[IC] Injustice: Clash Between Worlds

Norman Merlyn/Dark Goblin

Baron Doom was gone. Spiderbolt was lying on the ground, seemingly unconscious. And the Winged Shadow was staring at Dark Goblin, watching his head transform back into its original shape. When it finally got back to normal, Goblin got up to his feet. He took in the flying wolves attacking him, and quickly dispatched them by quick-firing explosive arrows into their vicinity. Once they were all dead, Goblin brushed his armour, as if dusting it off.
"Well, that didn't go to plan. At all," he said, turning to face Winged Shadow, "I'd hate to poop the party, 'Boy' Wonder, but I have to go. Buh-bye."
With that, Goblin pressed a button on his suit, one that sent his glider flying to his exact location. He then jumped on it, and flew out of the hole he'd made in the building.

Peter Queen/Spiderbolt

Spiderbolt had watched the happenings of the battle after being defeated, between slipping in and out of consciousness. He saw Baron Doom preparing to kill Dark Goblin. He saw Winged Shadow tackling Doom in intervention. He saw Goblin blow up Doom's wolves. And before then, he saw a blue man with a tail, a mutant, teleporting people out of harms way. Slowly getting up, body convulsing with pain, Spiderbolt pulled out the arrows embedded in his back, and limped towards Winged Shadow.
"Thanks... for stopping... Doom..." before turning to the mutant, "And... Thank you... For moving those people... Out of harm's way."

Hank McCoy
Hank could feel that he had broken, or at least fractured, ribs. Standing hurt and moving hurt even more but he couldn't let Grundy kill any more people. Hank stood his ground as Grundy circled him, growling he leaped into the air and came down above Grundy, trying to aim his claws and feet at grundy's face and neck, trying his best to maime and injure the monster without killing him but, for some reason, he didn't think it was alive. It reeked of dead flesh and ages long gone, like it had been around for hundreds, maybe thousands of years.

Kurt Halner
Kurt was slumped against the wall and gave spiderbolt a thumbs-up and a weak smile. "I'm just sorry I couldn't do more to help," He said and stood slowly, using the wall to balance himself, "my limit is usually 300 pounds going twenty feet and that group weighed at least 500 all together and I went fifteen, I wish I could have at least moved more." Kurt glanced over at the bodies of the ones he didn't grab and saw Thorne's body in the pile and shook his head, making his way over to the man's corpse he removed the watch from his wrist and strapped it to the wrist of the dead man and said, "I think this belongs to you, I'm sorry I couldn't save you."

Tertia saw the feline man attacking the undead, so she moved in quickly to assist. With a flick of her wrist and a flourish, she brought up multiple spikes of rock from the ground, forming them into obsidian, intending them to shatter inside her target for maximum effect. With that, she carefully aimed and began throwing spires, making sure to minimize the chances of hitting Hank in the process. She also took off her sunglasses, letting the fall unceremoniously to the floor so her aim wouldn't be affected by poor vision. With some luck and skill, they just might drive this creature away or destroy it.

Luthor's visor came up and he smield at the Baron. Luthor chuckled at his former presedency. He might run for another term again. "Its very nice to see you again to Baron. I assume Latveria is doing well?" He then said "I just got done speaking to him....and we were looking for you too..." Luthor became serious and said "Were putting a team together.....and Baron we would like you to join...we can protect this planet...make things the way we want...make sure the human scum on this planet never achieve their goals."

"Ah, no thank you. For one thing, at the risk of insulting myself unwittingly, I am Human scum!" He joked. "For another, this is an offer of a more personal sort. One I"m sure Mr. Wayne will appreciate quite a lot. Part of this deal is free of charge and just an act of charity. The other part of this deal is entirely up to Mr. Wayne."

Solomon felt the rock spires slamming into him and turned to face his new attacker as several more shards of rock hit him. He wasn't about to give up now that he had attracted two of them. The blue creature was strong enough to battle him, but this new one was throwing things, which he took to mean she wasn't as strong. He rushed towards her, feeling the impact of the spikes, but ignoring the damage that she was causing. He felt himself slowing down from taking so much damage, hoping that they would finally be the ones to end him. Soon, he wasn't able to weather anymore of the spikes and slowed to a crawl, maniacally laughing as he made one last effort to reach his target before collapsing and becoming still.

Thomas in his owlman suits stepped out of the shadows and turned to Lex "Why don't you go find some others while I talk with Mr.Doom." He then opened his house door and walked in allowing doom to follow. They walked until they arrived at the study some nice wine had already been poured by alfred. Thomas sat down and said "What is it you need?" Before taking a sip of the wine.

John Wayne/The Winged Shadow
"I don't know if I would call it taking him down. It didn't work so well, but I'm glad I could help. What the hell was Dark Goblin doing in New York here anyways? And on a similar note, you?" John asked. He knew the same question could be asked of him seeing as how he normally remained within Gotham, fighting the psychos who showed up there.

Baron Von Doom was still being quite. "I have found your former love interest, Rachel Dawes. It appears that she has somehow survived the explosion that disfigured Two Face several years ago. She is dealing with amnesia, but in time she will recover her functions and her memory will be totally restored. On top of all this, I have some important news for you, and a proposition".

"I... don't know what... Goblin's doing here... I followed... him... to New York... to make sure... he won't hurt anybody... and I failed..." gasped Spiderbolt in answer, in between bouts of pain. "I... have to go now... But I may need your help again... How can I contact you two?"

Thomas could care less about Rachel ever since he saw the note Alfred had shown him he took another sip of wine and said "What does Rachel Dawes have to do with anything I could care less for her. Now what is your proposition? Also can I get you something to drink?" Thomas sat down in a nice comfy chair.

John Wayne/The Winged Shadow
John looked at Spiderbolt and pulled a small remote out of his belt. "Press this button and I'll be there," John said as he handed him the remote. He had intended it for incase another hero showed up in Gotham but now seemed as good a time as ever to give it up. The remote would send a signal to his laptop which could be traced back to the remotes location. As long as it stayed in one piece.

"Well, I see. That's the same good old Moonbat I've traded blows with in the past." He replied politely but with an unseen growl behind his mask. "Anyway, your parents. I am sure that you care about them. They are, of course, dead. However, I am afraid that they have been. . . seized. The truth is, Mr. Wayne, that they are in the grasp of the dark Mephistopheles, the same one who had nearly kept my mother imprisoned for all time." He paused for breath.

"I suppose that you don't care about Rachel, that is indeed a crying shame. Since you don't give a damn about Rachel, I'm just going to do the neighborly thing and give you hand with your parents. I can save them from Mephistopheles, but I need your help."

Thomas shock his head. He heard something about his parents though that meant nothing. Thomas shrugged and said "Look if your done, you can do what you like with my parents or Rachel though I do need something from you. See you island country has a rare metal which I need in order to prevent the world from emploding on itself. See humanities ways have been cutting earth's life span but if I can get your rare metal and the time I can build a thing I'd like to call the time warp. If you help me with this you can live with me for as long and as powerful as you want. I'll do anything in order to obtain this metal." He then thought to himself about what he could give doom.

Hank McCoy
Hank saw Tertia as she began hurling stone spikes at Grundy and leapt out of the way, not wanting to risk further injury. He stood at the ready to leap back into the brawl but as Grundy slowed and eventually stopped he realized there was no need. "Whoever you may be, thank you," Hank said as he stumbled back into the trees, trying to hide away from the prying eyes that were all around them. "If you had not intervened I would have been killed, I think he broke some of my ribs." Hank put a clawed hand against his furry chest and tried to take a deep breath, wincing as the pain grew worse. "I think I may need a doctor."

Kurt Halner
Kurt walked over to Spiderbolt as he and the Winged Shadow spoke. After the Winged Shadow gave Spiderbolt the remote Kurt spoke up. "Spiderbolt, I think you need to go to the hospital," He looked at the arrows still stuck in Spiderbolt and winced at the thought, "I know your secret identity is important but these might kill you if they're left alone." He grabbed Spiderbolts wrist and put his arm around his shoulders. "Let's go, I'll get you some help, I know some people, underground doctors, no licenses and no questions asked."

ALISSA FAYE / FERALISS

Alissa was bored. To death. And beyond.

There really was nothing safe to do for a teenage mutant ninja shapeshifter, especially one that happened to be a female. And small. And blond. And naive...

"Ugh," she complained, rolling over on the couch.

"What's wrong, sweetheart?" her adoptive mother asked, poking her head out from the kitchen.

"I'm just bored. Can I PLEASE go outside?"

"Honey, you know how dangerous it is for us out there."

"BUT SARAAAAAAAA! I'm booooored!"

Sara sighed. "No talking to strangers, no shapeshifting in front of others, and absolutely NO crime fighting, do you understand me, young lady?"

"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" Alissa squealed before Sara could even finish. She ran to her room and ripped her supersuit out of the closet. It was specially designed for her shapeshifting, expanding and retracting as quickly as she did, by Gareth, Sara's husband and Alissa's adoptive father, who just so happened to be an absolute genius. Granted, it was his mutation that made him that way, but she didn't care. He made her cool stuff and taught her how to use it. Sara was a mutant, too, but she was different. She could memorize any movement by just watching it. She was a master at cooking, martial arts, massage therapy, knife throwing, archery, gymnastics, darts, pool, swimming... Basically everything. And she taught Alissa how to protect herself with these skills.

Alissa pulled the suit on, tied her long hair in pigtails, and ran out the door shouting a promise to stay away from criminals. She shapeshifted into a pigeon to stay inconspicuous and flew up high, crossing into the city as fast as a pigeon's wings could carry her. It took a little while, but she finally made it there.

As she flew, she noticed smoke rising from one of the newly constructed buildings, so she flew over it to see what was going on.

Some guy was flying away on a metal plate or something, and there were people still inside. A group of them were vomiting or passed out on the floor, and two or three of them looked injured. She had promised to stay away from criminals, not injured people at the scene of the crime. She flew down and landed on the floor, then shapeshifted back.

"Holy Stark, guys, are you okay?" she called as she ran toward... "WHOA. You're... You're... Spider...bolt... Oh. MY. GOD." She paled, then smiled so wide that her face hurt. "I am like, your BIGGEST fan! You are totally the most awesome super hero ever!" Her smile suddenly disappeared. "What happened to you?"

Baron Von Doom And Thomas Wayne
"I, what? You don't care that your parents are in never ending torment from Mephisto? Uh, so the metal you want, it's about a Time Warp or something. Intriguing. Okay look, I'll decide on further negotiations based on more political things with you later. If you really need something regarding time travel in order to keep the planet's resources or something like that in check I can acquiesce if you would be so bold as to tell me the location of Merlin's Crystal Ball and the Book Of Eternity. If you tell. For now, these two things are the most important things on my mind" He stated.

Thomas took a brief moment before responding. Then said "Look I was hoping to be nice and ask for permission. But now that you think you can ask for my services I'm telling you. You find me the metals or I end you." He then swiftly jumped over the desk and pushed doom onto the ground holding him with a owl claw in hand ready to strike. "Get me the metal or never show you face again and I shall still get this metal. Are we clear?" He said in a calm cold way reminding him how humanity had done with to him over the years like when he killed those 2 good to shows the Wayne's from which he got his company from.

"OFF ME!" Doom boombed with a supernaturally compelling voice. The voice was not just compulsion, it was massive force, hard enough to toss a truck full of furniture through a large house from one side to the other. Thomas Wayne would likely survive the assault, so Doom cared not that he would be harmed. His eyes shined a brilliant red, harsh enough on the eyes to blind enemy targets for a full twenty four hours before they recovered. Baron Von Doom would then attempt a teleportation spell to escape Wayne Manor, but most importantly the Bat Cave.

Thomas back flipped off the baron when the loud boom came he stumbled on the landing a tad but was undamaged.Thomas had kept his eyes off of the baron due to his glowing eyes. Though when heard the baron trying to use a teleportation spell he couldn't help but smile.He was very careful in protecting his owl lair. Incarnations, symbols and seals to ward off all magic. He began running to his control panel throwing owl claws at the baron. He was able to reach the control panel in time and hit a cage switch which dropped a large,heavy, metal cage on the baron. He then called Lex to see what he had caught and to calm the baron down. He then sat down waiting for lex to arrive. Once he did he'd be off looking for new recruits while the former president watch the baron.
