Note: This roleplay will take place in the universe of Part 7 and 8, The Base World, so the world is based heavily on Stand inheritance and the Spin.
Welcome to the remote city of Florence, Italy.
The year is 2001. While the rest of the country becomes corrupt from gangs and the mafia officials, you stray from the crowd and try to live a life of luxury and dedication. There is a disturbance in the wind... Every moment you blink, everyone disappears you feel isolated, cold, in the literal void. After opening your eyes, you catch your breath, and begin to panic. No... it must have just been your imagination.
It has been a long while since you have used your "power" that has been blessed on your person a while ago. A person who has a similar power approaches you, and discuss with them what you saw. He told you his name "Diavolo". He states that he has met with many others, similar to you. They too... have seen it. This was not normal, it was odd indeed, strange... bizarre if you must. As the world continued to revolve, people began to change... The happiest child would cry, the homeless man who could never find a job, disappeared...
The news station would blare up: Breaking News - Missing Persons. Many names you recognize would shine. Where did these people go? Why would a child's parents leave them? It would all remain unclear, until the name Diavolo popped up.
Why were people disappearing?
Why?
Character sheet information
Put in OOC first, after accepted, put in CS list!!
Some of these should be lengthy. I need good descriptions and depictions. Name:(Think of something clever!) Personality: Height and weight: Gender: Backstory: Appearance: (Either a picture or a spectacular description) Stand name: (Please use brackets ex. [Scatman]) Ability: (Should be longer.) Stand cry: (ORA ORA, DORA, MUDA, you get the point. Can be custom or unoriginal, as long as it makes sense.) Height: Obtained through: (Inherited, stand arrow, etc.) Appearance: (Same rules)
Important Stuff
There should be absolutely ZERO GOD POWER STANDS any with literally no weaknesses will be rejected. All characters must be original. Sorry Guido. When something happens, your character cannot 100% avoid everything. Any infrequency in RP must either be met with a one day notice. If you are busy, or plan to be, let me know!!! Warnings will be given before harsh punishment. All characters must be dynamic in someway. That will be all for now, I will add as felt necessary.
The spectacular rustic buildings tower above the tops of your head. You look at the spectacular view of the mountains in the horizon and gaze at the glorious sun that glows a magnificent orange. The sky is usually a wide array of colors, and it is very rare to go a single day with out it raining or their being a partial rainbow. This world is not like "ours", this world is a mere reflection similar to our world. Almost every square inch of the town if flooded with nearly 3 feet of water, requiring the passage of docks and bridges to traverse. That being said, a majority of Florence is wooden bridges and mysterious pathways. There is a statue of a man who is unrecognizable, but it is clear it was recently put there.

I'd say I'm interested, and have a couple of character ideas I could bounce around, though I wonder to some extent whether there's anything else we need to know about this particular setting. Is this the same layout of Florence as in our world, for instance? Are there any landmarks or personnages we ought to be aware of in-setting? Just general worldbuilding questions, I suppose.
I've got more world-building questions too but I will say I'm gonna write up a sheet regardless just cause I like writing character sheets. Like are canon characters going to be important? Since this isn't the same timeline as Part 5 yet takes place in the same year/area... what exactly is Diavolo's role?
@Yankee I meant to keep this as a secret until later, but considering there is confusion, he will act as a side antagonist, similar to Kira and Diego in parts 7 and 8. Cannon part 5 characters will not play a huge role except for maybe cameos. Diavolo and Bruno are going to make an appearance, to avoid spoiling my story 100% to you guys, I cannot reveal much more.
I will work on land structuring, so do not worry about that aspect. Much appreciation for your patience guys.
Gonna repost this here, though from what I got out of the interest check I'm accepted, yeah? Just wanna double-check the all clear before I put it in the character tab.
"I'm worth more than just my voice; Don't downplay me, bastard!"
-NAME- "Anette Turunen; Local pub singer, and person-breaker, if you're a pain in the ass!"
-PERSONALITY- "Which part of me do you want to hear about? The reserved singing girl, or the one that beats your ass after you try to grab mine? i tend to keep to myself during work; Seems to give the guys an impression that I'm shy, or gentle. It's absolute bullshit, but if I get my cash, I don't really care. If they touch me though, I won't hesitate to beat them within an inch of their life! I can't stand perverted bastards, you know? I don't ask for much, but respect is just a normal thing to want: It shouldn't be this hard.
Now I'm not just some punk; Well, to some people I might be, but I know me better than anyone else: I can be kind! I like teasing my friends, sure, but I'd never let them down! I try my best to be reliable, but admittedly sometimes I fuck up and do something stupid; Human nature, right? Everyone does something stupid every once in awhile, right?
While I don't hesitate to beat the hell out of scumbags, that doesn't mean I just give a beat down to anybody who passes me by: I'd much rather protect an innocent person than hurt one: Especially women and children, as I figure most men can take care of themselves. Though if they proved to need it, I'd help them too. Just give them a hard time about it afterwards, heheh.
I also love cute shit. Stuffed animals, actual animals, baby animals... Maybe I just like animals? Cute animals, though. While I have a generally tough exterior I still have some gentleness underneath: I tend to push it off in my own harassing way, but I can be caring and considerate with someone I like. 'Love' isn't really a thing I put into my head, unless my dad counts: But maybe I'll feel that towards someone else one day.
This is getting drawn out, I'm gonna wrap it up, 'kay? I'm a bit of a jerkass, but I've got a heart of gold-- Wait, wait. Maybe not gold. More like silver? Yeah. Silver heart of gold-- I mean, goddamn it! A heart of silver! Yeah.
Are you laughing at me?!
ゴ ゴ ゴ ゴ
You bastard, I'll kick your ass!"
-HEIGHT AND WEIGHT- "This is an easy way to get me to beat the hell outta you; You don't ask a girl these questions!
... I stand at five feet, six inches: And I weigh somewhere around one-hundred & forty pounds? Good enough?"
-AGE- "I'm twenty-three and insecure: Asking my age does not help."
-GENDER- "Are you serious? I'm a girl."
-BACKSTORY- "Florence has been my home for as long as I can remember: My father brought me here from somewhere, and I lived out my childhood here up until my current adulthood. Dad's a troublesome bastard; A bit of a gambler, gets himself in situations he shouldn't. I used to sing on street corners just trying to make a buck to eat on; But in retrospect, it wasn't that bad. I learned to take care of myself early on, and I never had to rely on anyone else growing up. I got scrappy when I had to, and I always did love singing: Maybe it was actually a pretty good early life.
I've managed to get a bit older, and job opportunities have struck: I make my money by taking performances in pubs, singing for patrons and getting harassed by them for it. There was one bad case in particular where a man followed me out after my late leave; Bastard tried to grab me up in the alleyway. That's when I truly learned of my power; A presence I could always feel, but only just now lashed out to save me from a harasser; Broke his leg, though he was deserving of it so I didn't much care.
After that I had control; But never really used the powers. I was a singer, I didn't exactly punch people on a constant basis: But it always did sort of concern me that I had such a thing... I couldn't bring myself to ask my father about it, but I had a feeling such a thing wasn't normal: He probably couldn't tell me jack shit if I tried, so I just rolled with it.
So, my life wasn't really bizarre until the spirit-thing. Psyche; It got weirder than that! Much weirder.
I've felt strange lately. I had this horrid moment where I blinked and I swore the whole world around me fell apart; Usually I didn't care about being a general loner, but this feeling... It was so cold, and empty. Like I was stuck in nothingness, unable to even breathe. When I opened my eyes I snapped out of it, but had to gasp for breath. I've been scared of trying to sleep since it happened; It's left me concerned, and sleep deprived.
That I could live with; But what I couldn't live with was my dad disappearing. His dumbass just wasn't home one day; And I had no idea where he went. I checked out all his usual spots, but he was just... Gone. Sure he was a deadbeat for the most part, but damn it, he was my dad! The police didn't know anything: Nobody had any answers! I ended up living alone, angry saddened and confused at what the hell had happened. Thoughts of that cold, empty void came back to me; Scaring me, honestly. Was that going to be my life eventually? Empty, and nothing?
I still had to work. It's all I could do; Keep myself going.
And if that all wasn't bizarre enough, this man showed up at the pub one day: Diavolo. He wasn't grabbing at me or throwing me money, rather he was there to just... Speak with me directly. I had almost forgotten about my power, in a sense; But he seemed to know what happened to me, and what I could do.
Now, I wasn't one to entirely trust strangers. But this guy seemed to know something: And if anything he knew could help me get my dad back? I was definitely open to listen.
-STAND NAME- 「 NIGHTWISH 」 ENGRISH VER. 「 NIGHT'O'VISH 」 ENG. DUB NAME 「 NIGHTLY DREAMER 」
-STAND ABILITIES- 「 NIGHTWISH 」has the main ability to interact with the shadows of objects and other people: Even if I can't reach a person normally, I can damage them by having my Stand attack their shadow instead; Causing damage to the individual in the area their shadow is struck. While this obviously allows me to take cheap shots at people depending on the extension of their shadow, it also allows me to interact and reach a lot of objects way easier; Aiding in the poor range of my Stand.
An obvious issue is when I move an object, the shadow moves too: Sometimes out of my range. Because of this, I tend to use my Stand's strength to throw objects with force so that I don't need to keep a grip on the shadow. Also, shadows are generalized: It can be shadows caused by the sun, to the light from a simple bonfire, to heavy-duty flashlights or lamps. Anything works, as long as there's a shadow.
If it's dark, then 「 NIGHTWISH 」is stuck to being a regular fast and powerful puncher; Considering the light thing I just mentioned, I bet I could totally take advantage and use that to still use my Stand's abilities though! If I can set it up right."
-STAND CRY- BYE BYE BYE BYE BYE--!!
BEAUTIFUL!
-HEIGHT- Five Feet, Nine Inches
-OBTAINED- INHERITED? "I've felt it's presence since I was young; It's been with me all my life. My deadbeat dad... Did he know about this even if I didn't tell him? Maybe I should've confronted him before he disappeared..."
-APPEARANCE- ( Minus The Red Energy Shit! And No Halo-Thing. ) 「 NIGHTWISH 」
Personality: Sia is the definition of 'fake it 'til you make it.' On the inside, Sia is demure girl. She enjoys her alone time a lot. Being around strangers makes her skin crawl and being the center of attention makes her want to puke... which is exactly why she does it. She goes out of her way to stand out, look perfect and well put together, so that one day she can believe it herself. She takes a lot of time to prepare what she says in public, not letting her true colors show if she can help it. She's so afraid of being no one that she will take almost any opportunity to be some one. As she is now, when pushed to the edge she'll simply give up - unless she's encouraged by people she trusts. She has the strength to become the person she wants to be, she just doesn't know it yet.
Backstory: Growing up on the West Coast of the USA made for a pleasant childhood for Sia. Her family was perfectly average: mother, father, daughter and a pair of grandparents that lived with them. They were neither wealthy nor poor, and had few if any hobbies. Sia's parents were so against confrontation that they wouldn't even punish their child for getting into trouble. They didn't want to stand out at all, and raised Sia to be the same way... but, over the years, Sia began to loathe the way she was. She didn't want to be just another brick in the wall. She wanted to make a lot of friends, indulge in all the Earth could offer her while she was living on it. Although she harbored such feelings, she didn't make them known. Because of their hands-off approach to parenting, Sia began to feel over looked, like she was invisible. Because of the way she was raised, she felt it even more during school where she was passed over for everything. Her only comfort was spending time with her grandparents, who also tried to sew a little magic into her life. They claimed the family had a little but of "psychic" in them. It didn't manifest every generation, but they swore there was some kind of supernatural gene in their blood. Sia never believed them until her grandfather passed and her「Stand」manifested in her early teens. At first, Sia thought it was the spirit of her grandfather watching over her, but by the time she moved out to live on her own she realized it was something else entirely. Now on her own, Sia dedicated her time to becoming someone else. In fact she changed her name - her birth name being Florence. Slowly, she started going out more, intentionally chatting with people, and dressing flashier. She had to take it slow because it felt so wrong doing it that it would make her physically ill. Still, she kept a few close friends and got by on modeling and product promotions. In her down time, she focused on mastering the abilities of power she had come to name「Hollywood Knight」. Eventually though, Sia's hard work in becoming someone had paid off in a way that was detrimental to her mental health. She was bombarded with messages, people, stalkers, entrepreneurs, and all manner of people. It was overwhelming, and she needed to escape. On a whim, she announced she was moving to Italy. Why Italy? It was so far from her home that she could start over again, this time with all the knowledge she'd gained in America. Not only that, the town's name was nostalgic for her, as she'd shared the same one earlier in her life. She's only been living in Florence for a few months, and the rash of disappearances is making her reconsider...
Ability: 「Hollywood Knight」has full control over it's own body and can transmute it at will. It can shrink, stretch and grow - though it is bound by the Law of Conservation of Mass and can't create more of itself than there already is. It can also change the properties of it's body, making it self as soft as butter or as hard as diamond. It's strength isn't anything to write home about, but increasing the hardness-level of it's limbs also serves to up it's attack and defense power. Lowering the hardness-level works the same way, good for absorbing physical attacks - but also makes it good for infiltration and espionage. It can worm it's way under doors or through pipes, or wrap itself around objects. It's good range is also further augmented by it's ability to stretch itself.
「Hollywood Knight」also has the ability to produce strange orbs from it's head. The orbs are squishy but can be broken - they are basically like a boba with it's own energy inside. When broken on an object,「Hollywood Knight」can also change the properties of said object - but only with one effect. For example, if it breaks on a rock and further hardens the rock, it cannot then make it softer without bursting another orb on it. As of now, the effects only last for one hour and 「Hollywood Knight」can only produce two orbs a day at most - and only after Sia gets plenty of rest. The name of this ability is「Brave Stranger」.
Battle Cry: "One! Two! Three...! Disappear!"
Obtained through: Inheritance. A 「Stand」doesn't always manifest in her family, usually skipping a few generations. This time, it's come to Sia.
Appearance: TO BE DECIDED
Just thought I'd post this as it's being worked on, maybe get an "A-OK" for the stand ability before moving forward with it.
I think I'll just post my WIP here as well; just need to redo some of the backstory and personality and I should be as right as rain. Hopefully you don't mind me taking some creative liberties with the Speedwagon Oil Company and the Devils Palms.
Redid and reposted. Might of bleh'd during the backstory, but it's good for now I suppose.
((Sorry that this is not fancy, I am not that good at making it beautiful)) Name: Jon Jovi Personality: Jon is quite the eccentric person. His father was a successful writer and his mother a nurse. He inherited the creativity from his father and the smarts from his mother, making him a little bit of a nerd. Jon can usually be seen wandering Florence with a book in his hand and a pen in another, or just simply studying from a textbook in the local park. He sees the world in rose tinted shades, making him quite the romantic. His heart is one always yearning for adventure. His dream profession is either a writer or a Psychologist Height and weight: Jon is quite slim, standing at 6'2" and 190 pounds Gender: Male Backstory: Jon Jovi was born to a middle class family, his father being a successful writer of adult fiction, and his mother being a nurse at a local hospital. Growing up, Jon was just an average person, never grabbing much attention to himself. Though he was very lonely. While others would take loneliness as a depressor, he took it as a tool. While no one took too much attention to him, Jon observed the interactions going around him, giving him inspiration to write. Jon also found the Human Psyche very interesting. He read and read all about psychology, even writing some psychological horrors on the side. By the age of 16, Jon was smart enough to pass a college level entrance exam. His fate, though, came to a turn when his father was murdered. The police never found out who did it or how he died. Jon took it up to himself to find the killer. Using his knowledge of the human brain and a little bit of his creativity, he was able to identify who the killer was (based on the general appearance that the police gave and some studying). He cornered the killer and had every intention of bringing him in. The only problem was, Jon was not much of a fighter. Luckily, his stand kicked in at just the right moment. Ciaran is a tall young man standing at 6' and 162 lbs, with a decently toned body, an average frame, and a mirthful smirk. He has a fair skinned complexion with no blemishes aside from the few freckles that dot his cheeks, with a few around his collar bone as well. Along with that, his nose is straight and sharp to a pint and he proudly displays a smooth angular chin. Furthermore, he has warm red eyes that seem almost on the glazed side most of the time, with an untamed mane of messy, messy hair.
Usually wearing whatever he finds to fancy at the moment, which is a code for what he considers stylish. What suffices for now is a simple black dress shirt with a thin white coat with extravagantly designed crosses that are not only around the cuffs, but act also as epaulets. Following that up is his own red scarf he knitted up that he wears like a feather boa. Finally, to finish it off, he also wears black silk gloves, dress pants and either shoes or high heels.
Personality
Ciaran is a character to say the least; while being a warm and outgoing person, he is neither outwardly modest or ostensibly urbane, living life in almost his own little world. Despite what expectations people set on him, he doesn't exactly care what people will legitimately think of him, to the point where he doesn't give a second thought about what he says. Often at times, this can make him come off as clueless, even with other actions displaying the contrary. Further more, he believe this allows him to get away with what he thinks is fun to him, such as flirting with anyone he comes across; he just loves seeing their reactions after all.
Beyond this eccentric masquerade, therein lies more issues with Ciaran and his life, primarily due to the fact that he neither knows what to make of it nor does he know how to create any sort of meaningful connections. To put it simply, his interactions are truly shallow and superficial, and at times, even if he sounds like he is taking it seriously, it is more or less disconnected in more ways than one. After all, there's always this creeping dread always following him around, that he'll never see this person again, so what is the point? To him, it's better to keep people at arms length, you can't feel hurt that way after all.
He still has his own peculiar mannerisms beyond the threshold of speaking his mind freely due to it not mattering in the end, he has a fondness for fashion, primarily womens clothing. That primarily comes to high heels and designer jackets that'll make him go gaga. Furthermore, he also displays quite the irrational hatred towards ice cream, to a very volatile degree. When offered ice cream, instead of politely declining, he'll probably just smack the cone or cup away before going to wash his hands with his gloves still on.
If not, Ciaran will probably go on some bizarre tirade about how ice cream is cold, sticky, and faintly tastes of liars, before seguing into more random bullshit that doesn't make any sense or pertains to ice cream whatsoever.
History
Stands always have been, and forever will be an intimate part of Ciaran's life, primarily due to his heritage and fate.
This extend far, far back to even before his birth, before even his own mother, Johanna Jollenbeck and her friends traversed across Europe and found themselves intertwined in a conspiracy that eventually lead to her to join with the rebranded Speedwagon Oil Company, known now as the Speedwagon Oil & Research Enterprises, through Ciaran's father and her future husband. It goes all the way back to after the Steel Ball Run, in which the Speedwagon Oil Company attempted to drill for oil under a Devils Palm. Suffice to say, a whole lot of their employees did not survive the ordeal and died in the process.
But the ones who survived would eventually pave the way to why Ciaran is in Florence today, as the young man has an Irish-German background. In any case, those who came back were blessed in a way with bizarre powers, as of which were previously unknown to the company. Curiosity drove them to not only research this phenomenon, but develop way to implement these powers into their work, and much more. This would be the foundation for their new sect and as years went on, would eventually lead to Speedwagon rebranding the company.
Coming back to the present though, Ciaran was born in the UK in the midst of an operation. The Enterprise was looking to not only test how Stands could function in society and influence the market, but they were attempting to draw and recruit stand users to their company. What they didn't expect was to be caught up in a strange case, in which a killer was emulating the infamous Jack the Ripper and his murders, though instead of targeting prostitutes, this ripper targeted married women.
While it was discovered that this person was a stand user, Ciaran's father was able to actually get a transfer out with his family and was assigned to work on a case in Turkey. During the Neo-Ripper case, the Enterprise finally developed a subsection of the research over stands, in which they would go about not only neutralizing threatening stands, but recording the combat capabilities of stands and sending reports in to scientist to analyze, with a few working in the field.
Ciaran's father and mother would be transferred to this new subsection and would work there due to their competencies and experience. This would be the basis for the child's life going forward and growing up, a never-ending spiral of living in a place for a few years before moving somewhere else with his family.
So suffice to say, Ciaran moved around a lot during his childhood.
And, well, the young boy didn't make too many friends during this time, or at all for that matter. Sure, he tried, but he never stuck around in one area for too long. Ciaran would make a few connections before they up and moved to a new area. He was more the able to see many parts of the world, more than the average person would ever see, learned about the stands at a young age, but it was a lonely road, if anything else. No friends, no connections, no nothing; at times, even his parents seemed alien to him when copious amounts of researchers would try to research the child since they had developed the technology to determine the potential to develop a stand.
It felt sterile, cold, and even the ice cream his father seemed to try and welcome him with after they had finished slowly began to disgust him, and he used to love the stuff. Despite having the potential, they never saw him manifest a stand, but none of them knew it was right beside him the whole time, hidden away as a shadow.
When he was about fourteen, Ciaran moved to New York due to an assignment his parents and other members of the organization had, and transferred to a new school. During this time, he made many new acquaintances, learned new things about this place, and continued drifting through with his life. However, slowly, he began to shed that exterior of his and began to open up to strange and different people he never would of considered companionship with, eventually being roped with them into his parents operation. They were warned to stay out of it and leave it to his parents, lest they might suffer some consequences.
Sadly, they didn't listen, and while ultimately succeeding in the task the Enterprise set out the do, came at the cost of some of their companions. This final fight broke him, left him feeling terrible, powerless, and debilitated, causing him to breakdown for about week, before seemingly coming to terms with it. However, there was something uncanny about him when continuing to interact with Ciaran, whether it be him treating this all as if nothing had happened or his off-putting, nihilistic humor.
It was jarring to say the least and only hit them when he cut off contact with all of them after taking a work-study program within the Speedwagon Oil & Research Enterprises group as a person working in the same subsection as his parents. While he has gone on to investigate minor infractions and disturbances, he never really did receive too big of a case and would continue his studies, not truly knowing what path was available for him, feeling like this was the only path he had to take, that it was a destiny he couldn't change.
Eventually, he was tasked with going to Italy after handling a job in Egypt, primarily in Florence, people disappearing. To him, this was no big deal, even though he had handled one missing persons case with the involvement of a stand, he had become numb to this sensation. Going through the motions, he packed his stuff, had the organization arrange for a temporary apartment there, and traveled to Florence.
Two weeks had passed since he has been there and there has been no headway. Usually these would be over in a month or two, with clues being identified around the fourth to seventh day before pursuing them fervently, yet he could find nothing.
At least, until being approached by a man named Diavolo.

Appearance
「Nowhere Man」ACT1 is a peculiar stand of sorts; while it does take the shape of a humanoid, it lacks any sort of discerning characteristics at the moment. In fact, it could possibly be mistaken for Ciaran's own shadow by most other stand users. Its only traits are really the fact that it has a similar body shape and height to its user, as well as the fact that it looks like it lacks a neck and a chin. When it moves, it can come off as blob-like, almost being amorphous. Strangely enough, due to its state, it is completely invulnerable to attacks as most just phase right through it. This, however, has the side-effect of preventing Ciaran from defending himself.
Personality
Due to it being a shadow, it has no personality traits one can objectively detect right off the bat. It does tilt its head at times, almost quizzically, comically, or so on. Currently lacks a stand cry and a mouth for that matter.
Ability
Strangely enough, to activate this ability, Ciaran must pull out one of his hair follicles and phase it through his stand. While the follicle will swiftly grow back after a while, the piece of hair becomes encased or possibly transforms into a small, hardened orange, red, or white rod. The rod has a lifespan of thirty minutes and will dissolve upon usage; the limit on how many rods he can have at one time is dependent on how much hair he has on his head.
The stand cannot use the follicle themselves, leaving it up to Ciaran to use it by impaling someone, typically a human. The process is relatively painless and does no damage whatsoever, however, once the person has been impaled, it will be impossible to remove or destroy the rod. However, he doesn't need the rod to activate his stands ability, but a part of Ciaran must be touching the opponent to do so.
「Nowhere Man」ACT1's main ability is to drag people into Nowhere Land. Upon activation, the persons own shadow(actually「Nowhere Man ACT1」) latches onto the victim, dragging them downwards until they vanish from the world. The longest this process lasts is 10 seconds depending on how much they struggle, as it is beyond impossible to escape their clutches. While Ciaran can just touch the opponent, this isn't very effective when there's more than one, plus the stand the user has can still attack Ciaran during this time if he's too close, making the rods a much safer way to use this ability.
Upon being dragged off to Nowhere Land, the victim is stuck there for the next five minutes; Nowhere Land is a shadowy facsimile of the real world, so the location they were previously at will be reflected in where they are transported. At the end of the five minutes, the person is instantly transported back to the real world. However, depending on where they were in Nowhere Land will put them in the location of the real world equivalent.
「Nowhere Man」ACT1 can then give its user control over Nowhere Land by phasing into the users body, making it look like Ciaran is coated in a thin layer of shadows. Whenever this happens, Ciaran can peer into Nowhere Land and automatically locks on to the person stuck in Nowhere Land. While the world of Nowhere Land is at his command, there are some rules both the user and the person stuck there has to follow.
For one, time in Nowhere Land is constantly relevant, no matter what Ciaran or the person trapped there does. Further more, Ciaran can spawn anything he wants in this world, but has to abide by rules in real life. While he can't just spawn a dragon that moves at supersonic speeds that can burn the person to a crisp in an instant, he can spawn cars in that can run down the opponent, create police to fire at them, people to block their path, etc. While the person stuck in Nowhere Land can use the world to its advantage as well, Ciaran can make certain things he brought into the world vanish if he wishes it. However, this usually takes about fifteen seconds, giving some ample time for the person stuck there to use it.
