There seems to be a lot of reverence for the moons in this setting. What about the sun though? Is the sun held with some amount of regard or is it just the moons that get all the attention?

While I came up with a lot of the aspects of the setting myself, the five moons and their prevalence in dragon culture comes specifically from the Epyllion core book. There, the sun isn't given as much significance, though it is also considered concerning when the moons are blocked from the sun's light (a total lunar eclipse where all moons are blocked from the sun CAN happen, and it is considered a very bad thing). That being said, there isn't anything mentioned about solar eclipses. Also there is a paragraph in one of the other books about an elder "meditating on the sun and the moons".

So my two cents about this whole thing, is the sun does still have importance but it's far less than that of the moons.

With a 7, Skobeloff will figure out how to get Garrock to give away that secret or vital piece of information now that he has proven his adventure soloing capabilities to the big guy.

Skobeloff figures out that he'd have to talk to Garrock alone at some point. The guy's hardly about to give away any vital information in front of all these people.

@Vertigo I will never not love Fellwing's sheer lack of respect for Garrock. She is absolutely done with his grumpy old-timer nonsense, and I am here for it.

Just a note: in-universe, the term 'drake' is used for young dragons. Adult dragons are just, well, dragons xP

I'll go ahead and say 'yes' for now, since Digi said Shieldwing would approve if Skobeloff told the full story.

On top of that, this is a reminder to everyone that if you see one of the other PCs displaying your character's virtue, feel free to mention that you're giving them a friendship gem.

Oh my god, Garrock is a Karen, I love him.

Did a Stand up to a Superior, got an 8, a partial success, so will also mark a Shadow (anger). Need to decide which success to pick and write the actual post a little later though!

Ohh, right, good reminder. Need to ask Digi if Fellwing acting despite being fearful counts as bravery, and I also feel like Skobe should get Fellwing's friendship gem rn, he's definitely done creative stuff.

Writing that post now, oops. Also still trying to decide whether to incur an obligation instead, cause I'm curious how that goes, and also because it's fitting too, hmm. We'll see what happens once I get to the end of the post.

Edit: Ok the anger made more sense in the end (sorry Skobe)! I felt weird picking the success though, since the choice also involves picking how the NPC reacts, ha, so I figured I'd leave it to you if possible! The useful item would be my preference but I doubt Fellwing delighted him so...

Just a note, though: the dragons you're trying to rescue are Garrock's housemates, not his clutchmates. He doesn't have a clutch anymore. xP

Was gonna reveal Garrock's, err, condition later down the line if you guys didn't figure it out, but considering I couldn't really think of what else to give Fellwing for her success, we'll say her arguing intrigued him enough that it allowed her to get a better look at his wing.
