It started out like that. But then the villagers started bribing him to help them with stuff. If I recall correctly, being helped makes people happy.

I was considering those. Pixie Kingdom seems the most likely place for us to find people to help, at least as far as our in-game characters would be aware. Mystery Mine is a roller coaster, so I don't know if our characters would assume there was anyone to help there.
