[IC] Blood of Two Worlds

Damien listened to Dante as he watched further, not turning away for a second. It was still an amazing site one one he did not want to forget. Soon though that the Gatekeeper's name is secured, to him waking up was like a he had forgotten to breath for a moment. The flames faded and he took his cue to come overland rest a hand on her shoulder so she could have a grounding point. "Careful. You should sit down." He advises.

Ana was breathing hard and said “right…forgot how much that takes it…out of me…” she turned to find a chair but her legs buckled before she could make it there all the way. Dante cursed and moved to be at her side. “My lady…”

[Jazz]

"Éasca..." Damien says softly while scooping Ana into his arms as her legs buckle, setting her onto the couch to sit. He then backs away as he then looks toward the Gatekeeper. "How are you feeling, Geataí?" He asks him.

Translation:
-éasca: Easy

-Geataí: Gatekeeper

The keeper sat up and held his head “a lot better…still confused to what is going on but I I have a feeling you have saved me dearly…thank you Purple Witch..” Ana smiled weakly and said “I’m happy I could help…”

Dante moved to check her over and said “are you okay…”

While Dante checks her over, Damien takes over by explaining what happened at the hotel from when they went to sleep, to waking up to finding Ana asleep in the floor. He then goes on to explaining about getting the message and coming over while having ideas about the weave being affected and up till now with her having secure his name.

Gatekeeper listened and said “seems we need to get you to vampire capital sooner then we thought…” he looked at Ana who was doing better after resting a few moments. “And we need the witch…”

[Jazz]

"It would seem so...." Damien would not know what he would be able to do from here on out. This was now going to be new territory and a whole new experience. Glancing over to Ana and Dante, wondering how he could be useful to them.

Dante looked over and said “we can’t go just us. We will need back up. If we get hit like last night…” Ana looked up and said “but we have Damien. His perfect for the job. And his one of us now isn’t he Dante?” Dante blinked and said “I…well…we haven’t really asked…”

Damien could feel his wolf perk up at the sudden declaration. He himself was wide eyed and confused. His attention fully to them as he turns to face them. "I am?" How? His expression showing utter confusion with a head tilt.

Ana looked over at him and smiled. “When you fight with others and come out on the other side…more then once and you save in each other…your comrades in arms…”

[Jazz]

Damien rubs the back of his neck as he felt warmth radiate from his chest. It was new feeling, yet it felt nice. "Fair point. I don't see why not. Though I have to admit. I didn't learn about any of the Vampire culture and etiquette." He says honestly.

Dante smirked and said “I can help you with that. You won’t be held to a high standard though, fangs are more held to it then other creatures of the night” Ana stood up and smiled warmly at him. “Would you come with us? Help us in our fight?”

With a nod toward Dante, understanding how little of a standing he'd be seen in, which was alright with him. Yet he didn't want to completely offend them their culture.

It is the warm smile from Ana that draws his attention when being asked to help them in their fight. Damien smiled. "For as long as you will have me." He answers her.

Ana smiled wider and Dante said “glad to have you along my friend” the gatekeeper smiled and said “then I guess it’s time I opened the gate for you” he moved to a huge archway by the window and tapped the edge of it. It flashed white and then a portal appeared.

[Jazz]

"Go raibh maith agat a chara." Damien replies to Dante in Gaelic. Turning toward the Gatekeeper as he opened a portal for them. In awe of the sight before him. He looks to his new friends before entering with them when they enter first.

Translation:

Ana walked over and said “see you soon Gatekeeper. May the moon goddess watch over you” she walked thru and Dante said “stay frosty Keeper” the gatekeeper smiled at Damien and said “I hope you can find more friends on the other side…for her sake as much as our worlds…”

Damien nods to the Gatekeeper with a smile. "I will try my best, sir. Go bhfeicfidh máthair an ghealach tú." He says with a bow before leaving this world for the home of the Vampires.

When reaching the other side, he looks around him, taking in his surroundings.

Translation:
Go bhfeicfidh máthair an ghealach tú: May mother moon watch over you.

It was like night time on this side, a blood moon above them. Ana was looking around as they stood at a huge gate into the main city, looking just like London but more gothic architecture and steam punk style. Gears moved nearby as Dante took a deep breath in “welcome home my lady…”

Marveling at the architecture and theme change of this London compared to what he has been use to is quite the experience to have. To be within the World of the Vampires. As far as he was aware, he is the only Malcolm Wolf to set foot in this world.

Tearing his eyes away from the architecture, he looks to Dante and Ana. "So where to first?" He asks.

Ana said “we will need to visit the Grand Hall to see what Dukes are around…maybe see if any of the Queens Fangs if we can find them…” Dante was looking around and pulled a poster off a light post. “Or we head to the Opera House…it’s the Night of Blood Moon tonight. Anyone who is anyone will be there” he held out the poster.
