Yeah.... no posting order. As far as the villains go they're only as much of a threat as you make them. I think my guy was one of the only characters to actually take a hit. It wasn't skinny dweeb from YJ Icicle, it was a more experienced, more ruthless Icicle. Or he was supposed to be. I didn't know the game would take off this quickly so I didn't have time to squeeze another post in to make it clear this wasn't the same old punk. I'm excited that there's this much enthusiasm, though.

In the future, if everyone sticks around, we'll split the teams up regularly like in the show.

Yog - since your guy is an analog of Superman, I'm gonna send you a PM on how I think you might try writing your character to better his development within the context of the game. There's also the vague 'energy manipulation' power we need to get specifics for. Hellfire absorbs solar energy and manipulates it as black fire. Desert Beetle I would assume just has the generic yellow/gold energy blast like his mentor Booster. Shock's thing is electricity and electro-magnetism. I had something in mind to set Patriot apart in terms of how he manipulates the energy in it's various forms. That way he doesn't absorb electricity and shoot electricity, or absorb a heat vision blast and counter with his own heat vision blast...

I am bringing my laptop, because I would feel a bit lost without it. My internet will be limited for the duration, and non-existant for Monday and Friday.

can someone explain why Patriot is getting all the flack when Cyber Knight almost torched Icicle and Plastic Man? also Batman would not make a make a criticism without knowing all the facts since he is the greatest detective in the world. sorry if i sound angry but I am wondering what the reason is.

I think Yog was referring to the Engineer reaming him about breaking Icicle's Jaw, when that was far less extreme than setting him on fire. I actually find it doubly ironic that the Engineer is snapping at him instead of Cyber, who she sponsors, and who went after Icicle with a flamethrower. Apollo will be coming to Patriot's defense on this matter. Writing a post now.

EDIT: Actually, perhaps we should wait for the others to catch up first. Thoughts?

Hello, ladies and jellyspoons, much like Mistress Dizzy, I also wanted to give you a heads up.

Unfortunately, I'm not going on vacation, I did that last week. Rather, school is starting up again, and I'm expecting piles upon piles of homework from my science teacher, as well as a possible bike-riding camp next week, assuming the cut on my foot heals up well.
This will limit my posting, which is not necessarily a bad thing, considering that my enthusiasm will not be able to get the better of me.

true but remember Batman quit the Justice League because of his paranoia so it can be costly to be overly paranoid and it will make it hard for people to trust Jin, and our characters don't trust each other then that creates bad teamwork. there was an episode of Young Justice where the team felt betrayed by one of their members and they were really making it difficult to work together, trust is important if you want to have good teamwork.
