If Brutrumukk were to drain it dry, it would become a normal barrel. According to the PHB, that would be 70 pounds. ^_^

EDIT: Also, if he does drain it dry, I will need a Constitution Saving Throw from him, and a 1d100 roll.

On an 18 save, Brutrumukk doesn't pass out, but he is definitely drunk. How drunk is he? He's drunk on the level of the Pink Elephants scene from Disney's Dumbo (original animated movie). The alcohol levels of the Hooch are very high.

As for the d100 roll result: Brutrumukk regains 14 HP if he had lost any to begin with. ^^"
