@TGM I'm not even mad. Frankly, I'm disappointed. I like this character, and I like this group. I even like Dark as a DM. I just don't like the idea of the rules of the game sporadically changing ever time I want to do something the DM doesn't want me to. If you say you would want to play under a DM who did that to you, then I'd call you a liar.

It's hard for me to believe you, when you don't inform us ahead of time that you suddenly decided to give this creature an entirely different stat block. We were never told that could happen, and if we had been, I'd have used a different spell while he was still prone.

@Necroes If it would satisfy you I'll roll wity the normal stat block. I just thought it would be fun to change the goblin and I didn't consider that it would affect anything as I never accounted that you'd use toll the dead which I forgot that you would use.

@Necroes Hey nobody is demonizing you or anything, if anything you brought up a good point that changing the stats after combat without warning was an error on my part. Like I said, even with the +4 if it had failed I would have simply shrugged and moved on with things. I did get pretty vehement about you querying my roll and saying it was unfair but otherwise I don't think your an asshole. I hate making people feel negative but I'd appreciate in the future if you could trust me as a person and a dungeon master.

I mean this is another reason why I generally prefer to play D&D as opposed to being a DM, as this kind of thing stresses me out.

This whole situation has put me in a really negative position as well as it makes me look like I cave to pressure as this caused me great stress and I cave under stress as I have an anxiety disorder. Now if I go back on my roll I look bad either way if I choose the successful roll. I just don't win in this situation, actually nobody wins.

I'd like to apologize to everyone. This was not as big a deal as I made it. I'd especially like to apologize to Dark, for making you feel bad in any way. I'm sorry. I was in the wrong. I won't make excuses, I'll just admit that I was the one at fault here, and hope everyone is willing to forgive me and continue playing the game.

@Dark Cloud Do whatever you want. I won't hold it against you or judge you for it. Resolve this however you feel will be more fun for the group. I've not even posted yet, so if you prefer, we can even just move past this entirely and say I never even cast the spell.

I do not hold this against you and I never do, it was all just a huge misunderstanding and your not the only one at fault here. But we will say you did cast it and the goblin saved. In thd future I'll let people know when I change something.
