Sadly the most interesting products are unsuitable for this particular use. There aren't many viruses that kill within hours of infection. Its just too deadly to be reliable. Such a disease would cause itself to go extinct. But then there's your good old friend gas. Gas is reliable for this.

Post is being written, so it should appear relatively soon. Forsythe isn't on right now, but when he does get on, it'll be his turn in it.

Also, I apologize for a lack of post. I'm having some problems managing time IRL, and I'm getting creative, well, creatively drained, so I really don't know why I can't. I suppose you can take control of the Colonel until I get more time. No worries, I'm not leaving, just need to manage time and finish my coursework. No I'm writing a post for the leader of the planet, I want to know if I can destroy the recon ship as I believe that Halion has the resources to do so.

Aeryn is against blowing up planets.
Halion has no problem with it.

EDT: No response so I destroyed it, can be changed if you like. You should send down the team to check for survivors of the crash or something before contacting Halion.

um... sensors wouldn't be able to detect what sort of systems are on a ship. Sure, it might detect an active shield and maybe, for an expert, a vague idea of shield strength, but it would not be able to detect inactive systems, or for that matter their make. There's no way they would be able to detect the presence of most Asgard systems.

and since when is a 700x650x315m ship same size as a 225x95x75m ship?

Modifying a tel'tak with weapons is tricky. Possible, but tricky. Probably some reason the goa'uld didn't do it long ago. But still, that's not too much to worry about. its the above that is illogical.

No idea if rings are detectable, but they probably are. Shields, at least ori-class, block rings, though. No idea about whether asgard shields block it.

Shoot first, don't ask questions is a nice policy in reference to the scout.

The 302 to my knowledge never went in atmosphere let alone close to any mountain. It (as i understood) spew out the data shortly after exiting hyperspace and even less sophisticated sensors than Tau'ri displayed the capability to provide the data that was provided form orbit, let alone something specially designed to do so. Furthermore the pilot was ordered to put some distance between himself and the enemy, not go moping around. If you need reasons to initiate hostilities, do me a favor and find a credible one.

furthermore, if the scout is destroyed, the last thing that is happening is sending down any teams. What you're looking at is much likely to be the destruction of all armed craft. and "EDT: No response so I destroyed it" after only giving an hour to react on a decision that i'd deem worth to a GM, now that's just peachy....

I only get a limited time on a computer with a keyboard, I pushed it to the last minute of my access. Figured it was better to ask forgiveness than wait for permission.

I assume since the 302s hyperdrive is so much more primitive than the 304s that other systems such as Asgard sensors also would be and since it was capable of relaying a three dimensional topographical map of the area I assumed it had entered atmosphere.

I'll change it to shot down in the ancient dampening field so that a strike team is necessary to find the pilot, I'll fix the inconsistencies in the sensor readings but I have no time right now, gotta get to acting class, I'll fix it in six hours. Bye until then.
