Marin smiles. "I'm glad." She continues to bus tables, then when she's finished, she returns to the magician, intrigued. "Excuse me, sir. If you don't mind me asking, what do you do?" She looks at his clothing in emphasis.
Eric blinked. He cleared his throat. "oh, um, well..." He did the flower trick for her to show what he did for a living. "it's not real magic but it entertains people." He sighed. "I wish I could do real magic."
Marin smiles softly. "It's a beautiful thing, isn't it? I'll be right back." She leaves and goes to tend to other customers and talks to her boss, then after a bit, she returns in her casual clothes. "Come with me," she smiles.
Marin leads him to an abandoned backstreet. "I'm not going to hurt you. I just thought you might like to see magic again." She shifts into a carbon copy of Eric, then into a cat, then into her natural form.
