Most RPers would kinda, well, talk it over and discuss an idea beforehand before introducing such a giant idea as an intergalactic invasion of the entire RP, thus forcing the entire cast to drop whatever plots and personal stories they wanted to develop and force them to completely and spontaneously turn to the plot that you and only you have decided to drop on them.

Actually, I quite specifically avoided that by not having Odin launch any offensive forces. Drones will not, in fact, attack anyone, limiting themselves to cutting down trees in the area around the Drone Pillar. As such, nobody is forced into any situation, and avoiding the drones is easy. All you need to do to avoid getting sucked into this is to NOT attack them with whatever weapon your char normally uses. Later, perhaps, a more definite attack might be launched, but I'm avoiding that for the very reasons you just listed, so as not to disturb other people's plots.

Hmmmm, while I agree this isn't necessarily an offensive action, I do think giving people a heads up in the OOC would've given people a better chance to react, and bring up any issues they may have had with it at the current time, since this is a pretty major event/plot. I think it'd be a nice thing that could've been done to make things synch a little better.

Still, the post is already posted so that's that, but I suppose people can give their opinions about it now.

I can't say much since my OC isn't directly involved yet. I still be waiting on Magus to post.

Alright. Sorry, I'm not used to doing that. Mostly I enjoy springing surprises at people, at which point giving them a heads up is rather counter intuitive. However, from now on I'll tell you guys whenever I'm planning on doing something big.

I'm completely fine with this, it's not like I'll have all of my characters react to this. This is pretty much the same reasoning as to why I decided to have Sota get taken over by Yasu, just to have Shadow Replicas running around as enemies for people to fight against.

Actually, amusingly, due to the fact that Shadow Replicas attack any living being they see, they'll leave Matt's forces completely alone. None of Matt's robotic minions, besides perhaps Odin, could be argued to be alive in any way. They're not conscious, and don't have a Spark, like cybertronians do.

Things always get weird after I leave. Not surprised this happened, I knew Wiz was going to do something like this sooner or later. I still have my two characters but their interactions never last, I feel a bit stuck. I don't want to leave but both of my characters are stagnant, any suggestions?
