Bane walked over and sniffed him then took a step back. “VT...your becoming human...you have a scent. You haven’t had one until right now. What the heck happened...” then he looked at Toraksui and said “he did this...he made it happen...” he knelt down and covered them both with his jacket. “Wow...”

The male blinked his eyes slightly as thankful his scanner came off and wasn't erased with the rest of his mechanics. He blinked his eyes slightly "but why he hates us" he said.

The kitsune was deep asleep his neck bleeding from the shock collar once again. Using any powers would result him shocks and wounds. The kitsune knew it but he didn't care.

Bane smirked and said “I don’t think he does anymore...I think Serena is helping him see who to be really mad at...” he looked at the collar and said “we have to get this collar off...can we do a wrist band instead? Or something...”

Serena curled closer to him and sighed in her sleep. Bane looked at VT and said “his growing...let’s not jinx it” he sat down and rubbed his neck. “Is Serena and Toraksui looking better?”

About an hour later a jet could be herd as the human looked up and frowned as he moved as it landed fifty feet from them "Toraksui wake up Sarena waky waky" he shook their shoulder. The kitsune groaned slightly at the idea of waking up and groaned and opened his glowing neon eyes, due for it being night and dark his fox eyes activated. Frowning seeing the jet and groaned and got up slowly.

"Do we really need to go back there?" he grumbled.

Bane sighed and said “sadly yes unless you want to make a break for it...I won’t stop you...” he walked over and picked Serena up. “Let the poor girl sleep...I’ll carry her. She’s still in bad shape...” he looked over at the jet then said “stay with me, Toraksui. I won’t let them take you back unless you want too...”

The kitsune frowned looking at the jet but knew if he ran the captain would hunt him down forever. He sighed and walked into the jet wincing at the bright lights "You wouldn't ever think it was midnight" mutters the kitsune.

VT raised an eyebrow and walked onto the plane and winced at the harsh lights all on and blinked " Maybe we can get your holding shrine moved somewhere else or get the collar removed and something else small on you" said rubbing is head "Oh right we ran into ...a strange fellow" he tspped his chin trying to remember who it even was.

Bane laid Serena on the bench and said “Ayuk. He called himself the good of Ayuk. He said he was looking for you apparently...” he frowned and looked over at the fox. “Did she say anything before she passed out? We should run scans on both of you guys...”

Bane looked at VT and said “I will see to moving a shrine if you like...and maybe a wristband. Would be less taxing.”

The kitsune snapped his head toward bane his eyes narrowed harshly "God damn not that fuckboy again" groaned slightly and rubbed his face and shook his head "No she was just tired and wanted some sleep was all" he said as CT looked at him "We had a sneaking feeling you two where to pals, he seemed to have a lot of things in an old Japanese shop we stumbled upon. Seems like he was a collector or something....Looks like shrines but it's not confirmed on my scanner though" said as the fox fist clenched slightly "that son of a bitch" he whispered

Bane looked at him and said “what’s the history between you two? The guy smelled like bad news...” he glanced at Serena and frowned, knowing she wasn’t just tired. He pulled his jacket off and put it over her, then looked at the fox again. “What she did put her at risk didn’t it? That whole healing thing with her already being drained and injuried”

"I'm sure vos can get a team to look at her I dont have anymore power left in me to do anything"toraksui spoke and sighed "Lets just say....we have a very long and very hostile history" He muttered and rubbed his head.

VT nodded his head slowly "well don't worry he doesn'g know where you are at all" said as the kitsune shook his head "He doesn't have to"

Bane nodded and said “sorry...I’m just worked up. I hate getting missions like this that go off the rails...” he started pacing again, the signal he was stressed.

Serena suddenly stirred and opened her eyes a little. “Torak...why is it so bright...” she tried to sit up, her arms shaking.

Toraksui looked at Sarena "we are in a jet heading back to HQ"He explained "oh and also pretty sure VT is human now" kicked by leg sharply causing VT to yell sharply.

"OW TORAKSUI!!"he yelled hopping slightly holding his leg

Bane chuckled and “yes he is...is that your doing or did robotics change so fast in an hour?” Serena looked at him and rubbed her head. “I’m worn out...why is VT human now?” She still looked tired.

"he wanted to try human life so I granted him this for the next 48hours sorry I can't make it permanent. But it's the best I can do for now" said the fox lazily as he cracked his back.

Vt just nodded his head slightly"erm thanks" rubbed the back of his neck "Sarens yoy look very tired"

Serena nodded and said “ya...I haven’t healed like that in a long time...” she rubbed her eyes and looked at the fox then down at her hands. Bane was still pacing and Serena muttered “Bane you need to sleep...” she looked like she needed more but she is stubborn.

Bane kept pacing, lost in thought as they headed back to the base. Serena sighed and rubbed her temples. “Do we have to report when we get there...”

It was around two in the morning by the time they returned to base. The fox wary of coming out seeing already his two personal guard ready to drag him back into his holding shrine ,"well if it isn't happy one and brooding number two" he snickered as he grunted as he was smacked with a staff "Owch you asses" grunted running his head

Vt frowned "stop no need to strike him he has done no wrong" he made the guards back off. Before bring told vos would speak with them tommorow morning.

"Kitsune your going back to your holding shrine till tommrow" mutters on of the guards

Bane and Serena suddenly appeared in front of the fox and bane folded his arms, his eyes glowing gold. “His not going. His staying with me. My room here will be just fine...” Serena nodded, her eyes silver and the shadows gathering around the four of them. “And I’m stay here as well to make sure he isn’t forced anywhere...”

Bane grinned darkly and said “do you want to force this or would you rather keep your limps...” the pair were dead tired but it didn’t show, both of them looking terrifying.

Vos groaned "I sometimes think your all worth so much trouble" said the female coming from behind the guards. The guards were not scared, they dealt with much scarier things in their lives.

"And why would I trust three people who I can sense want him free to be looking after him?" She inquired as she could see the foxes neck wounds and eyes narrowed.

VT was a little uneasy since he was human but ready to fight as well but stopped seeing captain coming over.

The fox growled slightly at the captain his eyes narrowed into slits

Bane loooed at her and muttered “does my past record not speak of my honor to you, Vos? I wouldn’t betray your faith in me...” Serena nodded and said “you said it was time to right some wrongs...this is a good place to start. The gateway burst today because the past sins done to the realm of spirits...it can’t keep going like this...something must change”

Serena didn’t move from Toraksui, ready for a fight. Bane was still loose, knowing the captain would understand where he was coming from. “You want a stronger team Vos...faith in us would help that become reality”
