Bioshock anyone?

Well, I have done a Bioshock roleplay in the past, set in Columbia with original characters. I have also tossed around the idea of doing a Bioshock roleplay set in Rapture, but I do not have a preference as to which world we set the story in. This is just a thread for me to test the waters and see who here would be interested in doing a Bioshock roleplay. We can toss around ideas and build a plot once three or four people show some interest, I have a few ideas for the story line.

So basically what I would like to know is if anyone would like to do this. Also, would you prefer Rapture or Columbia? Or maybe our plot includes both the city in the sky and the underwater utopia....

UPDATE: SET PLOT

The roleplay will start in Columbia and end in Rapture. There are experiments taking place in Rapture that are similar to the Lutece experiments on Elizabeth. One of the test subjects has managed to escape and has found their way to Columbia, in search of Rosalind Lutece to find some answers and help for the others still trapped in experimentation. Shocked, Lutece seeks out the help of a secret society based in Columbia (name to be determined. This is where a lot of our characters will come in.) The society agrees to help, and heads to Rapture to free the victims and end the cruel experiments. At this point, Rapture is between its prime and its ruin, so there are a fair amount of splicers and chaos but it is still a habitable city. The experiments could be taking place on the rescued Little Sisters or just innocent citizens, maybe by Dr. Lamb. Dr. Tanenbaum could also come into play, along with Andrew Ryan, Sander Cohen, and Fontaine.

I'd say include both in the plot! Everyone begins in one of the city, and the plot forces them to head to the other!

I am not a fan of Columbia, but I'd like this

Alright, I was liking the idea of including both as well. I also think that we should include an "experiment child" similar to Elizabeth who can use tears, just to keep it interesting.

I'd be fine with either Rapture or Columbia, but I'm leaning more towards the underwater utopia.

I have some interest. It depends how some of the details are fleshed out for whether I'll actually join or not. Not making any promises.

Awesome, well we have a nice little group now so shall we start with some details? From what I see so far, we will include both Columbia and Rapture in our roleplay. But I do see that most prefer Rapture, so we can start out in Columbia and play a short time there, then retreat to Rapture where the meat of our roleplay will take place. I think we need to include at least one character who can use tears, to have elements of both original Bioshock and Infinite. And other specifics that you guys want to throw in? I'm very open to ideas and suggestions :)

I'm completely interested in this if your still accepting people. I also like the idea of having both rapture and Colombia in the plot. Maybe there could be some sorta tear experiments going on in rapture also?

Of course, I will accept two or three more people also. And that is a good idea, one person could play as an experimented person who has escaped to Columbia, and somehow gathers others to go with them back to Rapture to either end what is happening or help others escape or something :p like I said, I enjoy building the roleplay with the members rather than just dictating it all myself haha. So please, let your creative juices flow

I like the idea, and yes, I was in your original roleplay. I had figured that when you mentioned you had previously done one, that was the one; but I could have easily been proven wrong.

It was a great RP, but I had to leave early due to RL issues.

Anyway, I'm really excited for this one, it seems to have a great premise so far, and is very enticing. I'll be waiting anxiously for the OOC.

Lamb, are you going to allow players to use Plasmids and Vigors? And will they be rare things you only get a few of?
