Kaizen Academy, rated as the #3 Hero Development School in Japan with progressive franchises within the nation and overseas, it's an energetic school. Situated in central of the metropolitan Kansai region, Osaka, this school is loved because of its balanced work, study, and home benefits, also lauded as the school which mastered the three hero doctrine. While it may seem that both teachers and students exchange verbal skirmishes, it's just their dialect accent as they speak in Osaka-ben and they're all lively.
Each individual has mastered sets of skills that developed unique personalities, true to their school motto, Banzai!, a mentality of assurance of victory within the midst of chaos. While the motto means ten thousand years of long life, the ten thousand is analogously referred to as ten thousand payback, ten thousand strikes, etc. The school embraces tradition and contemporary concepts all at once, innovating ideas than just stick with one. This also reflects in their school attire, ever ready yet energetic attitudes. The school attire for girls: checkered navy skirts, brown combat boots, conventional white short/long white sleeves(depending on the weather and both genders), dark blazers (both genders), necktie and navy pants for boys.
The school is so bustling as their hero license exams are obtained as early as the third year of Middle School, which at first doesn't seem mandatory but with the need for more Heroes, it has become a thing. Kaizen has the reputation of producing young Heroes in the Hero Industry and it's the only school in Japan that doesn't accept recommendations. They value individualism as opposed to elite family reputations and connections.
The Kaizen Academy Entrance Exam is a series of trials within the Osaka Wildlife Forest, it's a test of teamwork, courage and combat skills. All participants are deprived of their gadgets and any form of outside contact, those who came from the Middle School are directed to different testing areas, this means that everyone must mingle with each other regardless of being strangers. The final exam in the entrance exam is a test of cooking ability, as Osaka is known as that "Nation's Kitchen", failure to impress the judges doesn't mean failure, the school helps its Heroes develop their cooking abilities all throughout their graduation.
Dorms are mandatory and are immediately offered to students, these aren't the conventional dorms. They aren't dorms per se, rather they are cabins that are situated in Kaizen's very own wildlife replica. Students are also taught the value of cooking, farming, and cleanliness, there are no school janitors; the students and teachers clean them on Fridays.
In a nutshell, Kaizen Academy can be summed up in one word: Unique.

The Roleplay
A reimagined continuum within the Endeavor Era of My Hero Academia universe.
Players will begin as Second Year students who are provisionally licensed Heroes in Osaka, Japan, tackling internships and sharing the burden of Pro Heroes.

Civility: We live in an opinionated generation, where the freedom of speech is criminally abused. Please leave fanatical, political, Fictional, Non-Fictional, Social Media, LGBTQ, Religious and personal banters out of my Roleplay. This is my zero-rule, your opinion won't matter as long as there is strong evidence that debunks arguments. Don't be a jerk and test my patience, this applied to every RP I create, and lastly; Do Not Ever Remake My RPs.
Characterization: Kaizen Academy is a school of excellence, 15-17-years of age is the advised age. 15-year old students are accelerated students with exceptional skills. The cast will be divided into A and B so I'd be requiring one accelerated student in each class. There are 6 classes under the Hero Course, A is the highest while B is the runner-up, A and B are the protagonists of the Roleplay.
Communication: Don't be a loner in Discord and the roleplay, tell us if there are important matters to attend in advance.
Pacing: I am Inkarnate's disciple and it's a given that I share the same strategic sluggish pace.
Presentation: Not all of us have English as First Language and I am an ESL. Instead of insulting one's credibility in the English language, let's help each other to improve. This is why I love Endeavor, he pushes everyone to do better despite the odds, All Might sucks as a Teacher.
I'd expect quality over quantity in posts.
