protested and locked in place with his mouth agape. She truly was unhinged. The sounds of squelching stopped as it became a harsher tone and he began to go pale at the depth of her carving. His legs fell weak and he began to feel faint as he held onto a barstool nearby to keep himself afloat. Luckily Merlin had intervened as Matthews head began to spin. His hands fidgeting to his side, feeling the spellbook, and pulling it out to frantically search for a spell to help her heal. Sadly there was no such spell, and Gretels handiwork would have to do. Matthew placed the book back, turning to the bartender and just saying "I need your strongest spirit please."

Rose hoped they wouldn't be discovered, but unfortunately, they were. She loosed her arrow and it stuck into one of the guard's shoulder. She was okay with that. She didn't actually want to hurt any of the guards. Chaos erupted though as the group started fighting the guards. She was capable of close-quarter fighting, she just preferred her bow.

Rose knocked a second arrow and shot at a guard's leg, she was trying to keep her attacks as non-lethal as possible. Yeah they were enemies they were fighting but she didn't want murder on her conscience. Her arrow missed and a guard tackled her to the ground. Red kicked the guy. Rose tried to punch him but failed...three times. She was looking like a fool and she hated that. Her mom wasn't going to have any faith in her being able to take care of herself now.

"You are certifiably insane!" Colby said, but kept surprisingly still while Rosalia had the knife out and near his hand. He wasn't about to pull and make her slip. Thankfully, Merlin seemed to see some reason. And made the handcuffs disappear. The dog went for Colby, grabbing his leg and biting down hard. It hurt like hell. Colby yelped and then out of reflex hissed.

He didn't like dogs, and this wasn't helping the situation any. He wanted to push the dog off of him, but he couldn't bear to hurt an animal even if it was actively hurting him. "Get your dang dog." He told Rosalia. Hissing again hoping that would get the dog to let go. The others needed to get here so they could leave this damn city.

The guards spotted them easily for which Cassiopeia felt some excitement at but also fear. The adrenaline pumped through her as the people she was with jumped into action. Her sister hit a couple and even Rose hit one impressively with an arrow. As the group dispersed to defend themselves, Cassiopeia got an arrow out of her quiver and notched it into her bow. As she moved into place, Cassiopeia saw an arrow coming at her and managed to shift herself over enough to feel the side of the arrowhead graze her cheek. If she had more room, she probably would have been able to avoid it completely.
”My first battle scar, cool,” she commented before she quickly took aim. Cassiopeia fired upon one of the uninjured soldiers, wanting to help slow all of them down to give the group a fighting chance to run. She aimed for a leg but missed the soldier she had picked out. It aggravated her but Cassiopeia reminded herself she had never been in battle before. Hunting animals was different than defending. She took a deep breath, securing an arrow to her bow and tried again. This time her aim was true. Cassiopeia celebrated the small victory before getting another arrow and moved to back up her sister.

Willow’s eyes widened when she saw Rosalia picking up a knife and started sawing at her own hand. The girl didn’t even flinch, was this a power of some kind? Willow thought she would just try to pick the lock on the handcuffs with the knife but clearly the girl had a mental complex to pain or being attached to someone. Willow had to look away and hold her stomach, feeling like she was about to be sick.
Gretel started to attend to Rosalia as Merlin magicked the cuffs away. Willow managed to look over at him, covering her nose with fabric from her clothes to keep the smell of blood at bay. ”Can’t you heal her or something?” She couldn’t image Merlin not being able to, so why wasn’t he? She then heard a growl and a yelp and looked over only to see Rosalia's dog attached to Colby's leg. She quickly looked away before she smelt more blood.

Megan raised an eyebrow, noticing that law enforcement at least seemed rather consistent between the two worlds in the phrases they used when encountering criminals. She wondered if they also had cop codes here, and if so, would they be the same ones? Could Jack communicate to them various offenses without having to say a single word, relying only on numbers and letters? Of course, her musings didn't last very long, as a guard rushed up to her and swung his sword. "It's dishonorable to attack one's opponent before they have agreed to the engagement," Megan scolded. She drew excalibur. She hadn't been the one to start this fight. But she would be the one to finish it.

The sword was different than the foil she was used to, but many of the principles were still the same. The blade felt well balanced in her grip and she swung excalibur at the guard, aiming to for a non-lethal flat blow to the side of his head. The blade connected and the guard fell to the ground, unconscious. Megan repeated to maneuver on the next guard and the one after that, until she had taken out three in total. "My score is three, brother dear - do try to keep up," she teased.

The world just loved to prove his thoughts right. They had horrible luck, and now they, as he had thought, had to fight their way out. Yup, that definitely was going to end well. He was better with his fists then any actual weaponry of any kind, but that wasn't going to end well. Of course, he got yanked out of his thoughts by a guard immediately tackling him to the ground. "Why does the universe like to prove my brain right?" he muttered under his breath as he knocked the guard off of him so that he could get up onto his feet.

Jack still had the weapon that Megan had handed him earlier when she had taken Excalibur as her weapon instead. So that was good as he stood up and swung it at the guard who had attacked him. In all honesty he hadn't been going for a kill shot, but ended up killing the guard anyway. He turned to try and attack another guard, his first swing only grazing him, his second attack missing entirely. "Really Meg? You know I'm not typically one to fight, but not exactly at the moment am I able to just talk my way out of this situation," he commented to her with an eye roll.

She was starting to feel dizzy from the blood loss, but there was no way in hell she was going to admit that to anyone. Let them all think that she was crazy, she was perfectly fine with that. She didn't like anyone here really anyway, so if they thought that she was insane it would keep them away from her more then they probably already were going to be. It was perfectly fine with her. In her mind, she didn't need anyone anyway. Rosalia had always been better off by herself, and she learned that you couldn't count on anyone but yourself really.

"Not an overreaction, you deciding to snap two people together who clearly despise each other is beyond dumb. And if you hadn't decided to be a prick and lock all the doors, I'd have taken off by now, since this is ridiculous," she snapped instantly at Merlin, sort of glaring at him now, before noticing her little puppy chomping on Colby, "Come here Lucky," she said to the puppy, who let go of Colby's leg and trotted over to her, clearly proud of what he had done. "Good boy for attacking the evil idiot..." she said gently to the dog, before she started petting it.

"Well you two needed to learn to actually work together, at least keep your distance then. And I locked the doors for your safety if anyone finds out who you all are you are in danger." Merlin said rubbing the bridge of his nose letting out a bit of an annoyed sigh he was just simply trying to do his job. Lucky was as happy as a clam still wagging his tail happily with what he had done and proceeded to lay down at Rosalia's feet. "Well things could have been worse." Sierra said as she went and sat back down letting out a sigh looking between Rosalia and Colby wondering who would end up killing who in the end.

Taylor watched as Gretel went and continued to stitch up the wound and handed the booze over towards Matt who had requested it, Taylor looked at Rosa. "Want me to beat Colby up some more for you?" She whispered to Rosalia. Gretel got up and then looked at Merlin it looked like he just wanted to be left alone before going over resting a hand on Rosalia's wrist and started to heal it up rather quickly the stitches were gone as well to.

"Chicks dig scares you know." Layla said jokingly towards her sister, as a guard managed to knock her down to the ground, she took out of the knives and stabbed the guard in the leg. Before getting back up slightly, her eyes going wide as a fireball left Jack's hand and hit the guard in the check catching him on fire. "Well I didnt know you could do that." Layla said towards him, as some of the guards started to back up slightly and mentioning getting some backup.

"We need to go everyone look away." Hansel said as he drew out an arrow and fired it at a nearby wall causing a flash of light, blinding the guards and anyone who didnt cover their eyes. Red quickly grabbed Rose' hand and started to run following shortly behind Hansel through the sewers until they were at a ladder that they had used earlier. Layla started to climb up shortly after and managed to get up and catch her breath breathing heavily.

Matthew hadnt given the drink a second thought. The nausea whipping up inside of him thanks to the grotesque scene that had unfolded before him made him sure that nothing could make him feel any worse. He had heard that some adults used it in order to alleviate pain, get in a better mood, or become numb, and that was exactly what he wanted. Though how such an awful concoction could put anyone in better spirits was beyond him. He took the small cup and tossed back the transparent liquid, making sure it had never hit his tongue. A few drops landed in protest as he winced at the taste. It slid down like fire and landed with a satisfying warmth within his stomach. His cheeks feeling flush almost immediately as he tapped the glass and asked for another.

As he waited Maddy he grabbed a hold of Colbys biceps and pulled him in closer towards the bar, and further away from the others. Rosalia and her dog in particular. The alcohol had hit him now, having been only the second drink he'd ever had after the beer tasting yesterday, and it kept him holding on to his biceps for longer than needed. "Maybe we should keep our distance...and have you been working out? Your arms feels really nice." Matthew spike softly so that only Colby could hear him, looking at the boy with a warm smile and blushed cheeks aided by the alcohol he'd just recently drank.

The fight devolved into chaos. Cass was bleeding from her face. In a sewer...that had to be unhygienic. They'd have to get that cleaned and taken care of right away to keep it from going septic. "I like it, but we got to make sure it doesn't get infected."

She was about to go back to trying to punch guards, having given up on her bow in such tight quarters. Thanking her lucky stars she had some skill in melee and distance. Before she could though Jack summoned fire and lobbed it at a guard killing them.

Rose covered her face when Hansel warned them. She felt her mother grab her hand and let herself get pulled through the sewers. She was still a little stunned that Jack had made a fireball. Who was his parent? She tried to remember if he had said. She should have written it down. Maybe they could have figured out what to expect from each person if they knew. Merlin would. They could ask him again. He had dodged the question before. Rose considered what she knew about her mother and figured she'd was normal, well as normal as one could get when they were a fairytale.

Colby was done. He just wanted to leave and have nothing to do with any of them ever again. Except for Maddie. Who was touching him. A month ago he would have been annoyed at the touch. Heck up till forty-eight hours ago he would have been annoyed. It was weird how the day had started so normally. Everything had gone sideways.

He wanted to grumble and make a face and tell Maddie to stop. But the warmth of his hand on his arm was nice so he didn't pull away. It was like a cat who decided that since it was being touched anyway they might as well allow it. "Uh, I had a weight lifting class at school." He admitted, a small blush warming his cheeks, which he covered up by getting a drink as well.

He decided that unless he had to he wasn't going to interact with Rosalia. There was no reason to at the moment so he ignored her. "Let's get the cats." He told Maddie and started to make his way back to their room where Jack and Carroll were.

Megan's eyes widened, watching as her annoying almost-twin brother summoned an orb of fire and threw it at one of the guards. She hadn't known that he was capable of that. She instantly wondered whether or not he had been able to do that in their world or if it was something about this realm that bestowed that capability upon him. She shut her eyes reflexively at Hansel's warning and when she opened them again, she saw that their remaining opponents had been stunned. "When did you learn that, and why, dear brother of mine, am I only now finding out about it?" Megan asked playfully.

They were moving through the sewers once again and Megan was feeling a little bit lost - physically. She was glad that they had a guide, as the twists and turns were numerous. Eventually though, they arrived back at the ladder they had used to descend into the sewers in the first place. The rescue mission was almost completely at an end. When it was her turn, Megan climbed up the ladder, emerging in the street near the pub that they were based out of.

”I’ll let you patch me up then,” Cassi said to Rose with a wink. She turned to rejoin the battle when Jack threw a fire ball. A ball of fire. What? Cassiopeia’s mouth opened and she shook her head. ”How did you know you could do that?” Did Cassi or her twin have anything exciting like that? She doubted it. In all the stories about Robin Hood, he hadn’t had any power except that of deception and an incredible amount of luck.
At Hansel’s words, Cassiopeia closed her eyes, only after looking at the arrow curiously. She saw a great flash beyond her closed eyes and when she opened them again, seconds after she had to blink a couple times to get the spots to go away and readjust to the dim lighting. With the guards out or blinded, Cassiopeia turned and ran with her sister. She followed up the ladder after her before looking to Hansel.
”Where did you get such arrows?” Cassi thought those would be an effective item to have a couple of.

Merlin took his time but he eventually walked over to Rosalia and set a hand on her and began healing her. Willow looked away once more, not wanting to see the blood still. She looked at Sierra when she said it could have been worse and Willow shook her head. It shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Willow just hoped the others would arrive soon.
Willow stared at the floor, unthinking with arms crossed. She couldn’t believe the hostility between Rosalia and Colby. Of course, Willow hadn’t liked the idea of fire either but they had been overruled by the people who grew up here and understood how this world worked and so Willow deferred to their judgement and thanks to Matthew, he had slowed the fire. In the end, their mission had been incredibly successful. It that way, it could have been worse but what happened within the pub, Willow didn’t want to know worse. This had been perfectly horrible as it was.
