Shiranui took on the next Rocket with Titania wiping the floor with a Zubat and an Ekans.

"Nice one!" Chuck said.

around the next corner were three more Rockets. One saw the heroes coming andcalled on a Ratatta. Liam called out Mankey. Mankey made quick work of the Ratatta, who was then substituted for an Ekans.

Ekans, the Snake Pokemon.Moving silently and stealthily, it eats the eggs of birds, such as Pidgey and Spearow, whole. Liam called Mankey back and sent out Bulbasaur instead. Bulbasur used sleep powder and put the snake to sleep. This gave Bulbasur enough time to KO'd it with a barrage of Razor Leaf and Vine Whip.

Chuck sent out his Nidoran Female, Orchid, to assist Liam.

The Ekans was overwhelmed and KO'd. The Rocket recalled his pokemon and fled.

"We should almost be out now." Chuck said.

Liam's Bulbasur and Tailow coperated in the sleep powder whirlwind combo to KO the few remaining Rockets. As Liam was walking toward the end of the cave, he found two strange objects on the floor. He stated they look like fossils and asked his friends if they wanted them.

Chuck grabbed one of them, the Dome Fossil. "I heard there's a place on Cinnibar Island that can resurrect fossils into real Pokémon." he said.

"A lab if I remember rightly," added Shiranui.

Liam asked Shirauni if he wanted the other one.

"Sure," answered Shiranui as he acquired the Helix Fossil.

Soon enough, the exit to Mt Moon was in front of the heroes. "Next stop, Cerulean City."

[Azure Flame]

"Yup." he said, making his way out of the cave. He had to shield his eyes a bit from the bright sun after being in that dark cave for a while.

Shiranui did similarly as he beheld Cerulean City on the horizon.

As Chuck made his way to Cerulean City, a Sandshrew popped out and attacked. Orchid faced off against it and Chuck captured it.

Liam recoiled as well to the bright sun. On the way, Liam encountered a Teddiursa.
Teddiursa, the Little Bear Pokémon. This cute, cuddly Pokémon is easily frightened and frequently licks its paws, which are usually covered with sweet honey.
"Teddi?" The little pokemon asked cutely while looking at him.
"That is adorable." Liam stated. He had Bulbasaur come out. Teddiursa gave Bulbasaur the same look as Liam. "Sleep Powder." Liam called. The blue powder put the little bear to sleep, and was subsequently caught. The ball shrank down and the center dot was lit up red. Liam knew that was because it was his seventh pokemon and he had to transfer one to Oak's lab.

Soon enough Cerulean City came into view. He went to the Pokemon Center. He asked Joy where the phone was and she pointed to it. After thanking her, Liam called Oak. When the line picked up there was a wide smile across the screen. Liam jumped in surprise. Oak's voice chastised a Rotom and the big smile receded to be a small ball like Pokemon. Liam checked his pokedex.

Rotom, the Plasma Pokémon. Rotom plays practical jokes, which it carries out by embedding its plasma body in electronic devices. Oak explained that this Rotom enjoys scaring people like that and asked what was up. Liam said they had just arrived in Cerulean and he had a pokemon to transfer. He sent Silcoon to Oak and he told Liam about a colleague of his named Bill who lived northeast of the city and visiting him could be a great idea.

Shiranui healed his Pokémon and sat on a bench pondering on what the next gym would be like.

Chuck healed his Pokémon as well and said "The next gym is Water type, so Electric or Grass types are best. However, I kinda wanna check out this Bill guy.

"Prof Oak just told me about him." Liam reported. "Lets go" Liam left the center and he ran into that black haired boy again. He challenged Liam to another battle. He sent out a Pidgeotto.

Pidgeotto, the Bird Pokemon, and the evolved form of Pidgey.. Very protective of its sprawling territorial area, this Pokémon will fiercely peck at any intruder. Liam called on Teddiursa. Teddiursa used her charm on the bird. He tried to use peck and hit her. "Teddiursa, Attract!" Teddiursa gave the bird puppy dog eyes and winked. Pidgeotto fell in love. As a result he did not pay attention to where he was going and crashed into a pole. "Now Furry Swipes!" Liam called. Teddiursa hit three times. Pidgeotto was immobilized by love. "Teddiursa! use Slash!" Teddiursa harshly drove her claws against the bird, KO'ing it. The boy recalled the bird and sent out the Ratatta. Teddiursa was switched out for Mankey. Mankey KO'd the Ratatta with a couple Low Kicks. Rattata was replaced for Ivysaur.

The Seed Pokémon, Ivysaur, Bulbasaur's evolved form. The bulb on its back absorbs nourishment and blooms into a large flower. Mankey continued to fight and was KO'd. Teddiursa took over but was eventually KO'd. Liam called on Tailow who cleaned up. The boy shoved by Liam to go to the Pokemon Center. Liam followed but after sevral minutes of prodding Liam only got his name because Joy said it. The boy, whose name turned out to be Trevor. shoved past Liam. Liam decided it was not worth following him right now and decided to head to Bill's with his friends.

Shiranui saw Trevor shove past Liam and thought, "What is with that kid?"
