Update! I have an opening post prepared for the IC, and I'll be posting it Thursday.

You stragglers, you'll have until Monday to submit your characters and get involved in the very beginning. After that, I'll close applications until we're ready to introduce some new characters.

It seems like nobody is keen on being bad guys/Predacons just yet, so I'm going to have to work up a rogues' gallery of antagonists in addition to some npc's I already had in mind.

I'm excited to see how y'all handle this, and hope we all have fun!

As for NPC antagonists, I've found some great images to build characters around, and I've messaged the creator to see about using those images as long as I credit them properly (your artist has a nice portfolio, @Duthguy!

@Stern Algorithm important note: you haven't approached any planet yet, the first leg of the mission was the last known coordinates of the lost vessels. The attempted mutiny is the only thing going on, atm- although, if you want to be furiously working at your console, I can edit so that one of the ne'er do wells is trying to hack the doors open from a panel on the other side?

Ok, I assumed the last known coordinates would be near the orbit of the eventual planet, because if a ship is disabled and not in the vicinity of a gravity well, it will drift for a very long time. Does this mean we're approaching a wormhole?
