Megan rolled her eyes at her brother. "Perhaps they aren't the only thing that term is fitting for," she said somewhat pointedly. She loved her brother, but like any siblings, they fought and bickered. Besides, she had always wanted to call him a pig - for obvious reasons. Megan then glanced away from her brother, seeing the crocodile was rather excited by the boar. It occurred to her that she didn't really know what the typical diet of a crocodile was - though she assumed he could most likely digest pig meat?

She refocused though as Sierra went over the plan. Megan was, admittedly, a little bit confused by it. "To clarify, then - there will be three groups. Two of these groups set off explosives, one sabotages the docks. One of the explosive groups specifically attacks the docks," Megan said. She assumed the other explosives group was functioning as a distraction, but that hadn't been clear from what Sierra had said.

Well things were definitely going well for her clearly. Though now after she dusted herself off a bit more, she stopped as she actually paid attention to the sounds of a dog barking as it got closer. Turning to look around now, she saw the dog come out into the area, and it clearly was not very happy. Rosalia froze, right up until something went flying by her, and she turned her head to see what that was. Only to spot the arrow that was now in a tree right by her.

That was enough to snap her out of it, and she listened more and heard water or something nearby. If she moved quickly, she figured that she might be able to get through and past it, losing the dog and the people heading towards her. There was the slight problem of a dog probably could run faster then she could, but that didn't matter too much now, since it was her only shot to get out of that situation now. Rosalia darted in the direction of the running water, really really hoping that she'd get by and out of there rather quickly.

Jack rolled his eyes in response to Megan, before he turned his attention away from that conversation and switched to the conversation in front of them with regards to what the plan was for the attack on the docks or whatever. The way Sierra explained it was a bit confusing at slight points, but he was doing what he could do to follow along with it. He was distracted for a brief moment by the crocodile as he clearly wanted part of the boar for himself. A hungry crocodile was probably not a good thing for them in the long run.

Turning his attention back to the conversation, he nodded his head a bit, and agreed with what Meg's breakdown seemed to be. "That sort of seems to make sense? Maybe? One rigs the docks with explosives or something like that, one sabotages, and the other blows up their supply of explosives to make the explosion bigger right? Or something like that maybe," things were a bit confusing, Meg's thoughts were pretty much similar to how he thought that the plan sounded like it would play out, just asking made the most sense for some clarification.

Rapunzel's Tower:

As the group stepped through the portal Merlin closed it right behind him as he looked at the group that was there and smiled towards them. "How was your mission?" Merlin asked them all giving a slight nod towards Jasmine as she handed him over the genie lamp as he took a moment to look it over. "It went pretty well." Tinker said as she leaned up slightly against the wall and looked towards the group that she had been with, they had all done pretty well so far, they just needed the others to finish what they were doing and they can finally take the fight to Maleficent. The group would see a woman with really long hair, coming and going out of a few rooms tending to some men of Robin Hood's who were still pretty injured just the night before. "You all are welcome to rest if you need it." Merlin told the group as he continued to inspect the genie lamp.

Sierra took a moment to look over at her father, she was sort of new to planning and things like that as well to as she rubbed the back of her neck slightly as the food was starting to cook before them all. Eric looked between Megan as well as Jack as he gently patted his daughter. "What she meant was, one team will sabotage the docks so that it would collapse if they tried to move or have to many men on it, so they would fall in. Another team will use the explosives that are stockpiled to destroy as many ships as possible, and the ships that are on their drydocks will also rig those to explode." Eric explained, hopefully he was able to clear that up for everyone else in the group.

A few minutes later the boar was finished cooking and some of Eric's men started to cut off large pieces of the meat and started to hand it off to them all one by one. Sierra accepted her plate and started to eat the boar quietly as Belle looked at Tic Toc and handed her a large chunk of boar to the hungry crocodile which he quickly gobbled down making a content hissing sound as it moved back into the water for now.

Layla continued to gently hug her sister for a little bit longer before letting go and looked at her. "Listen Cassi, you did what you had to do, they would have attacked you, or me or even Rose here." Layla told her as she continued to try and reassure her, she didn't want to think what would have happened to her if she had been injured or Rose had been during the fighting as she looked over at Rose and gave her friend a slight smile as she went to comfort her sister as well to. Robin Hood was still busy taking the time to try and clean up the area as much as possible stowing the bodies under some deep brush nearby.

Over at where Rosalia was, things weren't going well for her as the dog was starting to catch up to her almost nipping at her heels pretty much as she made it into the river. It was about waist deep, however she'll be able to make it to the other side of the river, the dog ended up stopping at the other side of the river from where Rosalia was. She'd also see some of the men who were pursuing her were still behind her trying to cross the river they fired off another volley of arrows at her, one of them managing to hit Rosalia in the shoulder that was sticking out of it now which looked rather painful.

Cassiopeia continued to lean into the comfort of her sister. Even though they were different people, Cassi could feel Layla’s understanding and bond with just her touch. Rose walked over, and Cassi smiled slightly at her girlfriend, but she wasn’t feeling too loveable.
Cassiopeia looked down at the body as she listened to her sister’s words. Layla spoke the truth, but it only served to confuse Cassiopeia further. She nodded and looked away from the body. Robin was busy cleaning up the camp with a few other people while she had a mental break.
”Thank you. I don’t know if I’ll be okay with this, but your words do help. Let’s get out of here.”

Relief settled over Willow when they walked through the portal. Merlin was a powerful wizard who could protect them all. She would rather have him on their side while they went after Maleficent.
A woman with rather long hair was floating in and out of rooms. Willow frowned slightly as she watched the woman. She glanced at Matthew and Colby to see if they had noticed before she walked over to her mother.

Megan didn't say something during the uncomfortable period of silence - she actually loved that sort of tense, awkward silence. She relished in it. However, Eric broke it, explaining that there were really only two teams involved in this plan and that Sierra had misspoke. One would sabotage the docks, one would rig things to explode. Megan nodded at his explanation. It did make more sense. "I see. Do you know who you wish to complete which task?" Megan asked. She figured he must already have assignments in mind.

Her eyes flickered over towards the boar, as Eric's men finished cooking it. It did look rather good. When a portion was passed to her, Megan accepted it. She noted that Sierra was rather quiet, but she didn't say anything. She didn't know her that well. And while it made Megan ever so slightly sad to imagine that Sierra was sad, she didn't dwell on it.

He hadn't let go of Colbys hand just yet. While the magic and transport were amazing, as was the vast and varying lands that existed across the storied halls, he needed something a bit more familiar at this time. The warmth of Colbys hand was just such a thing. Maddie gave it a gentle squeeze, watching as Merlin carefully inspected the Genie's lamp that was handed over to him by Jasmine. He wondered what he was planning on doing with it, and were there other such items they needed to grab to defeat Maleficent?

He was about to ask when he noticed Willow keeping tabs on the mystery woman in the back. She was tending to some wounded soldier's (if you could call them that) as she came and went from various rooms. Maddie couldn't help but watch as her long hair flowed and then suddenly it'd clicked. "That, would be Rapunzel. Though I can't quite say which version we'll get on our hands. Maybe the singing, dancing, magic hair wielding one with a cast iron frying pan? But that would also mean the potential for a very cunning Gothel." He knew one thing though, this was certainly turning into quite the production of Into the Woods.

Well things were going down hill for her really really fast at this point. The situation was that she was still getting chased by some weirdo goons, and now she needed to find a spot to more or less hide from them instead. She never was a fighter type at all, so this was a bad situation all around for her. Especially after they shot her with an arrow in the shoulder, and the pain shot through her body. Yeah this was not a good thing, and she was trying the best that she could to not overly freak out a little bit and keep going through the woods.

Eventually, she spotted what looked to be a small cave farther along the way, the main problem was that there were still more bear traps everywhere between there and where she currently was. "Seriously? So many bear traps..." she muttered under her breath, before she started making her way over. Being extremely careful, but she eventually did manage to make it to the cave, and ducked inside of it, thinking it was probably the best place she might be able to find to lay low and hide for a little bit.

Jack just sort of listened as Eric gave them a bit of a better idea of what fully was going to go on with the plan, so now it made a lot more sense, at least to him. It had been a little confusing with the explanation before, but now at least he figured they could just sort of move on from it. "Okay, that makes sense," he responded with a bit of a shrug in response to the plan being explained a bit better now. Though there were a few other problems they'd need to probably sort out with regards to it.

Actually Megan decided to continue with that conversation and ask one of the main questions that had been on his mind. Who was meant to be in which group, since it was better to figure that out now as opposed to right before they were supposed to head out to complete the task. He waited to hear what the answer was, since they should probably sort that out, which they could easily do while they were eating food.

"Don't go for kill shots then. Incapacitate. We hopefully won't always be in a situation where we can't take prisoners like we are right now. And soon, the fight will be over." She wasn't hurt that Cassi wasn't affectionate back. Rose didn't require it.

She wondered how far off Rosalia had gotten. And how long it would take for her to get back. She also wondered why miss hate everything had even bothered joining them. Mab had been invited too but hadn't joined. There had been someone else too? There was a sudden sense of a long time having passed since this all started, but she knew it had only been a few days.

Through the portal, Colby paused with Maddie to take in what there was. Now Merlin had the lamp. Part of Colby was terrified of that. The most powerful wizard in every story ever holding one of the most powerful artifacts in all those stories. If Merlin were anything less than what he was in King Arthur tales (and maybe just as he was in some of them), this could be as bad as Malificent getting it.

Colby looked where Maddie was indicating and spotted the woman. Yeah, the long hair was a dead giveaway. He shrugged. "Let's find out." He started over to where Rapunzel was carrying for the injured. "So...Does your hair glow?" He guessed it might not since she wasn't using it to heal. But that might help narrow down which they were talking to, without asking questions like 'where is Flynn?'

Rapunzel's Tower:

Rapunzel had just finished tending to the last injured soldier when her attention turned towards Maddie, Colby and Willow as the two boys approached her. "No my hair doesn, but that would be nice, it's just really long and really strong as well to." Rapunzel answered their question as Aurora looked towards her daughter as Rapunzel answered the two boys questions. "Like the others have said that would be Rapunzel." Aurora answered as she went to take a seat. "The others who are here should hopefully be back later." Merlin said as he set the genie lamp down onto the table, he hoped that the others were safe.

Eric thought for a moment as he looked between Megan and Jack as he thought about the group assignments. "Arthur, Megan and Sierra will be on dock sabotage while Jack, me and Belle will be the one to rig up the explosives." Eric suggested as he looked over towards Ariel for a moment. "Ariel, and the others will provide backup wherever it is needed does that sound like a good plan?" Eric asked as he looked at everyone within the group. Sierra looked at Megan for a moment and nodded towards her and Arthur giving them a slight smile. "Yep that works for me." Sierra answered her father.

Sierra started to dig into her food though she would have liked it better if it had some seasoning on it, but they didn't have anything like that on them sadly. She looked over at the sun as it started to slowly set down now giving the area a nice relaxing orangish red hue to everything making the view from the beach rather beautiful.

Robin Hood had finished burring the bodies hopefully no one else would find them for the time being, and that the wild animals in the area could do with the remains of the dead bodies to. He turned his attention over towards the three girls, he didn't want to push them to hard, but they did need to continue moving. "Are you guys ready to move out?" Robin asked looking at his two daughters and Rose as well to, he wanted to make sure that they were alright as well to. "Yeah i'm good." Layla answered her father as she gently rested a hand on Cassi's shoulder and nodded towards Rose. "You guys ready to get going?" She asked them.

It seemed that the group of men had lost Rosalia thanks to the quickly moving water now, the cave wasn't massive or anything like that really, it was large enough to hide in the dark. The arrow lodged in Rosalia's shoulder would hurt like hell as well to, she would then be able to hear Flynn's voice. "Rosalia are you there?" He called out as he looked around the area outside of the cave and by the sound of his voice he was concerned and worried about her.

Megan nodded, hearing the plan be devised. She understood why she and Jack were split up on this mission, but she wasn't particularly thrilled about it. She was worried about her brother - it was just part of being a sibling. While he did have to train in order to become a detective, Megan didn't have much confidence in his combat abilities - or his prowess when it came to his newfound magic. She found herself wishing that Jack was going to go hide somewhere safe, while the rest of them rode off to battle. But she knew Jack would not agree to that, and she had already given him enough grief about this stuff, so she didn't say a word.

Instead, she thoughtfully chewed her food. She couldn't help but notice how vibrant Sierra's hair looked with the setting sun - almost fire-like. Maybe some people would've found it romantic, but Megan didn't really know Sierra - and Sierra didn't really know Megan. "Are you scared?" she asked her brother instead, perfectly calm.

Rose’s instructions were simple enough, but with Cassi’s track record lately, it might be better for her not to fire a bow at all when it came to combat. She needed more practice to avoid hitting vital areas. Robin came over, checking on them to see if they were ready to go.
”Definitely,” Cassiopeia said and stowed her weapons away before following her father and sister. She took a moment to glance over at Rose as they walked. She examined her girlfriend from head to toe to ensure she was unharmed. Once that was done, Cassi brushed her arm against Rose’s gently but didn’t move to take her hand.
”So, any idea how one date's in a fairytale land?” she asked conversationally.

Willow settled into a seat next to her mother and smirked when the boys asked if Rapunzel’s hair glowed. It would have been stellar if that was the case, but Willow figured that Disney was just trying to pull a little more magic out of the air.
The girl’s hair was still exceptionally long and, according to her, relatively strong. Willow crossed her legs on the seat and ran deft fingers through her hair. She could use a shower and proper shampoo and conditioner. There were some things this magic kingdom desperately lacked.

Maddies shoulders slumped a little in disappointment as he got her response. No glowing hair, which also meant no dark glowing powers either. Whether or not that was a relief, he wasn't fully sure yet. Aside from the few tales Disney had told, he wasn't exactly sure of the other versions that existed. Of Course there was the original, but his memory of that tale was hazy at best, having only read it sparingly twice beforehand. "Oh. That's cool though." he tried not to sound disappointed at the news. He felt awkward now, just standing about as they waited for the others. He wasn't the best at meeting new people, and this situation didn't help.

Maddie tugged at the cuffs of his sleeves, wrinkling the fabric slightly as he tried to think of what to do or say next. He spied Merlin placing the lamp down. It seemed like a dangerous thing to do, sure they all wished to fight against Maleficent, but the temptation of wishes could catch anyone around. "So what's the plan? I don't really need all the details just…an idea really. Why the lamp? What more do we need? And-" He cut himself off, realizing he was just going to ramble on with question after question and not allow Merlin the chance to speak. He stood there, his eyes fixated somewhere between Merlin and the Lamp. Thinking.

She was glad to be alone for the most part, especially considering the fact that the hunter people or whoever they were seemed to have left her alone, with her having lost them at the river or creek of water that she had raced across. That was a good thing for the most part, since the arrow in her shoulder was really starting to hurt a whole bunch. Now she's trying to figure out the best move or what she could do now at this point, when she heard movement outside of the cave.

Rosalia didn't move initially, wondering what to think of in general, when she heard the voice of her bio father Flynn Rider outside of the cave, seemingly trying to find her or something. He did seem a bit worried for the most part with the way his voice sounded, but she was still a bit hesitant to poke her head out or respond to him. After a few moments, she decided to respond to him in general, and she yelled out in response from the cave not moving, "What do you want?"

"Cool, get to be on the group rigging up explosives, that sort of thing sounds like a whole lot of fun," Jack responded with a bit of a shrug. Blowing things up sounded like fun, but in his case hopefully it wouldn't end too badly and he wouldn't set everything on fire and blow them all up already on accident. Yeah, this was going to be an interesting mission of sorts to say the least for him.

He wasn't too sure about being separated from Megan, since they for the most part aside from one or two instances, namely when he got dragged off by his father to go have a "conversation" or something like that. Jack knew that he wasn't the best person in a fight, he was better at figuring things out or potentially following up clues or ideas and things like that, fighting wasn't exactly an easy thing for him to do. Sure he was getting better at throwing fireballs, but still, not super the best in general really.

Rose smiled. She gave Cass a small bump with her shoulder. "I think we might be able to do a picnic or something. Maybe next meal we will take it to a quiet spot. However, it might summon some monsters from the woods." Adventures in the fairy tale world seemed to be a daily occurrence.

Her childhood memories of the place seemed to have it as a big scary, dangerous place too. But she had always felt safe in her home woods. She felt safe near her parents. She looked at Robin. They were ready and could leave, but what about Rosalia and Flynn? They had to wait for them.

Colby let Maddie ramble off his questions. He was curious about what the plan was next too. They had the lamp. There were two other groups. One was off searching for...Colby paused in his thought process. What had the other group gone looking for?

And the other group was going to investigate the castle. That seemed like a good idea, but also should they have waited? Well maybe they hadn't realized how soon they would be back. It was fine. Colby looked to Merlin waiting for his answers.

Merlin turned his attention over towards Maddie asking about what the plan was and why they needed the lamp, he smiled slightly towards him. "We need a little bit more magic on our side, we make the wishes that we need in order to type the battle into our favor, the forces that we have right now aren't enough so the other group that is out right now are trying to recruit Atlantis to help us out. We can't really defeat them with just Robin Hood's men right now at the moment. With their forces we'll have enough to go against Maleficent and her's." Merlin answered, he hoped that the others were still working to getting the Atlantians onto their side, and they would be able to return things to normal hopefully.

Sierra continued to eat the rest of the food that was on the plate as she watched the sun continue to set until it had gone down completely now. The only light coming from was the fire, she looked up at the sky seeing the stars were a lot brighter than they were back at home where she grew up due to the light pollution. Sierra set her plate down as she watched some of the men were starting to get ready to move out now. She turned to Megan and Jack knowing that the two of them would be separated from one another and that she would be working with Megan as she asked her brother if he was scared.

"Are you all ready to move out?" Eric asked as Arthur looked at him and nodded as he stood up grabbing some of the gear that they had brought with them. "As ready as i'll ever be." Sierra said giving her father a slight smile as she started to stand up, Arthur started to kick out the fire with the sand as the rest of the men quickly started to breakdown the rest of their little campsite. "Lets get going then." Arthur said as the men started to head out into the woods once more towards where they had been earlier scouting out the area.

Hook's men were on the shore near a few camp fires that they all had set up around the area enjoying the evening and drinking by the looks of it, there were a few men out patrolling the docks as well to. "You guys ready?" Eric asked them all as Sierra gave a slight nod she was more than ready to get this going as she went to stand next to King Arthur, while Bell and Eric were moving as well to.

"Alright then lets get going." Robin said looking at his two daughters and Rose as well to, luckily Flynn had given him a map to where they needed to go and they would hopefully meet the two of them at the castle as well to. Layla looked over at Rose and Cassi and shook her head slightly at the two of them. "Well hopefully our father and his men aren't wanted anymore once we finish this and they could live in a city or something, and you two wouldnt have to have dates out in the woods." Layla said jokingly towards her sister and Rose, in the woods there werent any more of Maleficent's men in the area which was probably a good thing then as they made it towards the main road that would lead them to the castle. However Robin remained in the treeline and followed from there so that they wouldn't run into anymore of Maleficent's men.

Flynn closed his eyes for a moment as he could hear Rosalia's voice, though he couldn't see her from where he was at he didn't want to pressure her from coming out really. "Are you okay?" Flynn asked her, knowing that she had stormed off he didn't see her getting shot by an arrow or anything like that or being hunted by some men. "I just wanted to talk is all." Flynn told her hopefully she would at least talk.

Cassiopeia laughed at Rose and rested an arm over her shoulders as they walked. ”Good, that will give me the experience of being the damsel in distress, and you can be the brave knight that rescues me,” she joked and kissed the side of Rose’s head. Of course, Layla’s suggestion was a better alternative. ”That would be nice. I’d still want to live somewhere near the forest, though. This is home.” Cassi looked up at the trees and breathed in the fresh scent of the earth.
Her father’s voice pulled her from her thoughts, and Cassi looked back at him and nodded. They still had quite the journey ahead of them. ”Did Flynn go after Rosalia? Should we wait for them?”

Still picking out knots and forest debris from her hair, Willow absently listened to the conversation. Matthew was rambling again, and Willow smirked a little as she thought about learning the different reasons for rambling in her psych classes. The conversation shifted to the lamp, and Willow paused in her detangling.
The Genie in Aladdin was perhaps the most iconic character in the Disney franchise after Mickey Mouse. Willow briefly giggled, thinking about the giant mouse wandering through Merlin’s tower. She cleared her throat and rested her hands on her legs.
” Who will be the Genie’s master?”

Her brother didn't answer her question about whether or not he was frightened - either he was annoyed at her for asking or he really was just that petrified. She wasn't going to push him however. If he really was terrified of what was to come, that wasn't going to be any help. Instead, Megan watched quietly as the fires were extinguished and people got ready for action, as darkness had come upon them. Megan hadn't put on her armor yet, as it would magically pop on when she needed it, and for the moment would be rather loud.

Megan nodded, confirming that she was ready when asked. She had her hand resting on the hilt of excalibur. Her assigned group was with her father and Sierra, so she moved over there to stand by them. "Let's do this, then." She was prepared for this.

She was debating a little bit about whether or not to poke her head out of the cave or to walk out and respond. After all, the people who had chased her seemed to be gone for the moment though, and honestly being in a dirty cave probably isn't going to help a whole lot with her injury. Then again, she also very much didn't really like the idea of getting in trouble for the whole situation. Yeah, this was a bit of a difficult choice for her to make at this point with which was the lesser of two evils to her.

Eventually, she decided to exit the cave, figuring it was better to do that then anything at the moment. "I'm fine... Some weirdos kind of chased me through the woods and I hid out here..." she said, shrugging before remembering why that was a bad idea and wincing slightly from the pain that shot through her from the arrow that was currently still there. He hadn't really meant to ignore the last question that Megan had directed towards him, there just seemed to be a lot to deal with and he had just been sort of listening to what others had been saying, or the whole thing about getting ready to head off to accomplish this sometime and all. By the time he figured that he should probably address it, everyone was starting to see about heading off and splitting into the different groups at this point. Then again, he wasn't sure how he would have answered that question anyway.

Was he afraid? Maybe, it was definitely a bit more then he was used to being in a world of swords and magic for a fight then what happened in the real world honestly. So was he a little afraid of the entire situation? Probably, but he wasn't going to admit that really to Megan or let it show at the moment. Then again, maybe it might not be the best to have the guy who can throw fire to deal with explosives, but oh well. "Alright, let's get this over with," he ended up saying, before going over to be with the group he was going with for the most part.

Maddie wasn't sure how he felt about Merlin's answer. Surely they needed a bit more magic (and luck) on their side, but to have rescued the genie only to use it for its wishes? Something about that just felt wrong. It didn't help that in every story he'd ever heard, Genies were known to twist the words of wishes and grant MonkeyPaw-like situations. So how would this be any different? An Atlantean army seemed interesting enough, but how would Mer creatures help in a battle at land? Or was there another secret to this approach that Maddie wasn't seeing? His eyebrows knitted themselves together as he tried to think, only softening in their demeanor when Willow spoke up again.

His stomach twisted in knots, his hand moving over it in an attempt to placate it. If Maddie didn't like the idea of using genie wishes before, he certainly didn't like it after Willow's question. The idea that anyone would be someone's master. No. That wasn't right, but what was the right answer? He realized his silence had carried for too long now, a small sigh escaping him. "Can we trust this genie? What if they twist our wishes? And while I don't agree with Willow's terminology, who would be the one making such wishes?" He'd had other thoughts, ideas, but he kept those to himself for now until his other questions were answered.

"I'll always rescue you." Rose said. She was grinning, but her tone was serious. If Cassie needed help, she'd be there for her. "I must live near the woods too. I don't think I could live forever in the city. I always felt suffocated a bit when I was in town versus out in the woods."

She was starting to get worried about Rosalia. It wasn't the first time she had wandered off. But Flynn had gone after her, and Flynn was theoretically competent enough to get her back without issue. Who knew? Maybe Rosalia had found another lost knight of the round table. It was a story book world. And coincidence drove an uncomfortable amount of stories.

Maddie had a good point. Sure the genie from the movies was friendly, but where in the story were they? He obviously wasn't freed, and Aladdin had died. Rapunzel was closer to the classic story than the recent Disney movie. And the thing that threw a wrench into his opinion was Red. How did someone who had like two paragraphs of a story exist? Colby frowned. He could not overthink this place.

Pushing trying to figure out how this world worked aside, Colby looked at Merlin—waiting for his answer to Willow and Maddie's question. When one of his own popped up. "What wishes will we ask for anyway?" Should they workshop them and ensure they get everything they need?
