Marin frowns, thinking. "Then let's go. She's this way."

Jason blinked. He frowned. He had a bad feeling about this. But, he followed her. He kept his guard up though, not lowering it for even a second. He still did not entirely trust her, if at all.

Marin leads him to Damocles' stronghold, then she stops him in front of it. "We proceed with caution. Try to stay silent."

Jason sighed. He barely nodded.

Emily remained the same as she had been when the spell had been cast. However, a maid was placing a veil on her head, preparing for when the spell was broken and such.

He casts his mind out to Marin. "What are you doing with him? Why have you brought him here?"

"I need him to trust me to learn more. We can dispose of him, or break his little human heart by making him witness the marriage of his beloved to another with his special shiny rock. Your choice." Marin mentally responds as she slowly leads Jason in.

"I like the last option better. Maybe he'll attempt a 'heroic rescue'."

Jason raised an eyebrow. He wondered what she was up to. His guard was up and he was getting suspicious.

Emily was soon in a wedding dress, having fake silk roses sewn on it while still under the spell. The servants were suspecting that the spell would not be broken until after the ceremony.

He spins his staff, muttering a spell under his breath.

Marin unsheathes her sword, and she looks around cautiously, leading Jason to Emily's room. 'Your wish is my command.'

Jason followed her. He looked around. He soon saw Emily and gasped.
"Emily?!"

He tried to run to her. She was still under the spell, which he did not know.

The air in front of him shatters like glass, leaving a dark, endless hole.

Marin smirks and holds up the ring. “It’s so beautiful. Won’t you be so happy to see it on Emily’s hand? But not because of you, you lowly human. Why don’t you stay and enjoy the wedding?” She leaves with a laugh.

Jason gasped and practically screamed. He soon found himself in a dark room, with that hole above him as the only way out. He tried to climb back up, only to keep falling back down. Suddenly, bars kept him from climbing any higher and he was trapped. He was a prisoner, forced to watch whatever happened outside that room.

Emily was being lead out of the room. The servants all looked sad.

Marin glances towards Damocles, her wicked grin concealing her inner battle.

His irises have become ruby flames.

Marin frowns in concern. “Is something wrong, my lord?”

Jason was shaking the bars.
"Emily!!!"
He was desperate to escape, to get to Emily. He was in a full rage.

Emily was being led along, eyes blank, an empty shell until the spell was broken.

He mutters under his breath, and paces the room, not hearing Marin's question.

Jason kept shaking the bars.
"let me out!!"
His voice was very loud. He tried to reach past the bars.

Emily was still being led along, to wherever she was supposed to be led to.
