I haven't posted today because I don't really see anything to post to. Neither of my characters would just go back to the cafeteria, and curiosity is overrated. I think I'll just stay put for a while, until I see a good enough opening, or the party starts.

Alright. That's up to you. You could have them wander around and see if anyone decides to interact with them. We'll have some new guys that'll need some interaction and a single person walking around is perf for that if they don't want to go to the Garden/Cafeteria.
