I think that it will be one of those things that she's nice. Then Eleanora shows her true colors and Vi looks at her and is like. "I don't like you very much."

That doesn't sound unlikely to me. Although I don't think Eleanora is one to have like a particular moment of showing her true colors or anything. I think it's subtle, but always there. Like instead of having one MOMENT of deep bold purple, she's consistently a translucent shade of purple.

Well, I saw the movie, so I'm sure I heard it, though maybe I just didn't know the title for it.

I keep imagining what their courtship looked like. I don't want her to be just a bitch. She's gotta be a real person who really cares about at least one person.

We keep talking about my characters, tell me more about Jaspin. I'm curious to hear more about him and how he's going to go about making and running his own clan.

No spoilers! I haven't seen it yet, I was supposed to go last night but didn't get to go.

Well I think that Jaspin is going to run his clans feeding like Elizabeth does hers. But a little less sneaky then she does it. Because well he hasn't been doing it as long as she has. They move to a town and hunt in the town they just left. So they move, hunt in the town they move from so it can't be tracked to them. I'm still working it out though.

While I'll say the amount of time they've been doing it to feed more than themselves is comparable, it's true that she's had the benefit of like 200 years more than him to know how to do it thoroughly and subtly.

That is true the time they have been doing for others is comparable. But you also have to remember that he hardly had time to learn to be sneaky with it himself before becoming the head of a clan.

That's true. You mean he sires Violet almost immediately - oh yeah, it's only like four or five years later when Elizabeth burns his house down... In that case, he might technically have been working on a clan for longer than Elizabeth. I don't think she sired Jonathan until years later, and only after that does she consider building a clan to protect herself and Jonathan.
