Finally someone came and took his order, he asked for a muffin and cup of black coffee. Still his cautious eyes kept watch of his surroundings. Zylar was not keen on being unaware of whats going on around him. His lifestyle has brought him into many ambushes and traps to live so, obliviously. It wasn't long till the waitress was back and placing a chocolate muffin and Coffee in front of him. Paying promptly and thanking the waitress as she takes leave.

No rush about it, Zylar eats his food and sips coffee. Most of his focus noticeably on the entrance of the cafe. Every once in a while his focus would go towards Arydun and the ancient looking book. The woman seemed rather possessive over the extremely old looking book. That struck Zylar's curiosity. Though he made sure his attention wasn't fixed long enough to arouse suspicion.

1624 stuffed the communicator into his pocket and began to walk off. He turned around briefly to address the two of them.

"1624 will have to do for now," He said resuming his walk. He continued down the alley then took a left and a right and found himself on a street, he looked around assessing the world with his now fully developed mind. He noticed a clothing shop, similar to the one he had entered before to obtain his hoodie and pants. He walked inside and grabbed a newer pair of pants as well as a thicker hoodie, he stuffed them under his hoodie the pants in the back and the thicker hoodie in the front, he managed to walk out while only receiving a dirty look from the clerk. He went into an ally and changed into his new clothing, he was sitting down putting his left boot back on his right boot sitting next to him and he heard some coins dropped into it. He looked at a woman passing by and she smiled at him, he looked at the boot and the woman left. He tipped it over and some coins fell out, he put them in the pocket of his new pants and then pulled the boot on. He felt some papery and dry crumple under his foot, he pulled out a note, 'Soup Kitchen three blocks north of here', he tossed it aside and stood up. He walked down the street and passed a small diner and saw a sign outside of it, it read 'Specials: Lemon Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Muffins' He liked the sound of that middle one and recalled what the woman had asked him earlier, "Then what should I call you?", he figured the name would serve him well enough. He elected to call himself Benedict, and begun introducing himself to people to get the feel for the name.

Rinnosuke is basically alone as he exploring the big school. The place is kinda complicated, like a maze. But it didn't take a long time for him to grasp how the school layout is. In fact the layout is kinda interesting in a sense, especially with the surrounding. The school building formed a U shape, the east building appeared to be building for middle-school, while the west building for the high-school. Even though it's weird, he couldn't help but to notice there's collage students or kindergarten students around there too. It appeared this school have some kind of elevator system.

Most of the students are girls though. As far as he saw, there's only 1 male every 5 students he passed. It appeared that the school used to be all-girl school. Dunno what policy changed it, but now boys could enroll here too. Even though, their number is kinda limited. Back to the topic, the layout of the school is kinda magnificent. This school have its own private land, private beach, private hills, even extra-large field. It meant REALLY really BIG. Lots of things could be done there. He saw sports field and shooting range there.

This is quite nice school, it made Rinnosuke wondered who's working this school and who's in charge of it. They might be a very magnificent people. After wasting some more time, it appeared there's some area here that boys still not allowed to enter, something like 'ladies' area only'. No problem at all, still the school have its own shopping mall here. Is this really a school. Because, WOW! Who don't want to get in here. The enterance exam is hard like hell though. So Rinnosuke started thinking a quite possible things about this school, like it's exam.

Rinnosuke decided to end his tour by visiting his classroom ... more like checking the west-building to see how the class look like.

"Geez, I hope I could find someone my age there. Maybe talking with them? Or maybe tried to be friend with them" said Rinnosuke as he talking to himself

Bernabé got disappointed when the half ling refused to tell her a name to call him by, so ignoring his previous request she would continue calling him "mister Twenty four" in the meantime. When she came out of the alley she walked fast towards the street and made haste to find a taxi and go to the hotel, where, if she remember clearly, there was a telephone in her room capable of making international calls (at a big expense, but she could always charge it to the ministry as "additional expenditures"). When she arrived at the aforementioned hotel, a five stars luxurious one, she went as fast as she could to her room to take off her clothes and her corset so that her wings could stretch a bit and then she laid on the bed and grabbed the wireless phone of the room to call her superior, the call took a while to connect because of the difficulties of overseas communications, not to mention Pitover being a mobile continent after all, but the signal eventually reached.

-"Ministry of External affairs, what's the purpose of your call?"
-"Yoana, it's Bernabé"
-"Oh, hello Bernabé, I've heard that you were sent to Elfteria, how was your trip? Are you going to bring me a souvenir?"
-"Good, for the most part, and I'll think of something to bring you and your kids, but right now I need to speak with one of the Virtues about a recent event."
-"No problem, I'll do it right away and, Oh..."
-"Oh?"
-"The only one available is Nastasia, I'll past it to you now."
-"Please, no anyone but..."

But it was too late, the line was communicating again and minutes later a female voice sounded on the other side.

-"Hello, Berny, have you dropped death yet? Or maybe you haven´t realized yet because of your pain resistance?."
-"I'm glad to talk to you too, cousin."
-"Be careful, I've heard the students at the academy are capable of blowing up people with their minds, conjure magic and carry heavy weapons. I wouldn't want anything so horrible happening to you, but I've always wondered how far does your stoicism reach."

Bernabé directed her view to the papers on a nearby table and remembered reading that one of the V class ESPers, Akane Komaru was a student at the place. She wondered if she would have to resort to using her ESPer ability herself in case she was threatened

-"Nastasia, I need to talk to you about important matters. Is the ministry aware of possible war biological experiments involving born super soldiers?"
-"What have you discovered?"

Bernabé proceeded to tell her about 1624 and what this half ling said of the laboratory. Nastasia, rather than staying silent, said "Uh huh" and "Oh" several times during the explanation. When Bernabé finished, Nastasia said

-"That´s relevant information, and I'll pass it to a investigation commission to look into the matter, but Berny, I need you to do something"
-"What is it? And don't call me Berny."
-You need to calm the f*** down! You are technically in vacation and suspended from your job. Stop doing this short of stuff and try to relax a bit, have some rest, go to a party, get mugged, you know, typical stuff of someone on vacation."
-"I'll see what I'll do. Goodbye, Nastasia."

The communication stopped and Bernabé let a long sigh escape, who could blame Nastasia after what happened long ago?. There was still some time until she had to arrive at her appointment at the Academy, so she decided she would take a shower.

And that was all Ren said on the matter, incidentally. It was somewhat comical really, how after going through all that effort, all Arydun got as a response was an 'okay'. He leaned back into his seat again, crossing his arms behind his head and casually checking the time. "Looks like you're not lying, or if you are you're very good at it, but I'd suppose since you obviously haven't talked with people much, you're telling the truth by virtue of being unable to act," Ren continued after a prolonged yawn before adding and thinking aloud to himself, "and my day's gonna be uneventful anyway, though I heard there's gonna be a guest speaker in the main building of the school... Eh, I got nothin' better to do." He got up from his seat, called over a waiter, and opted to pay for both their meals out of his own pocket... He was about 90% sure that Arydun couldn't even pay for what she had bought anyway. It was... grossly expensive, though thankfully this was a less expensive cafe to be in in the first place.

"So. Let's go save a race, I guess."

Arydun started to look rather sad when all she got for her efforts was an okay, thinking that he didn't care about what she was going through as she hung her head a little "Spirit dragons never lie" The dragoness responded in a saddened voice. She started to think that maybe she had been wrong about humans and that they didn't care for the suffering of others, that is what her parents use to tell her when she was but a hatchling but she never use to believe it. She was just about to accept that this was the way humans were until Ren started to speak again, slowly lifting her green eyes to look to him as he spoke about having nothing else to do for his day. Her mood and expression instantly brighting up when he spoke about saving a race while paying for the food.

Chiaki was moving back and forth, running the errands that's instructed to her by her Chemistry Teacher for today's class, she's been running nonstop from one building to another, it turns out that potions are a factor in magic class. One could wonder why Science and Magic agree with each other but the truth is it is very complicated and can't be further explained by words, even Chiaki who excels at magic and science still doesn't understand trivial concepts. At the very least, this was a good exercise for her and then she saw Rinnosuke.

She stopped running and wondered what is he doing loitering around and appeared before him, "Onii-chan--- ehem." Chiaki stopped calling him with honorifics because it would be embarrassing to take and people would make rumors out of it but then again two birds in one stone, calling Rinnosuke by first name basis and surname gives her the tingling feeling too. "Nii-san, do you need any help? I could tour you around if you like after all, classes haven't started yet." She said in a sincere manner.

Rinnosuke would like to accept Chiaki's offer, however he already done his own little tour in the school. Well, it might be not bad to have second tour. But, he already use his feet to explore the HUGE School and he might be bored. He made complicated face while he making the decision. On one side, he didn't want to hurt her feeling, but on other side, he didn't interested to explore this place anymore. Wait! If he thought about it, she might have know some place that he not explore yet.

Smiling at Chiaki, Rinnosuke finally accepted the girl's offer. "That's a good idea! Lead the way, Chi-Chan"

For a moment, Rinnosuke felt a faint scent of danger behind her. Just who gave it to him? Not far from there, there's a pair of blue eyes watching them.

While other 4 is like following him, like they are his underlings. The middle man stopped and pulled out something. One of his underling took the item and she gave a clue where they should move. "..." Ren was silent. Not because he was angry, or happy, or had nothing really to say. No, it was because he couldn't even make a noise with the degree of strength this girl was embracing him with. The most he could get out was a croak that sounded somewhere along the lines of "peas let grow." Which, while technically a proper sentence, wasn't exactly what he was attempting to convey. Hopefully Arydun would get the goddamn message, though and loosen the frig up so they could actually get to doing shit. Doing his best to squirm his way out of her grasp, Ren tried once more to get what he was saying out there. "...Let go," he said quietly and bluntly before saying, "...and can we just get to work?" 'Since standing here's not doing anything and letting people watch as you hug me is friggin' useless, after all,' Ren thought, rolling his eyes.

"Oh, hehe sorry" Arydun laughed nervously as she let got of Ren and held her book to her chest, giving him a smile hoping that he would forgive her for crushing him like that "I forget humans are weaker than my kind" She said again with a slightly more cheerful laugh "Anyway the first objective is to find the rest of the books, I have one here and I have some idea on where the second one might be but it is a good few days away from this town, with that is will give us clues to the third and fourth book. The fifth book? I don't know where that is of yet" She sighed "I can tell you why we need the books later when it isn't so...crowed with eager ears" She explained to him.

Zylar watched with a weary eye, the confrontation between the girl with the book and the boy was rather odd, suspicious even. Was it really going to be so simple? Zylar figured the hardest part would be the search, then completing the mission itself. But now its starting to seem, the mission has in a sense fell in his lap. Standing to his feet he adjusts his sword slung on his back and begins exiting the building.

A rehearsed kind smile and polite wave was done towards the waitress that served him. The faked smile and kind gesture faded as he passed Arydun and Ren, A more serious tone taking its place. His path took him behind Ren and through Arydun's view, whether or not they saw his change of tone held no concern to him. Zylar simply kept strolling out of the Cafe and outside. Walking a few feet to the right of the door of the Cafe, Zylar leans against the Cafe building wall to debate where to go next.

Bernabé had taken more time than she expected while she was in the shower and now she was short of time. She had just enough time to get in the taxi and arrive at the Academia to meet with Cassius before she had to give the conference to the students of the freshmen and sophomore years, but when she got outside, dressed in a formal gray suit,she noticed that her taxi was missing. She waited for it, but after ten minutes had passed with no sight of the cab she got impatient and finally she decided to take "drastic" measures, opening her special corset she let her wings go through some hidden holes in the back of her jacket and she started to fly in the direction of the Academia.

Cassius was waiting outside the Academia just as his employer told him to do so. The sun rays were heating the school grounds and the numerous singing birds harmoniously showed their art in a chaotic orchestra that was heard over the distant sounds of the students that were in recess time, a nice breeze blew through the air, bringing freshness to the atmosphere and also carried the fragrance of the flowers of the garden, but Cassius, equipped with his armor, couldn't feel neither the relief of the cold air to ease the heat or the sweat scent of the flowers, but if it was for him he would also find a way to make all the birds shut up as he found them utterly annoying. The heat was no problem neither, as the rogue armor had a acclimating system and in any case he could resist it with no problem, but what he couldn't resist was the boredom, as he was so excited for his new job, (as the bodyguard of an angel, no less) that he had left for the reunion place way sooner than agreed and the wait had been a pain. He was yawning and looking at the internal watch of his helmet for the fiftieth time when he caught something flying through the sky in his direction. He had seem some flying beasts, demons and spirits students arriving by aerial means, but not at such high speeds and much less towards him, so he got into a defensive position before the creature, a winged blonde woman, landed on her feet heavily and caused a small hole where she had landed. She stumbled a bit when she recovered and stood up and taking a mirror out of one pocket she put her hair back in place before talking to the bodyguard

"Hello mister Hale. Your equipment seems superb, I didn't expect anything less from a super soldier such as yourself."

Cassius relaxed when he realized that it was Bernabé the one who had made the appearance, but honestly he didn't expect her to arrive in such a manner, not to mention that her wings were now visible, in case there was any doubt of her being an angel. He took the compliment with pride and answered back

"I don't deserve that much praise, miss angel."

"Oh please, don't call me angel, I'll find any other thing more appropriate."

"Okay, Bern Bern"

Upon listening to the nickname, Bernabé reconsidered what she had just said, but it was too late, she wasn't going to change it for the sake of not wanting to look contradictory. She grabbed the map of the academia, the one with the instructions that said where she had to go, but unfortunately she had lost it during the flight, so after seeing that she had gained a lot of time by using her wings instead of a taxi, she decided to go take a look around the campus and ask for directions with Cassius

When someone asked that question, Island Nation National Library is the answer. This place located at Elfteria, more correctly in Academy City. The place that considered as 'Protector of Sacred History' guarded by not less than 100 professional guards, not filled by old books but also some historical things. The place itself equiped with the latest security technology that exceed Pitover's technology. Being one of the hardest place to intrude, there still some thieves that managed to enter this place. However, none of them able to steal a thing there because another sets of trap placed there.

However, that might changed because a certain item that just put there today. The group with the black suit already confirmed one of their targets placed there. The book that said to describe the knowledge of dragon. That's the item that they needed to take. However, that won't be easy thing. Steal it silently won't make the mission success. The only way to get the thing only by force and without doubt, the group had enough power to get it.

"Let's wait at this evening to strike the place." The leader of the black suit group said to his group.

"Anyway," he continued after getting a sufficient distance away from the cafe and into a quieter section of the area, "I figure we need to do some info gathering."

Ren leaned against an alley wall and removed a handheld device from his pocket. After fiddling with it for a moment or two, presumably to turn it on and get to the proper application needed, he began speaking again. "And where's the best place to get info? The library. Unfortunately, it isn't lunch break and by the time we get there, classes would already have started... Which means the moment we step foot inside, we get questioned for truancy business if we aren't in a school library, which unfortunately cuts us off from the International Library for a few hours," Ren sighed, "Looks like I'm going to classes anyway. Fortunately for you, it's the introduction ceremony today, which means we can get you to masquerade as a student." He looked Arydun over again, "but you'll need real clothes, a school uniform actually, but it's not like I own a girl's uniform, nor can I go up to someone and ask 'hey, can I have your uniform?'..."

Ren went pale at a certain thought. "Nope, not gonna do that," he mumbled as he kept browsing his mind for ideas.

Arydun had an confused expression like she always seemed to have as she followed Ren from the Cafe, blinking as she seemed to trot after the boy as they made their way to a secluded space so they could talk. IT was a good while before she decided to speak again as Arydun let Ren speak up a plan, though she didn't have much of an idea of what he was talking about, never being to a school and not knowing much about the clothes that most of the other creatures seemed to wear all the time.
When Ren stopped talking and went on to mumbling to himself Ayrdun decided to speak up at last, she could do what she did to get the first book as it couldn't be that hard "I or we could sneak in to look for information? I can ask a spirit guide to help me, I could even see if you have a spirit guide of your own who might be willing to help us. A bit of a long shot, the spirits are not easy to ask help from but some of them are nice" She told Ren "It will take a while to get to them to help, they aren't the most agreeable but could be worth it. or I can try to just walk in? It's not like I'm a part of this...School of yours?" She suggested with a shrug.
The dragonette glanced down to the book in her arms for a moment before holding it close to her chest, letting the hope fill her of what she would be able to accomplish just by gathering the books all together, she could save her species for she knew that even with the help of the humans, they were soon to all dye out completely. Dragons were never ones to accept help from outsiders anyway being such a proud race of creatures.

Ren looked at Arydun with a face that basically said 'are you some kind of stupid?' without having to use any breath actually posing the question. It wasn't that her suggestion was illogical, but rather, it was that final question tacked on to the end that was quite off-putting. He stared for a bit before just shaking his head. "Does it really matter if you aren't enrolled?" Ren asked rhetorically, "It's just for one day, and only to use their library. Maybe to get some free lunch, but nothing more." He pondered the convenience of Arydun's spirit guidance plan for a moment before adding to his statement, "If you think you can finish by the time we procure a uniform, then go ahead. Fine by me, but it seems pretty inconvenient. You wouldn't be able to know if they were helpful or not, which would mean that we could possibly have wasted 'X' amount of time for nothing."

Ren then directed his attention to that old dragon book key to their entire goal. "So, anything useful in there? Like whether or not we actually need to find the others? Or where some of the ones that don't seem like they would've been found yet could be?"

Kuroshiro Nagisa

Nagisa already standing in her seat line while waiting for the apperances of her brother and her acquaintance. And there they are, with Rinnosuke holding Chiaki's hand which kinda pissed off Nagisa 'a little bit'. Still that feeling is strong enough to make half-Fire Spirit like her emitting hot temperature that made some squatic species near her weaken. Realizing this, Nagisa take a deep breath and let it out, she kept repeating it until the heat within her body subside.

"You make quite a trouble there, Nagisa" said Rinnosuke who finally arrived at where Nagisa waiting them.

"Shut up, Baka Nii-Chan" replied Nagisa rudely to cover up her mistake.

[Everyone please take a seat, the Opening Ceremony gonna be started in 5 minutes]

After hearing the announcement, Rinnosuke decided to take a seat which located behind Chiaki's and Nagisa's seat line. It appeared that everyone free to pick any seat they wanted. He could see a 'grade-school child' that take a seat with high school student and 'highschool student' that at kindergarten seat. Or at least that what he though before he poked from behind by a teacher and asked to moved to other seat.

"This is so confusing" said Rinnosuke to himself as he finally took a seat at the supposed to be highschool student seat lane.

The voice of a woman was heard coming from the interior of the meeting hall that Bernabe and Cassius were passing close by, upon hearing it, the angel looked at her wristwatch, confused by the fact that it seemed to be too soon for the opening ceremony to begin

"Hmpf, it appears that they are doing one last revision of the speech one hour before the event begins..."

The super soldier checked the internal watch of his helmet and then looked at the wristwatch of his employee, realizing that there was something wrong.

"Bern Bern, did you change the time on your watch one hour ahead to match the local time in this country?"

Upon hearing those words, the heart of the girl shrunk in fear and shame. No, of course she didn't, no there was no doubt why she had missed the taxi before and the opening ceremony was starting without her, but rather than getting angry and shout profanities or get nervous, the angel just fixed her watch and then looked at the building. If she remember correctly the map that came in one of the pamphlet she was given, the curtain she was supposed to be behind of was at the other side and at that place is probably were the principal was speaking from, entering from the front gate, which was currently open, would be much of an embarrassment, so there was only another option. The angel spread her wings and flew over the building and entered the backstage through a high window and silently landed in the middle of a group of worried people that Bernabe assumed to be the teachers that had been waiting for her

"I'm sorry for the inconveniences and the sudden entrance. My name is Bernabe, I came here as a representative of Pitover, did I miss anything?"

The angel flew away over the building and Cassius was left on the ground alone, so he took no time in entering the building in an attempt to follow her. Needless to say, his attire and array of weapons instantly attracted a lot of attention, but most of the people had their eyes fixed in the scenery where a young girl was about to give a speech. He moved through the lines of students until he was at the front and from there he would wait for Bernabe to appear so he could go up with her. One teacher was considering calling the armored guy and ask him who he was or his intentions, but the sole vision of his armament was giving a rather dissuasive effect

"Welcome to Elfteria Academy. My name is Tokisaki Suzuya, the Principal of Elfteria Academy"

The surprisingly-young looking girl, who standing in front of the students, is the Principle of The Academy itself. The her look, Rinnosuke could only judge that she is elf or some other race. After all, he doubt human could have such young-looking apperances. His thought immediately shattered by the girl's next word.

"Even though I'm the Principle of this Academy. I'm 100% human and I'm as old as this semester highschool freshmen. Moreover, this is my second year as this Academy's Principle." said the girl as she pointed at herself and laughed a little

"EHHHH?!!!!!"

Every new students's jaws almost dropped after they heard her statement. But, it not appeared to surprise old students. Well, they might be already get used to this. Still, for a such young teacher to lead an top-notched Academy, her skill must be very high. What is this one in a century genius... this is too much. Deep inside Rinnosuke, envy her and respected that cute Principle.

"Let's us started the ceremony since all representative already came." The girl said that word to the angel behind her with a little hint of anger on her speech. It appeared that the girl realized the angel arrival without looking her back at all. The Principle started her speech. What scarred Rinnosuke is how calm she is and howskilled her speech to manipulate the audiance's feeling. The noisy hall became quite as if they really focused on the speech that Principle gave to them.

Off course that didn't go that long either.

"Sigh~ This is boring..." said Tokisaki Suzuya as she started shreading the paper and tossed them before they caught on fire all of a sudden.

(What the...) thought Rinnosuke. There's a lot of disbelieve look aimed to the Principle. Most of them came from the teachers behind the girl.

On other side, Rinnosuke's sister, Nagisa, just laughed a little and said "Here we go..."

“I am the almighty Tokisaki Suzuya: The Goddess of Justice! Forget mere academic excellence!! What is that!!!? There is something more important than that!!!! Academic excellence is only a fraction of it!!!!! Here at this school, you *point to random student*, you *point to another random student*, you *point to the weird man cladded with weird armor near the door*, YOU *point to Rinnosuke*, all of you *opens hands, spreads out arms* will learn true lifestyle excellence!!!!!! Here at Elftheria Academy!!!!!!! All of you are now a part of it!!!!!!!! WELCOME!!!!!!!!! WELCOME TO ELFTHERIA ACADEMY!!!!!!!!!!”

*LOUD APPLAUSE*

The Principle definitely doesn’t lack energy and is enthusiastic about this school. The students were also given an invisible free ticket to see this mini circus show once they walked through the school’s gates. This school doesn’t seem so boring thanks to her act. It looks like she has more to say. Ronnisuke glanced at the other people and for some reason a few of them look anxious or overexcited, like they’re guests at some sort of wild rave party.

“As a principal, I may look like I do nothing… But for this school!... For Elftheria Academy!!... Even on a molecular level!!!... I’m very busy ensuring that all-!” *Plap*

Someone suddenly appeared and whacked the principal on the head with a rolled up newspaper. A tall and slender woman who has shoulder-length brown hair and wearing her glasses, which hides her eyes from view. However for some reason, she is frightening to look at. There just this kind of aura came from her. Scary... Scary... is everyone impression when they saw her.

Am I being delusional? That stage is very open and has a few staff members standing in the back. It would be impossible to miss a person walking up to the principal, and I also only noticed that person once the sound of the newspaper registered with my ears.

Rinnosuke couldn't understand how come he could missed the person at all

“We sincerely apologize for the principal’s over-exhilarating behavior. We did not intend to make any of you here today feel disconcerted on your first day in Elftheria Academy. My name is Kousuka Umi, Advisor of this Academy”

The new person standing at the podium as well sounds indifferent when she speaks, almost opposite of the principal. Without any thing to say, she immeidately started explaining things that needed to be note by the student. Including some history about Elftheria Academy that made some students interested. It didn't go boring at all. Even though no one dare to talk or be noisy to each other since the scary person gave the student quite a vibe that scarred them to death before.

"And now. We gonna let every representative of each Continent to give a word to their Continent's residances that enroll here"

After the woman said that, she let each of the Representatives to give a word to the students.
