Everything has a beginning and an end. Our multiverse has a beginning, so a given time, it will also end. Though, even the greatest gods of above do not know when the expected end will occur, how it will occur, and if it will really be the end or a new beginning. All that most could do...is wait for the end.
Yet, there is still time, a thin ray of hope for life. As the ends comes nearer and nearer each day, it wouldn't be far until the fact that there is only one world left alive before the "grand finale." There, those who are randomly chosen to inhabit this last world will be the centerpiece of whether the end will happen or not. Within this last world, there will be factions that would fight for survival, either of their own beliefs or what they could do to survive. The first faction is the Legion, and the members of this faction are those that seek control over this last world. The second faction is the Rebellion, and the members of this faction are those that seek to give freedom to the last world.
Shortly after these factions are formed, the entity known as the "Knowledge of Kami" will meet with both factions, and will bring a goal that only one faction will succeed in. That goal is to "accomplish" their own goals, which will mean either the Legion will conquer all of the last world or the Rebellion will liberate the last world. Not to mention that there will be a time limit as to how long this can go on, which is before the one known as "Kami" will be reawakened. From there, "Kami" will decide if the multiverse will be restored or destroyed, and which faction will be the one to be in this new multiverse.
Truly, in order to stop the end, is to take the risk and face the costs.

1. No godmodding. Simple as that.
2. In order to keep things balanced, everyone will be given the character limit of three. Whether if the three are separated between Rebellion and Legion, both in Rebellion, or both in Legion, it just has to be three characters per person only.
3. I will regulate a posting order system, so everyone gets a turn to post and respond without two people dominating the postings.
4. As I take control over the "main plot" of this roleplay, you can create your own sub-plot that would occur alongside the main plot if things become too quiet. For example, a sub-plot for the Rebellion characters only and vice versa with the Legion characters. Just PM about it, and I'll seek it's approval.

Rebellion Cities
-Mutatio (Main Base): A city that is close to the dormant volcano, the lake, and the forest. Basically near the hotspots of supplies, and the main place where the Rebellion takes their actions within.
-Rieze: Past the forest is this small farmtown, where crops and animals are raised.
-Santiat: A safe haven for those that are not a part of the war, and is protected by the Rebellion.
-Resatil: A hidden town close to Legion territory, but because of the intense conditions in the Forbidden Deadlands, this place had been able to keep things hidden for the Rebellion
Legion Cities
-Imperium (Capital): A very industrialized city, the main base of operations for the Legion.

The center of Shockwave's lab division and the city he governs over, it is a dark place. Rules are strict, and follow the law that Shockwave's leader set up. Here, every citizen either lives in fear or is a severe bootlicker. Of course, Shockwave is not the one who is corrupted. It is the multitude that work inside his massive bureaucracy that may be considered corrupt. He maintains this bureaucracy to ease the difficulties of governing, and allow him more time in the lab. Despite the corruption in the bureaucracy, the rules are quite strict, and even the smallest of crimes can have a large punishment.
-Athanatos: (ruled by Yuji)

Under Yuji and The Snake's dominion, the city of Athanatos has become a thriving place for military forces as well as various training programs for the soldiers of Legion. The Snake of the Festival has made the place a literal pool of Power of Existence, constantly and almost infinitely providing Legion its firepower and magical attributes. Although the place is generally treated as Legion's main military base, the laws are not as strict as other areas. Yuji and The Snake are generally understanding of those who would sacrifice their lives for Legion's goals. However, any who dare betray the word of either Legion or its leader in the city will no doubt be severely punished or put in execution. Depending on the severity of such betrayal, Yuji or even The Snake itself will enact such judgement personally. Laying in the center of the city is an enormous tower that watches all. It is here where Yuji and The Snake of the Festival take residence.

Darkmount Fortress (although incomplete with only 1/3 done)
City but with fortress where the skyscrapers are
Nikitis used to be a massive city, with a large population and a healthy economy. That was until Starscream was put in charge. Since then, the majority of the city has been ransacked, and the center of the city has been torn down and used as scrap metal for the construction of the overseers fortress. He has ordered it to be an exact replica of the Darkmount Fortress on cybertron, and even gave the engineers a blueprint of the building he had been keeping. The fortress is still under construction, but when complete will be 5.5 miles high with near impenetrable armor and massive cannons. TV's around the city constantly display a message from Starscream, ordering loyalty and having him promise a new golden age for those who serve under him.

Landmarks
-Mt. Arkitikos: A mountainous region smattered with huge deciduous trees, and a waterfall to the north and a ruin to the west.
-Santiat Beach: A hilly region smattered with smooth rocks, and a village in the distance.
-Mt. Consilium: These mountains are treacherously tall that even the member of Legion don't dare to cross.
-Magma Peak: Despite it's name, this volcano is dormant, and is the source of the Rebellion's metal as there is hardened and refined resources that has become a mine inside the dead volcano.
-Mt. Yperochi: These mountains are oddly shaped and curved to the point where they appear like cresent moons.
-Forsaken Deadlands: A deadly hot desert region where most travelers die if they are not well equipped.
-Dead Forest: This forest takes up the majority of land in this middle island that hasn't been claimed by both sides, there is said to be great creatures that would kill anything that enters their forest.
-Unnamed Volcano: An active volcano that's sure to burst at any given moment. It seems to erupt everytime there seems to be someone on this unknown island.
-Ruined Temple: A temple that seemed to worship a certain deity of this world, but seems to be ravaged by time, erosion, or even wars that had occurred on this world before now.

Name: Kaika Cho

Personality: As if the past tragedies had passed her, Kaika appears quite laidback even in times where it doesn't seem to fit with the situation. That is just her "mask" to hide her doubts and inner feelings so it wouldn't bring anyone into her problems. Despite her "secrets," Kaika is a strong-willed individual, willing to take a hit for someone and is completely selfless.
Abilities: Kaika's spiritual abilities have been greatly reduced, as this is her "Witness World" incarnation (after her eventual "fated" death). She does not have a Spirit Shard with her anymore, meaning that she can't transform into her Full "Transformed" state. Yet, she still has great control of her "energy" manipulation with her "Partial Mode," and her transitionings to the Spiritual plane has been altered to a simple teleportation technique. Physically, Kaika possesses great agility, which does help her gain cover and hiding spots in a blink of an eye. Her physical strength is average to a normal person's due to her ability to apply her energy to her strength is not available anymore.
Weapons: Unable to summon her golden broadsword, Wing of Lucem, anymore, Kaika is left with her hidden blade/gun (with a poisonous add-on), dual pistols, and a customized katana.

Personality: Xehanort is a cunning and pragmatic person with the only goal to merge Kingdom Hearts and gain ultimate knowledge. He would put innocent lives in the line for his goals to succeed, and doesn't seem to care that other lives are ruined, like how Terra, Aqua, and Ventus were put into their own demises because of Xehanort's involvements. He also seems to be a master tactician, because whenever his plans fails, he always has a backup plan ready as seen in the Xehanort Letters found in the games.
Abilities: Xehanort is an extremely skilled Keyblade Wielder, hence his previous title as Keyblade Master Xehanort. His magic seems to be the most advanced in the series thus far, only slightly stronger than the magic displayed by Aqua. He has skill in utlizing the heart and it's capabilities, such as splitting Ventus's heart into two, and creating Vanitas. His most powerful outset, is his intellect, being able to manipulate others into his doing or even making sure that certain future events to transpire.
Weapons: Xehanort wields his own keyblade, and might be able to summon his own Keyblade Armor (hinted from the "No Heart" fight in Birth By Sleep Final Mix).

Personality: Tei is quite a yandere, willing to kill those that come close to even coming close to her Len. However, for the sake of keeping the world safe for Len, she thought it was better to side with Legion. Others would see her as socially awkward, being sweet one moment and unstable in her emotions the next moment.
Abilities: As Tei is a UTAU (singing android), she isn't only programmed for singing as her emotional programming is quite unstable. When she's truly in psycho mode, her "pain" receptors stop functioning, allowing her to freely attack and not feel pain. Yet, she isn't as quite strong as the others in Assault, but even for the psychopath she is, she is quite talented when handling the medical field.
Weapons: Anything she'll make a weapon. That's the kind of person she is.

Other: Her only reason to fully joining Legion is to make sure their rule would protect Len, as opposed to the Rebellion where they only seem to focus on breaking things down, as well as the possibilities of hurting Len. Take in mind that she has no idea where Len is, and assumes that he is in this world with her...somewhere.

The only weapons Oz wields are a crimson red scythe and the aforementioned chains that he can summon through his will. He possesses deadly accuracy with the scythe, using it to a great degree of skill and flexibility. It has a cutting edge that can severe body and bone.
