Not only was the arcanine's attack countered by Anthony, but, shortly afterwards, he was contained by Kamina, meaning that his defeat was inevitable. I smirked at this, and used void whip on the arcanine, who tried and failed to use another attack against me... he actually failed at attacking so badly that I had no idea what attack he was using, other than the fact that it had something to do with fire, as his mouth was filled with it shortly after my attack. "Hey, thanks, Anthony, and Kamina," I say to the two of them before getting some sort of call on my badge. It was very windy wherever she was, but I did figure out that it was, in fact, Celes. "Guys... ... your ... this, Josh is ... ... at the ..., we are ... a big tree, protecting ... from the ... winds of this .... This ... is so god ... cold... Who the ... would willingly ... to go ... in the ... place ... from ice ..., or maybe ... types," if I were to take the call at face value, given how much of it was cut off, I would be very confused, though, I already knew that Celes WASN'T a tree, they might be hiding behind a tree to protect themselves from the cold... and they weren't doing a good job of protecting themselves from the wind. I send a message over to Celes using the badge, as well, saying, "Er, alright, Celes, we're going to try to find you... we're kinda in the middle of a fight right now, though. Some crazy arcanine who tried to eat me and M. We've got it under control 'cause Anthony and Kamina are with us, and they can deal with a fire type, no problem," while I was talking with Celes, Daniel decided to shadow tackle the arcanine, who still couldn't get a decent hit in on anyone, and was angrier for it.
"BARRY! LET GO OF ME! I NEED TO FIGHT!" the arcanine shouted at Kamina, possibly reminded of his friend. He then added "Barry... I don't care that I stole all the trail mix... I needed that stuff more than you did, alright? You could have told me that you liked the qualot pieces, then I might have left you some! JUST LET ME FIGHT THE FRESH MEAT, I'll even cook them for you!" oddly, he was still talking to Kamina. "Look... they're a rescue team anyways, they KNOW about our little con game back in Allure, they're here to TURN US IN! BARRY, I NEED TO GET RID OF THESE GUYS!" he then switched to talking to a nearby tree saying "Ricky, stay out of this, this doesn't involve you! It involves me, Barry, my trail mix, and that rescue team," the tree swayed slightly in the wind, and he barked at it, and once he finished with that, he shouted "RICKY! I TOLD YOU TO STAY OUT OF THIS! You're supposed to be back in Allure, anyways! GO BACK TO ALLURE, RICKY!" he then started barking at random things, all while trying to use flamethrower on whatever unfortunate tree, rock, or patch of snow that he thought might have offended him in some way, shape or form, all while shouting, and naming each and every one. Oddly, he seems to have almost forgotten that he was in a fight, not that remembering would do him any good, given that Kamina has him completely stuck in place. Out of nowhere, a barboach appears, and uses water pulse on M, probably trying to confuse him. The thing tried to speak, but I couldn't understand what language he was using, at all.

After essentially saving Spruce and M, I try to use bubble, only to use some weird attack that somehow produced a bunch of muddy water, sending that at the arcanine, which seemed to do a lot more than bubble would have. I then tried to tackle the arcanine while Spruce was talking into his badge, but, something seemed different about this tackle, actually, it seemed more like a body slam, which the arcanine didn't appreciate much, as it also seemed to be paralyzed from my attack. Just as well, as the moment Spruce stopped talking to his badge, he tried to attack the arcanine, and might have only succeeded in doing so because the thing was paralyzed. The arcanine started talking again, thinking that Kamina was his lost friend, Barry, who he apparently had a falling out with over some trail mix, and some qualot pieces in said mix... at first, I thought his friend might have also been a gyrados, seems likely, as the arcanine also explained that he was a conman back in Allure, however, that theory was blown out of the water once he started talking to a tree, calling it Ricky, and talking to the tree as if it were his friend, and not just an immobile plant. He got even angrier at 'Ricky' until he started using flamethrower on any rock, dirt patch, or snowy patch of ground that looked at him funny in his head. Thankfully, none of the things he used flamethrower on were M or Spruce, the two things that would be vulnerable to such an attack. Just when I thought that this battle was over, a barboach appeared, and used water pulse on M, and unfortunately, I was too slow to get in the way of the attack.

I was almost instantly picked up by Tini's father, and posed in some weird way. I would have fought against him doing what he did, but I had almost no energy after getting here. Several pictures were taken of the entire team, minus anyone who might have been around to give it the name of 'Team Green'. Once the pictures were done, I finally asked "So... have you seen Terra's daughter around here? She were last seen heading to this exact restaurant, accompanied by a charmander," I asked the question with all the energy of a rock, given that it was around lunchtime and I haven't had anything to eat, not to mention the running. Well, now I know where Tini gets his excitability from... I think as I try to pry myself from Tini's... er... I guess hug? Again, though, my efforts proved futile, as I really didn't have the energy to do much other than ask that single question. A few moments later, a strange pokemon entered the restaurant, and the strangest part was the fact that he was wearing a trench coat, and some sort of trilby, which covered most of him, her, or it. "Yeah, I'll have the daily special," the strange pokemon said to Tini's father in a very deep, masculine voice. His eyes, the only thing I could really see of him seemed to dart around the place, as if he was searching for someone... or trying to stay away from them. He noticed me, and seemed to focus on my badge before adding "Hey, bub, couldya make it quick? I gotta get outta here, and fast," he said that in a very rushed manner, and, not to mention he sounded very rude when he said that.
I look over to Eralion, and whisper "I think that's our guy... did you see the way he looked at my badge? Not to mention his clothes... he's very suspicious," obviously, given our proximity, Tini heard that, too, but, it didn't seem like our suspect heard a single word of what I said, even if he seemed to glare at me for a moment before his food came. Afterwards, he simply dashed, not even bothering to pay. "AFTER HIM!" I shouted to both Eralion and Tini, though, Tini's father most likely heard that, as well. I then finally got out of Tini's latest hug, and managed to dash off towards where the mystery pokemon was fleeing to. Oddly, he seemed a bit unbalanced on two legs, and stopped that act altogether after dashing for a few blocks. I eventually make it to a warehouse, at the edge of town, where the villain seemed to disappear into. I look around to make sure everyone was here, and, if they weren't, I simply called them using my badge and told them where I was, and why I was there. I then waited to make absolute sure that everyone was there, and after everyone was gathered up, I entered the warehouse, where a skuntank wearing the same trilby as the mystery pokemon, a koffing, and a zubat can be seen talking to a treecko that had to be Terra's daughter, and a charmander, both of whom were too scared to move. I tried to sneak by them, and managed to attack the koffing from behind with frustration, knocking him forwards, and causing him to shout "HEY, BOSS! We're under attack!" the other two turned to see me, and the skuntank laughed for a bit, and said "I knew you were going to be trouble... but, because you're all alone, I guess we just got ourselves another hostage, boys!"

From Rebecca's example, I figured out that, yes, I was being way too loud, and a little too direct with the wild pokemon, a few of whom still feared my team for some odd reason. She then gave Talon, the rufflet a badge of his own. No matter what, he'll probably contribute more than our previous team members did. Heck, it seemed like all they did was get lost, or just somehow disappear forever. Odd, then, that I was the only one who didn't, well, other than our leader, Rebecca, that is. I continued my search for wild pokemon until I finally came across a group of them, a buneary, and a mareep, both of whom were just wandering around. I approached them slowly, and, in a much kinder tone than before, asked "Would you two wild pokemon be interested in answering a few questions?" they looked at each other... until the buneary answered with "Yes, what are your questions?" I looked back at Rebecca, wondering if she knew what I was supposed to do after this. I never got this far in this before. It quickly became apparent that just looking back at my team wasn't going to help me at all, and I eventually asked "So... I've heard some reports about wild pokemon... um... do you see weird things that should be there?" the buneary gives me a look as if I've just grown wings, and takes a few steps back as if I was a complete loon. The mareep had since wandered off somewhere, and after a few moments, the buneary started looking for her possible teammate, or possible friend. "Uh... what's that look for?" I asked the buneary who started to run off, and I started chasing after her.
A quick run through the plains later, I manage to catch up to her, again, and she says the weirdest thing... "IT said I should be quiet about it, I can't tell anyone! I WON'T TELL ANYONE! If I do... IT will do.... whatever IT does to its traitors. You know... I heard that the litleo you were fighting used to be a mareep... a female mareep. I don't WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I TELL!" now it was my turn to take a few steps away from the loony bin, and, thankfully, I managed to hit the record button on my badge before this weird conversation started. "Uh... just calm down, relax a bit, and if this "IT" you're talking about attacks, I'll be here to help, okay?" that seemed to calm the buneary down a bit, and had her continue "I see it... I hear its voice... IT... looks like a bunch of weird squares that fade in and out of my vision... its voice tells me to attack anyone who comes near me, even now I hear it telling me that you're a threat, that I should attack you, or pay the price," she then uses pound on me, and I finally stop recording, though, I feel a little conflicted attacking back, given that I now know the exact reason, that this buneary is no longer in control of her own actions, or, at least, has less control over her actions than the average pokemon who's a part of a rescue team. I then looked around for my team, and realize that I've left them behind again, well, at least I got some information on this... whatever it is.
