I've been AWOL for a long time and given that I'm starting a new job at the start of next week I can't promise I won't be for much longer. Between that and running a game I'm pretty spent. Sheet looks alright. I don't know how everyone still feels about the German uprising after WWI, since that was sort of thrown in to explain Feo's Germany. But assuming it's still canon, then yeah, I don't see a problem.

Yeah, It's good to know feedback about my writing (you could say that I only got into writing and roleplaying at first to improve my grammar and spelling, but I fell in love with it). I hope that I can spend my time here to improve my grammar.
