[OOC] Uno Mundus -Uncovering the World Secret-

In a certain world where a certain event exist. 5 centuries prior to the story, the worlds still separated from each other and Uno Mundus still not born yet. The event started because the population kept growing and the earth unable to contain them anymore. Pollution that made by human-kind already damaged their world and the nature finally punished them. Another world get roughly the same thing as their world started dying. Thus, they finally started their 'project to explore different world to live on'. Is it fate or what, they happened to make it at same time. However, the effect was unexpected. The project they made happened to collide each other and for a moment, the world 'destroyed'.

The moment the world come back to light, Everything changed, yet there's a familiar feeling when they saw this new scene. The peace only go for a while before it went to chaos when these different races meet each other. Misunderstanding happened and first war happened in this new world. Due differences between the races, some races started dominating the war and almost win the war.

Some races decided to make alliances with each other and they finally discovered a new power that able to turn the tide of the battle. This power called 'Runic Sphere', which later called as 'Ruspere'. However, when these races gaining new power, a new ego surfaces and war kept continued for centuries. That before Ancient Monsters called 'Weapon' appeared. These 'massive bio-mechanical engines of destruction' was created by the Planet to stop the war itself. Unfortunately, the races in New World was considered as 'target to eliminate' by 'Weapon'. The war that happened before stopped and the genocide began 50% of the population was eliminated in process just by 7 of them.

To counter it, another power needed to balance and seal them away. Thus the Planet created 27 special Ruspere and selected several individuals to wield them. Their powers managed to push 7 Weapon and made them to undergo 'hibernation mode'. The Weapons crystallized themselves at the North Crater, awaiting the time the Planet need them once more. The races with the help of the selected individual finally managed to make peace with each other and Uno Mundus finally achieved its first peace.

It also decided that every races would be integrated into society, and thus the "Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill" was created. Since then, the cultural exchange program became a huge success helping many species integrate into society. The technology went so advanced followed by thing that world used to think only as fantasy.

Now year 2550, 500 years after Uno Mundus created, but there's still lots of mysteries hidden by the world. Lots of places to explore. Here the story begin. What will you do?

Information about Uno Mundus, races, places and things will be put here

There are 6 Continents in Uno Mundus (You guys can pick one and give 'some extra content' to the Continent)

Continent

Island Nation (Island Continent) - Located at heart of the world, used to be biggest continent before war destroyed it and changed the geography completely. The culture here is quite many and each island is quite unique. Majority of Uno Mundus population reside here.

Lyranias (Ice Continent) - Eternal Ice Continent, currently the biggest Continent in Uno Mundus and ruled by a Queen. It located at North side of Island Nation

Pitover (Sky Continent) - Floating Continent that kept moving, the technology in this Continent is quite advance compared to other Continent. Despite it kept moving, it quite easy to pinpoint because of the size.

Terrene (Forest Continent) - 2nd biggest Continent in Uno Mundus. There's still quite many conflicts between tribes there. Located at West of Island Nation. One of most famous location here is Yggdrasil Tree.

Myrestia (Mist Continent) - The continent takes its name from its thick blanket of Mist which blocks out sunlight at lower elevations. The Mist Continent is the most lush continent of all the Uno Mundus continents, even more than Terrene. Unfortunately it also filled with lots of monster that use Mist to conceal themselves. Due to the presence of Mist the people were forced to migrate to higher ground to escape it. Hardly anyone visits the Mist-infested lower regions, except when they looking for rare herbs that could only found there.

Acretifer (Shadow Continent) – The reason it called Shadow Continent is due the fact, it appeared and disappeared like shadow. The Continent itself only visible at day time. It also the hardest Continent to pinpoint since it sometimes appeared at different side of world. There's only 4 places to enter this Continent, but only one that granted the access.

Race

Human :Human is human ... well it not hard to describe how they look like since you are human XD Anyway, 30% of population in Uno Mundus is human. They were in fact most balance race. When it came to reproduction and growth, human is #1. Since they aren't as great as other race, sheer number is one of way to compensate it.

Angel :Angel ... in a sense is a human-like being with wings. Usually described as good side, Angel isn't quite good being either. Angel have longer life span, faster regeneration and far stronger than human physically.

Demon : There quite many type of demon and like angel, they were better than human. And not all demon is evil. Beings like Succubus, Vampire, Jiangshi, Youkai are part of demon race.

Spirit : They were being that represent the nature. They weren't strong physically, but their magic came from nature itself and they quite master it. Being like Ifrit, Yuki-Onna were part of spirit

Beastman : Beast yet human, human yet beast. Their physical strength is #1 if not #2 in Uno Mundus race, but it appeared they unable to use any kind of magic. Being like Mermaid, Centaur, Minotaur, Werewolf are classified as Beastman.

Elf : Race of beings with magical skills, ambivalent towards other races and capable of either helping or hindering them. They were quite agile also #2 when it came to life span. They lived like long (3 millenia or so before they die) They also quite beautiful being.

Lorilal : Native race of Acretifer Continent and original race of Uno Mundus. They were bio-mechanical existence same like Weapon. Means they also made by the planet. They were at same size as human and appeared to have more 'understanding' compared to Weapon. Lorilal appeared like robot or cyborg, but they also like human in many sense. When they wounded, as long their core undamaged, they could recovered themselves.

Fiary : Fiary is race, who is quite like human but small in size (about 1/2 of normal human size) and have pointy ear like elf. People commonly mistake Fiary for Dwarf due their height. Fiary is more interested in nature than technology. Fiary also able to use magic and well known for their alchemist skills.

Drawf : Drawf is race, who is quite like human but small in size (about 3/5 of normal human size) . People commonly mistake Dwarf for Fiary due their height despite Drawf is more taller than Fiary and didn't have pointy ear. They are quite interested in technology, engineering and modern weapon.

Half-ling : 2nd rarest race in Uno Mundus. As it name suggested, half-ling is more like cross-breed between different race, the child which carried both his/her parent race characteristic is called half-ling. Despite the fact that cross-breed isn't quite rare in Uno Mundus, half-ling is quite rare. In a sense, they were better compared to the race their parent from, but they also carried weakness their own. Medicine for Half-ling is kinda hard to made since their body function is kinda different compared to pure-race.

Dragon : Rarest and probably strongest race in Uno Mundus. You really rarely to see one since most of them hide their identity. Especially when people chase you for some kind of immortality or many other things. Being the race with longest life span, their reproduction is quite mess up since most of dragon couple give birth to one child, rarely two. Which not helping their growth in number at all. There's speaking about helping dragon's reproduction, but whether it lies or truth, no one knows since no dragon became volunteer. Male dragon reproduction with female human, which have most better reproduction procedure also not work quite well. Especially since it took 3 years for the human to give birth to the dragon child ... that if the female human not dead.

Time to explain about power user.
They, who achieved power. Power user appeared because the need to handle Uno Mundus world that filled with not-so-friendly beings. The actually reason they appeared basically to fight and win The Great War, but it now already shifted somehow. Now days in Uno Mundus, most of race have their own way to survive and even human became Power User to survive. In fact, it quite rare that human didn't became Power User.

Ability User (ESPer / Extra Sensory Perception User)

A term used to refer to people who have gone through Power Curriculum Program and gained his power through science. All ESPers emit AIM, which is unique to the ESPers ' powers, for example: a pyrokinetic esper will heat up their surroundings unconsciously than any other person due to their AIM. Furthermore, all ESPers have what is called a Personal Reality, which is the basis of an ESPers' power and refers to the ESPers' ability to replace ordinary reality with his/her own.

Regarding abilities, all ESPer can only have one type of ability. Moreover, ESPer abilities are categorized as either Active or Passive abilities. Active refers to an ESPer knowingly having to use his power to create an effect on reality, whilst passive has the ESPer subconsciously effect reality with their abilities. However, both can be present at the same time in an ESPer. Their distortion of reality to create powers is based on quantum theories. This distortion is an isolated phenomenon, pertaining only to the observations of the world by an ESPer based upon their Personal Reality.

There's also ESPer who has obtained their power without an artificial method such as the Power Curriculum Program in Academy City. This natural-born ESPer called 'Gemstone'. There are few of them in the world and many aspects of their powers cannot be easily described. Unlike artificially developed espers, Gemstones emit larger amounts of AIM from their bodies. Gemstones are considered prized materials. Some organizations believe that by acquiring and analyzing these Gemstones, they can set the foundations for creating their own psychic power development institutions.

Magic User (Magician)

Person who is trained to use magic. A 'normal' person can also use magic, though a normal person will suffer more severe consequences than a magician if they fail. Magic by itself roots from the simple fact that 'those without talent' wanted to be able to do the same things as 'those with talent', they gave birth to a ceremony and practice called magic. Magic is quite common used by Angel, Demon, Elf and Fiary, but their magic is quite unique. While human's magic mixed different type and made some kind of fusion.

Magic is unrelated to scientific laws. Magic does not have restriction like ESPer's ability which only one per-user. However, it isn't convenient either. Magic is just as much of a collection of specialized skills and knowledge as science is. As supernatural setting takes time and effort, it took years just to learn some spells. Some big scale magic need lots of Spirit Energy (also known as Mana) to use it.

Ruspere User (Ancient)

“The knowledge and wisdom of the lost civilization is held in this Sphere. Anyone with this knowledge can freely use the powers of the Land and the Planet. That knowledge interacts between ourselves and the planet calling up unexplained power... or so they say.”

Runic Sphere, also known as Ruspere, is crystallized Spirit Energy. Metaphysically, Ruspere calls upon the wisdom of the Lifestream in order to manipulate nature itself. This manifests as the phenomenon that similar to magic and ESPer ability for most Materia, although other Materia pieces enhance the user's abilities. It is explained that to use a Ruspere's power, a shock triggered by the user's mind waves is required. As a result the user's mind is weakened and frequent use of Ruspere without rest taxes their stamina.

Ruspere is able to occur naturally at "Lifestream", places where the Spirit Energy leaks through the surface of the planet of Uno Mundus and condenses. However, this is a rare occurrence, taking centuries for the Spirit Energy to crystallize into Ruspere, scientists mention that most Ruspere in use is artificially produced. Lots of people considered Ruspere as magic, but lots that debated about it too. It mainly because how many things and how Ruspere work totally different with magic.

It appeared that every race capable to use Ruspere.

There are four types of Ruspere.
"Materia" = This Ruspere granted one superhuman physical abilities or powers, such as shock wave generation and locking onto targets. Other users can alter features of their bodies or their environment, such as a body of blades and levitating objects. Finally, there are some users that can manipulate and generate some kinds of substances, such as wax and poison.

"Einsicht" = This Ruspere is a little more special. It grant the user the ability to transform into something. Beast, Ancient Being, Mythological Beings, even Element. The last two capable them intangible or indestructible and gain every ability related to that element and gain the skill to disperse, control and rejoin any part of their bodies while conscious and in control of their powers. While the first two give them boost in physical power and acquire every ability affiliated with said animal.

"Eidolon" = This Ruspere is also special. This gem give the user access to are powerful monsters that can be called into the field and become pet, friend or battle partner. They called "Phantom Beast", The exact nature of this summoned monsters varies, some them are quite powerful and very rare.

"Rune" = Special Ruspere that created by Planet so Uno Mundus' resident could fight Weapon. They were quite powerful indeed and most of them have absolute control over something like element and even grant immortality. Because of this, they are often sought by kings, emperors, and other secret organizations. It made the previous owner to seal them somewhere.

All Runes represent a certain aspect of existence, such as punishment, beginning, or even the basic elements (fire, wind, etc.). Because of their ties with the foundations of the universe, they bring both benefits and curses to its bearer, such as agelessness, immunity to disease, incredible powers. As opposed to Ruspere, which are chosen by people to wear or to temper into weapons, Runes choose the people who will bear them. Runes have been known to destroy their own bearer, or even swap bearers, so that they can be more properly aligned with those with great power.

Although the bearers of Runes often stop aging and become immune to disease, they are still susceptible to death from physical causes, such as accidents, sacrifice, or murder.

2050 (1 day after Uno Mundus created) = Great War happened

2150 = 100 years after the war, Elf and Human almost pushed to brink of extinction. They finally cooperate with each other to ensure their survival rate.
2152 = The alliance found 'Ruspere' that became their new weapon.
2200 = The tide of war reversed. Elf and Human break their alliances.
2395 = The planet made Weapons to stop the war, The war immediately ended and every races worked together to stop Weapons doing their genocide.
2395 (1 month after last event) = Several groups dispatched to look for something to counter Weapon
2395 (5 month after the group dispatached) = Acretifer's 4 'main entrance' finally documented
2396 = 1st sighting of Lorilal race in Acretifer. It later learned that Weapon came from Acretifer
2400 = Clifeter destroyed into pieces because Weapon's power, It now known as Island Nation.
2425 = Planet made 27 special Ruspere, now called as 'Rune' to counter Weapon
2435 = The Weapons finally stop moving. All 7 of them went back to North Crater and went to 'hibernation mode'
2436 = Peace finally achieved for the first time.
2437 = Uno Mundus's first cartographer, Edward Sterin (a beastman), finally published his 'Uno Mundus map'. This map later used in modern days and still kept updated.
2438 = World Government created.
2438 (1 month after WG created) = "Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill" created.
2440 = Some conflict happened at Lyranias about who will rule. It finally settled down somehow.
2500 = Every Continent in Uno Mundus finally used One World currency to balance their economy. The bill called 'Yusekai'
2550 = The story begin ....

Chiaki is a girl who is optimistic and looks forward on many things, she is an energetic young girl who loves to compete in sports and debates for fun, what makes Chiaki likeable is her Tsundere tendencies as seen whenever she hates to admit things that are awkwardly good while blushing at the situation. Ren stands at a height of 179cm (~5'10") and weighs in at 71kg (~156lbs). His skin is fairly average, a bit on the sunkissed side but still fairly light, and his eyes are of a hazle-esque color leaning more towards the green side. His dark brown hair is short, just barely touching the nape of the neck at lowest to be exact, and spiky, with enough forelocks of hair sticking up to constitute a rather sizeable ahoge. Personality:
Ren's the same old reserved Ren he's always been. He doesn't really go out of his way to make friends, but he isn't vehemently antisocial, either. All things considered, he's actually quite a pleasant person even if he comes off as cold and uncaring. In fact, it often surprises people how tolerant of others he is, and how willing he is to listen to their problems as well as offering advice of his own, even if the one he's listening to is a random stranger off the street. However, he refuses to take shit from anyone and isn't afraid to speak his mind either. Truly, Ren can definitely be quite abrasive, especially when providing advice. Furthermore, while he's generally a tolerant (though not necessarily nice) person as previously mentioned, and rarely gets angered or riled up either way, when he gets mad, he gets really mad. He finds it hard to truly let bygones be bygones, and while he can play nice enough, he never really forgets what people have done to him, which often subtly manifests itself in distrust and an increased frequency in sarcastic comments towards the target of his grudge.

• All abilities copied start off at Class-I
• Abilities are only usable as long as Ren is in range unless he has used them to the point they have ascended to Class-II
• Abilities cannot be raised to a class higher than the original's without copying multiple ESP abilities with the same function. If Ren wants to increase an ability class higher than the original, he requires a sufficient amount of targets to copy with the same ability. The amount needed follows the following formula: [Class Max + (Class Cap x Target Class) = Amount of Targets Necessary]

Appearance:
Akane stands at the height of 174cm (~5'7") and weighs at 64kg (~141lbs). Her build is much like a well-rounded model's, a well-rounded combination of fat and muscle. She has long, mid-thigh to knee length caramel brown hair tied up by two yellow ribbons and a headband, with hime cut-esque bangs. Her eyes are red and her skin a rather light shade of tan. In terms of dress, she likes to wear lights with dark trims, usually in a monochromatic color scheme with colors leaning more on the 'warmer' spectrum. But never orange, for some reason. Her preferred fashion is rather random, though it's been consistently displayed that she's a fan of zettai ryouiki as well as school uniforms.

S: Due to the properties of her ESP ability as well as the level of power it's at, Akane possesses knowledge of tensor properties roughly equal to that of Uno Mundus' most knowledgeable academic, and by association, genius-level skill in basic math and physics, though less for the latter. Either way, school's a breeze.

B: Akane's used her ability enough times to be able to gauge the distances between objects in her line of sight with little effort. Additionally, enough people have tried to pick a fight with her to warrant the ability to make quick analyses of the environment around her.

Athletics - Swimming

E: Akane's decent at swimming, though given that she does it more for exercise and not for practical uses like being a lifeguard or a diver, it isn't as effective as it could be. The large volume of hair causing increased fluid resistance doesn't help, either (although he power can remedy that).

Personality:
Akane is... quite the strange fellow. Carefree and nonchalant, even serious at times, but definitely 'off'. She always seems to always have some sort of smile or grin on her face, which either makes her look cute or reasonably sinister, even remaining smiling when angered. The only alteration to this constant expression is the occasional pout; very rarely does she seem serious in any form of the word. Her speech patterns are quite strange too. She often speaks with an underlying tone of amusement and usually ends or starts her sentences with a light chuckle. In this vein, it isn't surprising that she often participates in many frivolous activities based off of whatever she thinks is 'fun' at the time. Her high intellect level and pragmatism when concerning getting what she wants make for quite a mixture. While Akane does want to become stronger, despite being the strongest in Academy City, she does so in a lackadaisical manner. 'Why should she work hard to become even stronger when she's the strongest? It'll come eventually,' is her line of thought on the manner, meaning she probably wouldn't get involved with an experiment to boost her strength if it involved lots of hard work, even if the opportunity arose. However, this laziness only applies to things with the main goal of affecting herself, so she's not going to be ignoring babies in the middle of traffic because saving them would be hard work. Incidentally, while her personality would make one think otherwise, Akane does have the capacity to be 'super serious'. This is usually indicated by something causing her perpetual smile to drop into something resembling a flat expression, but as we all know that doesn't happen all that often. Lastly, unlike the rest of the people considered to be on her level of power, Akane doesn't hold any rivalries with any of them because, in her words, "that wouldn't be a very fun thing to do, being focused on beating someone all the time." Of course, this doesn't mean that the others don't consider her a rival.

Ability:
AEK-Class-V-Type-Black: "Scalar Change"
Scalar Change describes the ability exclusively used by Uno Mundus' strongest ESPer to manipulate zeroth ranked tensors, also known as scalars. A scalar is a quantity which is completely specified by its magnitude, unlike first ranked tensors/vectors which describe quantities with magnitude and direction. Naturally, a power like that is absolutely ridiculous in terms of flexibility, reaching from altering one's speed to providing a form of psuedo-teleportation to hijacking radio frequencies and even to flight of all things. Fortunately, the user isn't able to affect abstract concepts that affect all of causality, such as time and probability, at her current level of power. In fact, it's theorized that, should the user figure out how to do so, she would become an entity close to that of God. Thankfully, the amount of mental processing power triggering (not to mention controlling) a feat like that would be absolutely inhuman, and the repercussions disastrous should the user allow the metaphysical calculations to spin out of control.

Perhaps luckily for the rest of existence, the current capacity of Scalar Change is that of tangible factors. Distance, length, weight, height, speed, mass, electric potential, charge, temperature, etc... If it can be experienced in the physical realm and described as a scalar, it can be controlled. However, very rarely will the strongest delve into the truly offensive capabilities of her power, so you won't be seeing absurdly powerful punches or a projectile shot past the speed of sound every other minute. Rather, the user tends to use it for more mundane utilities, like heating her food instantly, 'teleporting' to where she wants to go, shortening her absurdly long hair, or cheating at sports. However, the changes made by the ability aren't permanent. For example, if the user were to revert a rock's speed to 0, what's stopping the rock manipulator from regaining that speed? Lastly, the greatest enemy to this power isn't people or surprise attacks, but rather the environment. While the user could run at absurdly fast, supersonic speeds, air friction will tear her apart. If you think she can remedy this by removing the air in her way, say hello to a lack of oxygen and a vacuum. In the same vein, while she could punch you with several exatons of force, she'd probably destroy her own body in the process.

AN INTRODUCTION TO THE ESPER ABILITY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM

The ESPer Ability Classification System was developed shortly after the creation of the first batch of ESPers in order to have a way organize and keep tabs on individual ESPers and the details of their abilities, as well as providing the as-of-then abilities informal names. The ESPer Ability Classification System classifies ESP abilities into seven broad categories based on the effect of the ability, and then into one of the five tiers based on the usefulness and/or power of the ability in question. Abilities are classified using the following format:

• A three-letter code indicating the user of the ability, using the first and last letter of their given name and the first letter of their surname. If a surname is unavailable, the first three letters of the given name will be used and vice versa.
• A numerical classification tier indicating strength of ability
• A single codeword color descriptor
• An informal description for the ability

Example: RNO-Class-III-Type-Black: "Reality Shift"
The naming system indicates that this is Ren Owari's ability (RNO), that it is at a level in which the ability can be considered useful in every day life (Class III), and that it is an anomalous ability (Type-Black). As well as its informal name, "Reality Shift"

Color Coordinated Codeword Descriptors

The following are the seven typings used to designate an ability's effect:

• Type-Red: Elemental. Abilities that deal with the elements, such as fire, water, lightning, etc. Light would not count, however, as it is a form of electromagnetic radiation, which falls under Weak Force which, in turn, falls under Type-Blue.
• Type-Green: Spatial-Temporal. Abilities that affect time and space, or how subjects interact with time and space. Examples include Teleportation, Telekinesis, and Mass Manipulation.
• Type-Blue: Forces. Abilities that deal with 'forces'. Gravitational Force, Strong Force, Kinetic Force, Pressure, Friction, etc.
• Type-Gold: Mental. Abilities that affect the minds of their targets. Examples include Telepathy, Mind Control, and Memory Manipulation.
• Type-Silver: Biological. Abilities that deal with a target's body. Examples include Regeneration, Super Strength, and Shapeshifting.
• Type-Bronze: Extrasensory. Abilities that deal with senses apart from the original five. Examples include Clairvoyance, Psychometry, or even just the enhancement of senses.
• Type-Black: Anomalous. Abilities that cannot be categorized according to the above descriptors.

Additionally, there exists an eighth color code to designate special cases in which ESPers are born with their abilities:

• Jewel: Gemstone. Abilities people are born with.

Numerical Classification Tiers

• Class-V -"The Eight Strongest ESPers in Uno Mundus." The highest point of power ESPers in Uno Mundus have achieved. They hold absolutely absurd amounts of power, far above any person with the same ability as them - assuming that their ability isn't unique, as is the case with a few. See list below for your examples.
• Class-IV - "Powers Strong or Versatile Enough to Be Used in, or Overpower, Almost Any Situation." The second most powerful batch of ESPers. Rather than have abilities only good for one thing, such as only combat or only utility, these abilities can be used in basically all of them. Of course, exceptions are made for abilities that aren't very versatile, such as Teleportation or Super Strength. In that case, it's a ranking that tells you how much raw power the ability has. Naturally, it's getting from !>II or II>III can't even be compared to getting from III>IV. Example: Telekinesis that can lift up cars and crush them, or coat a lock to figure out which numbers work by feeling for vibrations. Teleportation that can transport tonnes with a low margin of inaccuracy.
• Class-III - "Powers Useful for Daily Life." Power that can be consistently used, basically. Most populous classification, and fairly easy to get to from II. Example: Having Telekinesis that can set your table or move your friend's couch into his apartment. Teleporting hundreds of pounds with good accuracy. The ability to Teleport yourself immediately brings you up to III.
• Class-II - "Powers Too Weak to Be Useful Except Under Uncommon Circumstances." Somewhat similar to Class-I, but with more consistency in usage. The easiest class to jump to, and the second most populous. Example: Telekinesis that can lift up your spoon, as well as your fork and plate. Teleporting tens of pounds with okay accuracy
• Class-I - "Powers Too Weak to Be Useful Except Under Rare and Unusual Circumstances." Not completely powerless, in fact there are some pretty decent abilities that get thrown here due to their inability to be used with consistency. However, very rarely are abilities classed here because of overlap between I and II, as well as the ease of ranking up between them. Example: Telekinesis strong enough to only bend a spoon. Teleporting grams or ounces with shitty accuracy.

She is skilled with hand to hand unarmed combat (the sword is a mere ceremonial sword, she doesn't know how to use it) and knows about judicial procedures. She is also a good cooker.

Personality: Usually tries to hides her emotions the most possible (but it's not like she is devoid of them).Bernabe is direct, blunt and incapable of seeing the world in terms outside black or white. Her love for justice has made her into a seeker of order that, for the sake of her beliefs, won't even question anything, only caring for the legality or not of anything and acting according to it. Her dream is a perfect world where everyone follows the law obediently and order prevalent over everything, for this reason she despises creatures that do not represent this ideal, specially demons, spirits and beastmen. She also holds a grudge against half-lings, which she considers "an aberration out of nature", although since law permits the existence of some these beings she shows no outside complain. Ability: BER-Class-IV-Type-Green: Denial of action (known alternatively as "the bubble") ESPer with the ability to delay the reality in a way that seems that everything goes slow motion for the user, giving the outside impression that Bernabé is going at amazing speeds for the people and objects affected. This power only affects the events in a certain radius from the user and only lasts for about ten seconds, but the radius length variates depending of the amount of strength the user is willing to risk

Pitover, the sky continent

Capital: Empyrean

Society: Constitutional democratic Theocracy. Ruled by elected councils that interpretate the will of divinities, an explanation of the hierarchy of angels in Pitover here

Military: Heavily armed. Pitover has numerous specialized forces, including the most powerful aerial force of all nations. It also has up to three police corps that carry different duties that go from administration to mass repression. Anyone enrolled in this duties is considered a Power, which also includes the juridical system

Technological Level: Advanced, you'll rarely find anyone using technology prior to the 26th century. The technological advancement surpasses the one of any other continent

Other: Pitover has the size of a european country, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, and the weather is similar to those. Its floating altitude variates from 500 meters (1640feet) up to 2.5km (8202feet) but rarely has gone to such low or high altitude. It includes several rivers and mountains, but little landscape is left due to the massive cities that have been constructed. Some of the most important cities are Empyrean, Primum Mobile (which includes the center that controls the movement of the continent) and Stellae Fixae

Pitover history

What would be later known as Pitover was first just known as a colossal mountain that floated in the sky. Fishermen who went deeply in the sea were likely the first ones to see it and for a long time whatever may be on said continent remained a mystery, however, it was known to be life on it due to sailors who navigated under the borders of it being sometimes surprised by the sudden fall of a goat or a deer that came along the water of waterfalls from it. Due to its altitude, around two kilometers, and the fact that it was in the middle of the sea, there wasn't a flying creature capable of reaching such altitude by themselves, angels, demons, flying beastmen, etc. So it wasn't until the invention of the airship when it was finally discovered by a group of explorers and their engineers, being the one in charge of the expedition an angel named Dante the 3rd and the chief engineer being a dwarf named Grenda Rondoteel, who was the one to baptism the floating continent with the name of Pitover. They settled down on the continent in the sky to work on their projects and explore the continent.
The seraphs, leaders of the angels, upon hearing about this discovery named Dante a cherub and ordered the mass migration of angels to this land from Myrestia. Following the divine revelations of the seraphs, the angels started to populate the continent, alongside an important amount of scholars, engineers and even mages. During one of these explorations it was discovered the presence of dragons in the north part of the continent and for a long time there was a fight between the settlers and the dragons, but after centuries of struggle the fire breathing creatures were exterminated or they abandoned the continent to never be seen again.
A speleology mage expedition found around the middle to southern part of the continent a enormous cave that went kilometers down and took several weeks tor the explorers to get to the bottom of it, where they found a giant magical sphere that was rotation in itself. The mages were at first stunned and researching the surroundings they found clues of it being the cause of the movement and float of Pitover. Versiron, the elf mage leader of the expedition, after discussing it with the angels, who had, by their numbers, became the rulers of the continent, was issued the order to try to control the sphere with magic and when he tried to connect with it the continent started to fall down. This event would be known as "the minute of terror" even if it only was only for 15 seconds, but Versiron manage to contain the power and understanding it he became the first controller of the neuralgic center of Pitover. Soon an elevator would be constructed to reach easier the sphere room and eventually a city of mages and erudites over it, Primun Mobile, the sphere would be controlled by a mage for centuries until around the year 2412, when it was hooked to angelic machines known as thrones and has been controlled by this machines since then. Primun Mobile is nowadays one of the cities with the biggest population of magic users, and at least the one with the most mages in Pitover.

However, the capital of the continent is Empyrean, founded due to the capricious nature of the seraphs, who decided to establish the angel race there because of one of their divine revelations. Thanks to guidance and massive immigration of angels, Empyrean quickly grew to be the technological capital of the world, expanding its boarders from the north mountains to the east side of the continent.

Around 2439, following the creation of the "Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill" it was decided that no longer the political power would be held by a minority of angel principalities since it wouldn't follow the principles of toleration of the bill and therefor a system of democratic councils was implemented instead. Nowadays the angel nobility has lost all its power and privileges, but nothing impedes them for integrating into the political society
