It's been two years since the Avengers saved the world. The snap undone, Thanos defeated, and the team unofficially disbanded. With the world's mightiest scattered in the wind, New York City is left with smaller, friendlier neighborhood heroes to keep her safe.
These street level vigilantes don't answer to any government organization or the police. Some are openly accepted, others, not so much. But regardless of their public image, our small-time heroes have one general goal: rid the city streets of rampant crime.
Their usual suspects consist of drug lords, crime organizations, human traffickers, and arms dealers. These "street level" threats are a far cry from the typical, end of the world affairs that the Avengers fought. But what would happen if our neighborhood heroes bit off a little more than they can chew? What if they discovered an Avengers Level Threat lurking beneath the typical crime and corruption? Would they be able to step up and save the world?

So for this RP, we'll be using a combination of MCU and comic lore, hence the Marvelverse. Feel free to make heroes related to canon characters or OCs, but actual canon characters will not be playable.
Our heroes won't have big flashy Avengers level powers. Think Daredevil, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and maybe Spider-Man at the most.
Characters must be something that is conceivable within the Marvel universe I.E., no werewolves, vampires, dragonborns, ect. I know some of these things might be found within Marvel comics, but they are exceptionally rare and don't fit the superhero theme very well.
