I am so angry right now, my Cousin and his friends are getting harassed on twitter for using a name that someone has, but these people are saying they have a copyright(which they don't) and they are gonna sue them

So i have a question, do you guys think that someone can have a copyright without filing for one and yet using that in Court and saying "He had it first"

No , because there are many people who make copycat and accounts for example of celebrities, or characters from fiction.
For example you probably can find a ton of Superman twitter accounts and I've seen like 3 Death battle Facebook accounts. Should the copycats be sued too, sense the first account used the name first? No

Exactaully, also it was a yotube thing they were mad about, and he showed these guys the actual Laws of Yotube Copyrights, which doesnt say anything about Names...

So they have no argument...and if they did sue him, they would have 2 charges aginst them: False Copyright and Threatning Violence.

yeah, Slobo, much like his progenitor, isn't what people might call a Team player. He'll join in a bit, when he is convinced that it is his idea, and that they need the greatest bounty hunter in the universe to survive... Essentially, so as to stick true to his character, Slobo isn't going to give the team much choice as to whether to have him or not, he's gonna crash at their pad and go after any bounty's that they so happen to be looking for.
