Marin blushes faintly and smiles softly. "Thank you, but I want to help you. If you'd allow me, I'd like to work with you. Maybe together we can get this human world to believe in magic." Her smile brightens, then her blush deepens. "And uh.. you didn't do anything, I did. I forgot I'd need somewhere to sleep."

"I hope so, but they may be a side effect of one of the deals I made...."

Eric nodded. He blinked when he heard that last part and cleared his throat quickly.
"um...I have a spare room...if you are interested."

Angel sighed. She hugged him tighter.

Marin blushes and smiles brightly. "Really? Oh, thank you!" She pauses and frowns. "But I don't even know your name, and where to meet you so we can talk about your show."

He sighs, cuddling her for some measure of comfort.

Eric blushed and cleared his throat.
"Eric.... Eric Williams. I live in that small house over on the street where the comedy club is, number 1256. As far as my job, I do parties and club events mainly."

"We can leave the restaurant soon if you'd like."

Angel shrugged.
"anywhere."
She faintly smiled.

Marin smiles and bows slightly. "I'm Marin Pasalenys. Are we going to your house now?"

Eric nodded and blushed a bit.
"..nice to meet you."
He shrugged a bit.
"sure."
He led her to where he lived and they got there within half an hour.

angel was being nice.

He smiles. "Want to go for a walk in the nearby park?"

Marin smiles. "It's nice to meet you as well." She looks around to get her bearings, and she chuckles to herself. "I apologize ahead of time if I get lost. This is so different from what I'm used to..." she blushes faintly and rubs her neck in embarrassment.

Eric could not help but chuckle a bit as well.
"It's fine."
They were soon on his front porch and he opened the door and let her inside the house.

He stands up, pays, and gently leads her outside.

Marin looks around the house and she sighs softly. "May I ask you something?"

He walks down the street with her, down to the park, and gently holds her hand.
