You are all one of many races that share the dungeon you call home, either working for or against each other in a struggle to control the dungeon or live in relative peace and stay away from conflict. You lead your kin or you follow but you all have a common enemy: Adventurers. It is agreed amongst even the worst of enemies that you hate the intruders that seek to eradicate your ways of living, you all know the dangers they bring but it won't stop you from trying to slaughter them.

Goblins
Description: Goblins are small, cruel, selfish humanoids that live in caves, abandoned mines, despoiled dungeons and other dreary settings. Individually a goblin is weak, they gather in large (sometimes overwhelming) numbers. They crave power and regularly abuse whatever authority they obtain.
Hobgoblins
Description: Hobgoblins live as long as humans and they are taller than their smaller cousins, they often lord over the other two goblinoid races. They are a militaristic race ever thirsting to conquer territories with abundant resources, they are strategists and warlords.

Undead
Description: The undead are created by dark magic, with some exceptions. Some are mindless husks that heed the command of their creator while others are capable of retaining a conscience in their undeath. There are many kinds of undead each with their own unique characteristics.
Ghouls
Description: Ghouls roam in packs, driven by an insatiable hunger for humanoid flesh. They thrive in places of decay like carrion eating insects or other vermin, in the ecology of a dungeon they are essentially waste removers as they tend to devour carrion leaving only bones from which they suck the marrow from.
Skeletons
Description: Skeletons arise when animated by dark magic and most pay heed to the spellcasters who call them from their eternal slumber, or rise on their own accord in places saturated with death and loss, awakened by stirrings of necromantic energy or the presence of corrupting evil.
